Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile technology, in particular to a high-elasticity skin-friendly fabric and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The high-elasticity functional fabric has wide demands in certain occasions due to the characteristics of free expansion and contraction, fit, shape-building and good shape-keeping performance, such as knee-pad, wrist-pad fabric, tights, body-building clothes and the like. Such garments require higher elasticity and recovery. Because most of the places where the high-elasticity functional fabrics are required are in direct contact with the skin, the requirements on the skin-friendly performance of the high-elasticity functional fabrics are high, but the existing elastic fabrics are mostly stiff and rough, the contact feeling of the skin is poor, and the air permeability and the antibacterial performance are not ideal. Therefore, the softness, skin-friendly property and antibacterial property of the fabric are required to be increased on the premise of ensuring the elasticity of the fabric.
Chinese patent CN107740275a discloses a high-strength flame-retardant elastic fabric and a preparation method thereof, the method comprises the following steps: a) Spinning cotton fibers and unmodified vinylon or modified vinylon into single yarns, and stranding the single yarns to form a strand; b) Weaving by using the yarn obtained in the step a) as weft yarn or as warp yarn and weft yarn simultaneously to obtain elastic fabric; c) Soaking the elastic fabric obtained in the step b) in an aqueous solution of a tetrakis (hydroxymethyl) phosphonium compound to obtain a soaked fabric; d) Drying the soaked fabric obtained in step c) to obtain a dried fabric; e) Subjecting the dried fabric obtained in step d) to ammonia fumigation to obtain an ammonia-fumigated fabric; f) Oxidizing the ammonified fabric obtained in step e). However, the elastic fabric prepared by the patent has poor skin-friendly property.
