Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of skin care products, and discloses a soothing and repairing essence and a preparation method thereof. The essence comprises the following components: a component: polyhydric alcohol, EDTA-2Na, a thickener and water; and the component B comprises the following components: emulsifying agent, phytosterol, squalane, hydrogenated phosphatidylcholine and butanediol; and C, component: antioxidants, butylene glycol, humectants, water; and D, component: 1, 2-hexanediol, glycerol glucoside, fibronectin, anoectochilus roxburghii extract, and citric acid. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding polyalcohol, EDTA-2Na and a thickening agent into water, and dissolving to prepare a mixture A; mixing phytosterol, squalane, hydrogenated phosphatidylcholine and butanediol to prepare a mixture B; adding the mixture A and the emulsifier into the mixture B to obtain a mixture; adding the component C into the mixed material, then adding the component D, and mixing. The essence can relieve dry and tight skin and relieve skin injury irritation due to the addition of anoectochilus formosanus extract and fibronectin.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of skin care products, and particularly relates to a soothing and repairing essence and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Skin is the interface between the body and the external environment and is also the primary physical barrier to moisture loss. When the water content is less than 10%, the skin horny layer is too dry, and skin problems such as dermatitis and itching may be induced, so that the barrier function of the skin is impaired. In addition, active oxygen in the air component and part of the additives in the cosmetic may cause damage to keratinocytes, change the structure and function of the skin, and even convert to inflammation. Therefore, the addition of moisturizing and soothing active ingredients to cosmetics helps to maintain the structural and functional integrity of the skin barrier system, which plays a decisive role in maintaining skin elasticity and maintaining skin viability.
In summary, it is necessary to provide an essence with soothing and repairing effects.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to solve at least one of the technical problems in the prior art described above. Test examples
The efficacy of the soothing and repairing essence prepared in the examples was tested in this test example. Wherein:
1. skin feel evaluation: the skin feel of the product was evaluated on the soothing and repairing essence 2 prepared in example 2.
Subjects 35 persons with healthy skin, no history of skin disease and allergy were randomly selected, and the average age was 35 years. In the sensory evaluation, a scoring test method is adopted for sensory evaluation, 6 sensory indexes of glossiness, spreadability, absorbability, sticky feel, refreshing feel and moist feel of the skin are established, and each sensory index is subjected to 10-degree scoring evaluation. After the subject uses the soothing and repairing essence 2, the sensory indexes are respectively scored and evaluated, and the average result is shown in fig. 1. Fig. 1 shows that the average scores of the glossiness, spreadability, absorbability, viscosity, refreshing feel, and moisturizing feel of the soothing and repairing essence 2 are 8.5, 9.1, 8.6, 8.8, 9.3, and 9.6, respectively, all of which are 8.5 or more. The soothing and repairing essence 2 containing anoectochilus roxburghii extract and fibronectin is good in skin feel by integrating various skin feel evaluation indexes.
2. Moisture percutaneous loss (TEWL) measurement: the moisturizing efficacy of the soothing and repairing essence 2 prepared in example 2 was evaluated.
Referring to industry standard QB/T4256-2011, the skin dryness and the loss of skin surface moisture before and after using the soothing essence 2 for a rough female aged 18-55 years were measured by using a Tewameter TM300 (skin moisture loss TEWL tester), and the results are shown in FIG. 2. Fig. 2 shows that the amount of percutaneous moisture loss was significantly reduced (p < 0.05) after 14 and 28 days of continuous use of the soothing and repairing essence 2, compared to before the use of the soothing and repairing essence 2 (i.e., D0), indicating that the soothing and repairing essence 2 comprising anoectochilus roxburghii extract and fibronectin has a good effect of repairing skin barrier.
3. Evaluation of itching relieving degree: the antipruritic effect of the soothing and repairing essence 1 prepared in example 1 was evaluated.
Subjects 35 persons with healthy skin, no history of skin disease and allergy were randomly selected, with an average age of 35 years. The skin of the subject is stimulated with 5.0% capsaicin to cause skin allergy, then the skin allergy is coated with the soothing and repairing essence 1, and the related states of the skin in different periods are judged by the subject complaining of the itching degree, and the result is shown in figure 3. Fig. 3 shows that after capsaicin stimulation, the itching degree is reduced to 67.43% when the soothing and repairing essence 1 is smeared for 10min, and the anti-inflammatory effect is good; after 30min and 60min of application, the itching degree was reduced to 58.26% and 48.21%, respectively. It is shown that the soothing and repairing essence 1 containing the anoectochilus roxburghii extract and fibronectin can well inhibit skin itch.
4. And (3) evaluating the relieving effect: the soothing effect evaluation was performed on the soothing and repairing essence 1 prepared in example 1.
50 subjects were screened and a questionnaire was filled out with reference to the standard of table 1 after 1,4 weeks (28 days) of administration of the relief repair essence to 50 subjects.
Table 1 self-scoring criteria (7-level scoring)
The four points of "relieving skin burning sensation", "improving skin redness", "relieving stinging and itching" and "improving skin tolerance" were evaluated, and the results are shown in table 2.
Table 2 evaluation results of the essence for relaxation (n=50)
Table 2 shows that from a soothing aspect, four index scores averaged over 5.42 after 28 days of use, statistically more than 50% of subjects gave positive assessment of the product moisturizing effect score. Wherein 80% of subjects who "relaxed skin burning sensation" are identified on day 28; "improve skin redness" has 84% of subjects identified at day 28; "relieve stinging and itching" 86% of subjects received at day 28; "promote skin tolerance" has 78% acceptance by the subjects on day 28. The soothing and repairing essence 1 containing the anoectochilus roxburghii extract and fibronectin can effectively relieve skin and has good moisturizing effect.
