本发明涉及阻燃面料技术领域,具体为一种隔热效果好的阻燃面料,包括:面料层,所述面料层外部设置有防水耐磨结构,所述面料层外部设置有阻燃隔热结构,所述防水耐磨结构包括隔热层,所述隔热层设置在面料层双侧,所述所述隔热层外部设置有阻燃层,所述阻燃层外部设置有防水层,所述防水层外部设置有耐磨层。本发明实现该隔热效果好的阻燃面料具备双层防磨损效果,并且在具备高防水性能的同时也可将人体汗气可以在薄膜间自由穿透,并且该隔热效果好的阻燃面料具备双侧阻燃隔热效果,大大提升了布料本身的阻燃隔热效果,并且制造成本降低提高了装置的实用性和使用效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及阻燃面料技术领域,具体为一种隔热效果好的阻燃面料。
背景技术
阻燃面料是可以延缓火焰燃烧的特种织物,不是说与火接触而不燃烧,而是在隔离火源后能够自行熄灭。一般分为两类,一类是经过加工处理后使得面料具有阻燃功能,常见如涤纶、纯棉、涤棉等;而另一类是面料本身具有阻燃作用,如芳纶、腈棉、杜邦凯夫拉、Nomex、澳大利亚PR97等。
比如公告号为CN219133451U的授权的中国实用专利的一种双层阻燃防电弧面料,包括第一阻燃防静电层和第二阻燃防静电层,所述第一阻燃防静电层为阻燃纤维、导电纤维和植物纤维混纺而成,所述第二阻燃防静电层为阻燃纤维、导电丝和植物纤维混纺而成,所述第一阻燃防静电层和第二阻燃防静电层之间连接有导电胶层,所述第二阻燃防静电层远离所述导电胶层的一侧上设有阻燃层,所述阻燃层远离所述第二阻燃防静电层的一侧上设有抗撕裂层,所述抗撕裂层远离所述阻燃层的一侧上设有透气层。
现有阻燃面料通常设置为多层结构提高其阻燃隔热效果,但是多层结构导致其阻燃层生产时成本提高,同时生产工艺繁琐,并且现有阻燃面料设置防水层通常起到防水作用,但是会导致人体汗气不便穿透,降低了装置的实用性,因此亟需一种隔热效果好的阻燃面料来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种隔热效果好的阻燃面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有阻燃面料通常设置为多层结构提高其阻燃隔热效果,但是多层结构导致其阻燃层生产时成本提高,同时生产工艺繁琐,并且现有阻燃面料设置防水层通常起到防水作用,但是会导致人体汗气不便穿透,降低了装置的实用性的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种隔热效果好的阻燃面料,包括:面料层,所述面料层外部设置有防水耐磨结构,所述面料层外部设置有阻燃隔热结构,所述防水耐磨结构包括隔热层,所述隔热层设置在面料层双侧,所述所述隔热层外部设置有阻燃层,所述阻燃层外部设置有防水层,所述防水层外部设置有耐磨层。
优选的,所述耐磨层表面设置有耐磨颗粒,所述耐磨颗粒均匀分布在耐磨层表面。
优选的,所述防水层材质为透气聚氨酯膜。
优选的,所述隔热层材质为玻璃纤维。
优选的,所述面料层材质为涤纶材质,所述面料层内部多层纤维交错设置。
优选的,所述阻燃隔热结构包括阻燃圈,所述阻燃圈设置在隔热层内部中空部分,所述阻燃圈呈圆形设置,所述阻燃圈均匀分布在隔热层中空部分。
优选的,所述阻燃圈表面覆盖设置有阻燃颗粒,所述阻燃颗粒均匀涂覆在阻燃圈表面,所述阻燃颗粒为颗粒状。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、该隔热效果好的阻燃面料设置有防水耐磨结构,使用该阻燃面料时,面料层材质为涤纶材质,且面料层内部多层纤维交错设置,提高该布料的抗拉伸性该阻燃面料外部接触时,并且面料与外界接触时优先使耐磨颗粒与外部进行接触,可进阻燃面料本身进行防磨损保护,且防水层材质为透气聚氨酯膜,在该层中导入亲水剂使薄膜具有高防水性能,并且使其具有极佳的透湿性,可使人体汗气可以在薄膜间自由穿透,使用效果更好,隔热层材质为玻璃纤维,玻璃纤维具有良好的耐热性,使该面料具有更好的阻燃性,通过该设计,实现该隔热效果好的阻燃面料具备双层防磨损效果,并且在具备高防水性能的同时也可将人体汗气可以在薄膜间自由穿透,提高了装置的实用性和使用效果。
2、该隔热效果好的阻燃面料设置有阻燃隔热结构,将阻燃圈设置在隔热层内部中空部分,可使隔热层该层具备更好的阻燃隔热效果,相当于双侧阻燃隔热,布料使用效果更好,阻燃颗粒为颗粒状,将其均匀涂覆在阻燃圈表面,操作简单且节省材料,通过该设计,实现该隔热效果好的阻燃面料具备双侧阻燃隔热效果,大大提升了布料本身的阻燃隔热效果,并且制造成本降低,提高了装置的实用性和使用效果。

一种隔热效果好的阻燃面料,包括:面料层111,面料层111外部设置有防水耐磨结构2,面料层111外部设置有阻燃隔热结构3,防水耐磨结构2包括隔热层211,隔热层211设置在面料层111双侧,隔热层211外部设置有阻燃层212,阻燃层212外部设置有防水层213,防水层213外部设置有耐磨层214。
进一步的,耐磨层214表面设置有耐磨颗粒215,耐磨颗粒215均匀分布在耐磨层214表面,通过该设计,该阻燃面料外部接触时,优先使耐磨颗粒215与外部进行接触,可进阻燃面料本身进行防磨损保护。
进一步的,防水层213材质为透气聚氨酯膜,通过该设计,防水层213材质为透气聚氨酯膜,在该层中导入亲水剂使薄膜具有高防水性能,并且使其具有极佳的透湿性,可使人体汗气可以在薄膜间自由穿透,使用效果更好。
进一步的,隔热层211材质为玻璃纤维,通过该设计,隔热层211材质为玻璃纤维,玻璃纤维具有良好的耐热性,使该面料具有更好的阻燃性。

使用该阻燃面料时,面料层111材质为涤纶材质,且面料层111内部多层纤维交错设置,提高该布料的抗拉伸性该阻燃面料外部接触时,并且面料与外界接触时优先使耐磨颗粒215与外部进行接触,可进阻燃面料本身进行防磨损保护,且防水层213材质为透气聚氨酯膜,在该层中导入亲水剂使薄膜具有高防水性能,并且使其具有极佳的透湿性,可使人体汗气可以在薄膜间自由穿透,使用效果更好,隔热层211材质为玻璃纤维,玻璃纤维具有良好的耐热性,使该面料具有更好的阻燃性。
将阻燃圈311设置在隔热层211内部中空部分,可使隔热层211该层具备更好的阻燃隔热效果,相当于双侧阻燃隔热,布料使用效果更好,阻燃颗粒312为颗粒状,将其均匀涂覆在阻燃圈311表面,操作简单且节省材料,至此操作结束。
