By starting the thermal imager 43 in the detection groove 42, the clamped denture material is thermally imaged, and the detection liquid 53 is composed of heat conduction liquid and heat absorption particles, the heat conduction liquid is made of oligomeric acrylate gel, the heat absorption particles are made of graphene particles, and the oligomeric acrylate gel is in a solid state below 25 ℃ and has poor fluidity; the graphene is in a semi-solidification state at 25-37 ℃ and has higher fluidity than a solid state but not so as to flow, the graphene is in a plastic fluid state at 37-45 ℃ and has higher fluidity, meanwhile, the graphene has a certain temperature difference with the oligomeric acrylic gel, when the graphene is clamped out, the oligomeric acrylic gel attached to the denture material is semi-solidified by utilizing a physical temperature difference principle, so that metal particles in gaps of the denture material are not easy to flow out, the thermal imager 43 is started, the gap position absorbing more heat and the shape characteristics after the cutting are obviously displayed by utilizing a thermal imaging technology, and whether the shape characteristics of the cut denture material are qualified or not and whether gaps exist or not are judged.
After the detection information is determined, the hot air blower 44 is started, and the cutting material is heated first, so that the attached detection liquid is dissolved, most of the detection liquid is changed from semi-solidification into liquid to flow out to the bottom end of the detection groove 42, and a plurality of heating rods and valves are installed in the communication groove in the follow-up process, so that the backflow is realized in the tail open furnace 51 for repeated use.
Then the second servo motor 46 and the clamping mechanism 49 are started to place the cut denture material after detection in the trapezoid groove, the cut denture material is clamped by the classifying mechanical arm 56 and placed in the ultrasonic cleaning box 57 for cleaning, and the detection material in the tiny gaps is further removed by utilizing the action of sound waves in the liquid, so that the method belongs to the prior art and is not repeated, and both the oligomeric acrylate gel and the graphene particles can be extracted and recovered again through the organic solvent.
Classifying and transferring the cut denture materials which are detected by the classifying mechanical arm 56 according to the detected information after the cleaning is finished;
Clamping the detected gap-free label box 25 with a shape conforming to the production regulation, and transmitting the detected gap-free label box to a finished product conveying belt 32 through a conveying belt 21 for subsequent procedures;
clamping the cut denture material which is detected to have no gap but has a shape which does not meet the production specification onto a secondary processing conveyer belt 31, and transporting to the initial position again for secondary cutting;
The denture material with the gap is clamped to a specific position, and secondary remedy or direct elimination can be selected according to the size or regulation of the gap of the detection data, and the secondary remedy can be used for filling the gap by using specific filling materials or adhesives so as to ensure the integrity and the fitting degree of the denture. By means of the secondary remedy, gaps can be repaired, and the performance and appearance of the denture are improved, so that the denture meets the needs and expectations of patients.
For secondary remediation, a soft brush for automatically scraping off excessive oligomeric acrylate liquid and heat absorbing particles can be arranged in the detection groove 42, so that semi-solidified detection liquid and particles in a gap are reserved, the semi-solidified detection liquid and particles can be directly heated again to determine the position of the gap, then relevant cleaning and remedial measures are carried out, and selection is carried out according to actual production stipulations.
Referring to fig. 6, an intelligent detection and cutting method for denture materials comprises the following steps:
S1: and (3) raw material feeding: a plurality of denture materials to be detected and cut are conveyed to a conveying belt 21 through a feeding conveying belt 3;
S2: and (3) filling the label box into a box: the conveyor belt 21 runs to load the denture materials into the tag box 25, and the tag box 25 enters the intelligent recognition box 22;
S3: and (3) shape detection: detecting the size and shape of the raw materials through computer vision, and identifying that the detailed parameters of each denture material correspond to the labels;
s4: parameter transmission and cutting processing: transmitting the identification parameters to the laser cutting mechanical arm 12, and performing customized cutting on denture materials by the laser cutting mechanical arm 12 according to the parameters;
S5: heating and pressing: the gripping mechanism 49 grips the cut denture material and places the denture material into the tail open furnace 51 for high temperature and high pressure treatment;
S6: placing in a detection groove: the cut denture material is put into a detection component 4 for detection, the shape characteristics and the potential gap data are found through thermal imaging detection, and after the detection is finished, the detection liquid 53 on the surface of the denture material is removed through a hot air blower 44;
S7: and (5) detection classification: and (3) selecting secondary processing, direct elimination or secondary remediation according to the detection data according to the detection result classification, and simultaneously conveying the qualified materials to a finished product.

S5: heating and pressing: the clamping mechanism (49) is used for grabbing the denture materials after cutting, and placing the denture materials into a tail open furnace (51) for high-temperature and high-pressure treatment;
S6: placing in a detection groove: the cut denture material is put into a detection component (4) for detection, the shape characteristics and the potential gap data are found through thermal imaging detection, and after the detection is finished, detection liquid (53) on the surface of the denture material is removed through an air heater (44);
