The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
In embodiment 1, fig. 1 shows a task management method implementation flow for property management provided by the embodiment of the present invention, and the following details are described below:
s100: and defining a public area cluster, and collecting visual information in the public area cluster.
According to the areas of property management, public area clusters are determined, in daily life, the property areas are generally divided into private areas and public areas, in the public areas, clusters needing to be inspected are determined, wherein the clusters can be equipment such as pumps, circuits and the like, can also be public roads and the like, and are in dynamic change, so that the clusters need to be inspected; for other clusters, such as flowers and trees, wall surfaces and the like, the clusters have low change rate and relatively low importance, so that daily inspection is not required, and inspection with low frequency can be performed.
Visual information acquisition equipment is arranged in a cluster needing inspection, wherein the visual information acquisition equipment can be a camera or a camera.
S200: when the visual information is detected to contain abnormal data, marking the position of the abnormal data as an abnormal point position, determining a task target, creating a task in a preset task management platform, generating a work arrangement list, and inserting a daily task plate.
After the visual information is acquired, analyzing and processing the visual information, if the visual information contains abnormal data, marking the position of the abnormal data in the public area cluster, thereby determining abnormal point positions, and determining task targets according to the specific conditions of the abnormal data; for example, a water pipe drip is detected somewhere in the management area by visual information, the position of the drip is marked, and then the water pipe drip is determined as a task target.
In actual production, it is necessary to insert daily task plates into the work arrangement list, the daily task plates are mainly used for comprehensively planning daily fixed tasks in a public area, such as daily garbage disposal, cell power supply and transformation equipment maintenance and the like, and all tasks can be well integrated by adding the daily fixed tasks into the work arrangement list, and meanwhile, the normal operation of a public area cluster is also ensured.
Based on the existing property management system, a task management platform is created, on the task management platform, a business owner can report and repair events on line, create tasks and push the tasks to users (the users in the application refer to property personnel, in particular property management personnel and property maintenance personnel), and the tasks can be automatically created according to abnormal data through the property management system, and a work arrangement list can be generated by the created tasks. The existing property management system can be an intelligent property SAAS system, universal property management software, bigui garden housekeeper and the like, and the work arrangement list mainly comprises positions of abnormal points, task targets and abnormal data, and a user can better master task conditions in an area by creating the work arrangement list.
S300: the work arrangement list is sent to a user, and feedback information input by the user is received; correcting the task state according to the feedback information, wherein the task state at least comprises: completed, processed and pending orders.
After receiving the work schedule list, the user can input feedback information according to the self condition and correct the task state, for example, after receiving the work schedule list containing water pipe drip, the user inputs feedback information that the task state can be changed into processing after the user inputs feedback information that the fittings are complete and maintenance can be performed, and the processing progress of the task can be better mastered and the efficiency of task management can be improved by receiving the feedback information of the user.
S400: and when the task state is finished, acquiring visual information of the abnormal point positions, and determining that the abnormal point positions are eliminated.
And after the task state is modified to be finished according to the feedback information, the visual information acquisition equipment is utilized again to acquire visual information of the abnormal point positions, the acquired visual information is analyzed, and the abnormal point positions are determined to be eliminated, so that the whole processing process of the task is finished.
In embodiment 2, fig. 2 shows a task management method implementation flow for property management according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the following details of the steps of defining a public area cluster and collecting visual information in the public area cluster are as follows:
s101: and determining a task area and defining a public area cluster in the task area.
Different task areas are divided (or not) in a property management area, after the task areas are determined, clusters in the task areas are counted, and a public area cluster needing inspection is determined.
S102: and extracting the characteristics of the acquired visual information, and packaging the extracted characteristics to obtain package data.
And extracting the characteristics of the acquired visual information of the public area cluster, and packaging the extracted data to obtain package data, wherein the characteristics can be prevented from being lost by packaging the data, and the processing rate of the data can be improved.
S103: and inserting an attribute tag into the packet data, and establishing a database for storing the packet data.
And inserting an attribute tag into the package data, wherein the attribute tag comprises the time, the position and the like of visual information, and the visual information can be traced back through storing the package data, so that the future date task of the property can be managed better.
In embodiment 3, fig. 3 shows a flow of implementing a task management method for property management according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the following details the steps of marking the position of the abnormal data as an abnormal point when detecting that the visual information includes the abnormal data, determining a task target, creating a task in a preset task management platform, and generating a work schedule list are as follows:
s201: inputting the packet data into a trained analysis model, and outputting to obtain abnormal points; marking positions of abnormal points in the public area cluster.
And selecting a proper analysis model, training the analysis model by utilizing the existing data, inputting the packet data into the trained analysis model, outputting to obtain abnormal point positions, and marking the positions of the abnormal point positions in the public area cluster.
By marking the positions of the abnormal points, the abnormal points can be positioned more quickly, so that a user can conveniently go to the abnormal points to process tasks.
S202: creating a task according to the position and the task target; and integrating the tasks based on the existing management resource data to generate a work schedule list.
Creating a task according to the position of the abnormal point and the task target, taking water pipe drip as an example, taking blocking the water pipe as a task target, integrating the position of the water pipe drip, creating the task, and generating a work arrangement list according to the existing management resource data; for example, the user may have multiple tasks that are not completed, so it is necessary to integrate the tasks that the user does not complete with creating completed tasks, and then generate a work schedule list according to the integrated results.
