In this embodiment, if the matching is unsuccessful, the bill of materials library is matched according to a mode other than the fixed parameter.

In this embodiment, if there is an inconsistency, all of the customer numbers in the direction from where the inconsistency was initiated are regenerated.
For example, the client number HAA347ANL of the channel steel formed by the lower level information is variable, the corresponding parameters include weight, size and the like, the consumption is 2, the client number of the corresponding effective information of the lower level information is HAA271, the client number HAA347ANL and the consumption are matched with a material database firstly, if the material database has consistent information, whether the client number HAA271 of the corresponding effective information of the lower level information is consistent with the material database is verified, whether the parameters of the lower level information are consistent with a bill of materials library is verified, and if the parameters are consistent with the bill of materials of the corresponding formed channel steel is obtained, a bill of materials of the corresponding formed channel steel is obtained through the bill of materials library. If the parameters of the lower-level information are inconsistent with the bill of materials library, regenerating the client number of the lower-level information and the client number of the effective information corresponding to the parameters from the upper side to the lower-level information; if the client number of the effective information corresponding to the lower-level information is inconsistent with the bill of materials library, only the client number of the effective information corresponding to the lower-level information is regenerated, and matching verification is performed again.
And matching is carried out one by one, a bill of materials of the lower level information is obtained one by one, and finally all bill of materials of the client information are generated.
According to the method, the client number and the consumption of the subordinate information of the variable parameter type are matched with the bill of materials library, when the matching is successful, finer verification is performed again, the matching of the client number of the subordinate information is impossible because the parameters of the subordinate information of the variable parameter type are changed, the matching is possible to be successful, but the matched bill of materials is not needed at the moment, and the matching accuracy is improved.
Fig. 2 is a block diagram of a management system for metal forming processing resources according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2, the metal forming process resource management system 200 mainly includes:
the effective information determining module 201 identifies the client information in a fuzzy matching mode according to a preset bill of materials model and a preset first rule, and determines effective information in the client information, wherein the preset first rule is set according to the mapping relation of the associated names;
the lower level information determining module 202 extracts the effective information based on a preset second rule, and determines lower level information of the effective information, wherein the preset second rule is obtained according to historical user information, and the lower level information is parameter information of the effective information;
the bill of materials determining module 203 obtains the parameter type of the subordinate information, and selects a corresponding mode to match the bill of materials library according to the parameter type to obtain the bill of materials corresponding to the customer information.
In one possible implementation manner of this embodiment of the present application, the effective information determining module 201 is further specifically configured to identify, according to a preset bill of materials model and a preset first rule, the client information in a fuzzy matching manner, and determine effective information in the client information, where the determining includes: generating a client template according to a preset first rule; converting the client information according to the client template, and determining standard client information; fuzzy matching is carried out on the client numbers in the standard client information according to the invalid number list, and the invalid number list is obtained according to the historical user information and is stored in a preset bill of materials model; removing the invalid piece number in the standard customer information according to the fuzzy matching result; matching the client number in the standard client information after the invalid client number is removed according to a preset bill of materials model; and comparing the data of the client number in the matched standard client information with corresponding data in a preset bill of materials model to obtain effective information.
In one possible implementation manner of this embodiment of the present application, the valid information determining module 201 is further specifically configured to perform fuzzy matching on a client number in standard client information according to a invalid client number list, including: acquiring a first invalidation piece number needing fuzzy matching in an invalidation piece number list; and carrying out fuzzy matching on the client numbers in the standard client information according to the first invalid part numbers, and determining all the first client numbers containing the first invalid part numbers.
In one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the effective information determining module 201 is further specifically configured to: acquiring a second invalidation piece number which needs to be accurately matched in the invalidation piece number list; and carrying out accurate matching on the client numbers in the standard client information according to the second invalid part numbers, and determining all second client numbers containing the second invalid part numbers.
In one possible implementation manner of this embodiment of the present application, the subordinate information determining module 202 is further specifically configured to extract the effective information based on a preset second rule, determine subordinate information of the effective information, and include: limiting the quantity of the lower-level information of the effective information according to a preset second rule, and determining the limiting quantity of the lower-level information of the effective information; acquiring the importance of all extractable information of the effective information; the extractable information is extracted based on a defined number in order of importance of the extractable information from high to low, and the lower level information is determined.
In one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the bill of materials determining module 203 is further specifically configured to obtain a parameter type of the lower level information, select a corresponding mode according to the parameter type, match the bill of materials library, obtain a bill of materials corresponding to the customer information, and include: when the parameter type of the lower level information is the fixed parameter, the bill of materials corresponding to the client information is obtained by directly matching the bill of materials library according to the client number of the lower level information or matching the bill of materials library according to the client number and the parameter of the lower level information.
In one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the bill of materials determining module 203 is further specifically configured to obtain a parameter type of the lower level information, select a corresponding mode according to the parameter type, match the bill of materials library, obtain a bill of materials corresponding to the customer information, and further include: and when the parameter type of the lower level information is not a constant parameter, matching the bill of materials library according to the client number and the consumption of the lower level information, if the matching is successful, respectively verifying whether the client number and the bill of materials library of the corresponding effective information of the lower level information are consistent, and if the client number and the bill of materials library are consistent, obtaining the bill of materials corresponding to the client information.
It will be clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, specific working procedures of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to corresponding procedures in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not repeated herein.
The embodiment of the application also describes an electronic device from the perspective of the entity apparatus, as shown in fig. 3, the electronic device 300 shown in fig. 3 includes: a processor 301 and a memory 303. Wherein the processor 301 is coupled to the memory 303, such as via a bus 302. Optionally, the electronic device 300 may also include a transceiver 304. It should be noted that, in practical applications, the transceiver 304 is not limited to one, and the structure of the electronic device 300 is not limited to the embodiment of the present application.
The processor 301 may be a CPU (Central Processing Unit ), general purpose processor, DSP (Digital Signal Processor, data signal processor), ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit ), FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array, field programmable gate array) or other programmable logic device, transistor logic device, hardware components, or any combination thereof. Which may implement or perform the various exemplary logic blocks, modules, and circuits described in connection with this disclosure. Processor 301 may also be a combination that implements computing functionality, e.g., comprising one or more microprocessor combinations, a combination of a DSP and a microprocessor, etc.
Bus 302 may include a path to transfer information between the components. Bus 302 may be a PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect, peripheral component interconnect Standard) bus or an EISA (Extended Industry Standard Architecture ) bus, or the like. Bus 302 may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, and the like. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in fig. 3, but not only one bus or one type of bus.
The Memory 303 may be, but is not limited to, a ROM (Read Only Memory) or other type of static storage device that can store static information and instructions, a RAM (Random Access Memory ) or other type of dynamic storage device that can store information and instructions, an EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory ), a CD-ROM (Compact Disc Read Only Memory, compact disc Read Only Memory) or other optical disk storage, optical disk storage (including compact discs, laser discs, optical discs, digital versatile discs, blu-ray discs, etc.), magnetic disk storage media or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer.
The memory 303 is used for storing application program codes for executing the present application and is controlled to be executed by the processor 301. The processor 301 is configured to execute the application code stored in the memory 303 to implement what is shown in the foregoing method embodiments.
Among them, electronic devices include, but are not limited to: mobile terminals such as mobile phones, notebook computers, digital broadcast receivers, PDAs (personal digital assistants), PADs (tablet computers), PMPs (portable multimedia players), in-vehicle terminals (e.g., in-vehicle navigation terminals), and the like, and stationary terminals such as digital TVs, desktop computers, and the like. But may also be a server or the like. The electronic device shown in fig. 3 is only an example and should not be construed as limiting the functionality and scope of use of the embodiments herein.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of the figures are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, these steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited in order and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated herein. Moreover, at least some of the steps in the flowcharts of the figures may include a plurality of sub-steps or stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, the order of their execution not necessarily being sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the other steps or stages.
The foregoing is only a partial embodiment of the present application and it should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several improvements and modifications can be made without departing from the principle of the present application, and these improvements and modifications should also be considered as the protection scope of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. A method of managing metal forming process resources, comprising:
identifying customer information in a fuzzy matching mode according to a preset bill of materials model and a preset first rule, and determining effective information in the customer information, wherein the preset first rule is set according to a mapping relation of associated names;
extracting the effective information based on a preset second rule, and determining lower-level information of the effective information, wherein the preset second rule is obtained according to historical user information, and the lower-level information is parameter information of the effective information;
and acquiring the parameter type of the subordinate information, and selecting a corresponding mode to match a bill of materials library according to the parameter type to obtain a bill of materials corresponding to the client information.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the identifying the customer information by fuzzy matching according to the preset bill of materials model and the preset first rule, and determining the valid information in the customer information, comprises:
generating a client template according to the preset first rule;
converting the client information according to the client template to determine standard client information;
fuzzy matching is carried out on the client numbers in the standard client information according to a failure number list, and the failure number list is obtained according to the historical user information and is stored in the preset bill of materials model;
removing the invalid piece number in the standard customer information according to the fuzzy matching result;
matching the client number in the standard client information after the invalid client number is removed according to the preset bill of materials model;
and comparing the matched data of the client number in the standard client information with the corresponding data in the preset bill of materials model to obtain the effective information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein said fuzzy matching of customer numbers in said standard customer information based on a list of failed customer numbers comprises:
acquiring a first invalidation piece number needing fuzzy matching in the invalidation piece number list;
and carrying out fuzzy matching on the client numbers in the standard client information according to the first invalid piece numbers, and determining all first client numbers containing the first invalid piece numbers.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring a second invalid piece number which is required to be accurately matched in the invalid piece number list;
and according to the second invalid piece number, carrying out accurate matching on the piece numbers of the clients in the standard client information, and determining all second client pieces containing the second invalid piece number.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the extracting the valid information based on the preset second rule, determining the subordinate information of the valid information, comprises:
limiting the quantity of the lower-level information of the effective information according to the preset second rule, and determining the limiting quantity of the lower-level information of the effective information;
acquiring the importance of all extractable information of the effective information;
and extracting the extractable information according to the order of the importance of the extractable information from high to low based on the limited quantity, and determining the subordinate information.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining the parameter type of the subordinate information, selecting a corresponding manner to match a bill of materials library according to the parameter type, and obtaining the bill of materials corresponding to the customer information includes:
and when the parameter type of the lower information is a fixed parameter, directly matching the bill of materials library according to the client number of the lower information, or matching the bill of materials library according to the client number and the parameter of the lower information, and obtaining the bill of materials corresponding to the client information.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the parameter type of the subordinate information, selecting a corresponding manner to match a bill of materials library according to the parameter type, and obtaining a bill of materials corresponding to the customer information, further comprises:
and when the parameter type of the lower information is not a constant parameter, matching the bill of materials library according to the client number and the consumption of the lower information, if the matching is successful, respectively verifying whether the client number of the corresponding effective information of the lower information is consistent with the bill of materials library, and whether the lower information is consistent with the bill of materials library, and if so, obtaining the bill of materials corresponding to the client information.
8. A system for managing metal forming process resources, comprising:
the effective information determining module is used for identifying the client information in a fuzzy matching mode according to a preset bill of materials model and a preset first rule, and determining the effective information in the client information, wherein the preset first rule is set according to the mapping relation of the associated names;
the lower-level information determining module is used for extracting the effective information based on a preset second rule, determining lower-level information of the effective information, wherein the preset second rule is obtained according to historical user information, and the lower-level information is parameter information of the effective information;
and the bill of materials determining module acquires the parameter type of the subordinate information, and selects a corresponding mode to match a bill of materials library according to the parameter type to obtain a bill of materials corresponding to the client information.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing the processor-executable instructions;
the processor is adapted to perform the method of any of the preceding claims 1-7.
10. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer is caused to perform the method according to any one of claims 1-7 when the computer program is executed in the computer.
