in addition, a plurality of material carrying rods 605 are arranged on the top side of the cleaning frame 604, and the cleaning frame 604 drives the plurality of material carrying rods 605 to move so as to drive garbage into the feeding box 3. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the cleaning frame 604 cleans the plurality of filtering holes 602 through dense bristles in the process of reciprocating movement, so that the effect of solid-liquid separation of the garbage by the filtering holes 602 is ensured, and meanwhile, the cleaning frame 604 drives the plurality of material carrying rods 605 to move, so that the garbage in the material feeding box 501 is driven into the material feeding box 3, and the material feeding into the material feeding box 3 is assisted.
Referring to fig. 10-11 of the drawings, in further detail, in the embodiment of the present invention, two limiting slide bars 606 are movably mounted on one side of the cleaning frame 604, and the two limiting slide bars 606 are mounted on the inner wall of the feeding box 501; in addition, a driven frame 607 is mounted on the top side of the cleaning frame 604, a driving rod 608 is mounted on the striker plate 503, a driving shaft 609 is mounted on the driving rod 608, and one end of the driving shaft 609 extends into the driven frame 607. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the striker plate 503 rotates to be opened, the driving rod 608 is driven to move by the driving shaft 609 to drive the driven frame 607 to move, the driven frame 607 drives the cleaning frame 604 to move, and the cleaning frame 604 slides on the two limiting slide bars 606, so that the cleaning frame 604 can move along the direction of the inclined bottom wall of the feeding box 501; when the striker plate 503 is closed, the driving rod 608 moves to drive the driven frame 607 through the driving shaft 609, so that the cleaning frame 604 resets, the cleaning frame 604 can synchronously reciprocate in the opening and closing process of the striker plate 503, the cleaning frame 604 can clean a plurality of filtering holes 602 through dense bristles, smoothness of the filtering holes 602 is guaranteed, the solid-liquid separation effect of garbage is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the cleaning frame 604 can also drive a plurality of material carrying rods 605 to move so as to drive the garbage into the feeding box 3 and help to feed the garbage into the feeding box 3.

when the garbage is thrown into the feeding box 501, liquid in the garbage flows out through a plurality of filtering holes 602, solid-liquid separation of the garbage is realized, the box cover 502 is closed, overflow of the garbage or leakage of peculiar smell is avoided, the driving motor 406 is started, the driving motor 406 drives the driving rod 408 to rotate through the motor shaft 407, when the driving rod 408 rotates, the driving block 410 is extruded to move through the driving groove 409, the driving block 410 is moved to drive the lower pressing ramming rod 401 to move, the lower pressing ramming rod 401 vertically moves on two lifting rods 412 through two lifting grooves 411, and the driving groove 409 is annularly and obliquely arranged on the surface of the driving rod 408, so that the aim of driving the lower pressing ramming rod 401 to vertically move up and down once when the driving rod 408 rotates for one circle is fulfilled, and the lower pressing ramming rod 401 is downwards moved to drive the garbage to be rammed into the feeding pipe 2, so that the garbage grinding effect is ensured; when the tamping head 402 contacts with the garbage, if hard garbage such as bones exists in the garbage, in the process of moving down the pressing tamping rod 401, the tamping head 402 is extruded and retracted by the hard garbage and slides on the buffer rod 403 through the buffer groove 404, and meanwhile, the buffer spring 405 is driven to bear force, so that the pressing tamping rod 401 is prevented from being in hard contact with the hard garbage, and the problem of damage to a processor or damage to the pressing tamping rod 401 is solved;
further, in the process of moving down the pressing ram 401, the rack 510 is driven to move by the adapter bracket 509, the rack 510 drives the gear column 511 to rotate, and the gear column 511 drives the striker plate 503 to rotate by the rotating shaft 506, so that the striker plate 503 can seal the feeding box 501, and the effect of the processor body 1 on garbage treatment is ensured because the feeding box 501 is not fed when the pressing ram 401 moves down to drive the ram 402 to smash garbage into the feeding pipe 2; when the transfer frame 509 moves, the transfer frame 509 drives the scraping frame 512 to move, the scraping frame 512 scrapes off the garbage attached to the inner wall of the feeding box 3, so that the garbage treatment effect is further ensured, in addition, in the process of upward resetting of the pressing-down rammer 401, the rack 510 drives the gear column 511 to rotate, and further drives the baffle plate 503 to open, so that the garbage in the feeding box 501 enters the feeding box 3, and when the pressing-down rammer 401 moves down, the baffle plate 503 is driven to close, the intermittent feeding function is realized, and the problem of poor garbage treatment effect caused by excessive garbage accumulation is avoided;
further, in the process of opening and closing the striker plate 503, the cleaning frame 604 is driven to reciprocate, the cleaning frame 604 cleans the plurality of filtering holes 602 through dense bristles, so that the effect of solid-liquid separation of the garbage by the filtering holes 602 is ensured, and meanwhile, the cleaning frame 604 drives the plurality of material carrying rods 605 to move, so that the garbage in the material feeding box 501 is driven into the material feeding box 3, and the material feeding into the material feeding box 3 is assisted.

Claims (8)

1. The garbage treatment equipment for the kitchen is characterized by comprising a processor body, wherein a feed pipe and a discharge pipe are arranged on the processor body, and a feed box is arranged on the feed pipe;
a pressing feeding mechanism is arranged in the feeding box and is used for tamping garbage into the feeding pipe; the lower pressing feeding mechanism comprises a lower pressing ramming rod which is arranged on the inner wall of the top side of the feeding box, a ramming head is movably arranged on the bottom side of the lower pressing ramming rod, and garbage is rammed into the feeding pipe through the ramming head by the lower pressing ramming rod;
the garbage feeding device also comprises an intermittent feeding mechanism, a garbage feeding mechanism and a garbage feeding mechanism, wherein the intermittent feeding mechanism is arranged on one side of the feeding box and is used for intermittently feeding garbage into the feeding box; the intermittent feeding mechanism comprises a feeding box, the feeding box is arranged on one side of the feeding box and is communicated with the feeding box, a striker plate is rotatably arranged in the feeding box, and garbage in the feeding box is intermittently fed into the feeding box through opening and closing of the striker plate;
the garbage separator also comprises a solid-liquid separation mechanism, wherein the solid-liquid separation mechanism is arranged on the charging box and is used for carrying out solid-liquid separation on garbage in the charging box; the solid-liquid separation mechanism comprises a liquid outlet box, the liquid outlet box is arranged on the bottom side of the feeding box, a plurality of filtering holes for collecting liquid in garbage are formed in the inner wall of the bottom side of the feeding box, a liquid outlet pipe is arranged on the bottom side of the liquid outlet box and connected to a sewer pipe of a kitchen, and liquid in the liquid outlet box flows into the sewer pipe of the kitchen through the liquid outlet pipe;
the solid-liquid separation mechanism further comprises a cleaning frame, the cleaning frame is positioned in the feeding box, dense bristles are arranged on the bottom side of the cleaning frame, and the cleaning frame cleans a plurality of filtering holes through the dense bristles;
the top side of the cleaning frame is provided with a plurality of material carrying rods, and the cleaning frame drives the material carrying rods to move so as to drive garbage into the feeding box;
two limiting slide bars are movably arranged on one side of the cleaning frame, and are arranged on the inner wall of the feeding box;
the top side of clearance frame is installed the driven frame, install the drive pole on the striker plate, install the drive axle on the drive pole, the one end of drive axle extends to in the driven frame.

the buffer rod is sleeved with a buffer spring, the top end of the buffer spring is arranged at the bottom end of the pressing-down ramming rod, and the bottom end of the buffer spring is arranged at the top side of the ramming head.
5. The kitchen waste disposal device of claim 4, wherein said buffer spring is sleeved with a protective sleeve, a top side of said protective sleeve is mounted on a bottom end of said tamper, and a bottom side of said protective sleeve is mounted on a top side of said tamper.

The kitchen waste disposal device of claim 1, wherein the intermittent feeding mechanism further comprises a rotating seat, the rotating seat is mounted on the inner wall of the feeding box, a rotating shaft is rotatably mounted on the rotating seat, and the baffle plate is sleeved on the rotating shaft;
the rotating seat is provided with a torsion spring groove, the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged in the torsion spring groove, a torsion spring is arranged on the inner wall of the torsion spring groove, and the other end of the torsion spring is arranged on the rotating shaft.
