The crankshaft machining polishing device according to claim 1, wherein the polishing head module (3) comprises a first polishing motor (31), a second polishing motor (32) and a U-shaped polishing seat (33), the first polishing motor (31) is arranged at the lower end of the vertical driving mechanism (22), the U-shaped polishing seat (33) is inverted at the lower end of the first polishing motor (31), the second polishing motor (32) is rotatably arranged in two vertical plates (331) of the U-shaped polishing seat (33) through a motor seat (34), and a polishing piece (322) is arranged on a motor shaft (321) of the second polishing motor (32).

The crankshaft machining polishing device according to claim 5, wherein the motor shaft (321) is connected with the polishing member (322) through a locking module (6), the locking module (6) comprises a first inner locking member (61), a second inner locking member (62) and a locking cap member (63), the first inner locking member (61) is arranged on the motor shaft (321), the second inner locking member (62) is arranged on a polishing shaft (323) of the polishing member (322), the first inner locking member (61) and the second inner locking member (62) are connected with each other, the locking cap member (63) is arranged on the first inner locking member (61) and the second inner locking member (62), a coaxial groove (324) is arranged on the end portion of the motor shaft (321), and a coaxial extension rod (325) corresponding to the coaxial groove (324) is arranged on the end portion of the polishing shaft (323).

The crankshaft machining polishing device according to claim 7, wherein the first inner anti-loosening member (61) comprises a first anti-loosening bowl (611), a first anti-loosening inner gasket (612), a second anti-loosening inner gasket (613) and a plurality of inner screw members (614), the first anti-loosening bowl (611) is screwed on a first screw section (326) of the motor shaft (321), a first anti-loosening pad groove (615) is arranged on the first anti-loosening bowl (611), the first anti-loosening inner gasket (612) is arranged in the first anti-loosening pad groove (615), a plurality of anti-loosening convex teeth (616) are arranged in the second anti-loosening inner gasket (613), the anti-loosening convex teeth (616) are screwed on the first screw section (326), and the plurality of inner screw members (614) are screwed between the two anti-loosening convex teeth (616) through the second inner anti-loosening member (62) and are prolonged so that inner ends of the inner screw members (614) are abutted against the first inner gasket (612).

The crankshaft machining polishing device according to claim 7, wherein the locking cap (63) comprises a first outer cap (631), a second outer cap (632) and two inner caps (633), the two inner caps (633) are covered on the first inner locking member (61) and the second inner locking member (62), and the first outer cap (631) and the second outer cap (632) are covered on the two inner caps (633).

The crankshaft machining polishing device according to claim 9, wherein the outer wall of the inner cap member (633) is provided with a pressing protrusion (634), the inner walls of the first outer cap member (631) and the second outer cap member (632) are provided with a pressing inner groove (635), one end of the first outer cap member (631) is connected with one end of the second outer cap member (632) through a shaft member (636), and the other end of the first outer cap member (631) is connected with the other end of the second outer cap member (632) through an elastic locking member (637).
