Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a colloidal platinum mask formula and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With the continuous progress of economic development, people have become more and more important for physical health and maintenance. In skin care products for women and even men, the mask is a significant part and has a huge market size of billions of dollars. Among them, people have more general demands for functional masks for moisturizing, whitening, anti-wrinkling, anti-aging, etc. The efficacy of the mask is mainly contained in the formula liquid, and the mask is released from the mask and acts on the skin to achieve the effect. Collagen, amino acid, plant components and the like are purely natural moisturizing nutrient components, and are widely applied to mask formulas. For example, chinese patent CN107115219a discloses a fibroblast activation liquid surface film formulation, which contains multiple functional components such as amino acids, vitamins, reduced glutathione, biotin, etc., and can improve cell metabolism, promote collagen proliferation, increase dermis thickness, and realize skin care and anti-aging functions; chinese patent CN109316358A discloses a moisturizing cosmetic mask formula, which realizes a mild and comfortable lasting moisturizing effect through several amino acids, plant extracts and other components.
With the deep research, platinum element enters the field of vision of people and becomes an important functional component in the mask formula. Platinum is an inert element and has good safety to human skin. After nanocrystallization, the nano platinum and the colloidal platinum can quickly permeate the skin surface layer, have higher activity, show good oxidation resistance, can be combined with active oxygen to remove free radicals, prevent unsaturated fatty acid from being oxidized and blackened, keep collagen active and maintain the capability of absorbing and maintaining moisture, so that the effects of whitening skin, moisturizing skin and having elastic luster are realized. The development and application of the colloidal platinum are still to be further expanded, and the physical and chemical combination of natural components such as plant extracts, amino acids and the like and the colloidal platinum can improve the stability of the formula and the functional effect of the colloidal platinum, so the colloidal platinum is an important direction of the development of the current products.

Test examples
The test pieces of each example were subjected to a test for inhibiting the activity of superoxide anions. The spin-trapping technique was used for correlation detection by Electron Spin Resonance (ESR) test, and the results are shown in table 1. Wherein the inhibition rate is the scavenging rate of superoxide anion radical when tested for 6 minutes. Compared with a blank control group, the relative strength of the superoxide anion radical measured in each test group is obviously reduced, so that the corresponding inhibition rate of the superoxide anion radical is about 40%. This shows that the formulation of the embodiment 1-3 can endow the mask with outstanding free radical inhibition rate, thereby obtaining good whitening and anti-aging effects; on the other hand, the components of the formula are natural and mild, and the preparation is simple and environment-friendly, so that the formula has good market prospect.
