Abstract

外壳由一个带有顶面(2)、侧壁件(5)、盖板件(16)和前板(4)的长方六面体框架(1)组成。这种外壳的安装方式是:侧壁件(5)盖着前面安装的前板(4)的锁紧钩(8),而侧向推动的盖板件(16)则盖住前面安装的侧壁件(5)的快锁钩(12)。首先安装的前板(4)包括一把带有锁销(20)的锁,该锁销在锁闭状态下推到盖板(16)的锁紧件(21)前面,从而阻止盖板件的返回移动。

Description

数据处理设备的外壳
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1前序部分的特征所述的数据处理设备的外壳。
这种外壳例如在EP0234294-A1中公知过。对这种外壳一方面要求它至少就外壳护板而言容易安装,另一方面又只有在外壳护板受到损坏的情况下才有可能对外壳进行未经许可的打开,因而可毫不困难地被立即发现。所以例如EP0234294-A1公知的外壳是这样安装的,即:首先将侧壁件和必要时将前壁用锁紧件相互固定,然后在前壁件和侧壁件盖住固定件的情况下将盖板装上并用螺丝拧紧,其次将后壁也是在盖上盖板件的固定螺丝的情况下挂入并锁定,最后用一把由钥匙操作的锁锁上后壁。所以这样的外壳只有具备一把合适钥匙的有关的人才能正确打开。
基于这种先有技术,本发明的任务在于,提出一种用侧壁和盖板件四周封闭的外壳,能使设备的外部装配不用工具即可进行,而且只用一把钥匙打开外壳,并不能以直接的方法打开它。
根据本发明,这个问题是按权利要求1的特征来解决的。本发明的其他有利改进在从属权利要求中叙述。按这种方式安装外壳的优点在于:只需挂上和推开外壳的各个部件而不用螺丝固定。另一个优点是,即使在打开锁的情况下亦不能直接通过达到有锁的那个外壳壁件,而是通过另一个外壳件在本例中通过盖板件首先通过打开锁松开,然后才可取下。
下面结合附图所示实施例来详细说明本发明。
附图表示数据设备例如台式个人用计算机的外壳原理结构的部件分解透视图。该外壳由一个具有顶面2、前壁3、后壁22和敞开的侧面的长方形六面体框架1组成。用侧壁件5分别盖住两个侧面,其中,为了图示清楚起见,与前侧面对应的侧壁件在图中没有示出。
内部配有印刷线路插件、电源设备和其他功能部件的框架1的最终装配是这样进行的:首先用下端设置的两个钩子6将前板4挂入框架1后面的前壁3的相应孔7中,然后朝前壁3旋转。此时前板纵边上设置的锁紧钩8将框架钩住并扣入该处设置的孔9中。在前板4固定后,这样进行安装两个侧壁件:在侧壁件5下缘上设置的锁紧钩10从后面钩住框架1的下横梁,并在侧边上和朝框架1旋转的侧壁件5的上边上有多个快锁钩11、12扣入相应的孔13、14中。在上快锁钩12的范围内,框架1的顶面2具有附加的孔15,通过该孔15快锁钩12可重新脱钩。在侧壁件安装后,前板4的锁紧钩8被盖住,因而不再可能接近它。
现在作为第二步把盖板件16装到框架1的顶面2上。为此,顶面2具有许多钥匙孔形的孔17,盖板件16内侧上设置的锁紧钩18可插入该孔中。孔17设置成能使盖板件16装到侧移位置上后可推到与顶面2对准的最终位置上(见箭头P)。在盖板件16的内侧上,面向后侧壁件的快锁钩12高度内的纵边上分别设置有角形锁紧件19,该锁紧件可插入面板2上为快锁钩12配置的孔15中,并在盖板件16侧移时固定在快锁钩12下方。就这样侧壁件的上快锁钩12不但被盖住,而且后侧壁件5的快锁钩还附加地机械锁紧。为了盖板件16也达到足够的锁紧,在顶面2上设置了一根可在垂直于顶面2平面的一个竖井式导轨中运动的推杆20,该推杆可用一把锁从顶面2推出,即推到盖板件16里侧上设置的一个锁紧件21前面,所以盖板件16在推杆20锁紧状态下不再可能返回移动。使推杆20例如通过一根偏心安装的杆实现运动的锁最好位于前板4上。

Claims (3)

1.数据处理设备的外壳由一个长方六面体框架(1)组成,该框架具有顶面(2)和至少一个在接线插座范围开孔的后壁护板并在框架上固定有侧壁件(5)、盖板件(16)和具有锁的前板(4),其特征是:
a)前板(4)在下端至少有一个从后面钩住框架(1)的固定件(10)和至少两个钩住对边框架件并钩入框架孔(9)中的锁紧钩(8);
b)侧壁件(5)在下缘具有从后边钩住框架的固定钩(10)并在侧边和上边的框架件上分别具有插入相应孔中的快锁钩(11、12),其中上快锁钩(12)可通过设置在顶面(2)上的孔(15)脱钩;
c)顶面(2)具有多个钥匙孔形的孔(17)用来容纳盖板件内侧上设置的锁紧钩(18),这些孔(17)布置成在盖板件(16)装入一个侧移位置后可推入到与框架(1)顶面(2)对准的终端位置上;
d)在前板(4)上设置的锁与一个锁销(20)连接,该锁销在锁紧状态下阻止盖板件的返回移动。
2.按权利要求1的外壳,其特征是,前板(4)、盖板件(16)和测壁件(5)的固定是这样进行的,即:侧壁件(5)盖住前面安装的前板(4)的锁紧钩(8),而盖板件(16)则盖住前面安装的侧壁件(5)的快锁钩(12)。
3.按权利要求1或2的外壳,其特征是,在盖板件的里侧设置有角形的锁紧件(19),该锁紧件可插入顶面(2)上为侧壁件(5)的快锁钩(12)配置的孔(15)中,并在盖板件(16)侧向移动时卡住快锁钩(12)下方。
