A water-soluble fertilizer producing apparatus as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the bin body (11) comprises a bottom bin (112) and a top cover (111) arranged at the top of the bottom bin (112), a discharging cavity (113) is formed in the bottom opening of the bottom bin (112), second sliding grooves (115) formed in two sides of the bottom bin (112) are in sliding fit with the main shaft of the stirring shaft (5), auxiliary sliding rails (114) are arranged on two side surfaces of the bottom bin (112), and the bottom bin (112) is in sliding connection with the sliding frame (14) through the auxiliary sliding rails (114).
3. A water-soluble fertilizer producing apparatus as set forth in claim 2, wherein: the second sliding grooves (115) on two sides of the bottom bin (112) extend inwards to form convex edges, and are mutually nested with the auxiliary plate (12) through the convex edges, and the second sliding grooves (115) slide up and down along the inner wall of the auxiliary plate (12).
4. A water-soluble fertilizer producing apparatus as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the first baffle (334) is of a fan-shaped structure, two sides of the first baffle are of an arc edge structure, and the circle center of the arc edge coincides with the center of the third driver (332).
5. A water-soluble fertilizer producing apparatus as set forth in claim 2, wherein: the bottom of the bottom bin (112) is of an arc structure, two sides of the arc structure are planes, and the planes are tangent to the arc edges of the bottom.
6.A method of using a water-soluble fertilizer producing apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein:
S1: the push rod (15) is driven to retract by the second driver (16), the bin body (11) moves downwards to enable the bottom surface of the bottom bin (112) to be far away from the stirring shaft (5), and raw materials are poured into the bottom bin (112) from the through hole on the surface of the top cover (111);
s2: starting a driver (3), wherein the driver (3) drives a driving box (4) to drive a stirring shaft (5) to rotate;
S3: the second driver (16) drives the push rod (15) to lift upwards, and the stirring shaft (5) stirs the raw materials in the bottom bin (112);
s4: after the stirring is finished, the second driver (16) controls the push rod (15) to retract, the bottom bin (112) at the bottom is lowered, the third driver (332) is started, the discharging plate (333) rotates downwards to move for discharging, and the third driver (332) is started to swing back and forth.
