Abstract

提供在发生泄气时,车辆能够继续行走,而且经长期使用后,前述性能不会降低的轮胎。在带有内胎的轮胎空气室或不带内胎的轮胎的空气室里,填入发泡橡胶制或发泡甲酸乙酯制的多个球体,该球体的总体积为膨胀状态下的内胎容积的50%至80%。当被钉扎,空气室的空气漏出时,由于空气室内存有多个球体,所以能某种程度保持轮胎的外形,车辆可继续行走到修理工场等。通常行走时,球体不受负荷,不会产生体积减少及变硬的现象,能长期使用。

Description

带内胎的轮胎和不带内胎的轮胎
本发明涉及泄气时还能继续行走的带内胎的轮胎和不带内胎的轮胎。
在轮胎花纹部和内胎之间填入由橡胶组成物构成的,截面呈月牙状的缓冲体,使轮胎的花纹部被钉子等轧入时,其尖端难以到达缓冲体内侧的内胎,从而能防止泄气。这样方法在特开平5-201213号公报里已有介绍。
但是上述现有的轮胎在内胎受到损伤时,不能避免发生泄气。而且,车轮在通常的行走中会对缓冲体反复施加负荷,所以长期使用会使缓冲体被压缩、体积减小、硬度增加,造成性能降低。
本发明鉴于前述的情况,目的是提供在泄气发生时,车辆可以继续行走,而且经长期使用,前述性能也不会降低的带有内胎的轮胎和不带内胎的轮胎。
为了达到上述的目的,本发明方案1里记载的发明的特征是:在装于轮辋外周的轮胎和装在轮辋与轮胎构成的空间里的内胎构成的带内胎的轮胎中,前述的内胎内的空气室里,用发泡性材料构成的多个球体,填充了容积的50%至80%。
另外,本发明方案2记载的发明的特征是:在装于轮辋外周的轮胎的内部构成气密封的空气室的不带内胎的轮胎中,用发泡材料构成的多个球体填充了空气室容积的50%至80%。
本发明方案3记载的发明,是在方案2的基础上,还具有如下特征,即,将多个袋体装入前述的空气室里,该袋体内填入了发泡性材料构成的多个球体。

以下根据附图表示的本发明的实施例,对本发明的实施形态加以说明。
图1及图2表示了本发明的第一实施例,图1是装有带内胎的轮胎的车轮的横截面图,图2是泄气时的作用图。
如图1所示,二轮摩托车用车轮的轮辋R通过钢丝辐条S连结在轮毂(图中未示出)上。该轮辋上,安装有由轮胎1和收纳在其内部的内胎2构成的带有内胎的轮胎T。轮辋R包括:沿带有内胎的轮胎T圆周方向延伸的环状的轮辋主体部11;从轮辋主体部11的轴方向两端,沿半径方向外侧延伸,用于保持轮胎1内周的一对凸缘部12、12。为在内胎2内形成的空气室3里填充空气,在内胎2上设有空气阀6,该阀贯通轮辋主体部11的圆周方向上形成的一个空气阀安装部13,用螺栓14、15固定。
内胎2的空气室3的内部,填入多个发泡橡胶制或发泡甲酸乙酯制的球体16…,该球体16…的量(总容积)占膨胀状态的内胎2的容积的50%至80%。内胎2的空气室3里的球体16…的填入方法:例如:将挤压成形的内胎的坯料按所定长度切断后,进行接合时,预先在该内胎的材料内填入设定量的球体16…。
另外,在车辆行走中,球体16…可以在内胎2的内部自由地移动,该球体由轻量的发泡橡胶或发泡甲酸乙酯等构成,而且由于是没有角的光滑的形状,所以不用担心会损伤内胎2。还有,通常行走时,球体16…自身不会施加负荷,因此不会出现因负荷造成的体积减小、变硬的现象,能够长期使用。
在被钉子等刺伤后,空气从内胎2的空气室3漏出即所谓泄气状态时,如图2所示,被压缩的内胎2的下部空气室3的空间里有多个球体16…存在,所以,能够某种程度保持轮胎的外形,例如可以继续到修理工场的短距离行走,这时,由于前述的球体16…由具有弹性的发泡橡胶或发泡甲酸乙酯等构成,并且呈没有角的圆滑形状,所以在泄气状态下行走时不会损伤内胎2。
还有,带有内胎的轮胎T越上路面的障碍物,受到冲击的负荷作用时,该负荷使轮胎1及内胎2的一部分向半径方向压缩。这时,在半径方向的外向突出的轮辋R的凸缘部12、12与前述障碍物20之间挤压住轮胎1和内胎2,内胎2的内壁彼此相互接触。然而,利用本实施例的话,通过球体16…使内胎2的内壁彼此不相互接触,所以能有效地防止掸击轮辋造成内胎的损伤。
球体16〕的量占膨胀状态的内胎容积的50%至80%为宜。若比这多,轮胎1的弹性形变受阻,乘坐的感觉变差,若比这少,泄气时,轮胎1的压塌变大,造成不能再行走。
下面,根据图3对本发明的第2个实施例加以说明。
第2实施例适用于不带内胎的轮胎,依靠轮胎1的空气室3里填充的空气压力,使该轮胎1的内周开口部压接在轮辋R左右的凸缘部12、12的内表面,以此使前述空气室3保持密闭状态。空气室3里填充的发泡橡胶制或发泡甲酸乙酯制的多个球体16、,收集在薄的橡胶、尼龙、聚乙烯等的袋体17里,填充着球体16…的多个袋体装进轮胎1,该轮胎1装在轮辋R上,然后,往该轮胎1的空气室3填充空气。这样,将球体16…用多个袋体17少量分开收集,可以防止球体16…呈杂乱的分散状态,可提高操作性。
进而,根据该第2实施例,即使轮胎1被钉子等刺伤呈泄气状态,靠空气室3空间内存在的多个球体16…,能某种程度保持轮胎1的外形,例如:可继续行走到修理工厂的短距离。
以上,详细叙述了本发明的实施例,但是在不脱离本发明的要点的范围内,能够进行种种设计上的变更。
如上所述,方案1里记载的发明是:在带有内胎的轮胎的内胎空气室里,将发泡材料构成的多个球体,填充到容积的50%至80%,所以,发生泄气时,依靠这些球体,可保持轮胎的外形继续行走。而且通常的行走时,在球体上不会施加负荷,因此不会带来该球体体积减少、硬化等恶化现象。
另外,方案2里记载的发明是:在不带内胎的轮胎的空气室里,将发泡材料构成的多个球体,填充到容积的50%至80%,所以,发生泄气时,依靠球体可以保持轮胎的外形,能够继续行走。而且,通常的行走时,在球体上不会施加负荷,所以不会带来该球体体积减少、硬化等恶化现象。
另外,方案3里记载的发明是:将发泡性材料构成的多个球体收集在多个袋体里,收进空气室中,能防止球体呈杂乱的分散状态,从而提高操作性。

Claims (3)

1.一种带内胎的轮胎,包括轮辋(R)的外周上装着的轮胎(1)和收纳在由轮辋(R)及轮胎(1)构成的空间内的内胎(2),其特征是:在前述内胎(2)内的空气室(3)里填充有用发泡性材料构成的多个球体(16),这些球体(16)占空气室(3)的容积的50%至80%。
2.一种不带内胎的轮胎,在安装于轮辋(R)的外周上的轮胎(1)的内部形成气密性的空气室(3),其特征是:前述空气室(3)里填充有用发泡性材料构成的多个球体(16),这些球体(16)占空气室(3)的容积的50%至80%。
3.如权利要求2所述的不带内胎的轮胎,其特征在于,将收集有多个发泡性材料构成的球体(16)的多个袋体(17)装进前述空气室(3)内。
