Abstract
本发明是关于口腔卫生用品,尤其是牙膏配方和生产方法的。由于这种牙膏含有醋酸(包含食醋),对口腔常见的致龋菌及牙周病原菌有明显的抗菌作用,能起到消炎、防龋、脱敏和去除口臭的作用,不同于其它牙膏,且洁齿爽口。

本发明是关于口腔卫生制品的,尤其是关于牙膏的配方和生产方法的。
在已有的技术中,生产消炎、脱敏、防龋和除口臭等预防保健牙膏,除常用的原料,如磨擦剂(碳酸钙、磷酸氢钙等)、粘合剂(羧甲基纤维素钠、汉生胶等)、甜味剂(糖精等)、保湿剂(甘油、山梨醇等)、防腐剂(苯甲酸钠等)、香精(留兰香、薄荷等)和水等以外,还添加有:硝酸钾、硝酸钠、氯化锶、氯化钠、氟化钠、氟化亚锡、单氟磷酸钠、洗必太(双胍己腚、氯己腚)和中草药等。这些添加剂的功能早已为人们所公认。经过检索发现,CN1078882文献报道了名称为“多用防龋液体牙膏及其配制方法”的相关技术,其配方和配制方法为:丁香、薄荷、甘草、大青叶等九味中药浸泡于乙醇中;西药醋酸洗必泰、氟化钠、单氟磷酸钠溶入乙醇中;再将两液混合,搅拌配制成液体牙膏。其不足之处是应用了许多种中药和西药,影响了安全性,且生产成本高。
本发明的目的是提供一种以醋酸代替中药和西药生产既具有洁齿,又具有消炎、脱敏、防龋、除口臭作用的保健牙膏的配方和生产方法。
本发明提供的这种牙膏,利用醋酸对致龋菌和牙周病原菌有显著的抗菌功能,同时醋可食用安全无副作用的特性,以达到洁齿、消炎、防龋、脱敏和清除口臭的作用。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:在由磨擦剂、泡沫剂、粘合剂、保湿剂、硅酸钠、防腐剂、甜味剂、香料、色素和水等配方的牙膏中,加入醋酸,采用常温间隙制膏法或三合一自动制膏法加工而成
本发明采用的醋酸包括:各种食用醋、各种浓度的醋酸和冰醋酸等,其醋酸含量以重量百分浓度计为1.5~99.5%。
本发明提供的这种牙膏的配方是(以重量百分比表示):磨擦剂20.0~50.0,粘合剂1.0~2.5,保湿剂5.0~20.0,泡沫剂1.0~3.0,甜味剂0.1~0.3,防腐剂0.1~0.5,香精0.8~1.5,醋酸2.0~20.0,水10.0~40.0,硅酸钠0.2~0.8和色素0.001~0.005。
本发明提供的这种牙膏采用常温间隙制膏或三合一自动制膏法制备。
常温间隙制膏的生产工艺是:按配方比例,先将保湿剂(如甘油或山梨醇)、粘合剂(如羧甲基纤维素钠)、防腐剂(如苯甲酸钠)、甜味剂(如糖精)、其它添加剂(如硅酸钠)和水依次加入制胶缸内充分混合均匀即得胶水;再按配方比例将胶水、醋酸、发泡剂、磨料、香精和色素依次加入拌合缸内,拌和均匀后,用泵将膏体输送至暂贮缸内,再由泵将暂贮缸内膏体泵送到研磨机研磨,研磨好的膏体送至真空脱气缸内脱气;将已脱气的膏体送至灌装机灌装、套盒和装箱。
三合一自动制膏生产工艺是:按配方比例,先将保湿剂、粘合剂、甜味剂、防腐剂、其它添加剂、醋酸和水在制胶缸内制成胶水;再在真空下,将胶水、磨料吸进三合一制膏机内,在强力搅拌研磨下几分钟即完成膏体的制备;最后将事先称好的香精吸进三合一制膏机内,即制成牙膏。可即送灌装机灌装、套盒、装箱。三合一制膏整个过程都是在真空下完成,制出的膏体细腻光洁。
本发明提供的这种牙膏的优点是,由于采用醋酸代替中药和西药配制牙膏,因醋酸的杀菌效果好,民间早就利用醋来治感冒及咽喉疾病等;且醋酸可食用,安全性好,使用于牙膏中能明显地起到消炎、脱敏、防龋和除口臭的功效。同时,这种牙膏的生产成本也比中草药牙膏和其它药物牙膏低。
现从配方和操作步聚两个方面介绍本发明的实施例。
实施例1配方为(以重量百分比表示):1.5~5.8食用醋18.0,碳酸钙50.0,羧甲基纤维素钠1.4,苯甲酸钠0.5,十二醇硫酸钠2.0,糖精0.3,硅酸钠0.5,甘油6.0,香精1.0,水20.295,亮兰0.005。
实施例1操作步聚:按配方比例,先称取甘油于制胶缸内,再称取羧甲基纤维素钠于制胶缸内,开动搅拌,将羧甲基纤维素纳在甘油内分散均匀,然后将已溶于水的糖精、苯甲酸钠和硅酸钠溶液加入制胶缸,搅拌均匀,并补足余量水,迅速搅拌均匀,再加入十二醇硫酸钠搅拌均匀即制得胶水;再按配方比例,将胶水先称入拌合缸内,再依次称入醋酸、碳酸钙、香精和色素。搅拌均匀后,用泵输送至贮缸,贮存2小时,再经研磨和真空脱气,即可送入灌装机灌装、套盒、装箱。
实施例1牙膏的理化指标为:外观:均匀细腻、兰绿色膏体;香气:清凉芬芳的香气;室温稠度(毫米):24;室温挤膏压力(mmHg):100;-8℃和50℃稳定性试验:无分离出水,膏体正常;PH值:7.5;泡沫量(毫米):160;过硬颗粒:无;细菌总数(≤500个/克):15。
实施例1牙膏试用效果:清凉爽口,具明显消炎、脱敏、防龋及清除口臭作用,且具清除烟垢、茶渍的功能。
实施例2配方为(以重量百分比表示):99.5%醋酸5.0,碳酸钙50.0,羧甲基纤维素钠1.4,苯甲酸钠0.5,十二醇硫酸钠2.0,糖精0.3,硅酸钠0.5,甘油6.0,香精1.0,水33.3。
实施例2操作步聚同实施例1。
实施例2牙膏的理化指标为:外观:细腻洁白的膏体;香气:清凉芬芳;室温稠度(毫米):24;室温挤膏压力(mmHg):100;-8℃和50℃稳定性试验:无分离出水、膏体正常;PH值:8.0;泡沫量(毫米):170;过硬颗粒:无;细菌总数(≤500个/克):18。其试用效果同实施例1。
实施例3配方为(以重量百分比表示):2.6%食用醋8.0,碳酸钙50.0,羧甲基纤维素钠1.4,十二醇硫酸钠2.5,苯甲酸钠0.5,糖精0.3,硅酸钠0.5,甘油16.0,香精1.1,水19.7。
实施例3操作步聚同实施例1,其牙膏理化指标为:外观:洁白细腻膏体;香气:芬芳清凉;室温稠度(毫米):27;室温挤膏压力(mmHg):120;-8℃和50℃稳定性试验:无分离出水、膏体正常;PH值:8.5;泡沫量(毫米):180;过硬颗粒:无;细菌总数(≤500个/克):10。其试用效果同实施例1。
本发明所举实施例采用的原料,除醋酸外,都是常用的原料。如磨料,除碳酸钙和磷酸氢钙外,还可用沉淀二氧化硅、α-氧化铝、硅酸铝钠、硅酸锆等;又如香精,可用留兰香型、薄荷型、留兰香-薄荷型、冬青型、薄荷-冬青型、柠檬型、甜橙型及各种水果香型。
Claims (3)
1、一种牙膏,由磨擦剂、泡沫剂、粘合剂、保湿剂、硅酸钠、防腐剂、甜味剂、香精、色素和水等配方,采用常温间隙制膏法或三合一自动制膏法加工而成,其特征在于牙膏配方中含有醋酸。
2、一种如权利要求1所述的牙膏,其特征在于所使用醋酸的重量百分浓度为1.5~99.5%。
3、一种如权利要求1或2所述的牙膏,其特征在于牙膏中醋酸的含量为(以重量百分比表示)2.0~20.0%。
