本发明涉及一种离子型表面活性剂生产方法,且公开了包括以下重量份数配比的原料:乳化剂15%‑20%、湿润剂10%‑15%、分散剂6%‑10%、缓蚀剂7%‑9%,所述乳化剂为辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚以及十二烷基二乙醇酰胺混合而成,其中辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚为7份、十二烷基二乙醇酰胺为3份,所述湿润剂为伯烷基硫酸酯盐,所述分散剂由葡萄糖酸盐、三聚磷酸钠以及磷酸钠混合而成,其中分散剂由葡萄糖酸盐为5份、三聚磷酸钠为2份、磷酸钠为3份,所述缓蚀剂由硅酸钠以及苯胺组成,其中硅酸钠为6份。该离子型表面活性剂生产方法,通过加入耐低温出油特性的材料使得表面活性剂混合物能够在低于40℃的情况下达到百分之九十以上的出油效果,以下表面活性剂的乳化。

技术领域
本发明涉及表面活性剂技术领域,具体为一种离子型表面活性剂生产方法。
背景技术
表面活性剂(surfactant),是指是能使目标溶液表面张力显著下降的物质,具有固定的亲水亲油基团,在溶液的表面能定向排列,表面活性剂的分子结构具有两性:一端为亲水基团,另一端为疏水基团;亲水基团常为极性基团,如羧酸、磺酸、硫酸、氨基或胺基及其盐,羟基、酰胺基、醚键等也可作为极性亲水基团;而疏水基团常为非极性烃链,如8个碳原子以上烃链,表面活性剂分为离子型表面活性剂(包括阳离子表面活性剂与阴离子表面活性剂)、非离子型表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、复配表面活性剂、其他表面活性剂等。
由于大多数单规格的表面活性剂单独使用在低温调节下会出现除污能力下降的情况,因此使用方会通过大量使用表面活性剂来达到除污的目的,而如此一来会造成多泡、难以降解以及环境污染严重的问题,故而提出一种离子型表面活性剂生产方法来解决上述问题。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种离子型表面活性剂生产方法,具备环境温度实用性强等优点,解决了低温环境下除污能力下降的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述高效除污目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:包括以下重量份数配比的原料:乳化剂15%-20%、湿润剂10%-15%、分散剂6%-10%、缓蚀剂7%-9%。
优选的,所述乳化剂为辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚以及十二烷基二乙醇酰胺混合而成,其中辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚为7份、十二烷基二乙醇酰胺为3份。
优选的,所述湿润剂为伯烷基硫酸酯盐。
优选的,所述分散剂由葡萄糖酸盐、三聚磷酸钠以及磷酸钠混合而成,其中分散剂由葡萄糖酸盐为5份、三聚磷酸钠为2份、磷酸钠为3份。
优选的,所述缓蚀剂由硅酸钠以及苯胺组成,其中硅酸钠为6份、苯胺为4份。
本发明要解决的另一技术问题是提供一种离子型表面活性剂生产方法,包括以下步骤:
1)通过反应釜中加入净水、升温至40℃加入辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚以及十二烷基二乙醇酰胺进行充分的混合搅拌,待混合物流动性较为粘稠后添加入伯烷基硫酸酯盐作为湿润剂继续搅拌。
2)待加入湿润剂搅拌15分钟后加入葡萄糖酸盐、三聚磷酸钠以及磷酸钠组成的分散剂,并升温至50℃继续搅拌。
3)待物质混合后加入硅酸钠以及苯胺,并将温度提升至60℃-65℃之间搅拌40分钟后完成配置。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种离子型表面活性剂生产方法,具备以下有益效果:
该离子型表面活性剂生产方法,通过加入耐低温出油特性的材料使得表面活性剂混合物能够在低于40℃的情况下达到百分之九十以上的出油效果,该混合物的PH值为10.2,在32℃-40℃的除油能力均值为92.31%,具有节能、环保、不易染以及清洗成本低等特点。

下面将结合本发明的实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一:
其中辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚以及十二烷基二乙醇酰胺组成的乳化剂可根据使用环境适当加入在低温情况下具有良好反应的活化物质,如烷基二乙醇酰胺、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮等,但为保证环保节能的特点其中烷基二乙醇酰胺、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的添加量各不宜超过1份的计量。
实施例二:
其中乳化剂的主要作用是利用胶束将污渍包裹在胶束内分解到分散剂溶液中,因此在乳化剂与净水搅拌至流动性下降状态下需加入分散剂进行混合,搅拌时长因确保大于十五分钟,但要控制过早加入分散剂导致乳化剂的浓度过早分离。
判断标准:首先在相同用量的实验条件下进行除污测试,比较除污率、发泡量、废水量等指标,并在不同温度下进行测试,在成功混合的情况下50℃以下表面活性剂的乳化、分散和除污能力均因达到需求标准,既除污率因达到百分之九十以上才算制备成功,以该配比得到的表面活性剂只需要5.10g/l的用量即可实现其他表面活性剂5.8g/l及更高用量的除污表现。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种离子型表面活性剂生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:乳化剂15%-20%、湿润剂10%-15%、分散剂6%-10%、缓蚀剂7%-9%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种离子型表面活性剂生产方法,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚以及十二烷基二乙醇酰胺混合而成,其中辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚为7份、十二烷基二乙醇酰胺为3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种离子型表面活性剂生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:所述湿润剂为伯烷基硫酸酯盐。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种离子型表面活性剂生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:所述分散剂由葡萄糖酸盐、三聚磷酸钠以及磷酸钠混合而成,其中分散剂由葡萄糖酸盐为5份、三聚磷酸钠为2份、磷酸钠为3份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种离子型表面活性剂生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:所述缓蚀剂由硅酸钠以及苯胺组成,其中硅酸钠为6份、苯胺为4份。
6.一种离子型表面活性剂生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
