Abstract

一种室外遮阳窗帘,属于遮阳器具。目的是提供一种操作方便、满足遮阳、通风、采光和兼具防护功能,窗帘高度、宽度尺寸满足现代建筑要求的室外用窗帘。其构造是:由安装框架、轨道系统、驱动系统、遮阳部件和用于承载遮阳部件风力荷载的结构框架组成。结构框架由一系列框架杆件和多个平行四边形组成的升降架构成,升降架控制框架杆件。框架杆件支撑遮阳部件并沿轨道滑动。窗帘顶部驱动轴通过在两侧轨道内的链条驱动最底部框架杆件,底部框架杆件带动升降架收起和放开,实现框架杆件收起和放开。与此同时遮阳部件也收起和放开。

Description

一种室外遮阳窗帘
1、技术领域
本发明涉及一种室外安装遮阳窗帘,是遮阳器具,专为楼房窗户外安装使用,属于室外遮阳技术领域。
2、背景技术
现有室外窗用遮阳帘一种是卷帘,是由金属板铰联绕轴卷起或放下,金属板沿槽型轨道展开达到封闭遮阳目的。这种帘缺点是:遮阳同时把窗口完全封闭,不透光、不透风,非常不便,另外,金属板厚度受限,抗风不强导致帘宽受限。另据文献,有一种“可调节铝合金外百叶遮阳帘”,解决了通风透光问题,但受限于对叶片控制方式,帘宽最宽1.5米,不能适应现代建筑情况,帘高超过1.5米时叶片收起高度尺寸过大,影响室内视觉。
3、发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,在遮阳、透风、采光的同时,使帘宽适应现代建筑要求,帘高2.7米叶片收起高度在标准内,不额外占有窗口空间,并且操作简单。
本发明解决其技术问题技术方案总思路是:窗帘分为安装框架、轨道系统、驱动系统、遮阳部件和用于承载遮阳部件风力荷载的结构框架。结构框架由一系列框架杆件和多个平行四边形组成的升降架构成,升降架控制框架杆件。框架杆件支撑遮阳部件并沿轨道滑动。窗帘顶部驱动轴通过在两侧轨道内的链条驱动最底部框架杆件,底部框架杆件带动升降架收起和放开,实现框架杆件收起和放开。与此同时遮阳部件也收起和放开。
按总思路有以下两个技术方案
本发明解决其技术问题技术方案一是叶片遮阳方案:框架杆件与遮阳部件做成一体成为叶片。窗帘顶部驱动轴通过在两侧轨道内的链条与最底部叶片相连,内外面均有两个以上平行四边形组成的升降架,屋内侧升降架顶部用吊轮悬吊于顶部轨道,升降架通过铰接轴销与各叶片联接,各叶片通过销轴可沿着两侧轨道上下滑动。驱动轴转动放下(提起)底部叶片,使升降架放开(收起),带动各叶片均布分开(收起);同时,驱动轴转动放下底部叶片时,在重力作用下叶片外侧下垂,而叶片内侧由于吊轮作用不能上下移而向外侧移动,实现了叶片的角度转动。提起过程则反之。每个叶片厚度可较大,沿厚度向做成不对称结构,收起时上边叶片部分嵌入下边叶片内,每个叶片收起时占用厚度只是叶片实际厚度一半,叶片厚度增大使长宽也可做较大尺寸。且各叶片通过升降架联为一整体,与顶部轨道和底部叶片相连,底部叶片可单独制作加大其强度和刚度,使每个叶片抗风能力得到很大提高,使窗帘高宽尺寸选择范围增大。
本发明的有益效果是,可以在满足遮阳、通风、采光和兼具防护功能同时,窗帘高度、宽度不受限制,结构简单,操控方便。
本发明解决其技术问题技术方案二是布帘遮阳方案:遮阳部件采用纤维布帘。布帘由驱动轴卷起或放开。布帘为双层,放开后层间有几厘米间距。每层布帘由竖向布条间空当布置,由横向布条把竖向布条连为整体。两层布帘空当错开布置。这样遮阳的同时实现了通风。由三根框架杆件将两层布帘夹持,为布帘受风力提供支撑。两层布帘可在杆件中间上下滑动,三根杆件在两端头连为一体,有销轴嵌入轨道可上下滑动并把风力传给轨道。布帘端头固定在最底部杆件。窗帘内外面均有两个以上平行四边形组成的升降架,升降架顶部固定悬吊于窗帘顶部支架,升降架通过轴销与各杆件联接。驱动轴通过链条驱动最底部杆件上下移动,带动升降架收起或放开,从而实现各杆件的收起和放开;与此同时在驱动轴和最底部杆件驱动下,布帘卷起和放开。布帘横向两边加厚,在三杆件端头联接处的槽内滑动,实现布帘横向张紧。最底部杆件设弹簧卷轴,固定帘布下边的同时弥补驱动轴卷绕帘布直径变化而产生得与升降架不同步,使布帘竖向张紧。
本发明的有益效果是,可以满足遮阳、通风、采光,窗帘高度、宽度不受限制,结构简单,操控方便。

5、具体实施方式
叶片遮阳方案:根据附图1所示,安装框架2安装于建筑墙体,驱动轴1、轨道3、顶部轨道8都安装在框架2上。叶片4、9长向两端销轴插入轨道3槽内,可沿轨道3上下滑动;升降架5通过销轴铰接于叶片4、9形成整体结构,室内侧升降架5通过吊轮7吊挂在顶部轨道8上;驱动轴1通过沿轨道3布置的链条与底部叶片9联接。驱动轴1转动带动叶片9上下移动,四边形组成的升降架5带动叶片4沿轨道3上下移动并均匀布开或收起。与此同时,通过吊轮7在顶部轨道8中的滑动实现叶片4、9的角度调节。图2所示的叶片遮阳状态,两个叶片4(9)之间留有垂直向30mm至70mm间隙,尺寸选取依据地区纬度和窗户朝向而定,以阳光不直接照射入室为准。
布帘遮阳方案:根据附图4所示,安装框架2安装于建筑墙体,驱动轴1、轨道3安装在框架2上。三连杆件9长向两端销轴插入轨道3槽内,可沿轨道3上下滑动;升降架5由三连杆件9上的销轴联接形成整体结构。升降架5上端固定悬挂于安装框架2。驱动轴1通过沿轨道3布置的链条与底部三连杆件9联接并。驱动轴1转动带动底部三连杆件9上下移动,升降架5收起及伸开带动三连杆件9沿轨道3上下移动并收起或均匀布开。与此同时在驱动轴1和最底部杆件9驱动下,布帘卷起和放开。
本实施例布帘横向两边加厚,是在三杆件端头联接处的槽10内滑动,实现布帘横向张紧。也可在槽10内加设上下通长的滑槽实现布帘横向张紧。
本实施例两层布帘由一个驱动轴1卷绕。窗帘高度大时也可平行设两个驱动轴1(新增加驱动轴是被动轴不带动力)分别卷绕单层布帘。

Claims (4)

1.一种室外遮阳窗帘,驱动系统驱动遮阳部件沿轨道系统收起和布开,窗帘由安装框架安装在建筑墙体,遮阳部件由结构框架支撑和控制;结构框架由平行四边形组成的升降架与一系列杆件组成,驱动系统通过链条驱动其中一个杆件,带动升降架收起和放开,升降架带动其余杆件收起和放开;其特征是:升降架与各杆件上的销轴联接,升降架上端固定于安装框架上部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的室外遮阳窗帘,其特征是:布帘为双层,每层布帘由竖向布条间空当布置,由横向布条把竖向布条连为整体,放开后两层间有几厘米间距,两层布帘空当错开布置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的室外遮阳窗帘,其特征是:三根框架杆件将两层布帘夹持,两层布帘可在杆件中间上下滑动,布帘横向两边加厚,在三杆件端头联接处的槽内滑动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的室外遮阳窗帘,其特征是:最底部杆件设固定帘布用的弹簧卷轴。
