The aqueous painting pigment composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-70 parts of binder, 10-30 parts of colorant, 10-40 parts of filler, 0.1-3 parts of wetting dispersant and 0.2-1 part of mildew preventive; the filler comprises heavy calcium carbonate and montmorillonite, and the mass ratio of the heavy calcium carbonate to the montmorillonite is (1-2): 1. The water-based painting pigment composition can adopt natural plant glue or synthetic modified glue, uses heavy calcium carbonate and montmorillonite as composite fillers, and combines a novel dispersing auxiliary agent, so that each component is easy to disperse in a binder, flocculation separation phenomenon can not occur, dry-wet change is small, the water-based painting pigment composition has good stability, and the phenomenon of roll paper cracking can not occur in normal use on gouache paper.

(2) the water-based painting pigment composition provided by the invention is preferably biological starch latex, and is combined with a novel dispersing auxiliary agent, so that the components are easy to disperse in a binder, flocculation separation phenomenon can not occur, dry-wet change is small, the water-based painting pigment composition has good stability, and the phenomenon of roll paper cracking can not occur when the water-based painting pigment composition is normally used on gouache paper.

Performance testing
The fineness, fluidity, wrappability, cracking property and viscosity of the aqueous painting pigments obtained in the examples and comparative examples were tested by the following test methods:

2. Fluidity testing method

5. Viscosity test method
About 200mL of the sample was taken and placed in a 250mL container and the viscosity was measured using a Brookfield viscometer with a suitable spindle.
The fineness, fluidity, paper curl, cracking property and viscosity were measured according to the above-mentioned test methods, and the results are shown in table 5 below;

As can be seen from comparison between example 1 and example 2, the imported hansa yellow 10G is adopted in example 1, the domestic fast yellow 10G is adopted in example 2, the same tool is used for research and development for the same time under the condition of using the same binder and dispersant, and the dispersibility and the easy grinding performance of the pigment prepared by adopting the imported toner are better than those of the domestic toner;
as can be seen from comparison among examples 1, comparative examples 1 and 2, montmorillonite and ground limestone are used as fillers in example 1, single-filler ground limestone is used in comparative example 1, and fumed silica and ground limestone are used in comparative example 2; it can be seen from the table that the fluidity and viscosity of the color are different and the cracking is different for the same time of grinding under the same process conditions. The cracking indexes of the embodiment 1 and the comparative example 1 are obviously better than that of the comparative example 2, which shows that the fumed silica has adverse effect on the cracking performance, and meanwhile, the pigment obtained in the comparative example 1 has overhigh fluidity and lower viscosity, which shows that the calcium carbonate alone is not beneficial to thickening of the pigment;
and as can be seen from comparison of example 1 with comparative example 4, the filler in the invention is preferably ground calcium carbonate rather than precipitated calcium carbonate, and the precipitated calcium carbonate has poorer hydrophilicity than the ground calcium carbonate, is easy to float white and bloom in the preparation process, and has obvious influence on the production efficiency;
as can be seen from comparison among examples 1, 5 and 3, the influence of the heavy calcium carbonate on the viscosity is obvious, and the ratio of the heavy calcium carbonate to the montmorillonite is preferably (1-2): 1, that is, when the content of the heavy calcium carbonate is equal to or slightly higher than that of the montmorillonite, the viscosity of the obtained pigment is moderate; however, when the heavy calcium carbonate is added too much, the viscosity of the resulting pigment becomes too high, which affects the use properties.
As can be seen from the comparison between example 1 and comparative example 5, the synthetic glue used in example 1 and the natural vegetable glue used in comparative example 5, it can be seen from the table that the cracking and the wrapping properties are not only related to the type of filler, but also related to the binder, and the properties of the synthetic modified glue are significantly better than those of the natural vegetable glue in terms of cracking and wrapping properties.

In conclusion, the aqueous painting pigment composition provided by the invention adopts the heavy calcium carbonate and the montmorillonite as the mixed filler, and adopts the novel dispersing auxiliary agent for dispersing, so that the flocculation separation phenomenon cannot occur, the obtained composition is ensured to have high color concentration and low viscosity, the dry-wet change is small, and the phenomenon of roll paper cracking cannot occur in normal use on the gouache paper.

preferably, the solid content of the binder is 30-45%, and preferably 38-42%;
preferably, the viscosity of the adhesive is 200-400 cp measured at 25 ℃ by using a Brookfield viscometer.
4. The aqueous graphic pigment composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the ground calcium carbonate has an average particle size of 2.0 μm or less;
preferably, the average particle size of the montmorillonite is less than or equal to 3.0 μm.
5. The aqueous graphic pigment composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the wetting and dispersing agent comprises any one of polyacrylates, alkyl polyoxyethylene ethers, phenolic derivatives or acrylic copolymers;
preferably, the wetting dispersant comprises a combination of Dispers752W and BYK 191.
6. The aqueous graphic pigment composition according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the mildew inhibitor is a broad spectrum fungicide;
preferably, the mildewcide includes any one or a combination of at least two of MIT, BIT, DBNPA, or OIT.
8. a method of preparing an aqueous graphic pigment composition according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the method of preparation comprises:
and mixing the binder, the colorant, the filler, the wetting dispersant and the mildewproof agent according to a formula, and grinding and dispersing to obtain the water-based painting pigment composition.
9. The preparation method according to claim 8, wherein the equipment used for grinding and dispersing in the preparation method is a three-roll grinder;
preferably, the rotating speed of the three-roller grinding machine is 100-300 r/min;
preferably, the grinding and dispersing time is 20-40 min;
preferably, the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing 40-70 parts by weight of binder, 10-30 parts by weight of colorant, 5-20 parts by weight of ground calcium carbonate, 5-20 parts by weight of montmorillonite, 0.1-1.5 parts by weight of Dispers752W, 0.1-1.5 parts by weight of BYK191 and 0.2-1 part by weight of mildew preventive, placing the mixture in a three-roll grinder, and grinding and dispersing for 20-40 min at a rotating speed of 100-300 r/min to obtain the aqueous painting pigment composition.
10. Use of an aqueous graphic pigment composition according to any one of claims 1 to 7 for the preparation of a gouache.
