when the fixed rod 37 moves to the required height of the cotton packing specification, the dried cotton is conveyed to a circular cavity surrounded by two groups of rotating groups 34 through the slide way opening 25, in the cotton conveying process, the controller controls the micro air pump in the slide pipe 371 to start, the micro air pump drives the needle insertion 372 to reciprocate, the needle insertion 372 moves reciprocally along the pipe wall of the slide pipe 371, the needle insertion 372 stretches out to sequentially pass through the slide pipe 371 and the needle hole 381, the needle insertion 372 stretches into the circular cavity immediately, the needle insertion 372 rolls cotton immediately, so that the gap between the cotton is reduced, after the cotton conveying is finished, the controller controls the needle insertion 372 to shrink into the slide pipe 371, meanwhile, the controller controls the hydraulic rod in the second hydraulic cylinder to drive the circular packing plate 332 to move, the circular packing plate 332 moves to the side close to the packing cavity 31 immediately, then the circular packing plate 332 stretches into the circular cavity, in the pressing process is performed immediately, a worker stretches the fixed rope into the placing groove 382, then the controller controls the circular packing plate 332 to reset, the packing plate 332 is separated from the circular cavity and then the two groups of cotton are fixedly connected with the two workers;
when the cotton is required to be packed into rectangular bundles, the controller controls the sliding block to move, the sliding block moves towards one side close to the inner wall of the packing cavity 31 immediately, so that two groups of rotating groups 34 are in parallel with the side edge of the packing cavity 31, then the controller controls a second electric cylinder at the bottom of the containing groove 35 to start, a push rod in the second electric cylinder drives the bottom plate block 36 to lift, so that the bottom plate block 36 is separated from the containing groove 35, the upper surface of the bottom plate block 36 and the surface of the packing cavity 31 are positioned on the same plane, then the controller controls a first hydraulic cylinder in the pressing cavity 32 to start, and a push rod in the first hydraulic cylinder drives the rectangular packing plate 331 to move, and as the rectangular packing plate 331 is provided with an extension ring towards one side close to the circular packing plate 332, the rectangular packing plate 331 is driven to move when moving, so that the packing plate 33 presses the cotton in the packing cavity 31;
after the cotton pressing and packing are completed, the controller controls the first electric cylinder in the sliding block to start, the push rod in the first electric cylinder drives the rotating group 34 to move, the rotating group 34 moves to one side close to the containing groove 35, the rotating group 34 is contracted into the containing groove 35, then the controller controls the third electric cylinder to start, the push rod in the third electric cylinder drives the push plate 13 to move, the push plate 13 moves to one side close to the packing cavity 31, in the process of moving the push plate 13, the push plate 13 then pushes cotton to one side close to the discharge hole 12, the push plate 13 moves, the controller controls the fourth electric cylinder to start, the push rod in the fourth electric cylinder drives the slide plate 14 to move, the slide plate 14 moves to one side close to the fourth electric cylinder, the packing cavity 31 is communicated with the discharge hole 12, the packed cotton is conveyed from the packing cavity 31 to the discharge hole 12, after the packed cotton is conveyed out of the machine body 1, the slide plate 14 and the push plate 13 are reset, the slide plate 14 and the push plate 13 push the cotton to one side close to the discharge hole 12, and the cotton is packed again, and the packing cavity 31 is packed continuously.
