本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是：一种吊机旋转钩头存放装置，包括两个外框板、两个挡板和加强筋，所述两个外框板为圆弧形，所述两个挡板分别固定在两个外框板内侧，所述加强筋固定在两个挡板下面的两个外框板内侧。
所述两个外框板上安装有吊耳。
所述两个外框板底部开设有凹槽。

如图1所示，吊机旋转钩头存放装置，包括两个外框板1、两个挡板2和加强筋3，两个外框板1为圆弧形，两个挡板2分别固定在两个外框板1内侧，加强筋3固定在两个挡板2下面的两个外框板1内侧，两个外框板1上安装有吊耳4，两个外框板1底部开设有凹槽，可使得外框板更加稳固，使用时，根据吊机旋转钩头的外形，确认外框板高度及弯曲半径、两块外框板1的相对间距，依照吊机钩头自重确认是不用板材厚度，根据吊机旋转钩头的外形，确定挡板2具体位置高度并与外框板进行焊接，防止挡板2在使用时变形在挡板2下端的外框板1内壁上焊接加强筋3用于应力释放，在外框板1上安装吊耳4，方便吊运施工增加吊装及钢丝绳封固，将吊机旋转钩头装置沿船厂方向并且吊机操作方便的地方，垂直于基线底部与甲板进行焊接，吊机旋转钩头更换时，将旋转钩头垂直于吊机旋转钩头存放装置，吊机旋转钩头垂直下放，待吊机旋转钩头下放完成后，挡板正好与吊机旋转钩头卡住，保证旋转钩头更加牢固，也可用钢丝绳封固，本发明吊机旋转钩头存放装置，结构简单，占用空间小，操作方便，一个人即可施工封固，使用时安装旋转钩头更加便利。
