Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ink, in particular to erasable water-based paint ink for a mark pen and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, ink for marker pens in the market is mainly divided into erasable ink and non-erasable ink, wherein the erasable ink mainly comprises white board pen ink, and the white board pen ink can be easily erased after being written on a smooth surface. However, the white board marker has poor covering ability and water resistance of ink, and has few colors (generally, four colors of black, red, blue and green), so the white board marker can only be used for writing on a white board, and the application range is narrow.
The indelible ink mainly comprises paint pen ink which has good covering capability and stability and wide application range. However, the ink of the existing paint pen cannot be erased without a solvent after being written on a smooth surface such as glass.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide an erasable aqueous paint ink for a marker, which is easily erased with a dry cloth after writing on a smooth surface such as glass, and which has the characteristics of strong covering power, good light fastness, good water resistance and high drying speed.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
an erasable water-based paint ink for a mark pen, which is characterized in that:
comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15-40% of water; 0.1 to 0.5 percent of defoaming agent; 0.3 to 1 percent of wetting dispersant; 5-15% of water-based acrylic resin; 5-15% of waterborne polyurethane resin; 30-80% of water-based color paste; 0.1 to 0.3 percent of preservative; 3-6% of a humectant; 0.1 to 1 percent of anti-settling agent; 0.05 to 10 percent of other auxiliary agents.
Preferably, the aqueous polyurethane resin is an aqueous aliphatic polyether polyurethane resin.
Preferably, the water is any one of pure water, deionized water or tap water.
Preferably, the humectant is any one or combination of glycerin, propylene glycol and 1, 3-butanediol.
Preferably, the water-based color paste is water-based color paste with any color.
Preferably, the wetting dispersant is BYK-190; the anti-settling agent is AQ-633E; the defoaming agent is BYK-024; the preservative was Troy Mergal K9N.
Preferably, the other auxiliary agents include, but are not limited to, leveling agents, co-solvents, PH modifiers.
The invention also discloses a preparation method of the erasable water paint ink for marker pens, which comprises the following steps:
(1) adding water into a dispersing device, sequentially adding a defoaming agent and a wetting dispersant under low-speed stirring, and continuously stirring for 10 minutes until the mixture is uniformly stirred;
(2) then adding the waterborne acrylic resin and the waterborne polyurethane resin under low-speed stirring, and continuously stirring for 10 minutes until the mixture is uniformly stirred;
(3) then adding the anti-settling agent and the water-based color paste in sequence under low-speed stirring, and stirring at a high speed for 30 minutes until the mixture is completely and uniformly stirred;
(4) finally adding the mixture in turn under low-speed stirringPreservativeThe humectant and other auxiliary agents are continuously stirred for 10 minutes until the mixture is uniformly stirred;
the low speed is 400-600RPM, and the high speed is 800-1200 RPM.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the covering power is strong, and the covering power is good on a dark color base material or a light color base material;
2. the sun resistance is good, and the color of the product is not faded after being tested by 24hrs ultraviolet irradiation;
3. the water resistance is good, and the color of the product is not faded after passing a 24hrs water resistance test;
4. the drying speed is high, and the drying time of the glass surface after writing is less than 4 minutes;
5. the erasability is good, and after writing on smooth surfaces such as glass and the like, the erasability can be erased by dry cloth;
6. no smell, environmental protection, no toxicity and environmental and health protection.
