The operator of the financial institution sends a sales request to the checking and controlling system through the terminal, or the applicant inputs the sales request through the terminal (for example, a self-service terminal of a website), and the terminal sends the sales request to the checking and controlling system, wherein the sales request at least comprises the identification of the account to be sold.
The checking and controlling system obtains the application of the sales user, judges whether the account to be sold is in a pre-freezing state, if the account to be sold is in the pre-freezing state, outputs a sales failure prompt to the terminal, and ends the response to the application of the sales user, namely, the checking and controlling system does not execute the sales user operation to the account to be sold; and if the account to be sold is not in the pre-frozen state, starting a process of selling the account to be sold.
It should be noted that, the checking and controlling system starts the sales process for the account to be sold, which does not mean that the sales operation must be performed on the account to be sold. It will be appreciated that financial institutions often require the applicant to provide corresponding materials during the process of selling account. It should be noted that the materials that the applicant is required to provide may be different for each financial institution in the sales account process.
After the audit system initiates the marketing process for the account to be marketing, the applicant may be required to provide the corresponding material, for example, the applicant may be required to provide identification information. And under the condition that the materials provided by the applicant are qualified, the checking and controlling system performs the marketing operation on the account to be marketing, and under the condition that the materials provided by the applicant are not qualified, the checking and controlling system does not perform the marketing operation on the account to be marketing.
It should be noted that, according to the internal architecture design of the financial institution, the sales process for the account may also be performed by other systems, for example, by the core business system.
In the above embodiment of the present application, the checking and controlling system obtains the application of the sales account, determines whether the account of the sales account is in the pre-frozen state, if the account of the sales account is not in the pre-frozen state, starts the sales flow for the account of the sales account, if the account of the sales account is in the pre-frozen state, outputs the sales failure prompt, ends the response to the application of the sales account, that is, does not execute the sales operation for the account of the sales account, so that the special account of the payroll and the payroll guarantee gold account of the business worker are not sold, and the funds in the special account of the payroll and the payroll guarantee gold account are not transferred or moved illegally, thereby guaranteeing the fund security of the two accounts.
In another embodiment of the present application, the following steps are further provided, which are executed by the control system:
obtaining a transfer application, wherein the transfer application comprises an identifier of an account to be transferred;
determining whether an account to be transferred is in a pre-frozen state;
if the account to be transferred is not in the pre-frozen state, starting a transfer flow aiming at the account to be transferred;
if the account to be transferred is in the pre-frozen state, outputting a transfer failure prompt, and ending the response to the transfer application.
The applicant (e.g., cardholder) makes a transfer request to a financial institution. The operator of the financial institution sends a transfer request to the checking and controlling system through the terminal, or the applicant inputs the transfer request through the terminal (for example, a self-service terminal of a website or a hand-held terminal of a cardholder), and the terminal sends the transfer request to the checking and controlling system, wherein the transfer request at least comprises an identification of an account to be transferred.
The checking and controlling system obtains a transfer application, judges whether an account to be transferred is in a pre-frozen state, if the account to be transferred is in the pre-frozen state, outputs a transfer failure prompt to the terminal, and ends the response to the transfer application, namely, the checking and controlling system does not execute the transfer operation to the account to be transferred; if the account to be transferred is not in the pre-frozen state, a transfer flow for the account to be transferred is started.
It should be noted that, the initiation of the transfer procedure for the account to be transferred by the checking and controlling system does not mean that the transfer operation must be performed on the account to be transferred. After the audit system initiates a transfer flow for an account to be transferred out, the applicant may be required to enter verification information (e.g., a reserved transaction password). And under the condition that the verification information input by the applicant is incorrect, the checking and controlling system does not execute the transfer operation for the account to be transferred out.
It should be noted that, according to the internal architecture design of the financial institution, the transfer process for the account may also be performed by other systems, for example, by the core business system.
In addition, it should be noted that the transfer operation and the wage replacement operation are two different operations. The sending out of the payroll operation can still be performed with the payroll dedicated account and payroll assurance gold account in a pre-frozen state.
In the above embodiment of the present application, the checking and controlling system obtains the transfer application, determines whether the account to be transferred is in the pre-frozen state, if the account to be transferred is not in the pre-frozen state, starts the transfer flow for the account to be transferred, if the account to be transferred is in the pre-frozen state, outputs the transfer failure prompt, ends the response for the transfer application, that is, does not execute the transfer operation for the account to be transferred, so that the payroll special account and the payroll assurance gold account of the business workers are not illegally transferred or moved, and the fund security of the two accounts is guaranteed.
In the various embodiments described above, the audit system needs to determine whether an account is in a prefreezed state. In practice, the checking and controlling system determines whether an account is in a prefreezing state, and a plurality of schemes can be adopted.
The first scheme is as follows: the checking and controlling system judges whether the account has a pre-freezing mark, if so, the account is determined to be in a pre-freezing state, otherwise, the account is determined not to be in the pre-freezing state.
The second scheme is as follows: the checking and controlling system judges whether the identification of the account is in the white list, if so, the account is determined to be in the pre-frozen state, otherwise, the account is determined not to be in the pre-frozen state.
Third scheme: judging whether the account has a pre-freezing mark or not, and judging whether the mark of the account is in a white list or not; if at least one judgment result is yes, the account is determined to be in the pre-frozen state, and if both judgment results are no, the account is determined not to be in the pre-frozen state.
Based on the third scheme, when the local data error occurs in the checking and controlling system, whether the account is in the pre-frozen state can still be correctly determined.
The various embodiments described above of the present application focus on: how to pre-freeze the payroll special account or payroll account for the business crews, and how to limit the checking operation, the freezing operation, the transfer operation, the sales operation and the transfer operation of the account in the pre-frozen state.
It will be appreciated that in the event that the account is no longer a payroll dedicated account or payroll account, the account holder has the need to cancel the pre-frozen state of the account. In the embodiments below in this application, a description is given of how to cancel the pre-frozen state of the account.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of another data processing method disclosed in the present application, which is executed by the control system, and includes:
s201: a prefreezing application is obtained.
The prefreezing application comprises prefreezing control information and applicant certificate information, wherein the prefreezing control information comprises identification of a target account and can also comprise all or part of the following information: a control type; a control measure; a controlled account type; the reason for freezing; freezing the amount; freezing a start date; the freeze end date.
S202: and auditing the prefreezing application. If the prefreezing application passes the audit, step S203 is executed, otherwise, the response to the prefreezing application is ended.
And determining that the target account passes the audit under the condition that the target account is a special payroll account or a payroll assurance account of a business worker and the prefreeding control information and the applicant certificate information are qualified.
S203: and judging whether the target account is provided with a prefreezing mark or not.
If the target account does not have the pre-freeze flag, step S204 is performed, and if the target account has the pre-freeze flag, step S205 is performed.
S204: adding a pre-freezing mark for the target account, adding the identification of the target account into a white list to enable the target account to be in a pre-freezing state, storing pre-freezing control information, and setting the pre-freezing information into a generating state.
S205: and storing the prefreezing control information and setting the prefreezing control information into a waiting state.
Wherein, the checking and sealing operation, the freezing operation, the transfer operation, the selling operation and the transferring operation are forbidden to be executed for the account in the pre-frozen state.
That is, if a certain account is in a pre-frozen state, the checking and controlling system obtains a pre-frozen application for the account, and the pre-frozen application passes the verification, the pre-frozen control information contained in the pre-frozen application is saved, and the pre-frozen control information is set to be in a waiting state.
S206: obtaining the cancel prefreezing application.
The cancellation pre-freezing application comprises identification of the account to be processed and a judicial document.
S207: and auditing the cancel pre-freezing application. If the cancellation of the prefreezing application passes the audit, step S208 is executed, otherwise, the response to the cancellation of the prefreezing application is ended.
Wherein, under the condition that the judicial document is qualified, the passing of the audit is determined.
S208: and setting the prefreezing control information currently in the effective state as the failure state.
S209: it is determined whether the account to be processed has pre-frozen control information in a round state.
If the account to be processed does not have the pre-freeze control information in the waiting state, step S210 is performed, and if the account to be processed has the pre-freeze control information in the waiting state, step S211 is performed.
S210: and (3) removing the pre-freezing mark of the account to be processed, and deleting the identification of the account to be processed from the white list.
S211: setting one prefreezing control information in a waiting state to be in a generating state, and ending the response for canceling the prefreezing application.
That is, the checking and controlling system obtains the application of canceling the prefreezing, and determines that the prefreezing application passes the audit, sets prefreezing control information currently in a valid state as a failure state, further determines whether the account has prefreezing control information in a round state, if the prefreezing control information in the round state exists, the prefreezing state of the account cannot be canceled, sets prefreezing control information in the round state as a valid state, and if the prefreezing control information in the round state does not exist, cancels the prefreezing state of the account, that is, cancels the prefreezing mark of the account to be processed, and deletes the mark of the account to be processed from the white list.
It should be noted that, for the same account, there may be a plurality of pre-frozen control information in a round state. In this case, as an alternative: among the plurality of prefreezing control information in the waiting state, prefreezing control information with the earliest storage time is selected, and the prefreezing control information is set in a generating state.
Based on the data processing method disclosed by the application, the checking and controlling system obtains the application of canceling the prefreezing, and further judges whether the account has prefreezing control information in a round state or not under the condition that the prefreezing application is confirmed to pass the checking, if the account has the prefreezing control information in the round state, the prefreezing state of the account cannot be canceled, and one prefreezing control information in the round state is set to be in a life-effect state. Based on the technical scheme, the same account can be applied for prefreezing for a plurality of times, after the prefreezing is finished, the checking and controlling system automatically judges whether the account has prefreezing control information in a round state, if the account has prefreezing control information in the round state, the prefreezing control information in the round state is validated, the prefreezing state of the account is not canceled, the process does not need to be manually participated, the personnel burden is reduced, and the processing is more timely.
In the above disclosed embodiment of the present application, in the process of auditing the pre-frozen application, it needs to be determined whether the target account is a dedicated payroll account or a payroll account, and one technical solution is implemented by means of a database of payroll accounts, which is described below.
On the basis of the various embodiments disclosed in the application, the following steps are further set, and the following steps are executed by the checking and controlling system:
acquiring account information of an account to be identified;
determining the type of the account to be identified based on the account information of the account to be identified;
and if the type of the account to be identified is a payroll special account or a payroll assurance account, storing the account identification of the account to be identified into a payroll account database.
Wherein the account information of the account to be identified comprises part or all of the following information: contract external service identification number, marketable product number, contract name, currency code, sub-contract number, sub-account number, date of opening an account, and contract lifecycle status code.
It should be noted that the account to be identified includes a new account opening account, and may also include a specified stock account.
As one implementation, the checking and controlling system obtains account information of the account to be identified, and determines the type of the account to be identified based on the pre-constructed identification rule and the account information of the account to be identified.
As another implementation manner, the checking and controlling system determines the type of the account to be identified based on the account information, and the following is adopted:
inputting account information of an account to be identified into an account type identification model which is trained in advance;
based on the output of the account type identification model, the type of account to be identified is determined.
The account type recognition model is obtained based on sample set training, has the capability of accurately predicting the type of the account based on account information, and can be a neural network model with various existing structures.
And outputting the account type recognition model as probability values of the account to be recognized belonging to various types, and determining the type of the account to be recognized based on the probability values of the account to be recognized belonging to various types. For example: and determining the type corresponding to the maximum probability value as the type of the account to be identified.
Optionally, the account information of the newly opened account and the account information of the designated stock account are transmitted to the checking and controlling system in different modes.
Referring now to FIG. 3, FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of a data processing system of the financial institution disclosed herein.
The terminal of the website transmits the account information of the new account opening account to the data exchange platform, the data exchange platform stores the received account information of the new account opening account, and the checking and controlling system receives the account information of the new account opening account sent by the data exchange platform in batches at a designated time (for example, in the early morning of each day). In addition, an operator sends account information of the stock account to be identified to the checking and controlling system through the terminal. The checking and controlling system determines the type of each account to be identified, and if the account to be identified is a special payroll account or a payroll assurance account of the business workers, the account identification of the account to be identified is stored in a business workers account database.
The application discloses a data processing method and correspondingly, the application also discloses a data processing device, and the descriptions of the application and the application can be mutually referred to in the specification.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a data processing apparatus disclosed in the present application. The data processing apparatus includes a prefreezing application acquisition module 10, a prefreezing application auditing module 20, and a prefreezing processing module 30.
The prefreezing application acquisition module 10 is configured to: a prefreezing application is obtained. The prefreezing application includes prefreezing control information including an identification of the target account and applicant certificate information.
The prefreezing application audit module 20 is configured to: and auditing the prefreezing application. And determining that the target account passes the audit under the condition that the target account is a special payroll account or a payroll assurance account of a business worker and the prefreeding control information and the applicant certificate information are qualified.
The prefreezing process module 30 is for: under the condition that the pre-freezing application passes the audit, if the target account does not have the pre-freezing mark, adding the pre-freezing mark to the target account, adding the mark of the target account to a white list to enable the target account to be in a pre-freezing state, storing pre-freezing control information, and setting the pre-freezing information to be in a life effect state.
Wherein, the checking and sealing operation, the freezing operation, the transfer operation, the selling operation and the transferring operation are forbidden to be executed for the account in the pre-frozen state.
Optionally, the prefreezing processing module 30 is further configured to: and under the condition that the pre-freezing application passes the audit, if the target account is provided with the pre-freezing mark, storing pre-freezing control information, and setting the pre-freezing control information into a waiting state.
Optionally, on the basis of the data processing device, a pre-freezing cancellation application acquisition module, a pre-freezing cancellation application auditing module and a pre-freezing cancellation processing module are further arranged.
The cancel prefreezing application acquisition module is used for: obtaining a cancel pre-freeze application, wherein the cancel pre-freeze application comprises an identification of an account to be processed and a judicial document.
The cancel prefreezing application auditing module is used for: and auditing the cancel prefreezing application, wherein the pass of the audit is determined under the condition that the judicial document is qualified.
The cancel prefreezing processing module is used for: under the condition that the pre-freezing application is cancelled to pass the audit, pre-freezing control information in a valid state is set to be in a failure state; determining whether the account to be processed has pre-frozen control information in a round state; if the account to be processed does not have the pre-freezing control information in the round state, the pre-freezing mark of the account to be processed is withdrawn, and the identification of the account to be processed is deleted from the white list; if the account to be processed has the prefreezing control information in the waiting state, setting one prefreezing control information in the waiting state into a generating state, and ending the response for canceling the prefreezing application.
Optionally, on the basis of any one of the data processing devices, a freeze application acquisition module, an account state determination module and a freeze application processing module are further provided.
The freezing application acquisition module is used for: obtaining a freezing application, wherein the freezing application comprises an identifier of an account to be frozen;
the account state determining module is used for: determining whether an account to be frozen is in a prefreezing state;
the freezing application processing module is used for starting a freezing flow aiming at the account to be frozen under the condition that the account to be frozen is not in a pre-frozen state; outputting a freeze failure prompt under the condition that the account to be frozen is in a pre-frozen state, and ending the response to the frozen application.
Optionally, on the basis of any one of the data processing devices, a check-seal application acquisition module, an account state determination module and a check-seal application processing module are further provided.
The check and seal application acquisition module is used for: obtaining a seal checking application, wherein the seal checking application comprises an identifier of an account to be sealed;
the account state determining module is used for: determining whether the account to be checked is in a pre-frozen state;
the seal application processing module is used for: under the condition that the account to be sealed is not in a pre-frozen state, starting a sealing process for the account to be sealed; outputting a seal failure prompt under the condition that the account to be sealed is in a pre-frozen state, and ending the response to the seal application.
Optionally, on the basis of any one of the data processing devices, a transfer application acquisition module, an account state determining module and a transfer application processing module are further provided.

Optionally, the account management module is further configured based on any one of the above data processing devices.
The account management module is used for: acquiring account information of an account to be identified; determining the type of the account to be identified based on the account information of the account to be identified; and if the type of the account to be identified is a payroll special account or a payroll assurance account, storing the account identification of the account to be identified into a payroll account database.
Optionally, the account management module determines the type of the account to be identified based on the account information of the account to be identified by adopting the following scheme: inputting account information of an account to be identified into an account type identification model which is trained in advance; based on the output of the account type identification model, the type of account to be identified is determined.
The application also provides a checking and controlling system.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 shows a hardware structure of a control system, which includes: a processor 501, a memory 502, a communication interface 503, and a communication bus 504.
In the embodiment of the present application, the number of the processor 501, the memory 502, the communication interface 503, and the communication bus 504 is at least one, and the processor 501, the memory 502, and the communication interface 503 complete communication with each other through the communication bus 504. Communication bus 504 may be an ISA (Industry Standard Architecture ) bus, a PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect, peripheral component interconnect standard) bus, or EISA (Extended Industry Standard Architecture ) bus, among others. The buses may be classified as address buses, data buses, control buses, etc.
It should be noted that, as those skilled in the art will appreciate, the structure of the control system shown in fig. 5 is not limited to the control system, and the control system may include more or less components than those shown in fig. 5, or may combine some components, or may be arranged with different components.
The various components of the control system are described in detail below in conjunction with fig. 5.
The processor 501 is a control center of the control system, and connects various parts of the entire control system using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions of the control system and processes data by running or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 502, and calling data stored in the memory 502, thereby performing overall monitoring of the control system.
Processor 501 may be a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU), or a specific integrated circuit ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit), or one or more integrated circuits configured to implement embodiments of the present invention, etc.;
the Memory 502 may include a Memory such as a Random-Access Memory (RAM) and a Read-Only Memory (ROM), and may further include a mass storage device such as at least 1 disk Memory, etc.
Wherein the memory 502 stores a program, the processor 501 may call the program stored in the memory, the program being configured to:
obtaining a prefreezing application, wherein the prefreezing application comprises prefreezing control information and applicant certificate information, and the prefreezing control information comprises an identification of a target account;
Checking the prefreezing application, wherein the target account is a special account for business workers wages or a payroll account, and the prefreezing control information and the applicant certificate information pass the checking under the condition that the target account is qualified;
if the target account does not have the pre-freezing mark under the condition that the pre-freezing application passes the audit, adding the pre-freezing mark to the target account, adding the mark of the target account to a white list so as to enable the target account to be in a pre-freezing state, storing the pre-freezing control information, and setting the pre-freezing information to be in a validity state;
wherein, the checking and sealing operation, the freezing operation, the transfer operation, the selling operation and the transferring operation are forbidden to be executed for the account in the pre-frozen state.

It should be noted that technical features described in each embodiment in the specification may be replaced or combined with each other, and each embodiment is mainly described in a different point from other embodiments, and identical or similar parts between each embodiment are referred to each other. The steps in the methods of the embodiments of the present application may be sequentially adjusted, combined, and pruned according to actual needs. 1. A data processing method, applied to a control system, comprising:
Obtaining a prefreezing application, wherein the prefreezing application comprises prefreezing control information and applicant certificate information, and the prefreezing control information comprises an identification of a target account;
checking the prefreezing application, wherein the target account is a special account for business workers wages or a payroll account, and the prefreezing control information and the applicant certificate information pass the checking under the condition that the target account is qualified;
if the target account does not have the pre-freezing mark under the condition that the pre-freezing application passes the audit, adding the pre-freezing mark to the target account, adding the mark of the target account to a white list so as to enable the target account to be in a pre-freezing state, storing the pre-freezing control information, and setting the pre-freezing information to be in a validity state;
wherein, the checking and sealing operation, the freezing operation, the transfer operation, the selling operation and the transferring operation are forbidden to be executed for the account in the pre-frozen state.
2. The data processing method according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising:
and under the condition that the pre-freezing application passes the audit, if the target account is provided with a pre-freezing mark, storing the pre-freezing control information, and setting the pre-freezing control information into a waiting state.
3. The data processing method according to claim 2, characterized by further comprising:
obtaining a cancel pre-freeze application, wherein the cancel pre-freeze application comprises an identifier of an account to be processed and a judicial document;
auditing the cancel prefreezing application, wherein the audit is confirmed to pass under the condition that the judicial document is qualified;
under the condition that the cancel pre-freezing application passes the audit, pre-freezing control information in a valid state is set to be in a failure state;
determining whether the account to be processed has pre-frozen control information in a round state;

determining whether the account to be transferred is in a pre-frozen state;
if the account to be transferred is not in the pre-frozen state, starting a transfer flow aiming at the account to be transferred;
And if the account to be transferred is in the pre-frozen state, outputting a transfer failure prompt, and ending the response to the transfer application.

the pre-freezing processing module is used for adding a pre-freezing mark to the target account if the target account does not have the pre-freezing mark under the condition that the pre-freezing application passes the audit, adding the mark of the target account into a white list so as to enable the target account to be in a pre-freezing state, storing the pre-freezing control information and setting the pre-freezing information into a valid state;
wherein, the checking and sealing operation, the freezing operation, the transfer operation, the selling operation and the transferring operation are forbidden to be executed for the account in the pre-frozen state.

the memory is used for storing programs;
