Abstract

中空幕帘玻璃属于建材玻璃制造领域。本发明是这样实现的,固定在中空玻璃内边缘且连带有磁铁的辊轴,以及辊轴的转动限位装置,辊轴固定幕帘,固定在幕帘末端的边锤,固定在中空玻璃外面支架上且与磁铁对应的主动磁铁操纵机构,机构中的拉链牵动主动磁铁。

中空幕帘玻璃属于建材玻璃制造领域。
背景技术
目前,中空玻璃作为隔音隔热已广泛应用,进一步为防辐射已有中空百叶玻璃等调光设施,但此类产品结构复杂不耐老化而且造价高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种中空幕帘玻璃,利用极薄的幕帘在中空玻璃中升降控制进光量,简便易行耐老化又经济。
本发明是这样实现的,固定在中空玻璃内边缘且连带有磁铁的辊轴,以及辊轴的转动限位装置,辊轴固定幕帘,固定在幕帘末端的边锤,固定在中空玻璃外面支架上且与磁铁对应的主动磁铁操纵机构,机构中的拉链牵动主动磁铁即感应磁铁转动帘幕上下。
实践证明,由于采用上述措施样品达到了预期目的。

具体实施方式:
图1中,中空玻璃1边缘固定轴承5装辊轴4,辊轴4上固定磁铁10与固定在中空玻璃1外罩架14的控制磁铁机构中的控制磁铁11对应,机构上的控制磁铁轴12上缠绕拉练15由限位挡球13限位,辊轴4固定幕帘2,幕帘底部固定边锤3,边锤3也可在顶部限位,电动工作时限位则由辊轴端部轴承5插入中空玻璃骨架6内,辊轴固定绳7由轴挡9约束,由中空玻璃外磁控微调的挡孔8和挡球13限位。
图2a示意图中,双层玻璃固定密封窗框架30,由可卸玻璃31密封条32,边挡条34隔条35密封固定。
图2b示意图中,双层玻璃固定密封窗框架30,由玻璃和密封胶33封固,另一面由可卸玻璃31密封条32隔条35边挡条34密封固定。

1,一种中空幕帘玻璃含有中空玻璃,磁铁及辊轴和幕帘组成,其特征在于它含有:中空玻璃,固定在中空玻璃内边缘且连带有磁铁的辊轴,以及辊轴的转动限位装置,辊轴固定幕帘,固定在幕帘末端的边锤,固定在中空玻璃外面罩架上且与磁铁对应的主动磁铁操纵机构。
2,根据权利要求1所述的中空幕帘玻璃,其特征在于:所述的中空玻璃是固定密封在窗框架上的双层玻璃。
3,根据权利要求1所述的中空幕帘玻璃,其特征在于:所述的中空玻璃带有换帘孔固定密封盖板。
4,根据权利要求1,2所述的中空幕帘玻璃,其特征在于:所述的辊轴是经过吊装幕帘环和拉绳与幕帘相连。
5,根据权利要求1,2所述的中空幕帘玻璃,其特征在于:所述的辊轴和幕帘是混合的辊轴多幕帘组。
6,根据权利要求1,2所述的中空幕帘玻璃,其特征在于:所述的磁铁和主动磁铁是与减速机构连接的。
7,根据权利要求1,2所述的中空幕帘玻璃,其特征在于:所述带磁铁的辊轴是带履带的辊轴磁铁支架。
8,根据权利要求1,2所述的中空幕帘玻璃,其特征在于:所述辊轴的磁铁是经减速机构和电动机连接的。
9,根据权利要求1,2所述的中空幕帘玻璃,其特征在于:所述固定的主动磁铁操纵机构是活动的磁铁块拉帘装置。
