Description

High-elasticity skin-friendly fabric and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile technology, in particular to a high-elasticity skin-friendly fabric and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The high-elasticity functional fabric has wide demands in certain occasions due to the characteristics of free expansion and contraction, fit, shape-building and good shape-keeping performance, such as knee-pad, wrist-pad fabric, tights, body-building clothes and the like. Such garments require higher elasticity and recovery. Because most of the places where the high-elasticity functional fabrics are required are in direct contact with the skin, the requirements on the skin-friendly performance of the high-elasticity functional fabrics are high, but the existing elastic fabrics are mostly stiff and rough, the contact feeling of the skin is poor, and the air permeability and the antibacterial performance are not ideal. Therefore, the softness, skin-friendly property and antibacterial property of the fabric are required to be increased on the premise of ensuring the elasticity of the fabric.
Chinese patent CN107740275a discloses a high-strength flame-retardant elastic fabric and a preparation method thereof, the method comprises the following steps: a) Spinning cotton fibers and unmodified vinylon or modified vinylon into single yarns, and stranding the single yarns to form a strand; b) Weaving by using the yarn obtained in the step a) as weft yarn or as warp yarn and weft yarn simultaneously to obtain elastic fabric; c) Soaking the elastic fabric obtained in the step b) in an aqueous solution of a tetrakis (hydroxymethyl) phosphonium compound to obtain a soaked fabric; d) Drying the soaked fabric obtained in step c) to obtain a dried fabric; e) Subjecting the dried fabric obtained in step d) to ammonia fumigation to obtain an ammonia-fumigated fabric; f) Oxidizing the ammonified fabric obtained in step e). However, the elastic fabric prepared by the patent has poor skin-friendly property.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a high-elasticity skin-friendly fabric and a preparation method thereof, so as to solve the above technical problems.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: the high-elasticity skin-friendly fabric comprises an outer layer I, an outer layer II, an intermediate layer and an inner layer; the outer layer I; the raw material of the outer layer I is polypropylene long fibers and cotton-flax fibers; the outer layer II is formed by weaving spandex/special-shaped polypropylene elastic core-spun yarns; the core fiber of the spandex/profiled polypropylene elastic core spun yarn is spandex fiber and water-soluble fiber, and the outer wrapping fiber of the spandex/profiled polypropylene elastic core spun yarn is profiled polypropylene fiber; the raw material of the middle layer is cotton fiber; the inner layer is made of chitin fiber, cotton fiber and profiled polyester fiber.
Further, in the high-elasticity skin-friendly fabric, the thickness ratio of the outer layer I to the outer layer II to the middle layer to the inner layer is 10:5-15:5:5-10.
Further, the raw materials of the outer layer I are 15-35 parts of polypropylene long fibers and 15-35 parts of cotton-flax fibers; the raw materials of the outer layer II comprise 30-45 parts of spandex fiber, 10-25 parts of water-soluble fiber and 40-65 parts of profiled polypropylene fiber; the raw materials of the middle layer are 20-25 parts of cotton fibers; the raw materials of the inner layer comprise 10-20 parts of chitin fiber, 5-15 parts of cotton fiber and 15-35 parts of profiled polyester fiber.
Further, the raw materials of the outer layer I are 25 parts of polypropylene long fibers and 25 parts of cotton-flax fibers; the raw materials of the outer layer II are 35 parts of spandex fiber, 15 parts of water-soluble fiber and 55 parts of profiled polypropylene fiber; the raw materials of the middle layer are 22 parts of cotton fibers; the inner layer is prepared from 15 parts of chitin fiber, 10 parts of cotton fiber and 25 parts of profiled polyester fiber.
