When needs use the fire hose, directly pull the one end of fire hose, start-up in-wheel motor 21 and rotate toward opposite direction, in-wheel motor 21 can alleviate the strength that pulls out the fire hose and need consume, reduces the time of pulling out the fire hose simultaneously. After the fire hose is stored, the first conveying mechanism 1 can be rotatably stored on one side of the handle 7 through the hinged plate 46, the handle 7 can be stored in a telescopic mode, and the winding drum 31 and the rotating wheel 32 can be taken out quickly and conveniently.
