In addition, in a state where the foldable portable device body 10 is folded, the hinge cover 200 can prevent the opening phenomenon of the portable device body 10 by the elastic force of the elastic portion 400, and thus can prevent the opening phenomenon of the portable device body 10 unlike the user's intention.
As shown in fig. 10, when the portable device body 10 is unfolded, the elastic portion 400 applies an elastic force so that the hinge cover 200 can be pushed in the direction of the portable device body 10 (indicated by an arrow in the drawing), and the hinge cover 200 maintains a state of contact with the portable device body 10. The main body hinge 11 is accommodated inside the portable device main body 10.
That is, the force pressing the hinge cover 200 continuously acts by the elastic force of the elastic portion 400, so that the tendency of the hinge cover 200 to be automatically closed can be continuously maintained even when the folding portable device main body 10 is opened.
When the cover base 100 and the hinge cover 200 are formed at an angle of 180 degrees up and down due to the complete deployment of the portable device body 10, the cover extension 440 is formed at an angle θ of 270 degrees in the counterclockwise direction with respect to the base extension 420. That is, the cover extension 440 is disposed at a position perpendicular to the rear side of the base extension 420.
Further, as shown in fig. 11, even in a state where the portable device body 10 is partially folded at an acute angle, a right angle, an obtuse angle, or the like, the hinge protection cover 200 can be closely attached to the body hinge 11 direction by the elastic force of the elastic portion 400, and can always protect the body hinge 11.
Fig. 11 (a) is a view showing a state in which the portable device body 10 is unfolded at an acute angle, fig. 11 (b) is a view showing a state in which the portable device body 10 is unfolded at a right angle, and fig. 11 (c) is a view showing a state in which the portable device body 10 is unfolded at an obtuse angle.
Fig. 12 is a view exemplarily showing various modifications of an attachment-type automatic hinge protection cover for a folder-type portable device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in the drawing, the area and shape of the cover base 100 according to the present invention can be variously adjusted according to the degree of use, and various structures (ornaments, etc.) can be additionally mounted on the cover base 100.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 12 (a), a wireless charger 30 using a magnet such as a magnetic contact power interface (MagSafe) may be attached to the decorative surface 120 of the cover base 100. At this time, the cover base 100 is formed to have a size enough to completely cover the rear case 22 of the portable device body 10 or the protective case 20.
As shown in fig. 12 (b), a string 31 of a fabric material may be bonded to the decorative surface 120 of the cover base 100. When using the portable device body 10, the user can hang such a hanging rope 31 on a finger. At this time, the cover base 100 is formed to cover only a part of the upper portion of the rear case 22 of the portable device body 10 or the protective case 20.
As shown in fig. 12 (c), a ring 32 of a metal material may be bonded to the decorative surface 120 of the cover base 100. When using the portable device body 10, the user can hang such a ring 32 on a finger, and the ring 32 can also be used as a stand of the portable device body 10. At this time, the cover base 100 is formed to cover only a part of the upper portion of the rear case 22 of the portable device body 10 or the protective case 20.
The present invention described above is not limited to the foregoing embodiments and drawings, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various substitutions, modifications and alterations can be made without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention.

Claims (14)

1. An attached automatic hinge protection cover for a folding portable device, comprising:
a cover base body having an adhesive surface formed on an inner side surface thereof;
a hinge protection cover rotatably connected to one end of the cover base with a fixing pin as a medium; and
more than one elastic part which is installed between the cover base body and the hinge protection cover and provides elastic force to the hinge protection cover,
the hinge protection cover is tightly attached to the hinge direction of the portable device main body by the elastic force provided by the elastic part.
2. The attached automatic hinge cover for a folding portable device according to claim 1, wherein the cover base includes:
an adhesive surface which is attached to the portable device body or the protective cover and is formed as a flat surface; and
and a decorative surface formed on the opposite side of the adhesive surface.
3. The attached automatic hinge cover for a folding portable device according to claim 2, wherein,
further comprises: a base body mounting part protruding from one side of the decorative surface to the outside, a base body fixing part penetrating through the end part of the base body mounting part,
the base fixing portion is coupled with a fixing pin in a crossing manner.
4. The attached automatic hinge cover for a folding portable device according to claim 3, wherein,
a substrate insertion groove is formed in a recessed manner on an inner side surface of the substrate fixing portion so that one end of the elastic portion can be inserted.
5. The attached automatic hinge cover for a folding portable device of claim 1, wherein the hinge cover comprises:
a cover main body formed with a hinge accommodating portion so that a main body hinge can be accommodated therein; and
and a cover mounting part protruding from the inner end of the cover main body toward the inner side and having a cover fixing part formed therethrough.
6. The attached automatic hinge cover for a folding portable device according to claim 5, wherein,
a cover insertion groove is concavely formed on the inner side surface of the cover fixing part so that the other end of the elastic part can be inserted.
7. The attached automatic hinge cover for a folding portable device according to claim 1, wherein the elastic portion comprises:
an elastic center portion wound in a circular shape;
a base extension portion extending long from one end of the elastic center portion toward the outside;
a base bending portion which is bent and extended orthogonally from an end portion of the base extending portion;
a cover extension portion extending from the other end of the elastic center portion toward the outside; and
and a cover bending part which is bent and extended from the end of the cover extending part in an orthogonal manner.
8. The attached automatic hinge cover for a folding portable device according to claim 7, wherein,
before the elastic part is installed between the cover base body and the hinge protecting cover, the base body extension part and the cover extension part form an angle of more than 90 degrees and less than 180 degrees,
after the elastic portion is mounted between the cover base and the hinge protection cover, the base extension and the cover extension form an angle of 180 degrees to 270 degrees.
9. The attached automatic hinge cover for a folding portable device according to claim 8, wherein,
when the portable device body is fully folded such that the cover base forms an angle of 90 degrees with the hinge cover, the base extension forms an angle of 180 degrees with the cover extension,
when the portable device body is fully unfolded such that the cover base forms an angle of 180 degrees with the hinge cover, the base extension forms an angle of 270 degrees with the cover extension.
10. The attached automatic hinge cover for a folding portable device according to claim 1, wherein,
when the portable device body is folded, the elastic portion applies an elastic force so that the hinge cover can rotate in the direction of the portable device body, and an end portion of the hinge cover is abutted against an end portion of the portable device body.
11. The attached automatic hinge cover for a folding portable device according to claim 1, wherein,
when the portable device body is unfolded, the elastic portion applies an elastic force so that the hinge protection cover can be pushed in the direction of the portable device body, and the hinge protection cover maintains a state of contact with the portable device body.
12. The attached automatic hinge cover for a folding portable device according to claim 2, wherein,
a wireless charger is attached to the decorative surface of the cover base.
13. The attached automatic hinge cover for a folding portable device according to claim 2, wherein,
a hanging rope made of fabric material is combined on the decorative surface of the cover base body.
14. The attached automatic hinge cover for a folding portable device according to claim 2, wherein,
a ring of a metal material is bonded to the decorative surface of the cover base.
