The surface of the rotating wheel 702, which faces to the surface in contact with the hub motor 161, is made of flexible materials, such as polyurethane, so as to promote friction transmission between the rotating wheel 702 and the hub motor 161.
The in-wheel motor assembly 16 is further provided with a transmission mechanism base 162 and a hinge connection 163, the hinge connection 163 is elastically hinged to the transmission mechanism base 162, and the in-wheel motor 161 is mounted to the hinge connection 163. The higher side of the transmission mechanism base 162 is hinged with the hinged connecting piece 163, the lower side is provided with the tensioning spring 164, and the tensioning spring 164 elastically abuts against the hub motor 161, so that the hub motor 161 applies proper pressure to the rotating wheel 702, and friction transmission between the hub motor 161 and the rotating wheel 702 is realized.
The hub motor 161 is externally connected to the lower end of the rotating wheel 702, and is elastically hinged to the transmission mechanism base 162 through the hinge connection piece 163 to realize rotation transmission of the rotating wheel 702, and the hinge connection piece 163 is designed to facilitate the rotation to the other side when the transmission mechanism is used, and is folded and retracted.
The hub motor 161 using the device can ensure the external cutting transmission effect by hinged connection and elastic propping, and can still be manually rolled up when the hub motor assembly 16 fails due to the operation of fire fighters caused by violence and the like.

The clamping structure comprises a limit hook 204, a hook containing groove 104 and a second spring 9; the trigger rod 8 is rotatably arranged between the left swing arm 201 and the right swing arm 202, two ends of the trigger rod 8 are fixedly provided with limiting hooks 204, and the limiting hooks 204 are driven to rotate when the trigger rod 8 rotates; the base 1 is provided with a hooking groove 104 at a matched position, and when the limiting hook 204 is hooked on the hooking groove 104, the swing arm 2 is hooked on the base 1; when the trigger rod 8 rotates, the limit hook 204 is driven to rotate away from the hook containing groove 104, the swing arm 2 is driven to release the hook buckle with the base 1, the limit hook 204 is connected with the swing arm 2 through the second spring 9, and the limit hook is reset to the hook containing groove 104 by the second spring 9; the hooking portion of the limiting hook 204 is a sliding surface.
