Abstract
The application is suitable for the technical field of industrial manufacturing, and provides a method, a device, equipment and a storage medium for analyzing bill of material information, wherein the method for analyzing the bill of material information comprises the following steps: acquiring keywords of a part; and obtaining bill of material information of the part according to a preset matching rule based on the keyword. Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of industrial manufacturing, and particularly relates to a method, a device, equipment and a storage medium for analyzing bill of material information.
Background
Intelligent manufacturing is becoming the most important way to achieve fast product delivery, and intelligent manufacturing is achieved without departing from Bill of Material (BOM) information of parts. And the accurate processing mode can be provided for the manufactured parts and the like only by the bill of material information. Generally, bill of material information of different parts is recorded in a BOM file, however, currently, the BOM file is usually maintained only by human, and the analysis of the bill of material information of a certain part needs to be completed manually, which is low in efficiency.

For a part with the 3D file name of S220001_ cav01.Prt, the keyword is extracted as CAV, so the bill of material information corresponding to CAV in the preset matching rule is used as the bill of material information of the part, i.e., part type = front mold, machining mode = machining, material = NAK80, and part number type is used to generate part number CAV0001.
For a part with the 3D file name of S220001_ g01.Prt, the keyword is G, so the bill of material information corresponding to G in the preset matching rule is used as the bill of material information of the part, that is, the part type = nozzle needle, the machining mode = machining, the material = SKD61, and the part number type is used to generate the part number G0001.
For a part with a 3D file name of S220001_ cavq1.Prt, extracting keywords as CAV and Q, and because the priority of CAV is higher, using the bill of material information corresponding to CAV in the preset matching rule as the bill of material information of the part, that is, part type = front mold, machining mode = machining, material = NAK80, and part number type is used to generate part number CAV0002.
For a part with the 3D file name S220001_ q01.Prt, the keyword is extracted as Q, so the bill of material information corresponding to Q in the preset matching rule is used as the bill of material information of the part, i.e., part type = parts, machining mode = purchase semi-finished product-machining, material = NAK80, and part number type is used to generate part number a0001.
For a part with the 3D file name of S220001_ y01.Prt, the keyword is extracted as Y, so the bill of material information corresponding to Y in the preset matching rule is used as the bill of material information of the part, i.e., the part type = parts, the processing method = purchase semi-finished product-processing, the material = NAK80, and the part number priority is later than Q, so the part number is next to the part number generated by the part with the part name of S220001_ q01.Prt, and then a0002 is generated.
According to the method for analyzing the bill of material information, the name information of the part is obtained, the keyword is extracted according to the name information, the bill of material information corresponding to the keyword in the preset matching rule is used as the bill of material information of the part, and a user only needs to fill the name information of the part in a standard mode to enable the name information to contain the keyword, so that the bill of material information of the part can be obtained quickly.
