Example 16
The example shows the use effect of the crucian grass carp intercropping feed obtained in test examples 13-15. 400 small grass carps with the average weight of 50 g and 800 small crucian carps with the average weight of 50 g are selected as fries, and are divided into 4 groups on average, and are fed with the feed of examples 13-15 and the conventional crucian carp feed (recorded as comparative example 2).
Feeding conditions: feeding is carried out for 60 days, feeding is carried out for 4 times per day, the feeding time is 7:00, 11:00, 15:00 and 19:00 respectively, the weight of feed fed each time is 1.5-3.5wt% of the total weight of the fish body, the water temperature is 20-28 ℃, and the basic indexes of four groups of fish bodies are detected and recorded in table 2.
Table 3 effects of use of feed for intercropping crucian and grass carp
See table 3, comparative examples 13-15 and comparative example 2, which show that the feed with the formulation provided in this application can significantly increase the weight of the obtained crucian grass carp while maintaining the survival rate of the crucian grass carp after intercropping, thereby significantly increasing the yield and realizing higher economic benefits, and secondly, comparative examples 13-15, which show that the feed with the formulation provided in example 14 can obtain optimal feeding effect.
