Abstract

Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of feeds, in particular to a feed suitable for intercropping crucian and grass carp and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, the market demand for fish is steadily growing, wherein grass carp and crucian are fast in growth speed, delicious in meat quality and high in nutritive value, and are both large in consumption in the current edible fish, and the cultivation methods for the grass carp and the crucian in the related technologies are many, such as pond cultivation, reservoir cultivation and the like. However, along with the increasing of market demand, the related cultivation means cannot fully meet the market demand, so that a novel method for cultivating crucian and grass carp needs to be developed, such as the method for achieving intercropping of the crucian and grass carp by fully utilizing the benthonic property of the crucian and the water layer foraging property of the grass carp.
In the related art, the intercropping of crucian and grass carp fails to fully consider the characteristics of the crucian and grass carp, and the feed specially aiming at the intercropping of the crucian and grass carp is lacking. Therefore, how to prepare a feed suitable for intercropping crucian and grass carp is a problem to be solved at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to provide a feed suitable for intercropping crucian and grass carp and a preparation method thereof, so as to solve at least one technical problem in the background art.
Specifically, in a first aspect of the application, a feed suitable for intercropping crucian and grass carp is provided, and comprises the following components in parts by weight: 150-200 parts of steam fish meal; 100-120 parts of wheat bran; 80-120 parts of soybean meal; 60-90 parts of rapeseed meal; 50-80 parts of rice bran; 10-40 parts of soybean oil; 10-15 parts of calcium dihydrogen phosphate; 1-2 parts of choline chloride; 1-2 parts of sodium chloride; 1-3 parts of compound vitamin; 1-3 parts of compound amino acid; 2-5 parts of composite mineral salt; 5-8 parts of a composition A; wherein, the composition A comprises zeolite powder, diatomite, dolomite and talcum powder, and the proportion of the zeolite powder, the diatomite, the dolomite and the talcum powder is 1:0.2-1:0.1-0.5:0.2-0.8.
In some alternative embodiments of the present application, the ratio of zeolite powder, diatomaceous earth, dolomite, and talc is 1:0.5:0.2:0.6.
In some alternative embodiments of the present application, each kilogram of vitamin complex comprises 800000IU to 1000000IU of vitamin A and vitamin B 1 More than or equal to 6000mg and vitamin B 2 More than or equal to 8000mg and vitamin B 6 More than or equal to 6000mg and vitamin B 7 More than or equal to 70mg and vitamin B 12 More than or equal to 20mg, vitamin D3300000-500000IU, vitamin E more than or equal to 30000mg, and vitamin K 3 More than or equal to 3000mg, more than or equal to 30mg of vitamin H, more than or equal to 750mg of folic acid, more than or equal to 10000mg of inositol, more than or equal to 50000mg of nicotinamide, more than or equal to 4000mg of calcium pantothenate, more than or equal to 35000mg of vitamin C ester, and more than or equal to 15000mg of citric acid.
In some alternative embodiments of the present application, each of the plurality of amino acids comprises 20-40 parts by weight lysine, 10-30 parts by weight valine, 10-20 parts by weight phenylalanine, 5-15 parts by weight methionine, 1-10 parts by weight ornithine, 1-5 parts by weight tryptophan and 10-15 parts by weight active dry yeast.
In some alternative embodiments of the present application, each kilogram of the composite mineral salt comprises, by weight, 10g or more calcium, 10g or more phosphorus, 30g or more magnesium, 15g or more potassium, 10g or more zinc, 30g or more iron, 5g or more manganese, 5g or more copper, 0.5g or more cobalt, 0.1g or more selenium, and 0.01g or more iodine.
In some alternative embodiments of the present application, the feed further comprises 0.1-1 parts by weight of composition B comprising at least one of trichoderma harzianum and bacillus licheniformis.
In some alternative embodiments of the present application, composition B comprises trichoderma subtilis ≡1×10 9 CFU/g and bacillus licheniformis are more than or equal to 1 x 10 9 CFU/g。
In some alternative embodiments of the present application, the feed further comprises 0.01-0.2 parts by weight of composition C, composition C comprises guar gum and sodium alginate, and the ratio of guar gum to sodium alginate is 1:0.1-0.5.
Specifically, in a second aspect of the present application, a preparation method of a feed suitable for intercropping crucian and grass carp is provided, including the following steps:
primarily crushing wheat bran, soybean meal, rapeseed meal and rice bran respectively;
primary mixing, namely mixing calcium dihydrogen phosphate, choline chloride, sodium chloride, compound vitamin, compound amino acid, compound mineral salt and composition A according to a proportion to obtain a primary mixture;
mixing and crushing, namely respectively weighing crushed materials of wheat bran, soybean meal, rapeseed meal and rice bran and steam fish meal according to a proportion, mixing, crushing again, and sieving with an 80-mesh sieve to obtain a crushed mixture;
mixing the primary mixture, the crushed mixture and the soybean oil according to a proportion, enabling the variation coefficient of the mixing uniformity to be less than 5%, performing steam tempering and curing, and finally granulating and cooling to obtain the feed.
In some alternative embodiments of the present application, the step of mixing granulation further comprises weighing and mixing composition B, composition C, and soybean oil in proportions.
In summary, the application provides a feed suitable for intercropping crucian and grass carp and a preparation method thereof, on one hand, the feed has an excellent proportion of a main body of the feed, has a lower feed coefficient, improves the growth speed and quality of a fish body, on the other hand, by adding the composition A, the overall weight of the feed can be improved, the overall density of the feed can be adjusted, the wetting degree of the feed is improved, the feed is promoted to quickly sink to the living area of the crucian and grass carp after entering water, the crucian and grass carp are facilitated to feed, most of the components in the composition A have a high pore structure and a strong ion exchange capacity, have a strong adsorption capacity, can adsorb harmful substances in the feed, reduce oxidation reaction in the feed, and purify water bodies, and on the other hand, by adding the composition B, the contents of various trace elements and biological enzymes in the feed, such as cellulase, amylase, lipase and the like, can be improved, the absorption and utilization of the feed to nutrition of the crucian and grass carp are effectively improved, the survival rate of the crucian and grass carp after intercropping is improved, and the overall yield is provided, and the practicability is good.

Example 1
The preparation method is suitable for preparing crucian grass carp intercropping feed:
primarily crushing wheat bran, soybean meal, rapeseed meal and rice bran respectively;
primary mixing, namely mixing calcium dihydrogen phosphate, choline chloride, sodium chloride, compound vitamins, compound amino acid, compound mineral salt and zeolite powder according to a proportion to obtain a primary mixture;
mixing and crushing, namely respectively weighing crushed materials of wheat bran, soybean meal, rapeseed meal and rice bran and steam fish meal according to a proportion, mixing, crushing again, and sieving with an 80-mesh sieve to obtain a crushed mixture;
mixing the primary mixture, the crushed mixture and the soybean oil according to a proportion, enabling the variation coefficient of the mixing uniformity to be less than 5%, performing steam tempering and curing, and finally granulating and cooling to obtain the feed.
The amounts of the above combinations by weight are respectively: 180 parts of steam fish meal, 110 parts of wheat bran, 100 parts of soybean meal, 70 parts of rapeseed meal, 70 parts of rice bran, 30 parts of soybean oil, 15 parts of monocalcium phosphate, 1 part of choline chloride, 1 part of sodium chloride, 2 parts of compound vitamin, 2 parts of compound amino acid, 4 parts of compound mineral salt and 7 parts of zeolite powder. Wherein each kilogram of compound vitamin comprises vitamin A800000IU and vitamin B 1 6000mg, vitamin B 2 8000mg, vitamin B 6 6000mg, vitamin B 7 70mg, vitamin B 12 20mg, vitamin D 3 300000IU, vitamin E30000mg, vitamin K 3 3000mg, vitamin H30mg, folic acid 750mg, inositol 10000mg, nicotinamide 50000mg, calcium pantothenate 4000mg, vitamin C ester 35000mg, and citric acid 15000mg. Each part of compound amino acid comprises 30 parts of lysine, 20 parts of valine, 10 parts of phenylalanine, 8 parts of methionine, 5 parts of ornithine, 3 parts of tryptophan and 12 parts of active dry yeast. Each kilogram of the composite mineral salt comprises 10g of calcium, 10g of phosphorus, 30g of magnesium, 15g of potassium, 10g of zinc, 30g of iron, 5g of manganese, 5g of copper, 0.5g of cobalt, 0.1g of selenium and 0.01g of iodine.
Example 2
This example is substantially the same as example 1 except that the zeolite powder is replaced with diatomaceous earth.
Example 3
This example is substantially the same as example 1, except that the zeolite powder is replaced with dolomite.
Example 4
This example is substantially the same as example 1, except that the zeolite powder is replaced with talc.
Example 5
This example is substantially the same as example 1 except that the zeolite powder is replaced with composition a and the ratio of zeolite powder, diatomaceous earth, dolomite and talc is 1:0.2:0.1:0.2.
Example 6
This example is substantially the same as example 1 except that the zeolite powder is replaced with composition a and the ratio of zeolite powder, diatomaceous earth, dolomite and talc is 1:0.5:0.2:0.6.
Example 7
This example is substantially the same as example 1 except that the zeolite powder is replaced with composition a and the ratio of zeolite powder, diatomaceous earth, dolomite and talc is 1:1:0.5:0.8.
Example 8
The feed sedimentation property test comprises the following specific test steps:
preparing a feed sample;
putting a feed sample into a container containing deionized water, wherein the water depth is 50cm;
the time required for the feed to settle while it remains substantially granular, and the time for the feed pellet to dissolve, is recorded.
The test results are shown in Table 1.

As shown in table 1, comparative examples 1-4 and examples 5-7, it can be found that the composition a provided in the present application can significantly improve the sedimentation rate and dissolution time of the feed pellets, promote the feed pellets to sink rapidly after sowing, facilitate fish foraging, and secondly, the dissolution duration is reasonable, improve the waste problem caused by too short dissolution duration, and also reduce the too long dissolution duration, resulting in the change of feed ingredients. Comparing examples 5-7, it can be found that composition a in the proportions provided in example 6 has optimal sedimentation properties.
Example 9
The preparation method is suitable for preparing crucian grass carp intercropping feed:
primarily crushing wheat bran, soybean meal, rapeseed meal and rice bran respectively;
primary mixing, namely mixing calcium dihydrogen phosphate, choline chloride, sodium chloride, compound vitamin, compound amino acid, compound mineral salt and composition A according to a proportion to obtain a primary mixture;
mixing and crushing, namely respectively weighing crushed materials of wheat bran, soybean meal, rapeseed meal and rice bran and steam fish meal according to a proportion, mixing, crushing again, and sieving with an 80-mesh sieve to obtain a crushed mixture;
mixing and granulating, weighing and mixing the composition B and the soybean oil according to a proportion, mixing the obtained product with the primary mixture and the crushed mixture according to a proportion, enabling the variation coefficient of the mixing uniformity to be less than 5%, performing steam tempering and curing, granulating and cooling to obtain the feed.
The amounts of the above combinations by weight are respectively: 150 parts of steam fish meal, 100 parts of wheat bran, 80 parts of soybean meal, 60 parts of rapeseed meal, 50 parts of rice bran, 10 parts of soybean oil, 10 parts of monocalcium phosphate, 1 part of choline chloride, 1 part of sodium chloride, 1 part of compound vitamin, 1 part of compound amino acid, 2 parts of compound mineral salt, 5 parts of composition A and 0.1 part of composition B. Example 12
This example shows the survival effect of the crucian grass carp intercropping feed obtained in test examples 9-11. 400 small grass carps with the average weight of 50 g and 800 small crucian carps with the average weight of 50 g are selected as fries, and are divided into 4 groups on average, and are fed with the feed of examples 9-11 and the conventional crucian carp feed (recorded as comparative example 1).
Feeding conditions: feeding is carried out for 60 days, feeding is carried out for 4 times per day, the feeding time is 7:00, 11:00, 15:00 and 19:00 respectively, the weight of feed fed each time is 1.5-3.5wt% of the total weight of the fish body, the water temperature is 20-28 ℃, the survival rate of four groups of fish bodies is detected, and the survival rate is recorded in Table 2.

As shown in table 2, comparative examples 9 to 11 and comparative example 1, it can be found that the feed with the ratio provided in the present application can significantly improve the survival rate of the crucian grass carp after intercropping, and secondly, comparative examples 9 to 11 can find that composition B and composition C have a strong linkage effect, and when composition B and composition C are used alone, the intercropping effect is poor, and when composition B and composition C are combined, a superior feeding effect can be obtained.
Example 13
The preparation method is suitable for preparing crucian grass carp intercropping feed:
primarily crushing wheat bran, soybean meal, rapeseed meal and rice bran respectively;
primary mixing, namely mixing calcium dihydrogen phosphate, choline chloride, sodium chloride, compound vitamin, compound amino acid, compound mineral salt and composition A according to a proportion to obtain a primary mixture;
mixing and crushing, namely respectively weighing crushed materials of wheat bran, soybean meal, rapeseed meal and rice bran and steam fish meal according to a proportion, mixing, crushing again, and sieving with an 80-mesh sieve to obtain a crushed mixture;
mixing and granulating, weighing and mixing the composition B, the composition C and the soybean oil according to a proportion, mixing the obtained product with the primary mixture and the crushed mixture according to a proportion, enabling the variation coefficient of the mixing uniformity to be less than 5%, performing steam tempering and curing, and finally granulating and cooling to obtain the feed.
The amounts of the above combinations by weight are respectively: 150 parts of steam fish meal, 100 parts of wheat bran, 80 parts of soybean meal, 60 parts of rapeseed meal, 50 parts of rice bran, 10 parts of soybean oil, 10 parts of monocalcium phosphate, 1 part of choline chloride, 1 part of sodium chloride, 1 part of compound vitamin, 1 part of compound amino acid, 2 parts of compound mineral salt, 5 parts of composition A, 0.1 part of composition B and 0.01 part of composition C. Each kilogram of the composite mineral salt comprises 10g of calcium, 10g of phosphorus, 30g of magnesium, 15g of potassium, 10g of zinc, 30g of iron, 5g of manganese, 5g of copper, 0.5g of cobalt, 0.1g of selenium and 0.01g of iodine.
Example 14
This example is substantially the same as example 13, except that the above combinations are used in the amounts by weight of: 180 parts of steam fish meal, 110 parts of wheat bran, 100 parts of soybean meal, 70 parts of rapeseed meal, 70 parts of rice bran, 30 parts of soybean oil, 15 parts of monocalcium phosphate, 1 part of choline chloride, 1 part of sodium chloride, 2 parts of compound vitamin, 2 parts of compound amino acid, 4 parts of compound mineral salt, 7 parts of composition A, 0.5 part of composition B and 0.05 part of composition C.
Example 15
This example is substantially the same as example 13, except that the above combinations are used in the amounts by weight of: 200 parts of steam fish meal, 120 parts of wheat bran, 120 parts of soybean meal, 90 parts of rapeseed meal, 80 parts of rice bran, 40 parts of soybean oil, 15 parts of monocalcium phosphate, 2 parts of choline chloride, 2 parts of sodium chloride, 3 parts of compound vitamin, 3 parts of compound amino acid, 5 parts of compound mineral salt, 8 parts of composition A, 1 part of composition B and 0.2 part of composition C.
Example 16
The example shows the use effect of the crucian grass carp intercropping feed obtained in test examples 13-15. 400 small grass carps with the average weight of 50 g and 800 small crucian carps with the average weight of 50 g are selected as fries, and are divided into 4 groups on average, and are fed with the feed of examples 13-15 and the conventional crucian carp feed (recorded as comparative example 2).
Feeding conditions: feeding is carried out for 60 days, feeding is carried out for 4 times per day, the feeding time is 7:00, 11:00, 15:00 and 19:00 respectively, the weight of feed fed each time is 1.5-3.5wt% of the total weight of the fish body, the water temperature is 20-28 ℃, and the basic indexes of four groups of fish bodies are detected and recorded in table 2.

See table 3, comparative examples 13-15 and comparative example 2, which show that the feed with the formulation provided in this application can significantly increase the weight of the obtained crucian grass carp while maintaining the survival rate of the crucian grass carp after intercropping, thereby significantly increasing the yield and realizing higher economic benefits, and secondly, comparative examples 13-15, which show that the feed with the formulation provided in example 14 can obtain optimal feeding effect.

150-200 parts of steam fish meal;
100-120 parts of wheat bran;
80-120 parts of soybean meal;
60-90 parts of rapeseed meal;
50-80 parts of rice bran;
10-40 parts of soybean oil;
10-15 parts of calcium dihydrogen phosphate;
1-2 parts of choline chloride;
1-2 parts of sodium chloride;
1-3 parts of compound vitamin;
1-3 parts of compound amino acid;
2-5 parts of composite mineral salt;
5-8 parts of a composition A;
wherein the composition A comprises zeolite powder, diatomite, dolomite and talcum powder, and the ratio of the zeolite powder to the diatomite to the dolomite to the talcum powder is 1:0.2-1:0.1-0.5:0.2-0.8.
2. The feed for intercropping crucian carps according to claim 1, wherein the ratio of the zeolite powder, the diatomite, the dolomite and the talcum powder is 1:0.5:0.2:0.6.

The feed for intercropping crucian and grass carp according to claim 1, wherein each kilogram of the compound vitamin comprises 800000-1000000IU of vitamin A and vitamin B 1 More than or equal to 6000mg and vitamin B 2 More than or equal to 8000mg and vitamin B 6 More than or equal to 6000mg and vitamin B 7 More than or equal to 70mg and vitamin B 12 More than or equal to 20mg and vitamin D 3 300000-500000IU, vitamin E not less than 30000mg, vitamin K 3 More than or equal to 3000mg, more than or equal to 30mg of vitamin H, more than or equal to 750mg of folic acid, more than or equal to 10000mg of inositol, more than or equal to 50000mg of nicotinamide, more than or equal to 4000mg of calcium pantothenate, more than or equal to 35000mg of vitamin C ester, and more than or equal to 15000mg of citric acid.

The feed for intercropping crucian carps according to claim 1, wherein each part of the compound amino acid comprises 20-40 parts of lysine, 10-30 parts of valine, 10-20 parts of phenylalanine, 5-15 parts of methionine, 1-10 parts of ornithine, 1-5 parts of tryptophan and 10-15 parts of active dry yeast by weight.

The feed for intercropping crucian carps according to claim 1, wherein each kilogram of the composite mineral salt comprises more than or equal to 10g of calcium, more than or equal to 10g of phosphorus, more than or equal to 30g of magnesium, more than or equal to 15g of potassium, more than or equal to 10g of zinc, more than or equal to 30g of iron, more than or equal to 5g of manganese, more than or equal to 5g of copper, more than or equal to 0.5g of cobalt, more than or equal to 0.1g of selenium and more than or equal to 0.01g of iodine.
6. The feed for intercropping crucian carps according to claim 1, further comprising 0.1-1 parts by weight of a composition B comprising at least one of trichoderma harzianum and bacillus licheniformis.
7. The feed for intercropping crucian carps according to claim 6, wherein the composition B comprises trichoderma subtilis not less than 1 x 10 9 CFU/g and bacillus licheniformis are more than or equal to 1 x 10 9 CFU/g。
8. The feed for intercropping crucian carps according to claim 7, further comprising 0.01-0.2 parts by weight of a composition C, wherein the composition C comprises guar gum and sodium alginate, and the ratio of the guar gum to the sodium alginate is 1:0.1-0.5.
9. The preparation method of the feed suitable for intercropping crucian and grass carp is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
primarily crushing wheat bran, soybean meal, rapeseed meal and rice bran respectively;
primary mixing, namely mixing calcium dihydrogen phosphate, choline chloride, sodium chloride, compound vitamin, compound amino acid, compound mineral salt and composition A according to a proportion to obtain a primary mixture;
mixing and crushing, namely respectively weighing crushed materials of wheat bran, soybean meal, rapeseed meal and rice bran and steam fish meal according to a proportion, mixing, crushing again, and sieving with an 80-mesh sieve to obtain a crushed mixture;
mixing the primary mixture, the crushed mixture and the soybean oil according to a proportion, enabling the variation coefficient of the mixing uniformity to be less than 5%, performing steam tempering and curing, and finally granulating and cooling to obtain the feed.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the step of mixing and granulating further comprises weighing and mixing composition B, composition C, and soybean oil in proportions.
