技术领域
本发明涉及钢材及其制造方法,尤其涉及一种塑料模具用复合钢板及其制造方法。
背景技术
随着工业生产技术的发展,塑料制品已经成为一种重要的工业材料并广泛用于国民经济的各个层面。从航天器到舰艇,从建筑材料到农业生产,从家用电器到儿童玩具都离不开塑料制品。为此,不少工业发达国家塑料模具的产值已经在模具制造业中位居首位。塑料模具用钢按大类可分为模架模具制造用钢和型腔模具制造用钢。
型腔模具用钢的钢板厚度通常在15~500mm之间,其关键技术是要保证钢板厚度方向组织和硬度分布的均匀性,从而获得优良的抛光性能、耐大气腐蚀性能和较低的气割裂纹敏感性。长期以来,型腔模具用钢均采用中碳合金成分设计体系,钢中的Cr、Ni、Mo等贵金属含量较高,目的是通过调质热处理工艺来获得制造模具时所需要的性能和硬度要求。近几年来逐渐开发出了非调质塑料模具钢系列,但厚度较大的钢板往往受到连铸坯厚度限制,轧制过程中压缩比不够,致使钢板内质较差,影响产品组织和力学性能均匀性;而采用模铸、电渣重熔等方式生产又会导致成本大幅生产、生产效率低下。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的上述技术问题,本发明的第一方面提供了一种塑料模具用复合钢板,该复合钢板除包含85%以上的Fe和不可避免的杂质之外,还包含以质量百分比计的如下化学元素:C:0.15~0.25%;Si:0.10~0.50%;Mn:1.30~2.30%;Cr:1.30~2.30%;Mo:0.10~0.60%;Ni:1.50~2.50%;Cu:0.40~1.00%;V:0.01~0.50%;Ti:0.01~0.10%;Al:0.010~0.050%。
本发明的第二方面还提供了一种塑料模具用复合钢板,其包含以质量百分比计的如下化学元素:C:0.15~0.25%;Si:0.10~0.50%;Mn:1.30~2.30%;Cr:1.30~2.30%;Mo:0.10~0.60%;Ni:1.50~2.50%;Cu:0.40~1.00%;V:0.01~0.50%;Ti:0.01~0.10%;Al:0.010~0.050%,余量为Fe及不可避免的杂质。
本发明通过合理的化学成分设计获得了一种塑料模具用复合钢板,其合金成分中以中低碳低合金为主,同时利用Cr、Mo、Cu、Ni等合金元素的细化、强化晶粒的作用,使钢板具有优异的力学性能和加工性能,适于作为型腔模具用钢,且其中贵金属的含量较低,有利于节约生产成本。
优选地,在本发明的复合钢板中,杂质元素以质量百分比计的含量满足:P≤0.030%,优选为P≤0.012%,更优选为P≤0.010%;S≤0.010%,优选为S≤0.005%,更优选为S≤0.003%。
优选地,在本发明的复合钢板中,所述复合钢板中的化学元素以质量百分比计的含量满足如下中的一个以上:Si:0.25~0.45%;Mn:1.45~1.80%;Cr:1.45~1.90%;Mo:0.15~0.45%;Ni:1.50~2.10%;Cu:0.40~0.85%;V:0.10~0.40%;Al:0.020~0.050%。
更优选地,在本发明的复合钢板中,Ni的含量为1.80~2.10%。
本发明的塑料模具用复合钢板中各化学元素的设计原理如下:
碳:碳是钢中最基本、最重要的元素,通过固溶强化和析出强化来提高钢的强度和硬度。同时碳也是保证获得贝氏体及马氏体组织的重要元素。钢中碳含量过低,不能保证钢获得贝氏体或马氏体组织及所需的力学性能例如耐磨性能等;但碳含量过高,则会增加钢在连铸或模铸过程中的偏析倾向,导致钢板偏析严重,降低钢板韧性,导致力学性能不达标。因此,在本发明的技术方案中,C的含量为0.15~0.25%。
硅:硅是钢中有益脱氧剂,能与钢中钙铝一起形成易于上浮的钙铝硅酸盐夹杂物,提高钢质纯净度。同时硅固溶在铁素体和奥氏体中提高它们的硬度和强度,然而硅含量过高会导致钢的韧性急剧下降。因此,在本发明的技术方案中,Si的含量为0.10~0.50%,优选为0.25~0.45%。
锰:锰可以提高钢的淬透性,但钢中锰含量较高时,有使晶粒粗化的倾向,并且会增加钢的回火脆敏感性,而且容易导致铸坯中出现偏析和裂纹。因此,在本发明的技术方案中,Mn的含量为1.30~2.30%,优选为1.45~1.80%。
铬:铬可以提高钢的淬透性,同时可以提高钢的强度和硬度。铬在回火时能阻止或减缓碳化物的析出与聚集,也可以提高钢的回火稳定性。但Cr含量过高会显著增加成本。因此,在本发明的技术方案中,Cr的含量为1.30~2.30%,优选为1.45~1.90%。
钼:钼可以细化晶粒,提高钢的强度和韧性,同时也是减小回火脆性的元素,可以提高回火稳定,但Mo含量过高也会显著增加成本。因此,在本发明的技术方案中,Mo的含量为0.10~0.60%,优选为0.15~0.45%。
镍:镍具有明显降低冷脆转变温度的作用,但含量过高易导致钢板表面氧化皮难以脱落,且添加过多会使成本显著增加。因此,在本发明的技术方案中,Ni的含量为1.50~2.50%,考虑到进一步提高钢的硬度,Ni的含量优选为1.50~2.10%,更优选为1.80~2.10%。
铜:铜在钢中主要以固溶态和单质相沉淀析出状态存在,固溶的Cu起到固溶强化作用;由于Cu在铁素体中的固溶度随温度降低迅速减小,因而在较低温度下,以过饱和固溶的Cu以单质形势沉淀析出,起到析出强化作用。同时钢中加入Cu,可显著提高钢的抗大气腐蚀能力,特别是与磷共存时,效果更加显著。但Cu含量过高会导致铜脆现象发生。因此,在本发明的技术方案中,Cu的含量为0.40~1.00%,优选为0.40~0.85%。
钒:钒的加入主要是为了细化晶粒,使钢坯在加热阶段奥氏体晶粒不至于生长的过于粗大,这样,在随后的多道次轧制过程中,可以使钢的晶粒得到进一步细化,有助于提高钢的强度和韧性。因此,在本发明的技术方案中,V的含量为0.01~0.50%,优选为0.10~0.40%。
铝:铝和钢中氮能形成细小难溶的AlN颗粒,细化钢的晶粒。此外,Al可以固定钢中的氮和氧,减轻钢对缺口的敏感性,减小或消除钢的时效现象,并提高钢的韧性。但Al含量过高会在钢中形成粗大的氧化铝夹杂,降低钢的韧性。因此,在本发明的技术方案中,Al的含量为0.010~0.050%,优选为0.020~0.050%。
磷与硫:在钢中,硫与磷均为有害元素,它们的含量要严格控制,避免降低钢板的质量和使用寿命。因此,在本发明的技术方案中,P≤0.030%;优选为P≤0.012%,更优选为P≤0.010%;S≤0.010%,优选为S≤0.005%,更优选为S≤0.003%。
优选地,本发明公开的塑料模具用复合钢板的微观组织包括贝氏体和碳化物。
本发明通过合理的化学成分设计且配合优选工艺获得了细的贝氏体组织及碳化物,从而实现了钢板强度、硬度的良好匹配。
优选地,本发明公开的塑料模具用复合钢板的洛氏硬度为35~45HRC,优选为40~45HRC,本发明的复合钢板尤其适于作为型腔模具用钢。其中,近洛氏硬度和1/2厚洛氏硬度均为35~45HRC,均优选为40~45HRC。
本发明的塑料模具用复合钢板具有高硬度,厚度截面性能均匀等优点。
本发明的第二方面提供一种塑料模具,该塑料模具由上述复合钢板形成。
本发明的第三方面公开了用于制造上述塑料模具用复合钢板的方法,包括依次进行的以下步骤:
1)对钢水进行冶炼和铸造,制得板坯;
2)组坯:将两块以上的所述板坯沿厚度方向贴合;
3)加热;
4)轧制,获得轧制钢板;
5)冷却;以及
6)热处理。
优选地,在2)组坯步骤中,在将两块以上的板坯沿厚度方向贴合之前,对各个板坯进行表面氧化铁皮清理,并将经表面清理过的板坯,以清理面对清理面的方式贴合在一起。通过对贴合前的单块薄规格板坯进行表面氧化铁皮清理,可以避免氧化物杂质造成厚规格坯料内部组织不均。
本发明的板坯的表面氧化铁皮清理方法没有特别的限制,可采用本领域常用的方法,例如采用机械法进行。
本发明的步骤2)中,组坯时采用的薄规格板坯的数量没有限制,取决于最终需要的成品钢板厚度。
优选地,在4)轧制步骤中,精轧开轧温度为910~970℃,精轧终轧温度为850~950℃,控轧厚度为1.2~2.0T,压下率≥50%。
组合后的复合坯料在原来单块板坯(连铸坯/铸锭)的基础之上厚度增加了一倍以上。为了维持用户对板坯性能的要求,需要保证一定的压下率(压缩比),以保证板坯内部的组织均匀性。坯料厚度增加后,其产品厚度也得到提升,实现了厚规格模具钢以轧代锻。常规成品板的缺陷易发位置为厚度二分之一处,对应原来连铸坯的二分之一处,即连铸缺陷对应位置,通过本发明的轧制工艺,成品板中心位置对应的是原来连铸坯表面质量最好的地方,对成品板厚度方向的质量改善有很大的提高。
通过将精轧步骤中的压下率控制在50%以上,使大单重厚规格的钢板内质良好,产品组织均匀,力学性能良好。
优选地,在3)加热步骤中,加热温度为1000~1250℃,保温时间为1~3h。通过将加热温度设置在1000℃以上,可确保贴合面的钢成分能相互扩散,保证钢的内部组织均匀性,同时通过将加热温度控制在1250℃以下,可以节能。
优选地,在5)冷却步骤中,对轧制钢板进行缓冷,缓冷开始温度为250~450℃,缓冷时间为24~48h。
优选地,所述6)热处理步骤为回火,回火温度为400~600℃。
有益效果
本发明的塑料模具用复合钢板具有如下特点:
1、从化学成分上看,本发明的塑料模具用复合钢板的合金成分以中低碳低合金为主,充分利用Cr、Mo、Cu、Ni等合金元素的细化、强化晶粒等特点,来确保钢板具有良好的力学性能和优异的加工性能等。
2、从生产工艺上看,采用两块以上的板坯进行复合组坯,可使得该复合组坯在经过后续的加热和轧制步骤后,形成一块内部组织均匀的大单重厚规格坯料,从而解决了大单重厚规格坯料的供料问题。组合后的复合坯料,在原来单块板坯的基础之上增加了一倍/几倍。为了维持用户对板坯性能的要求,需要保证一定的压缩比,坯料厚度增加后,其产品厚度也得到提升,实现了厚规格模具钢以轧代锻。常规成品板的缺陷易发位置为二分之一处,该位置原来对应连铸坯的二分之一处,即连铸缺陷对应位置。而通过本发明的该组坯步骤,成品板中心位置对应的是原始板坯的表面质量最好的地方,对成品板厚度方向的质量改善有很大的提高。
3、从产品性能上看,本发明的塑料模具用复合钢板具有高硬度(洛氏硬度:35-45HRC)、厚度截面性能均匀等优点。
4、从显微组织上看,本发明的塑料模具用复合钢板的微观组织主要为细的贝氏体组织及和碳化物,该微观组织有益于钢板强度、硬度的良好匹配。
综上,本发明通过控制碳和合金元素含量且配合优化工艺,以低成本可容易地获得硬度高、厚度截面组织均匀性佳且机械加工性能优异的复合钢板,其特别适用于塑料模具生产。
具体实施方式
除非另有定义,否则本文使用的所有技术和科学术语具有与本公开所属领域的普通技术人员的通常理解相同的含义。
在本文中,“洛氏硬度(HRC)”用作钢的硬度值的指标。洛氏硬度(HRC)按如下测定:采用GB/T230.1—2018《金属材料洛氏硬度试验第一部分:实验方法》进行。
近洛氏硬度为钢板的表面洛氏硬度;1/2厚洛氏硬度为钢板1/2厚度处的洛氏硬度。
下面结合实施例对本公开的技术方案作进一步详细的说明。应明确,以下实施例仅用于对本公开的具体实施方式的描述,并不用于对本公开的保护范围构成任何限制。
实施例1-6和对比例1-2
实施例1-6的塑料模具用复合钢板通过以下步骤制得:
1)根据表1所示的配方,对钢水进行冶炼和铸造,制得板坯(连铸坯/铸锭)。
2)组坯:采用机械法对两块板坯各自进行单面表面氧化铁皮清理,再对单面清理的四条边进行坡口加工;接着将两块经表面清理过的板坯,以清理面对清理面的方式放置;然后对板坯贴合面进行四周焊接封闭,形成复合坯;在边部留取真空通道,对焊接密封后的复合组坯进行抽取真空处理。采用多块板坯复合时,进行类似处理,对位于复合坯中间位置的板坯进行双面表面氧化铁皮清理。
3)加热:加热温度为1000~1250℃,保温时间为1~3h。
4)轧制:对组合好的双层/多层板坯进行轧制,制得轧制钢板精轧开轧温度910~970℃,精轧终轧温度850~950℃,控轧厚度1.2~2.0T,采用大压下轧制,压下率≥50%。
5)冷却:轧制钢板进缓冷坑缓冷,缓冷开始温度:250~450℃,缓冷时间:24~48小时。
6)热处理:回火后获得成品复合钢板,回火温度为400~600℃。
对比例1-2使用上述基本相同的步骤制备,所不同之处在于:对比例1的钢的某些化学元素不在本发明限定范围内。对比例2的钢板没有经过组坯步骤,仅用一块板坯进行轧制,压下率不在本发明限定的范围。
表1示出实施例1-6和对比例1-2中钢板的化学组分。

将最终制得的实施例1-6和对比例1-2的钢板分别取样,并对各个钢板样品的力学性能进行测试。表3示出实施例1-6与对比例1-2的钢板的金相组织和力学性能。

根据表1-3可知,本发明的实施例1-6的塑料模具用复合钢板与对比例1-2的钢的金相组织均以贝氏体+碳化物为主。与对比例1-2相比,本发明的实施例1-6的钢具有更高的硬度和更佳的内部组织均匀性。对比例1的钢由于组分不在本发明限定的范围内,无法获得期望的硬度值,对比例2的钢板由于没有经过组坯步骤,直接采用一块板坯进行轧制,压下率低,导致成品钢板内部硬度不均。本发明通过合理的化学成分设计配合优化的制备工艺,能够获得力学性能和加工性能优异的塑料模具用复合钢板。
需要说明的是,本申请中记载的所有技术特征可以以任何方式进行自由组合或结合,除非彼此之间产生矛盾。在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下可对本发明进行各种修改和变化,这对本领域技术人员而言将是显而易见的。例如,作为一个实施方式的一部分显示或描述的特征可以与另一个实施方式一起使用以产生又一个实施方式。因此,本发明旨在涵盖落入所附权利要求及其等价物范围内的这些修改。
Claims (14)
1.一种塑料模具用复合钢板,其特征在于,所述复合钢板除包含85%以上的Fe和不可避免的杂质之外,还包含以质量百分比计的如下化学元素:
C:0.15~0.25%;Si:0.10~0.50%;Mn:1.30~2.30%;Cr:1.30~2.30%;Mo:0.10~0.60%;Ni:1.50~2.50%;Cu:0.40~1.00%;V:0.01~0.50%;Ti:0.01~0.10%;Al:0.010~0.050%。
2.如权利要求1所述的塑料模具用复合钢板,其特征在于,所述复合钢板包含以质量百分比计的如下化学元素:C:0.15~0.25%;Si:0.10~0.50%;Mn:1.30~2.30%;Cr:1.30~2.30%;Mo:0.10~0.60%;Ni:1.50~2.50%;Cu:0.40~1.00%;V:0.01~0.50%;Ti:0.01~0.10%;Al:0.010~0.050%,余量为Fe及不可避免的杂质。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的塑料模具用复合钢板,其特征在于,杂质元素以质量百分比计的含量满足:P≤0.030%,优选为P≤0.012%,更优选为P≤0.010%;S≤0.010%,优选为S≤0.005%,更优选为S≤0.003%。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的塑料模具用复合钢板,其特征在于,所述复合钢板中的化学元素以质量百分比计的含量满足如下中的一个以上:Si:0.25~0.45%;Mn:1.45~1.80%;Cr:1.45~1.90%;Mo:0.15~0.45%;Ni:1.50~2.10%;Cu:0.40~0.85%;V:0.10~0.40%;Al:0.020~0.050%。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的塑料模具用复合钢板,其特征在于,Ni的含量为1.80~2.10%。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的塑料模具用复合钢板,其特征在于,所述复合钢板的微观组织包括贝氏体和碳化物。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的塑料模具用复合钢板,其特征在于,所述复合钢板的洛氏硬度为35~45HRC,优选为40~45HRC。
8.一种塑料模具,由权利要求1-7中任一项所述的塑料模具用复合钢板形成。
9.用于制造权利要求1-7中任一项所述的塑料模具用复合钢板的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括依次进行的以下步骤:
1)对钢水进行冶炼和铸造,制得板坯;
2)组坯:将两块以上的板坯沿厚度方向贴合;
3)加热;
4)轧制,获得轧制钢板;
5)冷却;以及
6)热处理。
10.如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,在2)组坯步骤中,在将两块以上的板坯沿厚度方向贴合之前,对各个板坯进行表面氧化铁皮清理,并将经表面清理过的板坯,以清理面对清理面的方式贴合在一起。
11.如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,在4)轧制步骤中,精轧开轧温度为910~970℃,精轧终轧温度为850~950℃,控轧厚度为1.2~2.0T,压下率≥50%。
12.如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,在3)加热步骤中,加热温度为1000~1250℃,保温时间为1~3h。
13.如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,在5)冷却步骤中,对所述轧制钢板进行缓冷,缓冷开始温度为250~450℃,缓冷时间为24~48h。
14.如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述6)热处理步骤包括回火,回火温度为400~600℃。
