The specific supervision form can be adjusted and supplemented according to the process requirements and actual conditions. The standard supervision form of each stage should contain information such as corresponding inspection procedure, acceptance standard, inspection content and result record, etc. to ensure comprehensive supervision and evaluation of the engineering of each stage. By establishing the standardized supervision form, the standardization and consistency of supervision work can be improved, and construction of engineering according to requirements is ensured to reach the expected quality standard.
As a possible implementation manner, taking the construction stage of the main body structure as an example, at least one corresponding standard supervision form can be respectively constructed aiming at the aspects of concrete engineering, steel structure, construction bracket hoisting, masonry structure, roofing engineering and the like.
Further, the supervision form is provided with an examination content block and a corresponding examination result block. It will be appreciated that the review content block provides explicit review requirements and guidelines from which a supervisor can conduct review work, avoiding missing or disregarding important review items; meanwhile, the examination result block also provides standardized options or filling fields for the supervision personnel to accurately record examination results and improve examination accuracy.
As a possible implementation manner, the supervision form includes at least one censored content block, and at least one censored result block corresponding to the censored content block, at least one censored content item is included in the censored content block, and the censored result block includes at least one censored result selection item, it can be understood that, in order to improve the working efficiency, the censored result selection item only includes two options of pass and fail.
Further, the supervision form also includes an opinion block within which the supervision personnel may provide specific supervision opinions including, but not limited to, pointing out specific points of questions and providing improved ideas.
Further, when uploading the supervision form, uploading the terminal number of the terminal where the supervision form is filled in at the same time; and/or uploading the filling time period and/or the completion time of the supervision form at the same time when uploading the supervision form.
It will be appreciated that by recording the terminal number and/or information, the specific terminal device that filled out each supervision form may be tracked. This helps the supervisor to know which device has performed the filling operation and how the work has progressed between the different devices. If a plurality of terminal devices are involved to conduct supervision work at the same time, the records of terminal numbers can provide clear traceability information, and follow-up consulting and checking are facilitated.
The terminal number is a unique identification code set for identifying and distinguishing different supervision terminal devices or supervision personnel; each supervision terminal can be accurately identified and tracked so as to carry out subsequent management and data analysis; the use condition, activity record and form submission of the proctoring terminal can also be tracked, thereby providing better proctoring management and efficiency.
A time period refers to a specific time range in which a supervision task occurs, typically including a start time and an end time. The importance of the filling time period is that the time of the supervision activity is accurately recorded, and a basis is provided for subsequent data analysis and traceability; the supervision party can be helped to know the duration of the supervision activities, judge whether to carry out the supervision activities according to the plan and take necessary measures in time. Meanwhile, the filling of the time period can also be used for monitoring and reporting the supervision progress, so that the supervision work is ensured to be carried out on time, and the situation of delayed or advanced completion is recorded and analyzed.
Completion time refers to a specific point in time at which a proctoring activity or task is completed. The importance of the completion time is to record the actual completion of the proctoring task for comparison with the planning time and for relevant evaluation and analysis. The completion time can help the supervisor to find and solve possible delay or problems in time and take corresponding measures to ensure the engineering progress.
Further, the construction information includes a construction scheme and a construction time of at least one process.
It will be appreciated that by including construction information for the construction plan and the construction time, the supervisor can better understand the plan and timing of the engineering process. The method is beneficial to effectively controlling and supervising the engineering progress, ensuring that the construction is carried out according to a preset plan, and timely finding and solving the problem that the process progress is possibly affected; meanwhile, the detailed construction information can help a supervision staff to quickly find an applicable supervision form, so that time and energy waste are avoided in selecting and modifying an irrelevant form; the accurate supervision form is matched, which means that the fields and the contents in the form are consistent with the actual requirements of the working procedure, so that the supervision information of the working procedure can be recorded and tracked more accurately; the applicable supervision form can provide clear filling instruction and field requirements, and reduce guesses and errors, so that the working efficiency of supervision staff is improved; by matching an accurate supervision form, the collected data can be ensured to correspond to construction information, and the arrangement, analysis and archiving of the data are facilitated.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the construction information includes information such as a construction time, a construction site, a construction plan, an operator, and a degree of danger of at least one process.
In this scheme, the engineering information is uploaded by the constructor.
Referring to fig. 3, further, assigning the supervision type according to the construction information includes:
s3 a: the construction information comprises preset supervision types, and remote supervision and/or on-site supervision are directly selected according to the supervision type information;
s3 b: or, the construction information contains the type, progress and construction site of the working procedure, and the remote supervision and/or the on-site supervision are/is assigned according to at least one of the type, progress and construction site of the working procedure.
It can be understood that the supervision type is actively set in the construction information in advance according to experience, so that the supervision type can be ensured to be matched with the actual requirements of the working procedure, excessive or insufficient supervision resource investment is avoided, and the effectiveness and efficiency of supervision work are improved; when the construction information does not have a specific preset supervision type, remote supervision and/or on-site supervision are assigned according to factors such as the type, progress, construction site and the like of the working procedure, so that the method can better adapt to the characteristics and requirements of different working procedures. The design considers the diversity and complexity of the working procedures, so that the supervision method has certain flexibility and adaptability, and can make reasonable supervision decisions according to different working procedure conditions.
The process of sending the supervision form to the monitoring center or the mobile monitoring terminal is a dispatch process, and the dispatch is performed according to the actual situation, that is, it is clear who is done this.
Further, the supervision types among the multiple processes of the same operation plan may be the same or different; the supervision types between different construction stages of the same process may be the same or different.
It will be appreciated that by allowing multiple processes of the same job plan, or different types of supervision to be set at different stages of the same process, the differences between processes can be better accommodated. Different procedures may involve different construction content, risk levels and supervision requirements, so selecting different supervision types can better meet specific requirements of each procedure and provide customized supervision services.
Taking pit construction as an example, the target pit depth is 16m, when the pit depth is smaller than 5m and larger than 5m, the adopted construction modes are different, the relative supervision forms are different, and the adopted supervision types can be different for completely different construction modes.
Further, the construction information comprises construction position information of the working procedure, when in on-site supervision, the position of the mobile monitoring terminal is obtained and matched with the construction position information, and if the matching is successful, the corresponding supervision form in the mobile terminal can be operated.
It can be appreciated that by matching the position information of the mobile monitoring terminal with the construction position information of the process, the reliability and reliability of the supervision data can be enhanced. When the supervision operation is carried out, the system can verify the data according to the position matching relation, so that the data is ensured to be sourced from the correct construction position. Such a design helps to prevent the generation of spurious or misleading proctoring data, improving the quality and usability of proctoring data; meanwhile, misoperation or error recording caused by mismatching of positions is avoided, and accuracy and reliability of supervision operation are improved.
Further, after the target engineering is completed, all the supervision forms uploaded during the execution of the operation plan are called for re-backup.
It will be appreciated that this design may ensure the security and integrity of the data. Such a design provides a reliable backup of the proctoring data, preventing data loss or corruption due to accidents or system failures. Meanwhile, the supervision form is archived, so that legal, compliance or audit requirements can be met; moreover, the re-backup supervision form provides an important basis for quality management. The supervision personnel and related stakeholders can check and verify according to the backed up supervision data, so as to ensure that the engineering meets the quality standard and specification requirements. In addition, the re-backed up supervision data is also helpful for overtaking responsibility and identifying responsibility, and investigation and solving of engineering quality problems are also facilitated.
The invoked supervision form includes a remote-monitoring supervision form and a field-monitoring establishment form.
The disaster backup can be online backup or offline printing backup.
When the online backup is performed, the remote and on-site supervision checking results are combined, the complete supervision work form is automatically produced, and then the backup is performed.
Further, in step S4 a or step S4 b, when the sending of the supervision form is performed, the method includes the steps of:
the supervision form comprises a work order and a standardized list;
each work order is correspondingly matched with one or more standardized lists;
the work order allocation is used for definitely allocating the corresponding standardized list to specific executive personnel or account numbers or equipment; the standardized list indicates the specific matters which need to be completed and correspond to the work order.
It can be appreciated that in this design, what is done by doing who is done by the operation of the dispatch bill; the standard of work is realized through the standardized list, so that the whole efficiency and quality of supervision work are ensured.
Referring to fig. 4, in order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a further technical solution as follows: the supervision system is used for realizing the supervision method, and comprises a platform service 1, a database 2, a remote supervision terminal 4, a field monitoring device 5 and a mobile supervision terminal 3 which are respectively in communication connection with the platform server 1.
It can be appreciated that the present embodiment has the same advantages as the above-mentioned one of the supervision methods, and will not be described herein.
Furthermore, the constructor and the proctor can log in the platform server 1 through the corresponding account numbers, and can use different functions according to different types of account numbers, for example, the constructor can proctor new engineering procedures on the platform and upload corresponding operation plans; and the supervision party can retrieve the operation plan from the platform and distribute supervision tasks, namely forms, according to the operation plan.
It should be noted that, the allocation of the forms may be performed by the platform according to a set rule, and the proctor may manually retrieve the relevant proctoring form from the database to perform the allocation.
Preferably, the distribution can be performed through the platform, and then whether the modification or the supplementation is performed is confirmed through the proctoring party.
Compared with the prior art, the supervision method and system provided by the invention have the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the supervision method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the supervision forms are matched according to the construction information in the operation plan, so that the supervision work is organized and arranged; the accurate matching of the construction information can help the supervision personnel to quickly locate and process related tasks, so that the efficiency of engineering management is improved; the supervision type is selected according to the construction information, namely remote supervision or on-site supervision, the most proper supervision mode can be adopted according to the actual situation, and a large amount of manpower and material resources can be saved. The remote supervision uses the monitoring center to remotely acquire the on-site monitoring information and fills the on-site monitoring information into the supervision form, and the on-site supervision sends the supervision form to the mobile monitoring terminal to fill in under-site conditions. Therefore, the accuracy of supervision can be enhanced, filling operation is carried out on the terminal equipment, and the form preservation and the traceability of the supervision flow are facilitated; by combining the whole scheme, the management efficiency and accuracy of supervision can be improved, and the data management is convenient and fast, so that the systemization of the supervision method is facilitated, and the supervision quality and effect of engineering procedures are improved.
2. The supervision method of the embodiment of the invention also comprises the steps of firstly constructing a form database, wherein the database comprises supervision forms required by various projects under different working procedures. It will be appreciated that the construction of the proctorial forms database may systematically organize and manage proctorial forms required by various engineering processes at different stages. The method is favorable for standardizing the supervision flow, so that supervision personnel can conduct supervision work according to the standard, and the accuracy and consistency of the work are improved. And the supervision requirements and the attention points of different engineering procedures in each stage can be covered through different types of supervision forms. The supervision personnel can check and record the engineering quality condition item by item according to the supervision form in the database, ensure to meet the process requirements, and timely discover and correct potential problems, thereby improving the engineering quality control level.
3. In the supervision method according to the embodiment of the invention, the construction information includes a construction scheme and a construction time of at least one process. It will be appreciated that by including construction information for the construction plan and the construction time, the supervisor can better understand the plan and timing of the engineering process. 4. In the supervision method of the embodiment of the invention, the supervision form is provided with a censored content block and a corresponding censored result block. It will be appreciated that the review content block provides explicit review requirements and guidelines from which a supervisor can conduct review work, avoiding missing or disregarding important review items; meanwhile, the examination result block also provides standardized options or filling fields for the supervision personnel to accurately record examination results and improve examination accuracy.
5. In the supervision method of the embodiment of the invention, when the supervision form is uploaded, the terminal number of the terminal where the supervision form is filled in is uploaded at the same time; and/or uploading the filling time period and/or the completion time of the supervision form at the same time when uploading the supervision form. It will be appreciated that by recording the terminal number and/or information, the specific terminal device that filled out each of the supervision forms may be tracked. This helps the supervisor to know which device has performed the filling operation and how the work has progressed between the different devices. If a plurality of terminal devices are involved to conduct supervision work at the same time, the records of terminal numbers can provide clear traceability information, and follow-up consulting and checking are facilitated.
6. It can be appreciated that by matching the position information of the mobile monitoring terminal with the construction position information of the process, the reliability and reliability of the supervision data can be enhanced. When the supervision operation is carried out, the system can verify the data according to the position matching relation, so that the data is ensured to be sourced from the correct construction position. The embodiment of the invention also provides a supervision system for realizing the supervision method, which comprises a platform server, and a database, a remote supervision terminal, a site monitoring device and a mobile supervision terminal which are respectively in communication connection with the platform server. The method has the same beneficial effects as the above-mentioned supervision method, and is not described in detail herein.
The foregoing describes in detail a supervision method and system disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention, and specific examples are applied to illustrate the principles and embodiments of the present invention, and the description of the foregoing embodiments is only used to help understand the method and core idea of the present invention; meanwhile, as for those skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present invention, there are changes in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the present disclosure should not be construed as limiting the present invention, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A method of supervision comprising the steps of:
acquiring an operation plan of a target project;
the operation plan comprises construction information of at least one working procedure, and a corresponding supervision form is matched for each working procedure based on the construction information;
assigning supervision types according to the construction information, wherein the supervision types comprise remote supervision and on-site supervision;
if remote supervision is selected, transmitting the supervision form of the corresponding procedure to a monitoring center, remotely acquiring on-site monitoring information by the monitoring center, filling the supervision form according to the monitoring information, and uploading and storing the supervision form;
if the on-site supervision is selected, the supervision form of the corresponding procedure is sent to the mobile monitoring terminal, and the supervision form is uploaded and stored after the supervision form is filled in the mobile monitoring terminal according to the on-site condition.
2. The proctoring method of claim 1, further comprising the steps of: and constructing a form database, wherein the database comprises a plurality of supervision forms required by the engineering under different working procedures.
3. The proctoring method of claim 1, wherein: the construction information includes a construction scheme and a construction time of at least one process.
4. The proctoring method of claim 1, wherein: the supervision form is provided with an examination content block and a corresponding examination result block.
5. The proctoring method of claim 1, wherein: uploading a supervision form, and uploading the terminal number of the terminal where the supervision form is filled in; and/or uploading the filling time period and/or the completion time of the supervision form at the same time when uploading the supervision form.
6. The proctoring method of claim 1, wherein assigning a proctoring type based on the construction information comprises:
the construction information comprises preset supervision types, and remote supervision and/or on-site supervision are directly selected according to the supervision type information;
or, the construction information contains the type, progress and construction site of the working procedure, and the remote supervision and/or the on-site supervision are/is assigned according to at least one of the type, progress and construction site of the working procedure.
7. The proctoring method of claim 1, wherein: the supervision types among the multiple procedures of the same operation plan can be the same or different; the supervision types between different construction stages of the same process may be the same or different.
8. The proctoring method of claim 1, wherein: the construction information comprises construction position information of the working procedure, when in on-site supervision, the position of the mobile monitoring terminal is obtained, the position is matched with the construction position information, and if the matching is successful, the corresponding supervision form in the mobile terminal can be operated.
9. The proctoring method of claim 1, wherein: and after the target engineering is completed, all the supervision forms uploaded during the execution of the operation plan are called for re-backup.
10. A supervision system, characterized by: the supervision system comprises a platform server, and a database, a remote supervision terminal, a field monitoring device and a mobile supervision terminal which are respectively in communication connection with the platform server.
