The micro-assembly production workshop working hour performance accounting system based on the MES system is characterized by comprising an information interface module, an operation classification module, a standard working hour module, a working hour calculation module, a working hour correction module and a working hour summarization module, wherein the information interface module is connected with the MES system;
the information interface module is used for acquiring product process data of different production orders transmitted by the MES system;
the operation classification module is used for carrying out classification statistics on the product process data;
the working hour calculation module is used for calculating working hour information of each operator according to the operation statistical data and indexing standard working hour data in the standard working hour module;
the working hour correction module is used for correcting working hour information of each operator according to the operation statistical data;
the working hour summarizing module is used for summarizing corrected working hour information of all operators when all production orders are placed.
2. The micro-assembly shop labor hour performance accounting system of claim 1, wherein the job classification module is used for classifying and counting product process data according to preparation, production and rework operations; wherein:
for the preparation operation, counting the step name, the material type, the material quantity, the operator and the equipment type;
for production operation, counting the name of the process step, the type of materials, the quantity of materials, operators, the type of equipment, the quantity of products, the start time and the report time of each process step;
and for repair operation, counting the step names, material types, material quantity, operators, product quantity and repair reasons.
3. The micro-assembly shop labor hour performance accounting system of claim 2, wherein the labor hour calculation module is configured to field decompose the job statistics and sequentially perform the following operations:
indexing standard working hour data in the standard working hour module according to the working hour name field;
according to the material type field, index and classify standard material man-hour data of different types in the standard process step;
summing the total working time data of all materials in the standard working steps according to the material quantity field;
according to the operator fields, classifying and calculating the overall working hour data of each operator;
correcting the overall working time data of each operator according to the equipment type field;
according to the product quantity field, collecting working time data of each operator in a specific working step;
according to the corresponding product process route, under the preparation operation, the production operation and the repair operation, working hour data of each operator in each specific working step are sequentially traversed and calculated according to the working step sequence number, and the overall working hour data of each operator are integrated and acquired.
4. The micro-assembly shop labor hour performance accounting system of claim 2, wherein the labor hour correction module is configured to:
calculating the transit time of each step according to the start time and the report time of each step in the production operation, comparing the transit time with the corresponding standard transit time, and respectively carrying out the verification on the total working hours of operators on the upper and lower steps if the transit time exceeds the standard transit time;
locating a problem step according to a repair reason in the repair operation, and performing a verification on the total working hours of operators in the problem step;
and according to the type of the reworked material in the reworking operation, carrying out the verification and the augmentation on the total working hours of operators in the reworking step.
5. The micro-assembly shop labor hour performance accounting system of claim 4, wherein the labor hour summary module is configured to:
and summarizing the total working hours, the nuclear reduction and nuclear increase data of all operators in all production orders, and acquiring the final working hour information of each operator by adopting a selective weighting method according to the product types corresponding to different production orders.
6. The micro-assembly shop labor hour performance accounting system of claim 1, wherein the standard materials labor hour data in the standard labor hour module comprises:
for the gold wire device materials, different standard working hours are distinguished by the diameters of the same type of materials; for chip and microstrip board type device materials, the same type of materials are divided into three different standard working hours of large, medium and small areas; for other materials, uniform standard working hours are set for the materials of the same type.
7. A micro-assembly production shop man-hour performance accounting method based on an MES system, characterized in that the method comprises:
step 1, acquiring product process data of different production orders transmitted by an MES system through an information interface module;
step 2, classifying the product process data according to the preparation operation, the production operation and the repair operation through an operation classification module;
step 3, acquiring operation statistical data through a working hour calculation module, indexing standard working hour data in the standard working hour module, calculating and integrating working hour data of each specific working step of each operator to acquire overall working hour data of each operator, and transmitting the overall working hour data to a working hour summarizing module;
step 4, acquiring transfer time and repair reasons in the operation statistical data through a working hour correction module, calculating nuclear subtraction and nuclear increase data, and transmitting the working hour summarization module;
and 5, summarizing the total working hour data, the core subtracting and core increasing data of each operator by a working hour summarizing module, and acquiring the final working hour information of each operator by adopting a selective weighting method according to the product types corresponding to different production orders.
8. The method for checking the performance of man-hour in a micro-assembly production shop according to claim 7, wherein in the step 2, the product status is recorded by the job classification module and transferred to the man-hour summarizing module.

The method for accounting for labor hour performance in a micro-assembly production workshop according to claim 8, wherein in the step 5, the labor hour is summarized according to the product status by a labor hour summarizing module, wherein the labor hour summarizing is performed for the finished and scrapped product, and the performance of operators is counted; and monitoring the products in the preparation and maintenance states, and only summarizing the working hours without accounting for the performance of operators.

The method for calculating the performance of working hours in a micro-assembly production workshop according to any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein in step S6, the final working hour information of each operator is visually displayed and statistically analyzed by a working hour summarizing module.
