背景技术
从现有技术中已知轮毂铰链单元的多个不同的实施方式。尤其已知的是,在驱动轴和轮毂之间的力传递经由径向齿部或端面齿部进行。端面齿部例如能够设在铰链壳或铰链轴处,所述铰链轴与机动车的驱动轴接合。铰链壳的端面齿部又能够与轮毂的配合地构成的端面齿部接合,由此将驱动轴的扭矩传递到轮毂上。

此外在密封体13处设有第二密封唇13c。第二密封唇13c与铰链壳同样以线接触贴靠。第二密封唇13c——与第一密封唇13b相反地——指向相反的轴向方向。在固定部段13a和第二密封唇13c之间设有第二间隙S2,所述第二间隙能够实现在安装时第二密封唇13c的径向弹动。在密封唇13b、13c的接触区域中有利地未覆层或涂漆的铰链壳3能够具有通过制造工艺引起的车削纹。通过两个密封唇13b、13c的双重密封,虽然存在所述车削纹,仍能够实现可靠的密封。
用于安装轮毂铰链单元的方法应根据图3a和3b详细阐述。如从图3a中可见的,在轮毂铰链单元的第一安装步骤中,将铰链壳推到轮毂2连同在其处预安装的密封装置11上。铰链壳3对此具有倒棱3a,第一密封唇13b能够在所述倒棱上滑动。通过倒棱3a,能够避免密封唇13的损坏并且减小安装力。在第一安装步骤中,第一密封唇13b贴靠在铰链壳3处,并且第二密封唇13c是无接触的。其在该时刻尚未接触铰链壳3,由此降低摩擦和简化安装。在将轮毂2和铰链壳3继续朝向彼此推动(参见图3b)时,将第一密封唇13b更强地按压到铰链壳3上,由此间隙S1变小。由此,第二密封唇13c径向向下按压到铰链壳3上。第二密封唇13c因此在安装期间翻转——从在第一安装步骤中无接触的状态到第二安装步骤中的接触的状态。

Claims (9)

1.一种轮毂铰链单元(1),具有:轮毂(2)和铰链壳(3),所述轮毂和铰链壳为了传递扭矩而抗扭地经由端面齿部(4,5)彼此耦联;在所述轮毂(2)上安置的多排的滚动轴承(6);至少一个单独的、在轴向外部设置在轮毂(2)上的轴承内环(7),所述轴承内环经由所述轮毂(2)的凸缘(8)轴向固定;以及外环(9)和在外环(9)和内环(7)之间设置的滚动体(10);和密封装置(11),所述密封装置至少局部地设置在所述端面齿部(4,5)的径向外部,其中所述密封装置(11)具有密封承载件(12),在所述密封承载件处固定有密封体(13),其中所述密封体(13)具有用于将所述密封体(13)固定在所述密封承载件(12)处的固定部段(13a),并且其中所述密封体(13)具有第一密封唇(13b),所述第一密封唇设在所述密封承载件(12)的径向内部并且在安装状态中贴靠在所述铰链壳(3)处并且轴向地朝向所述轮毂(2)取向,
其特征在于,
所述密封体(13)具有第二密封唇(13c),所述第二密封唇与所述第一密封唇(13b)轴向相邻地贴靠在所述铰链壳(3)处并且轴向上与所述第一密封唇(13b)相反地取向。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轮毂铰链单元(1),
其特征在于,
所述密封承载件(12)具有用于固定在所述内环(7)处、所述外环(9)处或所述轮毂(2)的所述凸缘(8)处的第一轴向部段(12a)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的轮毂铰链单元(1),
其特征在于,
所述密封承载件(12)具有连接于所述第一轴向部段(12a)的径向部段(12b)以及连接于所述径向部段的第二轴向部段(12c),所述径向部段贴靠在所述内环(7)的端侧(7a)处,所述密封体(13)的所述固定部段(13a)的至少一部分设置在所述第二轴向部段上。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的轮毂铰链单元(1),
其特征在于,
所述第一密封唇(13b)和/或所述第二密封唇(13c)在安装状态中以线接触贴靠在所述铰链壳(3)处。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的轮毂铰链单元(1),
其特征在于,
所述铰链壳(3)至少在所述密封体(13)的接触区域中无覆层地构成。
6.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的轮毂铰链单元(1),
其特征在于,
在所述内环(7)和所述外环(9)之间设有盒式密封件(14)。
7.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的轮毂铰链单元(1),
其特征在于,
所述密封承载件(12)由金属、尤其由金属板形成。
8.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的轮毂铰链单元(1),
其特征在于,
所述密封体(13)材料配合地与所述密封承载件(12)连接,尤其借助于注塑与所述密封承载件连接。
9.一种用于安装根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的轮毂铰链单元(1)的方法,
其中将所述铰链壳(3)轴向地朝向所述轮毂(2)推动,其中在第一步骤中,将所述第一密封唇(13b)与所述铰链壳(3)形成接触,并且所述第二密封唇(13c)是无接触的,并且其中在第二步骤中,所述第二密封唇(13c)翻转,使得不仅所述第一密封唇(13b)而且所述第二密封唇(13c)与所述铰链壳(3)接触。
