Background
With consumer upgrades and consumer ideas changing, resource borrowing is becoming more common in everyday life, such as loan products, such as credit cards, housing loans, automotive loans, consumer goods loans, and the like. After each borrower obtains a loan, the borrower needs to pay back at the contract and appointed time point. However, in actual business development, there is a case where a borrower is overdue due to financial deterioration or the like. To avoid the impact of overdue, some borrowers often apply for overdue protection, and some borrowers may apply for multiple overdue protection. In the case where the borrower applies for overdue protection, it is necessary to newly calculate information such as a monthly payback amount for the borrower. At present, after the overdue application is usually calculated by a rolling calculation method, the lender is required to restore the resources subsequently, wherein the rolling calculation is to calculate each operation based on the result of the previous operation, for example, the user has lifted the overdue application for 3 times in a statistics period, and the overdue application is required to be processed first according to the sequence of lifting the overdue application, and then the resource restoration situation of each month of the overdue resource restoring action does not occur; and then, based on the last processing result, calculating the condition of returning the resources of each month of the resource action without the stage after the user lifts the second overdue application, and the like until the last overdue application processing is completed. It can be seen that if the number of overdue protection requests is large, the operation difficulty of such scrolling calculation is large, the resource consumption is serious, and the calculation efficiency is low.

After obtaining borrowed resources, a borrower generally needs to return the resources on time according to the agreed period number and the return resource day, and when the borrower encounters the return resource pressure, the borrower needs to apply for overdue protection to a resource lending mechanism for issuing the resources so as to avoid influencing personal credit and the like due to overdue. When a borrower applies for overdue protection to a borrowed resource, the resource lending mechanism needs to recalculate the return resource date of the borrowed resource of the borrower. When borrowers apply for overdue protection for a plurality of times by using a resource, the actual return days after each overdue protection need to be calculated sequentially, and the calculation of the actual return days of the overdue protection at the last time depends on the calculation result of the actual return days of the overdue protection at the previous time. Since the actual time of returning the resource is calculated, not only the overdue protection which is not executed by the borrower and the borrower resource, but also the overdue protection of the history (past) are considered, and whether the borrower returns the resource or not in the overdue protection of the history, each overdue protection is calculated by rolling on the basis of the last overdue protection, the operation difficulty is high, the efficiency is low, and errors are easy to occur when the overdue protection times are more. Therefore, the embodiment of the disclosure provides a service data processing method, which is used for improving the processing efficiency of service data, reducing the calculation difficulty and reducing the error probability.
The service data processing method of the embodiment of the present disclosure may be executed by an electronic device such as a terminal device or a server, where the terminal device may be a User Equipment (UE), a mobile device, a User terminal, a cellular phone, a cordless phone, a personal digital assistant (Personal Digital Assistant, PDA), a handheld device, a computing device, a vehicle-mounted device, a wearable device, and the like, and the server may be an independent physical server, a server cluster formed by a plurality of physical servers, or a cloud server capable of performing cloud computing. The method may be implemented by way of a processor invoking computer readable program instructions stored in a memory.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a service data processing method provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 1, the service data processing method includes:
step S101, if the current time reaches the period of counting and returning the resource date information, acquiring the resource borrowing basic information and at least one overdue protection request information.
Wherein N is an integer greater than 1, the electronic device may preset a period of statistically returning the resource date information, such as one day, one period, several hours, etc., and once the current time is detected to satisfy the set period, the step of statistically returning the resource date information is started, that is, the following steps S101 to S104. Accordingly, if the current time does not reach the above period, the overdue protection request information is not processed even if it is currently received. It should be understood that certain resources are required to be consumed for processing the statistical return resource date information, and related data are relatively more, and tens of millions of levels are possible, if the processing is frequently performed, the equipment resources are frequently occupied, and the resource use of other businesses can be affected.
The basic information of resource borrowing includes the provision of returning the resource by the borrower according to the N month period and the actual resource returning condition of the borrower, for example, the borrowing of the resource refers to the loan of the borrower from a financial institution, and the basic information of resource borrowing may include the provision of the borrowing for the period of time period of repayment, for example, the borrower repayment for the period of 6 months, that is, the borrower repayment the loan amount according to the 6 months.
In this embodiment, overdue protection is a protective measure initiated by the borrower to delay the due resource day of the overdue resource to avoid overdue. The protection information corresponding to the overdue protection includes, but is not limited to, a protection start month, a protection end month, and a protection period number, and the borrower may specify the protection start month, the protection end month, and the protection period number. For example, if the borrower overdue protects a 5 month and 6 month loan of the 12 staged loans, the protection start month is 5 months, the protection end month is 6 months, and the protection period number is 2.
In some embodiments, the resource borrowing base information includes, but is not limited to, contract number, date month, date of the period, due resource date, and expiration date of the borrowed resource. Table m-1 shows the basic information of resource borrowing for contract number AAAA.

In the above contract, the expiration dates are 2022, 5, 20, 2022, 6, 20 and 2022, 8, 20, respectively. As can be seen from Table m-1, the borrowed resource contract takes place 3 total overdue times, with the earliest overdue date being 2022, 5, and 20.
In some embodiments, the earliest expiration date may be extracted from table m-1 to form table m-2, and the resource lending institution (natural) may quickly learn the earliest expiration date of the borrowed resource via table m-2.

In this embodiment of the present disclosure, the at least one overdue protection request information includes protection information of the borrower for specifying the overdue protection request from the time of resource borrowing, in other words, each overdue protection request information is protection information corresponding to the overdue protection request initiated by the borrower. The borrower may initiate one or more overdue protection requests for the same borrowed resource. Each overdue protection request may overdue protect one or more installments.
In some embodiments, each overdue protection request message includes, but is not limited to, a protection start month, a protection end month, and a protection expiration number, the protection start month being the start month of overdue protection, the protection end month being the end month of overdue protection. The guard period number is the number of stages of overdue guard, and if two stages are overdue guard, the guard period number is 2. Table a-1 shows the borrower's overdue protection request information for borrowed resources with contract number AAAA.
TABLE a-1

AAAA 2022-10 2022-10 1
AAAA 2022-12 2023-02 3
From table a-1, the borrower initiates three overdue protection requests on borrowed resources with contract number AAAA, wherein the protection start month of the first overdue protection request is 2022 years 6 months, the protection end month is 2022 years 7 months, the total protection period is 2 stages (namely 2 nd and 3 rd stages), and the protection period number is 2. The protection start month and the protection end month of the second overdue protection request are both 2022 and 10 months, and the total protection period is 1 (namely, the period 6), and the protection period number is 1. The protection start month of the third overdue protection request is 2022 years 12 months, the protection end month is 2023 years 2 months, and the total protection period is 3 (namely 8 th, 9 th and 10 th periods) and the protection period number is 3.
It should be noted that table a-1 only lists overdue protection request information related to contract number AAAA. Embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited in this regard, and other contractual overdue protection request information may also be listed in Table a-1. When new combinations are needed, only relevant information is needed to be added in the table a-1, and other information or tables are not needed to be modified.
Step S102, at least one overdue protection request message is parsed, and the current overdue protection message is obtained from the at least one overdue protection request message.
The current overdue protection information is overdue protection information corresponding to overdue protection expected by the borrower for the overdue return resource behaviors of M months of N months, M is an integer smaller than N, and the overdue return resource behaviors of M months do not occur.
In some embodiments, the current overdue protection information includes borrowing resource contract number, number of protection period, protection start month, protection end month, single remaining total protection period number, and protected return resource month. Wherein the protected return resource month is a month determined based on the protection month and the protection period number.
For example, if the borrower desires to overdue protect the recovery resource behavior of 6 months in the contract number AAAA, that is, if the borrower initiates three overdue protection requests in the table a-1, the current overdue protection information is obtained after analyzing the three overdue protection requests.
In some embodiments, step S102, parsing the at least one overdue protection request message to obtain current overdue protection information from the at least one overdue protection request message, includes: and expanding at least one overdue protection request message according to the protection month to obtain the current overdue protection message.
Illustratively, in Table a-1, the borrower initiates three over-protection requests altogether, wherein the month of protection desired by the first over-protection request is 2022, 6 months to 2022, 7 months, the number of protection dates 2; the month for which the second overdue protection request expects protection is month 8 of 2022, the number of protection periods 1; the month for which protection is desired by the third overdue protection request is 12 months of 2022 to 2 months of 2023, the number of protection periods being 3.
And developing the overdue protection request information corresponding to the three overdue protection in the table a-1, and obtaining the current overdue protection information as shown in the table a-3.
TABLE a-3
In table a-3, the single remaining total protection issue number refers to the remaining issue number of each overdue protection request, i.e. the remaining protection issue number of the present overdue protection request. The protected return resource month refers to the cut-off month corresponding to the protected month after each overdue protection request is executed. If the protection starting month of the first overdue protection is 2022, 6 months, and the number of protection periods is 2, then for 6 months, the number of single remaining total protection periods is 2, and the month of the post-protection return resource is 8 months; for 7 months, the number of single remaining total protection periods is 1, and the month of the post-protection return resource is 8 months.
Step S103, determining the historical overdue protection information based on at least one overdue protection request information and the resource borrowing basic information.
The historical overdue protection information refers to overdue protection information corresponding to W months in which overdue return resource behaviors occur in N months; w is an integer less than N. As in Table m-1, the months for which overdue has occurred include month 2022, month 5, month 2022, month 6, and month 2022, and the historical overdue protection information includes protection information for these three months.
In some embodiments, step S102, obtaining historical overdue protection information based on at least one overdue protection request information and resource borrowing basic information includes:
and S31, converting at least one overdue protection request message to obtain protection conversion information.
Wherein the protection transformation information includes, but is not limited to, total protection period number, remaining total protection period number, and last protection expiration month.
In some embodiments, the at least one overdue protection request message is transformed, i.e. the total protection period number, the remaining total protection period number and the last protection termination month are obtained according to the protection start month, the protection termination month and the protection period number in the overdue protection request message.
For example, the three overdue protection request messages in table a-1 are transformed to obtain a total protection expiration number, a remaining total protection expiration number and a last protection termination month corresponding to each overdue protection request message, wherein for the first overdue protection request message, the total protection expiration number is 6, the remaining total protection expiration is 4 and the last protection termination month is 1900-01. The second overdue protection request message and the third overdue protection request message may be referred to in table a-2. Table a-2 shows that the protection transform information is obtained after transforming Table a-1.
TABLE a-2
In some embodiments, the protection transformation information includes, but is not limited to, contract number, protection start month, protection end month, protection period number, total remaining protection period number, and last protection end month.
Wherein the total protection issue number is the sum of the protection issue numbers of the respective overdue protection requests. If the protection period numbers of the first overdue protection request, the second overdue protection request and the third overdue protection request are 2, 1 and 3, respectively, then the total protection period number corresponding to the first overdue protection request is 6. The total protection future number of the next overdue protection request is determined according to the protection future number and the total protection future number corresponding to the previous overdue protection request, for example, the total protection future number is subtracted from the protection future number of the previous overdue protection request, and the result is the total protection future number corresponding to the next overdue protection request. The total protection period corresponding to the second overdue protection request is 4 periods, and the total protection period corresponding to the third overdue protection request is 3 periods.
The remaining total protection issue number is the sum of the protection issue numbers of the future overdue protection requests, and does not include the protection issue number of the overdue protection request of the current period. For example, the number of remaining total protection dates corresponding to the first overdue protection request is 6-2=4, the number of remaining total protection dates corresponding to the second overdue protection request is 4-1=3, and the number of remaining total protection dates corresponding to the third overdue protection request may be set to 3-3 equal to 0.
In Table a-2, the remaining total guard period number is shifted up one row of the total guard period number as a whole, with the empty table being supplemented with 0. The reason for shifting up one line is mainly that the borrowed resource with contract number AAAA has three overdue protection requests, the three overdue protection requests are arranged in sequence, and the current total protection period number can be covered by the next total protection period number (the future remaining total protection period number) by shifting up one line.
The last protection termination month in each overdue protection request message refers to the protection termination month of the previous overdue protection request. For example, the last protection termination month corresponding to the second overdue protection request is the protection termination month of the first overdue protection request, i.e. 7 months of 2022. The last protection termination month corresponding to the third overdue protection request is the protection termination month of the second overdue protection request, namely, 10 months in 2022. The first overdue protection request is a first overdue protection, and the corresponding last protection termination month may be set to be a wireless date, such as 1 month 1900.
In Table a-2, the last protection expiration month is a drop of the protection expiration month in its entirety, and the empty table is supplemented with a minimum date 1900-01. Because it is necessary to know how many times there are between the last protection ending month and the current protection starting month (these times may also need to be protected, but are not explicitly shown from the overdue protection request message (table a-1)). In the embodiment of the disclosure, each protection period number has a date interval of [ last protection ending month, current protection starting month ], and the date interval is helpful for screening protection months.
And S32, carrying out Cartesian calculation on the protection transformation information and the resource borrowing basic information to obtain protection unfolding information.
The protection development information is obtained after the month which has expired is developed according to the expiration protection request information.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the expiration times (the expiration dates are not empty and have 3 pieces) with the expiration date are extracted from the basic information (table m-1) of resource borrowing, and Cartesian calculation is performed on the basic information and the protection transformation information (table a-2) to obtain the protection unfolding information.
In some embodiments, the protection expansion information includes a date month, a date time, a protection start month, a protection end month, a total protection period number, a last protection end month, and a post-protection return resource month, for example, the month in which the expiration has occurred in the table m-1, namely, the 1 st date time (5 months), the 2 nd date time (6 months), and the 4 th date time (8 months), is expanded according to the three-time expiration protection request in the protection transformation information, and the obtained protection expansion information is shown in the table b-1.
Table b-1
And carrying out Cartesian calculation on the protection transformation information and the resource borrowing basic information, and determining the period between the last protection ending month and the current protection starting month. For example, assuming that the borrower first overdue protection request overdue protects 6 months and 7 months, and the second overdue protection request overdue protects 10 months and 11 months, it may be determined that the period between the first protection ending month (7 months) and the second protection starting month (10 months) is 8 months and 9 months, and if overdue occurs in 9 months, the borrower does not actively apply for overdue protection for 9 months, but the 9 months also need to be protected. By means of Cartesian calculation, the overdue period among the last protection ending month and the current protection starting month can be screened out, and the overdue period such as 9 months is screened out without actively requesting overdue protection.
It should be noted, however, that the following is a brief description of the principles of Cartesian computing for ease of understanding of the disclosed embodiments.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of cartesian computation in an embodiment of the disclosure. Referring to fig. 2, assume that a set a includes three elements denoted by reference numerals A1, A2, and A3, a set B includes two elements B1 and B2, and a set C is obtained by performing cartesian computation on the set a and the set B, and is a set obtained by multiplying the set a and the set B.
Step S33, extracting the historical overdue protection information from the protection development information.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the historical overdue protection information corresponding to the month in which the overdue has occurred is extracted from the protection development information as shown in table b-2. In some embodiments, the historical overdue protection information includes, but is not limited to, a number of installments, a protection start month, a protection end month, a total protection period number, a remaining total protection period number, and a post-protection return resource month.
Table b-2
Step S104, determining that the corresponding resource information corresponding to the month of the periodic return resource behavior does not occur after the overdue protection is performed according to the current overdue protection information and the historical overdue protection information.
In the contract of borrowing resources, borrowed resources of some months are returned, borrowed resources of some months are not returned, and the corresponding return resource information of the month in which the action of returning the resources in stages does not occur can be determined according to the current overdue protection information and the historical overdue protection information. The refund resource information of all months can be determined according to the current overdue protection information, the historical overdue protection information and the resource borrowing basic information, but the refund resource information of the unreturned months is more concerned for borrowers.
In some embodiments, step S104, determining, according to the current overdue protection information and the historical overdue protection information, corresponding return resource information corresponding to a month in which no overdue return resource behavior occurs after the overdue protection, includes: determining the information of the resources to be returned of M months for which overdue protection is expected according to the current overdue protection information; determining the recovery resource information of W months when the overdue recovery resource behavior occurs according to the historical overdue protection information; and carrying out union processing on the corresponding return resource information of the M months and the corresponding return resource information of the W months to obtain the corresponding return resource information of the months in which the periodic return resource behavior does not occur.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the contract number, the protection starting month, the protection month and the protected return resource month are extracted from the current overdue protection information, the contract number, the protection starting month, the protection month and the protected return resource month are extracted from the history overdue protection information,
specifically, the information of the resources to be returned for M months for which overdue protection is expected is determined according to the current overdue protection information. For example, three overdue protection requests initiated by the borrower are respectively expanded to obtain the information of the return resources corresponding to each protection month, namely, the return resource months of 2022, including 6 months of 2022, 7 months of 2022, 10 months of 2022, 12 months of 2022, 1 month of 2023 and 2 months of 2023 are obtained, as shown in table a-3.
And determining the recovery resource information of W months when the overdue recovery resource behavior occurs according to the historical overdue protection information. Illustratively, the three months for which overdue return resource activity has occurred are 2022, 5, 2022, 6, and 2022, 8, respectively, as shown in Table m-1, and the three months for which overdue return resource activity has occurred after overdue protection correspond to the respective corresponding return resource months of 2022, 11, 2022, 12, and 2022, 12, as shown in Table b-2.
And carrying out union processing on the corresponding return resource information of the M months and the corresponding return resource information of the W months to obtain the corresponding return resource information of the months in which the periodic return resource behavior does not occur. Illustratively, tables a-3 and b-2 are subjected to a union process to obtain table c-1.
Table c-1
In some embodiments, in step S41, in the case where there is inconsistency in the current overdue protection information and the historical overdue protection information, the date of the return resource of the protection period number selects the latest date.
The months with inconsistent due resource information are called conflicting months, and the conflicting months refer to months with different due resource dates for the same month in the current overdue protection information and the historical overdue protection information.
When the same protection expiration number conflicts exist in the current expiration protection information and the historical expiration protection information, the latest due resource date is taken as the due resource date of the conflicting month, namely, the date with the latest deadline is selected as the due resource date. For example, in the current overdue protection information, the return resource month corresponding to 6 months is 8 months, but in the history overdue protection information, the return resource month corresponding to 6 months is 11 months, and then 6 months are conflicting months, and the corresponding return resource month is 11 months.
In some embodiments, after determining that the overdue protection is performed according to the current overdue protection information and the historical overdue protection information, the method further includes: and carrying out union processing on the corresponding return resource information of the month where the stage return resource action does not occur and the resource borrowing basic information to obtain the return resource information corresponding to all the months.
When the information of the corresponding return resources of the month where the periodic return resource action does not occur is determined, but the information of the returned resources in the borrowed resource contract is not provided, the information of the corresponding return resources of the month where the periodic return resource action does not occur and the basic information of resource borrowing can be processed in a union mode, so that the information of the corresponding return resources of all months can be obtained.
And merging the corresponding return resource information c-1 corresponding to the month in which the periodic return resource action does not occur and the resource borrowing basic information m-1, and connecting the results of all the months by themselves to obtain the corresponding return resource information corresponding to the month in which the periodic return resource action does not occur, wherein the return resource information is shown in a table c-2.
Table c-2
In some embodiments, step S104 includes, after obtaining the corresponding return resource information corresponding to the month in which the periodic return resource behavior does not occur based on the current overdue protection information and the historical overdue protection information: the earliest return resource date is redetermined from the return resource information corresponding to the month in which the stage return resource action never occurs.
The earliest overdue date can be determined to be 8 months and 20 days in the corresponding resource information of the month in which the stage returning resource behavior does not occur, and can be intuitively known by a borrower through the table m-3, so that whether the overdue protection needs to be applied again or not can be determined. The lender knows the earliest expiration date and can want the borrower to send a reminder to make a decision as to whether the borrower needs to apply for the expiration protection again.
