In some embodiments, in order to improve the efficiency of matching the material with the order contract, the searching module 403 specifically includes:
the determining unit is used for determining a candidate order contract corresponding to the first material type according to a preset corresponding relation between the first material type and the order contract when the matching rule comprises at least one production rule and at least one quality rule of the first material;
the searching unit may be configured to search, in the corresponding candidate order contract, a second order contract in which the expected material parameter and the actual material parameter of the first material satisfy at least one production rule and at least one quality rule.
Therefore, candidate contracts matched with the materials are determined firstly, then actual material parameters of the materials are matched with expected material parameters in the order contracts according to at least one production rule and one material rule, so that a second order contract matched with the materials is determined, and the problem of large calculation amount caused by comparison of all the materials and the order contracts according to the production rule and the material rule can be solved by determining the candidate contracts.
In some embodiments, the search unit specifically includes:
the sorting subunit is configured to sort the at least one production rule and the at least one quality rule according to a preset weight, so as to obtain sorted production rules and quality rules;
the searching subunit is used for searching the order contracts matched with the expected material parameters and the actual material parameters of the first material corresponding to the ordered production rule and the ordered quality rule one by one according to the ordered production rule and the ordered quality rule;
the determining subunit may be configured to determine, as the second order contract, an order contract in which the expected material parameter matches each of the actual material parameters of the first material.
Therefore, the order contracts which do not meet the matching rules can be screened out quickly when the matching of the materials and the order contracts is carried out according to the matching rules by setting the matching rules which are more important or correspond to the order contracts which meet the matching rules less as the order contracts which are firstly compared. The matching speed is accelerated.
Fig. 5 shows a hardware structure diagram of an embodiment of the electronic device provided in the present application.
The electronic device 500 may include a processor 501 and a memory 502 storing computer program instructions.
Specifically, the processor 501 may include a Central Processing Unit (CPU), or an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or may be configured to implement one or more Integrated circuits of the embodiments of the present Application.
Memory 502 may include mass storage that may be used for data or instructions. By way of example, and not limitation, memory 502 may include a Hard Disk Drive (HDD), a floppy Disk Drive, flash memory, an optical Disk, a magneto-optical Disk, tape, or a Universal Serial Bus (USB) Drive or a combination of two or more of these. Memory 502 may include removable or non-removable (or fixed) media, where appropriate. The memory 502 may be internal or external to the integrated gateway disaster recovery device, where appropriate. In a particular embodiment, the memory 502 is non-volatile solid-state memory.
The memory may include Read Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), magnetic disk storage media devices, optical storage media devices, flash memory devices, electrical, optical, or other physical/tangible memory storage devices. Thus, in general, the memory includes one or more tangible (non-transitory) computer-readable storage media (e.g., memory devices) encoded with software comprising computer-executable instructions and when the software is executed (e.g., by one or more processors), it is operable to perform operations described with reference to the methods according to an aspect of the application.
The processor 501 reads and executes the computer program instructions stored in the memory 502 to implement any one of the material and order matching methods in the above embodiments.
In some examples, electronic device 500 may also include a communication interface 503 and a bus 510. As shown in fig. 5, the processor 501, the memory 502, and the communication interface 503 are connected via a bus 510 to complete communication therebetween.
The communication interface 503 may be mainly used for implementing communication between modules, apparatuses, units and/or devices in the embodiments of the present application.
Bus 510 comprises hardware, software, or both to couple the components of the online data traffic billing device to each other. By way of example, and not limitation, the bus 510 may include an Accelerated Graphics Port (AGP) or other graphics bus, an Enhanced Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, a Front Side Bus (FSB), a Hyper Transport (HT) interconnect, an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, an infiniband interconnect, a Low Pin Count (LPC) bus, a memory bus, a Micro Channel Architecture (MCA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, a PCI-Express (PCI-X) bus, a Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (SATA) bus, a video electronics standards association local (VLB) bus, or other suitable bus, or a combination of two or more of these. Bus 510 may include one or more buses, where appropriate. Although specific buses are described and shown in the embodiments of the application, any suitable buses or interconnects are contemplated by the application.
Illustratively, as the payment terminal, the electronic device 500 may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm top computer, a vehicle-mounted electronic device, an ultra-mobile personal computer (UMPC), a netbook or a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), and the like. As a code scanning terminal, the electronic device 500 may be a Point of sale (POS), a code scanner, or the like.
The electronic device may execute the material and order matching method in the embodiment of the present application, so as to implement the material and order matching method and apparatus described in conjunction with fig. 1 to 4.
In addition, in combination with the material and order matching method in the foregoing embodiments, the embodiments of the present application may provide a computer-readable storage medium to implement. The computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer program instructions; the computer program instructions, when executed by a processor, implement any of the material and order matching methods of the above embodiments. Examples of computer-readable storage media include non-transitory computer-readable storage media such as portable disks, hard disks, Random Access Memories (RAMs), Read Only Memories (ROMs), erasable programmable read only memories (EPROMs or flash memories), portable compact disk read only memories (CD-ROMs), optical storage devices, magnetic storage devices, and so forth.
It is to be understood that the present application is not limited to the particular arrangements and instrumentality described above and shown in the attached drawings. A detailed description of known methods is omitted herein for the sake of brevity. In the above embodiments, several specific steps are described and shown as examples. However, the method processes of the present application are not limited to the specific steps described and illustrated, and those skilled in the art can make various changes, modifications, and additions or change the order between the steps after comprehending the spirit of the present application.
The functional blocks shown in the above structural block diagrams may be implemented as hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. The code segments may be downloaded via computer networks such as the internet, intranet, etc.
It should also be noted that the exemplary embodiments mentioned in this application describe some methods or systems based on a series of steps or devices. However, the present application is not limited to the order of the above-described steps, that is, the steps may be performed in the order mentioned in the embodiments, may be performed in an order different from the order in the embodiments, or may be performed simultaneously.

Claims (10)

1. A method for matching materials with orders, the method comprising:
acquiring a first material, wherein the actual material parameter of the first material does not accord with the expected material parameter specified in a first order contract;
determining a first material type corresponding to the first material from preset material types according to the material form of the first material;
searching a second order contract matched with the first material from the order contracts corresponding to the first material type according to a preset material matching rule;
and under the condition that a second order contract is found, establishing a matching relation between the first material and the second order contract.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the first material comprises a ferrous material; the material form of the first material comprises the material state and the material property of the steel material;
the determining, according to the material form of the first material, a first material type corresponding to the first material in the preset material types specifically includes:
and determining a first material type corresponding to the steel material from preset material types according to the material state and the material attribute of the steel material.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the matching rules comprise at least one production rule and at least one quality rule for the first material;
the searching for the second order contract matched with the first material from the order contracts corresponding to the first material type according to the preset material matching rule specifically includes:
determining a candidate order contract corresponding to a first material type according to a preset corresponding relation between the first material type and the order contract;
and searching a second order contract in which the expected material parameters and the actual material parameters of the first material meet the at least one production rule and the at least one quality rule in the corresponding candidate order contract.

The method according to claim 3, wherein the searching for the second order contract in which the expected material parameters and the actual material parameters of the first material satisfy the at least one production rule and the at least one quality rule in the corresponding candidate order contract comprises:
sequencing the at least one production rule and the at least one quality rule according to a preset weight to obtain a sequenced production rule and quality rule;
searching order contracts matched with the expected material parameters and the actual material parameters of the first material corresponding to the ordered production rules and quality rules one by one according to the ordered production rules and quality rules;
and determining the order contract with the expected material parameters matched with all the actual material parameters of the first material as a second order contract.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the production rules include at least one of material status, order contract expected status, material size, order contract expected size, material packaging, order contract expected packaging;
the quality rules comprise at least one of material grade, order contract expected grade, material metallurgy specification, order contract expected metallurgy specification, material product specification, order contract expected specification, material oil coating amount, order contract expected oil coating amount, material fingerprint resistance mode, order contract expected fingerprint resistance mode, material passivation mode, order contract expected passivation mode, material coating weight, order contract expected coating weight, material coating surface structure and order contract expected coating surface structure.
6. A material and order matching apparatus, said apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a first material, and the actual material parameters of the first material do not accord with the expected material parameters specified in a first order contract;
the determining module is used for determining a first material type corresponding to the first material from preset material types according to the material form of the first material;
the searching module is used for searching a second order contract matched with the first material from the order contracts corresponding to the first material type according to a preset material matching rule;
and under the condition that a second order contract is found, establishing a matching relation between the first material and the second order contract.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the determining module comprises:
the determining unit is used for determining a first material type corresponding to the steel material from preset material types according to the material state and the material attribute of the steel material under the condition that the first material comprises the steel material and the material form of the first material comprises the material state and the material attribute of the steel material.
8. An electronic device, characterized in that the device comprises: a processor, and a memory storing computer program instructions; the processor reads and executes the computer program instructions to implement the material and order matching method of any one of claims 1-5.
9. A computer readable storage medium having computer program instructions stored thereon which, when executed by a processor, implement the item and order matching method of any of claims 1-5.
10. A computer program product, wherein instructions in the computer program product, when executed by a processor of an electronic device, cause the electronic device to perform a method of matching materials to orders as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
