技术领域
本发明涉及卫生巾技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种含有益生元的卫生巾及其制备方法。
背景技术
卫生巾是一种妇女经期使用的卫生用品,主要的材质为棉、不织布、纸浆或以上材质复合物所形成的高分子聚合物和高分子聚合物复合纸,侧边的设计主要用来防止侧漏,由内到外分为面层、吸收芯、底层三层,使用时先撕去中间的纸带,把有胶的一面先粘到内裤中间,两个“耳朵”对准裤裆最窄之处粘牢即可。其他常见经期用品还有卫生棉条、月经杯、护垫等。随着科技的发展以及人们生活质量的逐渐提升,卫生巾的种类也逐渐丰富。
例如在公开号为CN116492145A的专利中,公开了一种抑菌除异味的卫生巾及其制备工艺,该卫生巾中利用不同细度的粘胶纤维和竹纤维来设计双层复合水刺无纺布,以此来促使液体能够从粘胶纤维侧向竹纤维侧移动,实现单向导湿、防止回渗,具有优异的抗菌性能。
例如公告号为CN115414185B的专利中,公开了一种高干爽卫生巾及其生产工艺,自上至下依次包括面层、薄荷脑缓释剂层、吸收芯层和底膜,面层为单向透水纺丝膜,单向透水纺丝膜由聚氨酯纤维薄膜和纯棉无纺布通过静电纺丝工艺制成,聚氨酯纤维薄膜位于纯棉无纺布的上面。该卫生巾的吸水性强、透气性高、表面干爽、与皮肤接触舒适无刺激感和潮湿感。
从上述举例中也可以发现,现有针对卫生巾的改进主要集中在提升卫生巾的吸水能力和保持表面的干爽。但是在实际使用的时候可以发现,生理期排出的除了经血,还会有血块以及子宫内膜组织,因此即使卫生巾具有良好的透水性能,这些块状的物质还是会留存在卫生巾的表面,导致细菌的滋生,引发皮肤瘙痒、阴道炎等问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种含有益生元的卫生巾,该卫生巾中含有益生元颗粒,通过益生元颗粒能够有效的促进优异菌群的生长,抑制有害菌的繁殖,维持生殖道附近皮肤的健康平衡状态,对炎症或过敏情况进行缓和。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种含有益生元的卫生巾,包括:卫生巾本体和两个侧翼,两个侧翼设置在卫生巾本体的左右两侧,卫生巾本体包括面层以及被面层包覆的吸收垫,吸收垫内设置有益生元颗粒,益生元颗粒包括内芯和包覆层,内芯中含有益生元,包覆层含有聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、甘油。
进一步地,益生元选自低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖、低聚异麦芽糖、低聚木糖、低聚甘露糖、菊粉、水苏糖、大豆低聚糖、β葡聚糖、低聚乳果糖、抗性糊精、果胶中的至少一种。
进一步地,内芯中还含有乳酸、透明质酸、苯丙胺酶、磷杂环酸和肽聚糖中的至少一种。
进一步地,包覆层中包括质量份之比为(50-60):(10-15):(3-5)的聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、甘油。
进一步地,包覆层中还包括吸水颗粒,吸水颗粒包括质量份之比为(10-15):(8-9):(1-2)的二氧化硅、硫酸钙、滑石粉。
本发明还提供一种含有益生元的卫生巾的制备方法,用于制备上述含有益生元的卫生巾,具体包括如下步骤:
S100:将质量份之比为(50-60):(20-30):(15-25)的益生元材料、乳酸、透明质酸混合,注入模具中,得到内芯;
S200:将聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、甘油混合,流延成膜,然后包覆在内芯的外侧,得到益生元颗粒;
S300:将益生元颗粒分散在吸收垫内,然后将吸收垫安装在卫生巾本体内,得到含有益生元的卫生巾。
进一步地,S100具体包括如下步骤:
S110:将质量份之比为(22-25):(6-8):(145-155)的明胶、海藻酸钠和水混合,然后在65℃-75℃的温度条件下以300r/min-400r/min的速度搅拌40min-50min,然后向其中添加益生元材料、乳酸、透明质酸,超声搅拌20min-30min,再用挤出机挤出,得到粒径在0.5mm-0.8mm的第一颗粒;
S120:将体积比为(1-2):(10-15)的硝酸溶液和乙醇溶液混合得到第一混合溶液,将第一颗粒倒入第一混合溶液中,然后以500r/min-550r/min的速度搅拌10min-15min,过滤、清洗、烘干,得到内芯。
进一步地,S200具体包括如下步骤:
S210:将质量份之比为(50-60):(8-10):(100-110)的聚乙烯醇、丙三醇和水混合,然后在75℃-85℃的温度环境下超声搅拌10min-30min,得到第一混合料;
S220:将质量份之比为(10-15):(3-5):(50-60)的聚乙二醇、甘油和水混合,然后在85℃-95℃的温度环境下超声搅拌20min-40min,得到第二混合料;
S230:将第一混合料、第二混合料混合,然后静止10h-12h,再投入流延机中并在45℃-55℃的温度环境下流延成膜,得到厚度在30um-40um的包覆层;
S240:将内芯平铺在一层包覆膜上,然后在内芯上再铺设一层包覆层,压紧,然后用裁剪机裁剪成粒径在1mm-1.5mm的颗粒,得到益生元颗粒。
进一步地,S230中,将第一混合料和第二混合料混合时还添加有吸水颗粒,吸水颗粒通过如下步骤制备得到:
S410:将质量份之比为(100-120):(15-30):(500-600)的硅酸钙、硫酸钠和水混合,不断搅拌并以0.8℃/min-1.5℃/min的升温速度加热至70℃-80℃,保温,不断搅拌并向其中滴加浓度为40%-50%的硫酸溶液,得到碱性混合料;
S420:向碱性混合料中添加滑石粉,不断搅拌并逐渐冷却至50℃-55℃,保温,不断搅拌并向其中滴加浓度为40%-50%的硫酸溶液,得到酸性混合料;
S430:将酸性混合料压滤、干燥,破碎成粒径在10um-15um的颗粒,得到吸水颗粒。
进一步地,S300具体包括如下步骤:
S310:以1m/s-5m/s的速度将益生元颗粒喷射在吸收垫上,得到含有益生元的吸收垫;
S320:将含有益生元的吸收垫通过流水线安装在卫生巾本体内,得到含有益生元的卫生巾。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:通过益生元颗粒的设置,能够有效的促进有益菌群的生长、抑制有害菌的繁殖,从而有效防止炎症、过敏等情况的发生;在益生元颗粒的内芯外侧设置包覆层能有效的防止益生元成分在卫生巾生产、运输、储藏的过程中损坏,且包覆层在使用时遇到水分会自行分解,使内芯发挥作用;在包覆层中添加吸水颗粒能够促进水分的吸收,加快包覆层的溶解。

在生理期时,阴部比较潮湿,就会生成大量的棒状杆菌,且阴部的汗腺也分布的较多,在闷热、出汗的情况下,就会分泌蛋白质、脂质、类固醇等,这些物质容易被细菌食用、讲解,产生气味。而益生菌则能有效的抑制棒状杆菌的生长,同时还能提高宿主自身免疫力,增强宿主对致病菌侵袭的抵抗力。益生菌主要有乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌等,乳酸菌能够产生大量的有机酸,这种有机酸可以降低环境pH值,抑制致病菌的繁殖,同时环境pH值的降低也能够激活巨噬细胞、提高机体免疫功能、增强局部抗感染能力。乳酸菌还可产生过氧化氢、抗菌肽和细菌素,其对病原菌也会产生明显的抑制作用。
本发明益生元颗粒的内芯中含有的益生元,益生元是益生菌的"食物",能促进益生菌的生长。当皮肤局部使用益生菌时,通过发酵过程,益生菌会产生乳酸等酸性物质,降低皮肤的酸碱度。酸性环境则会抑制大多数病原菌的生长。此外益生菌菌株也可产生杀菌素、有机酸以及H2O2来阻止病原菌的黏附。益生元可以选自低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖、低聚异麦芽糖、低聚木糖、低聚甘露糖、菊粉、水苏糖、大豆低聚糖、β葡聚糖、低聚乳果糖、抗性糊精、果胶中的一种或者多种。
优选的,内芯中的益生元选自低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖。
优选的,内芯中的益生元选自低聚甘露糖和果胶,且低聚甘露糖和果胶的质量份之比为3:2。
为了使内芯中的益生元成分逐步发挥作用,还可以在内芯中添加乳酸、透明质酸、苯丙胺酶、磷杂环酸和肽聚糖中的至少一种。优选的,在内芯中添加乳酸和透明质酸。
包覆在内芯外侧的包覆层主要起到保护内芯的作用,防止内芯在卫生巾生产、运输、储藏的过程中发生损坏。除了保护内芯的作用,包覆层还能在卫生巾被使用的时候快速溶化,释放内芯,使内芯发挥作用。包覆层中包括质量份之比为(50-60):(10-15):(3-5)的聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、甘油。
优选的,包覆层中包括质量份之比为55:12:4的聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、甘油。
由于卫生巾的使用时长较短,一般在2h-5h内就会被替换,所以包覆层的溶化速度不能太长,因此可以向包覆层中添加吸水颗粒,吸水颗粒包括质量份之比为(10-15):(8-9):(1-2)的二氧化硅、硫酸钙、滑石粉,通过吸水颗粒的添加能够有效的加快包覆层的溶化速度,使内芯尽早的发挥作用。优选的,吸水颗粒包括质量份之比为13:8.6:1.3的二氧化硅、硫酸钙、滑石粉。
本发明还提供一种含有益生元的卫生巾的制备方法,用于制备上述含有益生元的卫生巾,具体包括如下步骤:
S100:将质量份之比为(50-60):(20-30):(15-25)的益生元材料、乳酸、透明质酸混合,注入模具中,得到内芯;
S200:将聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、甘油混合,流延成膜,然后包覆在内芯的外侧,得到益生元颗粒;
S300:将益生元颗粒分散在吸收垫内,然后将吸收垫安装在卫生巾本体内,得到含有益生元的卫生巾。
优选的,在S100中,将质量份之比为55:27:16的益生元材料、乳酸、透明质酸混合。
其中,步骤S100主要是内芯的制备,S100具体包括如下步骤:
S110:将质量份之比为(22-25):(6-8):(145-155)的明胶、海藻酸钠和水混合,然后在65℃-75℃的温度条件下以300r/min-400r/min的速度搅拌40min-50min,然后向其中添加益生元材料、乳酸、透明质酸,超声搅拌20min-30min,再用挤出机挤出,得到粒径在0.5mm-0.8mm的第一颗粒;
S120:将体积比为(1-2):(10-15)的硝酸溶液和乙醇溶液混合得到第一混合溶液,将第一颗粒倒入第一混合溶液中,然后以500r/min-550r/min的速度搅拌10min-15min,过滤、清洗、烘干,得到内芯。
优选的,在S110中,质量份之比为23:7:150的明胶、海藻酸钠和水混合,明胶与益生元材料的质量份之比为4:1。
优选的,在S120中,将体积比为1.8:12的硝酸溶液和乙醇溶液混合得到第一混合溶液。
其中,步骤S200主要是包覆层的制备并将包覆层包覆在内芯的外侧,S200具体包括如下步骤:
S210:将质量份之比为(50-60):(8-10):(100-110)的聚乙烯醇、丙三醇和水混合,然后在75℃-85℃的温度环境下超声搅拌10min-30min,得到第一混合料;
S220:将质量份之比为(10-15):(3-5):(50-60)的聚乙二醇、甘油和水混合,然后在85℃-95℃的温度环境下超声搅拌20min-40min,得到第二混合料;
S230:将第一混合料、第二混合料混合,然后静止10h-12h,再投入流延机中并在45℃-55℃的温度环境下流延成膜,得到厚度在30um-40um的包覆层;
S240:将内芯平铺在一层包覆膜上,然后在内芯上再铺设一层包覆层,压紧,然后用裁剪机裁剪成粒径在1mm-1.5mm的颗粒,得到益生元颗粒。
优选的,在S210中将质量份之比为55:9:105的聚乙烯醇、丙三醇和水混合。
优选的,在S220中将质量份之比为11:4:58的聚乙二醇、甘油和水混合。
为了加快包覆层的溶化速度,在S230中,将第一混合料和第二混合料混合时还添加有吸水颗粒,吸水颗粒通过如下步骤制备得到:
S410:将质量份之比为(100-120):(15-30):(500-600)的硅酸钙、硫酸钠和水混合,不断搅拌并以0.8℃/min-1.5℃/min的升温速度加热至70℃-80℃,保温,不断搅拌并向其中滴加浓度为40%-50%的硫酸溶液,得到碱性混合料;
S420:向碱性混合料中添加滑石粉,不断搅拌并逐渐冷却至50℃-55℃,保温,不断搅拌并向其中滴加浓度为40%-50%的硫酸溶液,得到酸性混合料;
S430:将酸性混合料压滤、干燥,破碎成粒径在10um-15um的颗粒,得到吸水颗粒。
优选的,将质量份之比为110:20:550的硅酸钙、硫酸钠和水混合。
其中,步骤S300主要是将益生元颗粒分散在吸收垫上,S300具体包括如下步骤:
S310:以1m/s-5m/s的速度将益生元颗粒喷射在吸收垫上,得到含有益生元的吸收垫;
S320:将含有益生元的吸收垫通过流水线安装在卫生巾本体内,得到含有益生元的卫生巾。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种含有益生元的卫生巾的制备方法,具体步骤如下:

S200:将55质量份的聚乙烯醇、9质量份的丙三醇和105质量份的水混合,然后在82℃的温度环境下超声搅拌25min,得到第一混合料;将11质量份的聚乙二醇、4质量份的甘油和58质量份的水混合,然后在90℃的温度环境下超声搅拌35min,得到第二混合料;将体积比为1:1的第一混合料、第二混合料混合,然后静止10h,再投入流延机中并在50℃的温度环境下流延成膜,得到厚度在35um的包覆层;将内芯平铺在一层包覆膜上,然后在内芯上再铺设一层包覆层,压紧,然后用裁剪机裁剪成粒径在1.3mm的颗粒,得到益生元颗粒;
S300:以3m/s的速度将益生元颗粒喷射在吸收垫上,使每份吸收垫上含有10g益生元颗粒,得到含有益生元的吸收垫;将含有益生元的吸收垫通过流水线安装在卫生巾本体内,得到含有益生元的卫生巾。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种含有益生元的卫生巾的制备方法,具体步骤如下:

S300:以5m/s的速度将益生元颗粒喷射在吸收垫上,使每份吸收垫上含有20g益生元颗粒,得到含有益生元的吸收垫;将含有益生元的吸收垫通过流水线安装在卫生巾本体内,得到含有益生元的卫生巾。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种含有益生元的卫生巾的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
S100:将23质量份的明胶、7质量份的海藻酸钠和150质量份的水混合,然后在70℃的温度条件下以350r/min的速度搅拌45min,然后向其中添加6.6质量份的低聚甘露糖、4.4质量份的果胶、5.4质量份的乳酸、3.2质量份的透明质酸,超声搅拌25min,再用挤出机挤出,得到粒径在0.6mm的第一颗粒;将体积比为1.8:12的硝酸溶液和乙醇溶液混合得到第一混合溶液,将第一颗粒倒入第一混合溶液中,然后以530r/min的速度搅拌15min,过滤、清洗、烘干,得到内芯;

S300:以2m/s的速度将益生元颗粒喷射在吸收垫上,使每份吸收垫上含有5g益生元颗粒,得到含有益生元的吸收垫;将含有益生元的吸收垫通过流水线安装在卫生巾本体内,得到含有益生元的卫生巾。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种含有益生元的卫生巾的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
S100:将23质量份的明胶、7质量份的海藻酸钠和150质量份的水混合,然后在70℃的温度条件下以350r/min的速度搅拌45min,然后向其中添加6.6质量份的低聚甘露糖、4.4质量份的果胶、5.4质量份的乳酸、3.2质量份的透明质酸,超声搅拌25min,再用挤出机挤出,得到粒径在0.6mm的第一颗粒;将体积比为1.8:12的硝酸溶液和乙醇溶液混合得到第一混合溶液,将第一颗粒倒入第一混合溶液中,然后以530r/min的速度搅拌15min,过滤、清洗、烘干,得到内芯;
S200:以3m/s的速度将内芯喷射在吸收垫上,使每份吸收垫上含有10g内芯,得到含有益生元的吸收垫;将含有益生元的吸收垫通过流水线安装在卫生巾本体内,得到含有益生元的卫生巾。
实施例5
本实施例提供一种含有益生元的卫生巾的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
S100:将23质量份的明胶、7质量份的海藻酸钠和150质量份的水混合,然后在70℃的温度条件下以350r/min的速度搅拌45min,然后向其中添加6.6质量份的低聚甘露糖、4.4质量份的果胶、5.4质量份的乳酸、3.2质量份的透明质酸,超声搅拌25min,再用挤出机挤出,得到粒径在0.6mm的第一颗粒;将体积比为1.8:12的硝酸溶液和乙醇溶液混合得到第一混合溶液,将第一颗粒倒入第一混合溶液中,然后以530r/min的速度搅拌15min,过滤、清洗、烘干,得到内芯;
S200:将55质量份的聚乙烯醇、9质量份的丙三醇和105质量份的水混合,然后在82℃的温度环境下超声搅拌25min,得到第一混合料;将11质量份的聚乙二醇、4质量份的甘油和58质量份的水混合,然后在90℃的温度环境下超声搅拌35min,得到第二混合料;将体积比为1:1:0.02的第一混合料、第二混合料和吸水颗粒混合,搅拌均匀,然后静止10h,再投入流延机中并在50℃的温度环境下流延成膜,得到厚度在35um的包覆层;将内芯平铺在一层包覆膜上,然后在内芯上再铺设一层包覆层,压紧,然后用裁剪机裁剪成粒径在1.4mm的颗粒,得到益生元颗粒;
S300:以3m/s的速度将益生元颗粒喷射在吸收垫上,使每份吸收垫上含有10g益生元颗粒,得到含有益生元的吸收垫;将含有益生元的吸收垫通过流水线安装在卫生巾本体内,得到含有益生元的卫生巾。
性能测试
向实施例1和实施例5中制备得到的益生元颗粒上滴加3滴35℃的水中,观察包覆层溶化需要的时间,测试结果如表1所示。从测试结果可以看出,添加有吸水颗粒的包覆层能更快的溶化。

对实施例1-5中制备得到的卫生巾进行抑菌测试,测试方式如下:使卫生巾吸收100mL含有5g/100mL血红蛋白的生理盐水,然后让志愿者穿戴卫生巾,在2h后测量卫生巾上的菌落数,测量方法如下:将穿戴后的卫生巾的面层剪碎,然后分散在100mL的去离子水中,浸泡3h,过滤,取1mL试样在37℃下培养48h,进行菌落总数测定,测试结果如表2所示。

从表2可以看出,卫生巾中添加的益生菌颗粒越多具有更好的抑菌效果,不含有包覆层的益生元颗粒具有更快的抑菌反应速度,在包覆层中含有吸水颗粒的益生元颗粒相较于不添加的具有更快的抑菌反应速度。
虽然本发明披露如上,但本发明并非限定于此。任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与修改,因此本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。
Claims (3)
1.一种含有益生元的卫生巾的制备方法,其特征在于,所述卫生巾包括卫生巾本体和两个侧翼,两个所述侧翼设置在所述卫生巾本体的左右两侧,所述卫生巾本体包括面层以及被所述面层包覆的吸收垫,所述吸收垫内设置有益生元颗粒,所述益生元颗粒包括内芯和包覆层,所述内芯中含有益生元,所述包覆层含有聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇和甘油;
所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
S100:
S110:将质量份之比为(22-25):(6-8):(145-155)的明胶、海藻酸钠和水混合,然后在65℃-75℃的温度条件下以300r/min-400r/min的速度搅拌40min-50min,然后向其中按照质量份之比为(50-60):(20-30):(15-25)添加益生元材料、乳酸、透明质酸,超声搅拌20min-30min,再用挤出机挤出,得到粒径在0.5mm-0.8mm的第一颗粒;
S120:将体积比为(1-2):(10-15)的硝酸溶液和乙醇溶液混合得到第一混合溶液,将所述第一颗粒倒入所述第一混合溶液中,然后以500r/min-550r/min的速度搅拌10min-15min,过滤、清洗、烘干,得到所述内芯;
S200:
S210:将质量份之比为(50-60):(8-10):(100-110)的聚乙烯醇、丙三醇和水混合,然后在75℃-85℃的温度环境下超声搅拌10min-30min,得到第一混合料;
S220:将质量份之比为(10-15):(3-5):(50-60)的聚乙二醇、甘油和水混合,然后在85℃-95℃的温度环境下超声搅拌20min-40min,得到第二混合料;
S230:将所述第一混合料、所述第二混合料混合,然后静止10h-12h,再投入流延机中并在45℃-55℃的温度环境下流延成膜,得到厚度在30um-40um的包覆层;
S240:将所述内芯平铺在一层包覆膜上,然后在所述内芯上再铺设一层包覆层,压紧,然后用裁剪机裁剪成粒径在1mm-1.5mm的颗粒,得到益生元颗粒;
S300:
将所述益生元颗粒分散在吸收垫内,然后将所述吸收垫安装在卫生巾本体内,得到所述含有益生元的卫生巾;
其中,所述S230中,将所述第一混合料和第二混合料混合时还添加有吸水颗粒,所述吸水颗粒通过如下步骤制备得到:
S410:将质量份之比为(100-120):(15-30):(500-600)的硅酸钙、硫酸钠和水混合,不断搅拌并以0.8℃/min-1.5℃/min的升温速度加热至70℃-80℃,保温,不断搅拌并向其中滴加浓度为40%-50%的硫酸溶液,得到碱性混合料;
S420:向所述碱性混合料中添加滑石粉,不断搅拌并逐渐冷却至50℃-55℃,保温,不断搅拌并向其中滴加浓度为40%-50%的硫酸溶液,得到酸性混合料;
S430:将所述酸性混合料压滤、干燥,破碎成粒径在10um-15um的颗粒,得到所述吸水颗粒;
所述益生元选自低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖、低聚异麦芽糖、低聚木糖、低聚甘露糖、菊粉、水苏糖、大豆低聚糖、β葡聚糖、低聚乳果糖、抗性糊精、果胶中的至少一种。
2.如权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S300具体包括如下步骤:
S310:以1m/s-5m/s的速度将所述益生元颗粒喷射在所述吸收垫上,得到含有益生元的吸收垫;
S320:将所述含有益生元的吸收垫通过流水线安装在所述卫生巾本体内,得到所述含有益生元的卫生巾。
3.一种如权利要求1-2任意一项所述的制备方法得到的含有益生元的卫生巾。
