As described in the background art, a user may select books in his bookshelf when recommending books, thereby recommending books. Through research, if a user wants to recommend books outside the bookshelf, the user is usually required to search for books to recommend the books, and the user is inconvenient to operate. Based on this, the present disclosure provides the following examples.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a book recommendation method according to an embodiment of the disclosure, and as shown in fig. 1, the method may include:
in step 11, a triggering operation of a user on a target topic is received, and a topic candidate book corresponding to the target topic and a candidate recommended text corresponding to the topic candidate book in books associated with the user are determined, wherein the candidate recommended text is determined based on a reference text of the topic candidate book and/or a comment text of the user on the topic candidate book.
Different users can issue topics in the topic interface to describe information of books intended by the users, and when other users see the topics and want to reply to the topics to conduct book recommendation, the corresponding topics can be selected. As another example, the target topic may also be a topic initiated by the user himself.
In one possible embodiment, the user-associated book comprises a book in at least one of the following dimensions: bookshelf dimension, browsing history dimension, recommendation history dimension and comment history dimension.
The books in the bookshelf dimension comprise books added into the bookshelf by the user, the books in the browsing history dimension comprise books browsed by the user, the books in the recommending history dimension comprise books recommended by the user, and the books in the comment history dimension comprise books rated by the user.
As an example, the topic candidate books may be selected and determined by a user, for example, a book recommendation interface may be displayed, in which a plurality of labels may be displayed, as shown in fig. 2, and books in each label dimension, such as a bookshelf, a browsing history, a recommendation history, and a comment history, are sequentially displayed in the book recommendation interface, so that the user can select the books in the corresponding label dimension, thereby obtaining the corresponding topic candidate books.
If the user selects the recommendation history dimension, the books recommended by the user can be displayed in a book recommendation interface to be used as candidate books for the user to select.
In step 12, the topic candidate books and the candidate recommended texts corresponding to the topic candidate books are displayed on the book recommendation interface.
As an example, topic candidate books may be displayed in a default display tab page in a book recommendation interface, while books may be displayed as multiple dimension tabs simultaneously in the book recommendation interface, so that a user may be able to select again in connection with books in multiple dimensions. As shown in fig. 3.
As an example, the candidate recommended texts corresponding to the topic candidate books may be part of the texts or all the texts in the candidate recommended texts, for example, a threshold of the number of the candidate recommended texts to be displayed may be set, and if the number of the candidate recommended texts corresponding to the topic candidate books exceeds the threshold of the number, the candidate recommended texts with the threshold of the number are selected from the candidate recommended texts to be displayed.
In step 13, book recommendation information corresponding to the target topic is determined based on the topic candidate book and the candidate recommendation text corresponding to the topic candidate book.
As an example, the user may select from the topic candidate books and the candidate recommended texts corresponding thereto, and may take the selected topic candidate book as the target recommended book and take the text selected from the candidate recommended texts corresponding to the topic candidate book as the target recommended text of the target recommended book.
According to the technical scheme, when the user wants to conduct book recommendation based on the target topics, corresponding topic candidate books and candidate recommendation texts can be automatically determined from books associated with the user, and are displayed for the user to be selected by the user for book recommendation. Therefore, through the technical scheme, the operation flow of book recommendation by the user can be effectively simplified, meanwhile, the user can be supported to recommend books from each related book, the user does not need to manually search related books, the user operation is saved, meanwhile, the user book selection flow is convenient, the damage of recommended resources caused by the fact that the user cannot quickly find the books to be recommended is avoided, the diversity and the comprehensiveness of the recommended books can be effectively increased, and the user experience is improved.
As another example, topic candidate books may be automatically determined based on a target topic and a book associated by a user, based on which the present disclosure provides the following embodiments.
In a possible embodiment, the determining, among the books associated with the user, topic candidate books corresponding to the target topic and candidate recommended texts corresponding to the topic candidate books may include:
And matching candidate texts corresponding to the books associated with the users based on the target topics, wherein the candidate texts comprise reference texts in the books associated with the users and comment texts of the users on the books.
As an example, the topic content of the target topic may be matched with the candidate text, such as the similarity between the two texts, which may be determined based on text similarity calculations common in the art. If the similarity is greater than the set threshold, the target topic is considered to be matched with the candidate text, and the higher the similarity between the target topic and the candidate text is, the higher the matching degree between the book corresponding to the candidate text and the target topic can be considered.
And if the matched candidate texts are matched, taking books corresponding to the matched candidate texts as topic candidate books, and determining the matched candidate texts as candidate recommended texts corresponding to the topic candidate books.
Therefore, topic candidate books and candidate recommended texts with higher matching degree with the target topics in books associated with the user can be directly obtained based on the matching between the target topics and the candidate texts through the technical scheme, so that book selection operation and recommended text editing operation in book recommendation by the user are effectively reduced, and the book recommendation flow is simplified.
In another possible embodiment, the determining the topic candidate book corresponding to the target topic and the candidate recommended text corresponding to the topic candidate book in the book associated with the user may include:
based on the topic content of the target topic, topic candidate books corresponding to the target topic are determined from books associated with the user.
As an example, keyword retrieval may be performed from topic content of a target topic, such as keywords for performing book selection may be preset, such as setting individual book types, author types, book publication dates, publishers, and the like as keywords. Keyword retrieval, such as keyword matching or keyword synonym retrieval, can be performed from the topic content of the target topic, so that corresponding keywords can be determined from the topic content.
In this embodiment, the books corresponding to the retrieved keywords in the books associated with the user may be determined as topic candidate books corresponding to the target topic.
As an example, if the keyword retrieved from the topic content of the target topic is a book type, if the user associated book is suspicion, the book corresponding to the book type may be determined as a topic candidate book corresponding to the target topic.
As another example, if the keyword retrieved from the topic content of the target topic is an author type, a book corresponding to the author type may be determined as a topic candidate book corresponding to the target topic from the book associated with the user.
And then, according to the candidate texts corresponding to the topic candidate books, determining candidate recommended texts corresponding to the topic candidate books, wherein the candidate texts comprise reference texts in books associated with the users and/or comment texts of the users on the books.
As an example, candidate texts corresponding to topic candidate books may all be used as candidate recommended texts for selection by a user. As another example, N texts having the latest generation times among candidate texts may be taken as candidate recommended texts.
Therefore, based on the technical scheme, the corresponding topic candidate books can be determined firstly based on the target topic, the corresponding candidate recommended texts are determined from the corresponding candidate texts, the candidate books related to the target topic can be determined without manual selection of a user for book browsing screening, the initial screening is performed for book recommendation of the user, and the process of performing book recommendation by the user is simplified.
In a possible embodiment, the books obtained by automatic matching in the above embodiment and the books selected by the user from the tag dimensions may be included in the topic candidate books, so as to improve the richness of the topic candidate books. If the books automatically matched based on the embodiment are added to the book combination, after the books are displayed, if the books are selected by the user from other tag dimensions, the books selected by the user in each tag dimension are also added to the book combination for buffering. Therefore, books in multiple tag dimensions can be recommended together, the diversity of recommended books is improved, and meanwhile, the books in multiple dimensions can be displayed in one recommended book.
In one possible embodiment, if the user selects a tab of the bookshelf dimension at the book recommendation interface, the candidate books under the tab may be displayed by displaying each book in the bookshelf according to the time added to the bookshelf from the late to early time.
In one possible embodiment, if the user selects the tab of the browsing history dimension in the book recommendation interface, the candidate books under the tab may be displayed according to the browsing time of the books from late to early.
In one possible embodiment, if the user selects a tag with a comment history dimension on the book recommendation interface, the candidate books under the tag may be displayed according to the time from the late to the early of the comment time of the book. Further, each candidate book and comment information of the user for the candidate book can be displayed in the book recommendation interface, so that the user can further define books which the user wants to recommend based on the comment information.
In one possible embodiment, if the user selects a tag of the recommendation history dimension in the book recommendation interface, when displaying the candidate books under the tag, the method may include:
and acquiring a corresponding historical recommendation theme in the recommendation history dimension, and determining books recommended based on the historical recommendation theme as the candidate books.
The recommendation history of the user is usually recommended based on the published historical topics, so that when the user makes a recommendation, the user can record the recommended topics, namely the historical topics, the booklet names and the like, as historical recommendation topics, and record books recommended by the user under the historical recommendation topics. In the recommendation history dimension, books recommended under each history recommendation topic may be displayed as a group in units of history recommendation topics.
And then, displaying each historical recommendation theme in the book recommendation interface according to the sequence of the recommendation time corresponding to the historical recommendation theme from late to early, and displaying the corresponding candidate books under the historical recommendation theme in the catalog of the historical recommendation theme.
As shown in fig. 4, when the user selects the history recommendation dimension to display the book selection interface, each history recommendation theme may be displayed in the book recommendation interface in turn, and books recommended under the history recommendation theme may be displayed in combination.
Under the example, the user can select the corresponding books candidate through the corresponding selection control of the books candidate, and can also directly select all books candidate under the theme based on the corresponding selection control of the history recommendation theme, so that the user can be supported to select a single book candidate, and also can be supported to select a group of books, the user can conveniently and quickly select the books which the user wants to recommend, and the user experience is improved.
Through the technical scheme, the books which are candidates for the book display can be displayed orderly under each dimension of the display label, so that a user can find the books to be recommended quickly, and the resource damage during the selection of the books is reduced.
In one possible embodiment, the candidate text comprises a reference text in a book associated with the user, the reference text comprising a bookmark text and/or a note text in the book.
The book reading method comprises the steps that a book reading text is used for showing a text of a user for marking in a book, the user reads a book S1 and marks an interested part of the book during reading, and the marked part is the book reading text of the user in the target recommended book; the note text is used to represent endorsement text added by the user in the book. The user selects and adds endorsement text to the interested part during reading, and the endorsement text can be used as note text. In one possible embodiment, the portion of text selected by the user in the book in creating the note text may also be referred to as the abstract text.
Accordingly, the determining the candidate recommended text corresponding to the topic candidate book according to the candidate text corresponding to the topic candidate book includes:
if the reference text of the user in the topic candidate books is not null, displaying the reference text in sequence according to the catalogue information in the topic candidate books;
Accordingly, if the reference text is not null, the reference text may be sequentially displayed in the content reference text editing interface in order of the directory information of the topic candidate book from front to back, as shown in fig. 5. If the user wants to associate the reference text for the corresponding book, the book editing interface may be displayed, in which a reference text addition control may be included. And in response to receiving a selection operation of the reference text adding control by the user, displaying a content reference text editing interface to display the determined content reference text in the content reference text editing interface.
As another example, labels may be set for the abstract text and the note text, respectively, to display different reference texts, respectively, in a similar manner to the above description, and will not be repeated here. In fig. 5, a schematic diagram is shown for the abstract text and the note text, where the corresponding label at XXX1 is the abstract text and the corresponding label at XXX2 is the note text.
In another possible embodiment, in response to a selection operation of the user on the reference text, the selected reference text is determined as a candidate recommended text corresponding to the topic candidate book.
Then, the user can select the reference text which the user wants to associate with the topic candidate book, for example, the user can select through a selection control corresponding to each reference text in fig. 5, so that the candidate recommended text corresponding to the topic candidate book can be determined.
Therefore, through the technical scheme, the candidate recommended text can be determined based on the reference text corresponding to the topic candidate book by the user, so that the matching degree between the recommended text and the recommended intention of the user is ensured, and meanwhile, the user operation can be saved. In addition, when the books are recommended and displayed later, part of the reference text in the books can be displayed at the same time, so that the interest degree of other users on the recommended books is improved.
As another example, the determining the candidate recommended text corresponding to the topic candidate book according to the candidate text corresponding to the topic candidate book may include:
and if the reference text of the user in the topic candidate books is empty, acquiring book reference text which corresponds to the topic candidate books and has a text length within a preset length range.
In this embodiment, the user may not have the habit of marking or adding notes when reading some books, that is, there is no reference text corresponding to the user in the target recommended book, and in this scenario, the reference text corresponding to the topic candidate book may be obtained, that is, the reference text added in the book by each user who reads the topic candidate book.
The preset length range can be set according to an actual application scene, if the reference text is too short, the user cannot know the specific description of the text content conveniently, and if the reference text is too long, the user cannot conveniently display the text, and if the word number of the preset length range can be set as [10,60], the reference text in the topic candidate book can be extracted, and the reference text with the text length within [10,60] is used as the book reference text.
And then, according to the reference times and the text length of the book reference text, determining the candidate recommended text of the topic candidate book.
The number of times of the reference text of the book can be the number of users selecting the reference text of the book, so that the attention heat of the reference text of the book in the book can be represented. In this embodiment, the text length of the book reference text may represent the display feature of the book reference text, the number of references may characterize the popularity of the book reference text, and determining the candidate recommended text based on both may improve the rationality of the determined candidate recommended text and the matching with the topic candidate book.
As an example, the determining the candidate recommended text of the topic candidate book according to the reference number and the text length of the book reference text may include:
Determining candidate reference texts and display sequences of the candidate reference texts according to the reference times and the text length of the book reference texts, and displaying the candidate reference texts according to the display sequences;
and responding to the selection operation of the user on the candidate reference text, and determining the selected candidate reference text as the candidate recommended text of the topic candidate book.
As an example, the books may be sorted according to the order of the number of times of the reference corresponding to the books, and for the books having the same number of times of the reference, the books may be sorted according to the deviation value between the text length of the books and the preset length. For example, if the preset length is 50 and the text length of the book reference text is expressed as num, the book reference text with the same reference number may be ordered in the order of |num-50| from the high order.
As an example, the book reference text displayed in the previous M after the ranking may be presented as a candidate reference text, and the ranking may be presented as a display sequence corresponding to the candidate reference text, so that the user may select the reference text meeting the requirement from among the candidate reference texts to be presented in association with the target recommended book.
Further, the determined candidate reference text can be displayed, and then the user can select the corresponding candidate reference text, and the selected candidate reference text is determined to be the candidate recommended text based on the selection operation of the user.
Therefore, according to the technical scheme, books with reference texts not added by users can be added according to the popular reference texts in the books, so that the popular contents in the books can be displayed simultaneously when the books are displayed, and better and more comprehensive recommendation can be performed for users viewing target topics.
In one possible embodiment, the candidate text includes comment text of the user for the book with which the user is associated;
the determining the candidate recommended text corresponding to the topic candidate book according to the candidate text corresponding to the topic candidate book may include:
and determining comment texts of the users on the topic candidate books as candidate recommended texts corresponding to the topic candidate books.
By way of example, the comment text of the book before the user can be directly used as the candidate recommended text corresponding to the book, so that automatic generation and determination of the candidate recommended text are realized, and the matching degree between the candidate recommended text and the corresponding book is ensured while the operation flow of recommending the book by the user is simplified.
Therefore, through the technical scheme, the comment text of the user can be used as the candidate recommended text at the same time when the books are recommended, so that other users can know the books further, the accuracy and convenience of book recommendation are guaranteed, meanwhile, the user looking up the target topic can conveniently and rapidly select the books interested in the user from the recommended books, and the accuracy of book recommendation is improved.
In a possible embodiment, the topic candidate books are books in a recommendation history dimension corresponding to the user;
the determining the candidate recommended text corresponding to the topic candidate book according to the candidate text corresponding to the topic candidate book comprises the following steps:
and determining candidate recommended texts corresponding to the topic candidate books according to recommended texts when the topic candidate books are recommended under the recommendation history dimension.
In this embodiment, the topic candidate book is a book that has been recommended before by the user, so that in order to save user operations, the recommended text when the user recommended the book before may be used as the candidate recommended text, so that the user does not need to edit the recommended text multiple times when recommending the same book, and user operations are saved.
As an example, if the recommended texts when the user previously recommended the book are the same, the recommended texts may be directly used as the current candidate recommended texts for the topic candidate book, and if the recommended texts when the user previously recommended the book are different, the recommended texts may be numbered and integrated in the order of the recommended time from late to early, or the recommended text with the latest recommended time may be used as the candidate recommended text.
Therefore, through the technical scheme, the candidate recommended text can be determined based on the historical recommended text of the book for the book which is recommended by the user before, and the user does not need to edit again so as to be convenient for realizing quick recommendation of the book.
In one possible embodiment, the book recommendation information corresponding to the target topic includes a target recommended book under the target topic and a target recommended text corresponding to the target recommended book.
As an example, after the topic candidate book and the candidate recommended text corresponding to the topic candidate book are displayed on the book recommendation interface, if the user directly confirms, the topic candidate book may be used as the target recommended book, and the displayed candidate recommended text may be used as the target recommended text.
As another example, after the book recommendation interface displays the topic candidate books and the candidate recommendation texts corresponding to the topic candidate books, the user may select a corresponding target recommendation book from the topic candidate books to recommend, and then the disclosure further provides the following embodiments.
Accordingly, the determining book recommendation information corresponding to the target topic based on the topic candidate book and the candidate recommendation text corresponding to the topic candidate book may include:
determining a topic candidate book selected by the user as the target recommended book in response to a selection operation of the user;
and responding to the editing operation of the user on the candidate recommended texts of the target recommended books in the book recommendation interface, editing the candidate recommended texts, and determining the texts obtained after the editing process as target recommended texts of the target recommended books.
In this embodiment, the user may further select a book from among the topic candidate books, and may take the selected book as the target recommended book.
Meanwhile, the user can edit the candidate recommended texts, and the candidate recommended texts can be comment texts corresponding to books, recommended texts in the previous recommendation process and the like as described above, and the candidate recommended texts can be displayed in an editing interface.
In a possible embodiment, the book recommendation information corresponding to the target topic includes a target recommended book under the target topic and a target recommended text corresponding to the target recommended book;
the method further comprises the steps of:
and in a book display interface corresponding to the target topic, displaying the target recommended text corresponding to the target recommended book and the target recommended book in one-to-one association.
For example, a book card may be displayed for each target recommended book in the book display interface, and the target recommended text display card may be included in the book card to display the book recommendation information.
Therefore, when books are recommended, the target recommended text can be determined for a single target recommended book, so that the target recommended text corresponds to the target recommended book, the corresponding target recommended text can be displayed while the target recommended book is displayed, the condition that the corresponding relation between the plurality of recommended books in the recommended book and the single book is disordered when the recommendation information corresponding to the whole book is added for the plurality of recommended books in the related technology is avoided, the effectiveness and the accuracy of book recommendation are ensured, and the use and the watching requirements of users are met.
In one possible embodiment, the target recommendation text comprises a plurality of reference text.
As an example, a threshold of the number of cited texts contained in the target recommended texts may be set, and after the number of cited texts selected by the user exceeds the threshold, a prompt may be output to prompt the user that the number of cited texts exceeds the threshold, so that the user makes a selection again or keeps an existing selection to submit.
As an example, a plurality of target recommended books are sequentially displayed in the book display interface, and each reference text in the target recommended texts thereof is sequentially displayed below the target recommended books, so as to be convenient for a user to view.
As another example, in the book display interface corresponding to the target topic, the one-to-one association display of the target recommended text corresponding to the target recommended book and the target recommended book may include:
displaying book cards in the book display interface, wherein each target recommended book corresponds to one book card, the book cards comprise a first display area and a second display area, the first display area is used for displaying book information of the target recommended book, the second display area comprises at least one reference text card, one reference text card is displayed in the second display area at the same time, and each reference text card is used for displaying one reference text of the target recommended book;
As shown in fig. 6, two book cards may be displayed in the book display interface, for displaying books 1 and 2, respectively, taking book 1 as an example, the first display area X1 is used for displaying book information of a target recommended book, such as attribute information of a book name, an author name, a book category, and the like. The second display area X2 may include three reference text cards K1-K3, respectively displaying three reference texts of the target recommended book. Wherein, a reference text card is displayed in the second display area at the same time, that is, only one reference text card is displayed at a time, for example, as shown in fig. 6, reference text card K1 is displayed, and reference text cards K2 and K3 are not displayed.
The method further comprises the steps of:
and responding to the received sliding operation of the reference text card aiming at the target recommended books, and switching and displaying the reference text in the target recommended texts of the target recommended books according to the sequence indicated by the sliding operation.
For example, if the user wants to switch the display of the reference text for viewing, he can slide the reference text card to effect the switching of the reference text card. The display order of the reference text may be determined according to the order of addition of the reference text to the target recommended text, and the loop display may be performed according to the display order. If the sliding operation is left sliding, the sequence indicated by the sliding operation is the next reference text card, and if the sliding operation is right sliding, the sequence indicated by the sliding operation is the last reference text card.
If the determined display sequence is K1, K2, and K3, the reference text card K1 is displayed during initial display, and if the received sliding operation is left sliding, the reference text card to be displayed may be determined to be K2 according to the sequence indicated by the left sliding, that is, the next reference text card, that is, the second reference text of the target recommended book is switched to be displayed, as shown in fig. 7.
Therefore, through the technical scheme, the user can view the reference text in the target recommended text of the recommended book through sliding operation, so that a plurality of reference texts can be displayed in the book display interface, and the sequential display of more content reference texts on the target recommended book can be avoided, so that the user can conveniently view a plurality of target recommended books and target recommended texts under the target topic.
As an example, a recommended text card for presenting texts other than the reference text in the target recommended text may be also included in the book card, such as recommended information displayed in the third display area X3 shown in fig. 6 and 7.
In one possible embodiment, the method may further comprise:
and responding to receiving a selection operation of a reference text corresponding to the target recommended book, and displaying book text content corresponding to the position of the reference text in the target recommended book.
As an example, the reference text may include a position thereof so as to be linked to the text content of the target recommended book, for example, the position may be a position of the reference text in a section of the target recommended book corresponding to a chapter, or may be a position of a page, which is not limited in the disclosure. If the position of the reference text is the chapter and paragraph position, when the user clicks the corresponding reference text in the book display interface, if the position of the reference text is chapter 2 and paragraph 3, the text content of chapter 2 and paragraph 3 in the target recommended book can be displayed directly based on the position.
Therefore, the user can skip text content in the books by selecting the reference text, so that the user can read according to own interests, the convenience of reading the books based on recommendation is improved, and the interaction diversity of book recommendation is further improved.
In a possible embodiment, the book recommendation information corresponding to the target topic includes a target recommendation text corresponding to a target recommended book under the target topic;
the method further comprises the steps of:
performing text processing on a target recommended text corresponding to the target recommended book based on the topic content of the target topic to obtain a processed text after text processing;
And updating book recommendation information corresponding to the target topics according to each target recommended book and the processing text corresponding to the target recommended book.
As an example, the target recommended text may be reprocessed, for example, a corresponding recommendation template may be determined based on the topic content of the target topic, for example, recommendation templates of different types of topics may be preset, and normalization processing may be performed on the target recommended text based on the recommendation templates, so as to obtain the book recommendation information. As an example, the topic content may be analyzed, and the type of the target topic may be determined from a preset plurality of types, thereby determining the recommendation template.
As another example, the target recommended text may be reprocessed based on a text processing model, which may be a model used in the art for natural language processing, which may be trained in advance. In an embodiment, topic content of a target topic and target recommended text may be input into the text processing model, thereby obtaining processed text that more matches the topic content. If a target recommended book is aimed at, the target recommended text contains comment text of the book and recommended text when the user recommends the book before, and comment text and recommended text are processed based on a text processing model and topic content, so that the obtained processing text can integrate the comment text and the recommended text, and meanwhile updated book recommendation information is more in line with expression logic of natural language, user experience is further improved, and understanding of other users on book recommendation information is improved.
