本发明涉及一种改进的固定健身器械。更具体地讲,本发明涉及一种改进的健身器械,该健身器械使得使用者可以沿预定的闭合轨迹活动其双脚,该轨迹可以更准确地体现与爬楼梯相关的身体运动。
背景技术
爬楼梯是一种常见的锻炼心血管系统的运动形式。不过,爬楼梯可能会过长时间地使用过载应力的踝关节、膝关节和其它关节。步行也是一种流行的健身方式,但它不能对心血管系统产生能达到爬楼梯的程度的运动。因此,有需要一种改进的固定健身器械,它可以对心血管系统产生相当于爬楼梯的负荷,但又不会超负荷或过分张紧踝关节、膝关节和其它关节。现有的爬楼梯器械有两个常见的缺陷。首先,它们需要过分抬起膝部或使腿的下部产生过度的垂直运动。例如,参见美国专利US3,316,898;US4,949,993;US4,989,857;和US5,135,477。其次,所述器械可以促进膝关节的更为自然的运动,但踝关节由于该器械的结构而难于上行和下行。例如,参见US5,242,343。
因此,需要一种改进的固定健身器械,该器械可以使脚、踝关节和腿以更自然、更有节奏的方式运动。
发明内容
本发明提出一种健身器械,包括:一个支架,具有适于由地板支承的底座部分;第一和第二往复运动部件,每个往复运动部件有一个第一和第二末端,和一个中间部分,所述每个往复运动部件的中间部分适于由所述支架可转动地支承;连接装置,用于使所述第一和第二往复运动部件的第二端绕一个公共轴线沿一个大体上圆形轨迹运动,而所述第一和第二往复运动部件的每一个的所述第一端沿预定的闭合椭圆形轨道运动;具有第一脚部件和第一臂部件的第一连杆组件,所述第一脚部件可转动地连接于所述第一往复运动部件的所述第一端,而所述第一脚部件的另一端可转动地连接于所述第一臂部件的一端,所述第一臂部件可转动地连接于所述支架上,接近所述第一臂部件的另一端;和具有第二脚部件和第二臂部件的第二连杆组件,所述第二脚部件可转动地连接于所述第二往复运动部件上,接近该第二往复运动部件的所述第一端,而所述第二脚部件的另一端可转动地连接于所述第二臂部件的一端,所述第二臂部件可转动地连接于所述支架上,接近所述第二臂部件的另一端,其中,该器械使用者的每一只脚大致沿所述闭合的椭圆形轨迹运动,而使用者的每一只手大致沿弧形轨迹运动,所述第一和第二往复运动部件各包括非列线部分;所述器械还包括用于将可控制的阻力引入的装置,以控制所述第一和第二往复运动部件的转动阻力。

在一种优选实施方案中,每个往复运动部件包括一个向后弯曲的部分,并通过一个滚轮由接近每个往复运动部件的弯曲和垂直部分连接处的底座部分支承。每个往复运动部件的另一端或前端,直接或间接地与所述连杆组件的滑轮连接。这样,所述滑轮的转动可使每个往复运动部件的一端以圆周运动的形式转动,而每个往复运动部件的另一端沿一条预定的闭合轨迹运动。
所述优选实施方案还包括一对连杆组件。每一个连接组件包括一个第一连杆和一个第二连杆。第一连杆的一端可转动地连接于相应的往复运动部件的后端。所述第一连杆还包括一个脚垫。所述第二连杆可转动地连接于所述第一连杆的另一端,而第二连杆又可转动地连接于所述支架的上部。第二连杆可以包括一个供使用者抓握的手柄部分。因此,每个连杆组件的作用是,在所述脚垫相对所述支架运动时形成脚垫运动的预定的闭合轨迹。另外,每个连杆组件中第二连杆的运动可起到转动手柄部分的作用。
在另一种实施方案中,每个往复运动部件包括两个彼此固定结合在一起的非列线部件。在所述两个非列线部件的固定连接的每一个往复运动件上连接有一个滚轮。该滚轮与所述支架的底座部分的倾斜表面接合。与所述优选实施方案一样,这种替代方案也包括一对连杆组件,每一个连杆组件包括两个连杆。第一连杆包括一个脚垫,它将第一连杆的近端可转动地连接于该连接组件远端的一个相应的往复运动部件上。第二连杆可转动地连接于第一连杆的远离所述脚垫的另一端,而第二连杆将第一连杆的转动连接的远端可转动地连接于所述支架的上部。与在优选实施方案中的情形一样,第二连杆可以包括一个手柄部分。

与在第一种另一实施方案中的情形一样,该第二另一实施方案也包括一对转动连杆组件,该组件包括第一连杆和第二连杆。每一个脚部连杆包括一个脚垫。每个往复运动部件的远离所述连接组件的前端可转动地连接于每个第一连杆的近端。每个第一连杆的另一端可转动地连接于所述第二连杆的一端。每个第二连杆又将所述枢轴连接的远端可转动地连接于所述第一连杆上,连接于所述支架的所述上部。与在上述实施方案中的情形一样,第二连接部分包括一个手柄部分。
所有实施方案均可起到同时锻炼上体和下体的作用。使用者的双脚通过一个闭合的轨迹运动,该轨迹能更精确地体现踝关节和膝关的优选解剖学运动。同时,通过把手的曲线运动可以锻炼上体肌肉群。

具体实施方式
参见图1,示出的支架10包括一个底座部分12,一个中间部分14和一个上部16。将一个连接组件或系统20固定在所述支架上,并包括一个滑轮22和曲柄件24。还示出了一个阻力制动系统26,该系统包括一个皮带轮28和一个皮带30。两个往复运动部件32位于支架10的下端。每个往复运动部件32具有与直线部分32b相对的弯曲(非列线)部分32a。每个往复运动部件的另一端38可转动地连接于曲柄24的一端。曲柄24的另一端通过连接系统20的枢轴27与滑轮22连接。枢轴27是滑轮22的转动轴。
该优选实施方案还包括一对连杆组件41。每个连杆组件41包括一个脚部件40和一臂件42。将一个脚垫50连接在每个脚部件40的一端。每个往复运动部件32的末端37通过枢轴39可转动地连接于脚部件40靠近脚垫50的一端。每个脚部件40的另一端43通过连接点45可转动地连接于臂部件42的一端上。再将每个臂部件通过连接点47连接于支架10的上部16。如图所示,每个脚部件40可以包括一个弯曲部54,其作用是对每一个脚垫50进行导向,以便当脚垫处于沿轨迹102的最高点时,使用者的每只脚处于略为倾斜的状态。

在执行所述优选实施方案时,使用者“u”从后面或侧面爬上本发明装置,并开始爬升运动,这种运动会导致每个往复运动件32相对辊36的运动。同时,在每个往复运动部件32的第二端发生循环运动。它还可导致位于每个往复运动部件的末端37(和脚部件40的相应末端)的点39沿预定的闭合椭圆形轨迹102转动。这可以使脚、踝和腿以更自然而且更有节奏的方式运动。这样,使用者可以取得与爬梯器相当的卓越的心血管锻炼效果,但没有与现有的装置相关的脚、踝和腿的别扭的和不自然的运动。同时,使用者的臂部通过弧形轨迹104运动,这样可以加强对上体肌肉群的心血管运动。
阻力制动系统26是以本领域技术人员熟知的方式运动。阻力制动系统26的作用是通过皮带轮28/皮带30装置加大或减轻滑轮22上的负荷。因此,阻力制动装置26可起到加大或减弱心血管锻炼程度的作用。
参见图2,其中示出了本发明的另一种实施方案。在本实施方案中,相同的两位数编号可用于表示与上述优选实施方案中类似的部件,但缀以100系列的前缀。支架110包括一个下部112,一个中部114,和一个上部116。所包括的一个连接系统120具有与上述优选实施方案相同的连接系统20的部件。另外,连接系统120以与上述优选实施方案的连接系统20相同的方式工作。
也包括一对往复运动部件132。每个往复运动部件由两个非列线部件132a和132b构成,以上两个部分由结合部133固定连接在一起。还将滚轮136可转动地连接于每个往复运动部件132的结合部133处。每个辊轮接合并在支架110的倾斜部件113上滚动。这个往复运动部件132的另一端138可转动地连接于每个曲柄124的一端。

参见图3,其中示出了本发明的又一种其它实施方案。与上文一样,类似的部件用和优选实施方案中相同的两位数编号表示,但这里要缀以200的系列前缀。支架210同样包括一个底座部分212,一个中间部分214和一个上部216。同样设有连接系统220,该系统的结构和功能与所述优选实施方案的连接系统20的相同。该其它实施方案还包括一对往复运动部件232。每个往复运动部件由两个非列线部件232a和232b组成,这两个部分通过连接部分233固定连接在一起。同样将滚轮236可转动地连接于每个往复运动部件232的连接部分233。每一个滚轮236接合并滚上支架210的倾斜件213。每个往复运动部件232包括一个可转动地结合于曲柄224的一端的第二端238。

在使用所述其它实施方案时,使用者“u”从该器械的侧面或背面爬上该器械,抓住手柄257,并开始爬升运动。与前面的实施方案不同,使用者背对着连接系统220,这样具有几个优点,特别是在生产该器械方面具有优点。当使用者开始爬升运动时,每个往复运动部件232的滚轮236以直线运动方式沿部件213运动,而每个往复运动部件232的末端238大致以圆形方式运动。同时,每个往复运动部件232的点239沿预定的闭合轨迹302运动,而手柄251沿弧形轨迹304运动。和在优选实施方案中的情形相同,这样的轨迹302和304可以使踝和膝产生优选的解剖学运动,从而使下体和上体肌肉群的心血管产生卓越的运动。
在以上三种优选实施中,仅有每个往复运动部件32/132/232的大致中部可转动地接合底座支架。在两种其它实施方案中,由滚轮136和236的位置更清楚地限定出所述中间部分。就优选实施方案而言,固定于支架10的底座部件12的滚轮36适于接合每个往复运动部件32的中间部分,大致如图1中的两个往复运动部件32所示的位移变化所示。
披露了一种改进的固定健身器械,它可以使心血管的运动量达到最大,而使得对关键关节、特别是踝关节和膝关节的应力减至最小。很明显,在阅读本说明书之后,对本文所披露的实施方案进行改进和改变对于本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的。不过,要强调的是,所有诸如此类的改变和改进均溶在所要保护的本发明的构思和范围内。

Claims (7)

1.一种健身器械,包括:
一个支架,具有适于由地板支承的底座部分;
第一和第二往复运动部件,每个往复运动部件有一个第一和第二末端,和一个中间部分,所述每个往复运动部件的中间部分适于由所述支架可转动地支承;
连接装置,用于使所述第一和第二往复运动部件的第二端绕一个公共轴线沿一个大体上圆形轨迹运动,而所述第一和第二往复运动部件的每一个的所述第一端沿预定的闭合椭圆形轨道运动;
具有第一脚部件和第一臂部件的第一连杆组件,所述第一脚部件可转动地连接于所述第一往复运动部件的所述第一端,而所述第一脚部件的另一端可转动地连接于所述第一臂部件的一端,所述第一臂部件可转动地连接于所述支架上,接近所述第一臂部件的另一端;和
具有第二脚部件和第二臂部件的第二连杆组件,所述第二脚部件可转动地连接于所述第二往复运动部件上,接近该第二往复运动部件的所述第一端,而所述第二脚部件的另一端可转动地连接于所述第二臂部件的一端,所述第二臂部件可转动地连接于所述支架上,接近所述第二臂部件的另一端,
