The two axial ends of the winding drum 701 are fixedly provided with the rotating wheels 702, the rotating wheels 702 protrude out of the outer wall surface of the winding drum 701 so as to prevent the fire hose from being separated from the winding drum 701, and after the fire hose is wound, the rotating wheels 702 can directly roll and move on the ground so as to synchronously move the fire hose; meanwhile, the rotating wheel 702 is provided with a plurality of handle holes 705, and the handle holes 705 select gaps between hubs of the rotating wheel 702 so as to facilitate the lifting of the winding drum 701 by the rotating wheel 702.
The automatic zoning winding structure comprises a hub motor 161, wherein the hub motor 161 is in transmission connection with a rotating wheel 702 to rotate, and drives a winding drum 701 to rotate so as to roll the fire hose;
the hub motor 161 is provided with a mobile power supply as a power source so as to facilitate carrying, transporting and using of the automatic fire hose winding device, and simultaneously, the weight of the whole automatic fire hose winding device is reduced.
The wheel hub motor 161 drives the circumscribed transmission rotating wheel 702, in the structure, the wheel hub motor 161 and the rotating wheel 702 are both high-friction-coefficient round wheels, gear transmission is avoided, the wheel cannot rotate in order to avoid the wheel hub motor 161 faults caused by violent use of fire fighters, and when the high-friction-coefficient round wheels are used, even if the wheel hub motor 161 faults, the rotating wheel 702 can be manually rotated to rotate the winding drum 701 to realize winding of the fire fighting water band.
The surface of the rotating wheel 702, which faces to the surface in contact with the hub motor 161, is made of flexible materials, such as polyurethane, so as to promote friction transmission between the rotating wheel 702 and the hub motor 161.
The hub motor assembly 16 is further provided with a transmission mechanism base 163 and a hinge connector 162, the hinge connector 162 is elastically hinged to the transmission mechanism base 163, and the hub motor 161 is mounted to the hinge connector 162. The higher side of the transmission mechanism base 163 is hinged with the hinged connecting piece 162, the lower side of the transmission mechanism base 163 is provided with the tensioning spring 164, and the tensioning spring 164 elastically abuts against the hub motor 161, so that the hub motor 161 applies proper pressure to the rotating wheel 702, and friction transmission between the hub motor 161 and the rotating wheel 702 is realized.
The hub motor 161 is externally connected to the lower end of the rotating wheel 702, and is elastically hinged to the transmission mechanism base 163 through a hinge connection piece 162 to realize rotation transmission of the rotating wheel 702,

The arrangement of the front roller 106 can reduce the consumption force during the winding of the subsequent fire hose, also improves the operation stability and the service life of the whole equipment, and the combination of the front roller 106 and the guide inclined plane 103 ensures that the fire hose joint cannot shake due to winding during the way to the upper pressing roller and the lower pressing roller, is very stable, reduces the weighing of the lower pressing roller 4, and improves the use stability of the drainage transmission structure.
The first springs 5 are tension springs, are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the baffle 101, and are respectively connected with the left swing arm 201 and one side of the baffle 101, and the right swing arm 202 and the other side of the baffle 101; the first spring 5 is a torsion spring, and the left swing arm 201 and the side baffle 101, and the right swing arm 202 and the side baffle 101 are reset by installing the torsion spring at the pivot connection position.
