Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a correction tape core and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The correction tape is mainly used for correcting writing errors of writing tools which cannot be wiped by using erasers such as ball point pens, liquid pens, neutral pens and the like. The early correction products mainly adopt correction fluid and correction paste, the correction fluid is white pigment dispersion liquid, but the adopted solvent is mainly organic solvent, so that the smell is sharp when the correction fluid is dried, and the correction fluid is adhered to skin and is difficult to clean, so that potential safety hazards exist; the correction patch has the defects that the correction patch needs to be manually stuck, and handwriting with smooth surface is not easy to dry.
The pressure-sensitive transfer printing correction tape has the advantages of correction fluid and correction paste, is popular in the market, and has a main functional component of a correction tape core. The tape core is prepared by sequentially coating covering layer slurry and adhesive layer slurry on a PET film and then drying, wherein the covering layer slurry mainly comprises pigment, resin, dispersion auxiliary agent and solvent, and the covering layer slurry is dried, coated with a layer of acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, dried and cut to prepare the correction tape core.
However, the current correction tape covering layer contains a large amount of titanium dioxide powder and calcium carbonate powder, so that a large amount of micropores are formed on the surface of the covering layer, and when writing is performed by using a low-viscosity aqueous straight liquid pen, the phenomenon of thickening (halation) of writing is caused, so that the use is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The first technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a correction tape core with good halation resistance and a preparation method thereof aiming at the current state of the art.
The second technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a correction tape core with good ageing resistance, good anti-back adhesion, good cutting property and good writing property and a preparation method thereof.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a correction tape core comprises a PET release film, a covering layer and an adhesive layer, wherein the covering layer and the adhesive layer are sequentially covered on the PET release film, the preparation raw materials of the covering layer comprise aqueous carboxyl styrene-butadiene latex and modified rosin, the glass transition temperature of the aqueous carboxyl styrene-butadiene latex is less than or equal to 0 ℃, and the modified rosin is prepared by modifying rosin with an acid value of 150-230mg KOH/g by triethanolamine.
Preferably, the solid content of the aqueous carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex is 45-55%, and the glass transition temperature is less than or equal to 0 ℃. For the aqueous carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex with the solid content of 45-55 percent, when the glass transition temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the prepared covering layer has excellent anti-tack and aging resistance; if the glass transition temperature is higher than 0 ℃, the anti-tack performance is reduced, the risk of anti-tack is caused, and the covering layer has poor aging resistance, namely, the covering layer can be pulverized and cracked after 30 days at the high temperature of 60 ℃.
Preferably, the mass percentage of the aqueous carboxyl styrene-butadiene latex added in the slurry of the covering layer is 10-15%. If the addition amount of the aqueous carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex is less than 10%, the writing performance is poor, and the pen point is easy to block during writing; if the amount of the aqueous carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex added exceeds 15%, the handwriting is not easy to dry and the handwriting is shrunk.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the aqueous carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex to the modified rosin is 1: (0.2-0.5). If the mass ratio of the aqueous carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex to the modified rosin is less than 1:0.2, the prepared correction tape core has poor cutting property, difficult cutting and insufficient halation resistance; if the mass ratio of the aqueous carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex to the modified rosin exceeds 1: and 0.5, the ageing resistance of the prepared correction tape core is poor.
Preferably, the modified rosin is prepared by reacting rosin with an acid value of 150-230mg KOH/g with triethanolamine in water at 58-62 ℃. Preferably, the mass ratio of the rosin to the triethanolamine is 1 (0.3-0.8). If the mass ratio of rosin to triethanolamine is less than 1:0.3, after the modified rosin is added into the covering layer, the correction tape is insufficient in halation resistance, the addition amount of the modified rosin is increased, the halation resistance is improved, but the ageing property is reduced; if the mass ratio of rosin to triethanolamine exceeds 1: when 0.8, the modified rosin is added to the cover layer, and the cutting property of the correction tape is lowered.
It should be further noted that, when styrene-butadiene latex and rosin are used alone, the problem of the handwriting halation is aggravated, but the mechanism of the handwriting halation caused by the styrene-butadiene latex and the rosin is different: rosin can catch ink to cause halation of the ink; the styrene-butadiene latex has insufficient trapping property on the ink, the ink can not permeate into the coating after writing, the drying is slower, and the ink on the coating can slowly flow around to cause the halation of writing. The invention uses the difference of the two halation mechanisms, adopts the aqueous carboxyl styrene-butadiene latex and the modified rosin, and not only eliminates the halation problem of the two, but also realizes the negative and positive halation-resistant effect by coordinating the addition proportion of the two, the glass transition temperature of the aqueous carboxyl styrene-butadiene latex and the modification parameters of the rosin.
The preparation method of the correction tape core comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding a dispersing auxiliary into a solvent, uniformly stirring, adding pigment, and uniformly stirring to obtain slurry a;
(2) Adding the slurry a into a grinder, and grinding for 0.8-2 h at a rotating speed of 1500-2000 rpm to obtain slurry b;
(3) Adding rosin into water, raising the temperature to 58-62 ℃ under stirring, then dropwise adding triethanolamine for reaction, stopping adding the triethanolamine when the solution becomes clear and transparent, lowering the temperature to 22-25 ℃, and filtering residues by using a filter screen to obtain a modified rosin solution;
(4) Adding the modified rosin solution and the carboxyl styrene-butadiene latex into the slurry b, and uniformly stirring to obtain a slurry c;
(5) Adding the slurry c to a correction tape coating machine, coating the slurry c on a PET release film by the correction tape coating machine, and drying to obtain a correction tape covering layer;
(6) And coating pressure-sensitive adhesive on the covering layer as an adhesive layer, drying and cutting into a set size to obtain the correction tape core.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: according to the invention, the aqueous carboxyl styrene-butadiene latex and the modified rosin are added into the covering layer, the glass transition temperature of the aqueous carboxyl styrene-butadiene latex is less than or equal to 0 ℃, the modified rosin is prepared by modifying rosin with an acid value of 150-230mg KOH/g by triethanolamine, the ink is captured into the covering layer after writing, and meanwhile, the aqueous carboxyl styrene-butadiene latex in the covering layer prevents the ink from migrating around, so that the corona-resistant property of the correction tape core is improved; meanwhile, the invention improves the ageing resistance, the anti-back tack, the cutting property and the writing property of the correction tape core by adjusting the addition amount and the modification parameters of the aqueous carboxylic styrene-butadiene latex and the modified rosin.
