Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of pesticide preparations, and particularly relates to a topramezone and clodinafop-propargyl dispersible oil suspending agent and application thereof.
Background
The new pesticide has long development period and high cost, can obviously reduce pesticide loss, improve the control effect and the pesticide utilization rate based on the development and optimization of pesticide dosage forms of the existing varieties, and is one of important development directions of pesticide 'reduced application and synergy' in China. Among the existing pesticide formulations, the dispersible oil suspending agent has the outstanding advantages of environmental friendliness, good wetting spreadability, strong anti-scouring capability, obvious synergistic effect and the like, and has become one of the pesticide formulations with the most development potential in the future. The definition of dispersible oil suspending agent is: a stable suspension liquid preparation in which the active ingredient is dispersed as solid particles in a nonaqueous medium. The method has the following two characteristics: firstly, the dispersing medium such as vegetable oil, mineral oil and the like is used, so that the method has the characteristics of safety and environmental protection; secondly, the pesticide composition has the properties of protecting active ingredients, reducing the drift of fog drops, improving the adhesiveness, permeability, wetting spreadability and the like of the fog drops on the surfaces of crops, and finally, the control effect of the pesticide composition is improved to a certain extent, thereby being beneficial to improving the pesticide utilization rate.
Topramezone belongs to a novel trione post-emergence stem leaf treatment agent, is absorbed by roots, seedlings and leaves, is transmitted to meristems from the top and the base in plants, inhibits biosynthesis of carotenoid and chlorophyll and has disturbed functions, so that germinated sensitive weed plants die, and is used for preventing annual weeds.
Clodinafop-propargyl belongs to an aryloxy-phenoxy propionic acid herbicide, can effectively inhibit biosynthesis of the clodinafop-propargyl into an acetyl-assistant-A hydroxylase inhibitor, and can be quickly degraded into free acid phenyl and pyridine parts in soil to enter the soil and mineralize. Is mainly used for preventing and killing annual gramineous weeds such as wild oat, alopecuroide, oat, ryegrass, common bluegrass, green bristlegrass and the like.
The prior art has a relevant report on the synergism of the topramezone and the clodinafop-propargyl, but no study on the preparation of the compound composition is carried out in pesticide registration and related documents. For example, CN107087619a discloses a herbicidal composition comprising a combination of topramezone and clodinafop-propargyl in a weight ratio of 1:20 to 20:1 as active ingredients. The weeding composition is prepared into emulsifiable concentrates, aqueous emulsion, aqueous suspension, water dispersible granules, wettable powder, dispersible oil suspension or microemulsion, wherein the dosage of the active ingredient is 5-50% by weight; only the synergistic effect of the herbicidal composition is studied in this patent and the formulation type is generally mentioned. CN107087619B discloses a herbicidal composition, wherein the active ingredients contained in the herbicidal composition are a composition of topramezone and clodinafop-propargyl in a weight ratio of 3:1; the topramezone, the clodinafop-propargyl weeding composition and the third component form a ternary weeding composition, wherein the third component is flurbiproflumilast, and the weight ratio of the topramezone to the clodinafop-propargyl weeding composition to the third component is 1-4:1-4:1-2. The synergistic effect of the ternary herbicidal composition was studied in this patent document, and aqueous suspensions were developed. At present, the dispersible oil suspending agent compounded by topramezone and clodinafop-propargyl is not described in the literature.

Quality control index test results:
as shown in Table 2, the dispersible oil suspending agent prepared by OD1-OD6 can reach the corresponding quality control index, wherein the suspension rate of more than 99% of the active ingredients in the OD3 preparation formula can be realized, and the preparation performance is excellent. As can be seen from the comparison of OD3 with OD1-OD 2 and OD 4-OD 6, the selection of the emulsifying agent and the dispersing agent has a larger influence on the suspension rate of the preparation, and when the emulsifying agent is selected from the combination of Ethylan NS-500LQ, YUS-D935 and agro-emulsion 500#; the dispersant is selected from SP-2836 and Agrlian-700 in combination, so that the suspension performance of the preparation can be remarkably improved.
The heat storage stability of the OD7 and OD8 preparations is unqualified, and compared with the OD3 formula, the combination of the stabilizer potassium dihydrogen phosphate and urea is added in the dispersible oil suspending agent, so that the heat storage stability of the preparations can be improved, and the phenomenon of creaming and bottoming after the temperature is changed can be avoided.
Table 2: quality control index test
Example 2:6% topramezone and clodinafop-propargyl dispersible oil suspending agent has field control effect on annual weeds in wheat fields
Testing the medicament: OD1-OD6 in example 1;
the testing method comprises the following steps: the test was run with a total of 6 treatment test areas and 1 blank, cells were randomly arranged and repeated 3 times. The cell area is 45m 2 . During the 1 heart period of 3 leaves of wheat, the common stem and leaf spray treatment of a knapsack sprayer is selected, and the spray amount is 450L/hm 2 The method comprises the steps of carrying out a first treatment on the surface of the Fresh weight of weeds (wild oat, myrtle, green bristlegrass and barnyard grass) investigated for 21d after medicine, 4 points are taken in each district, and the area of each point is 0.25m 2 And calculating the fresh weight control effect on weeds.
The calculation formula is as follows: fresh weight control (%) = [ (fresh weight of weeds in control area-fresh weight of weeds in treatment area)/fresh weight of weeds in control area ] ×100.
Test results:
as shown in Table 3, the OD1-OD6 has excellent control effect on annual weeds in wheat fields, the field control effect is more than 90%, and the field control effect of the OD3 is 99.5%.
