The grid filter device and the filter screen can be used for double filtration, and the spraying system can be used for cleaning and immersing the casting piece.

In this embodiment, the fixture block 141 at the bottom of the adjusting block 14 is hinged at the bottom of the adjusting block 14 through the hinge seat 142, when the first clamping device 3 and the second clamping device 4 are delivering castings, the fixture block 141 can rotate around the axis of the hinge seat 142 to enable the fixture block 141 to be separated from the clamping hole 541 of the driving belt 54, so when the first linear driving device 111 drives the first clamping device 3 and the second clamping device 4 clamping castings to move, the fixture block 141 can not drive the driving gear 53 to rotate, the filter screen 51 is kept stationary, stable oil for flushing the castings is filtered, splashing of the oil and impurities is avoided, after the first clamping device 3 transfers the castings onto the second clamping device 4, or after the second clamping device 4 moves the castings to the discharging end for discharging, the rotation of the fixture block 141 is limited by the limiting block 143 at one side of the bottom of the adjusting block 14, the fixture block 141 can not be separated from the clamping hole 541 of the driving belt 54, therefore the filter screen 51 can be adjusted above the filter screen 51 in each time when the first clamping device 3 and the second clamping device 4 are reset, the filter screen 51 is kept at the same time, and the filter screen 51 is kept clear, and the filter screen is kept to be delivered to the filter screen 51, and the filter effect is guaranteed to be kept clear, and the filter screen 51 is kept to be flushed, and the filter screen 51 is guaranteed.
For the purpose of the adjusting block 14 always being located above the drive belt 54, the following features are provided in particular:
the top end of the adjusting block 14 is provided with a limiting jack 144, the limiting jack 144 has the same cross-sectional shape as the connecting rod 114, and the adjusting block 14 is sleeved on the connecting rod 114 through the limiting jack 144; the adjusting block 14 is provided with a threaded hole 145 above the limiting jack 144, and a locking screw 146 for fixing the position of the adjusting block 14 is spirally arranged in the threaded hole 145.
When the distance between the first movable seat 11 and the second movable seat 12 is adjusted by a worker, the position of the adjusting block 14 on the connecting rod 114 is changed, the worker can take down the locking screw 146 on the adjusting block 14, so that the adjusting block 14 can slide on the connecting rod 114, the adjusting block 14 is moved to be positioned right above the driving belt 54, the locking screw 146 is spirally arranged in the threaded hole 145 until the bottom end of the locking screw 146 is attached to the upper side of the connecting rod 114, the position of the adjusting block 14 is fixed, and in the embodiment, the position of the adjusting block 14 on the connecting rod 114 can be correspondingly adjusted, so that the whole equipment can be cleaned for castings with different sizes.

a filtering device (5) is arranged below the moving path of the first clamping device (3) and the second clamping device (4), and an opening of a liquid storage tank (22) of the circulating spraying system (2) is upwards arranged below the filtering device (5).
