Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of natural medicines, and relates to an extract of semen Abutili, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in treating respiratory diseases.
Background
Abelmoschus manihot seed is fruit of Abelmoschus manihot Malva verticillata L and Abelmoschus manihot Mealva crispa L. The wild sunflower is distributed in all places in China. The malva is planted in the places of southwest and northwest of China, gansu, jiangxi, hubei and Hunan. Has effects of promoting diuresis, relieving stranguria, smoothing intestine, relaxing bowels, and promoting lactation. It is commonly used for gonorrhea, edema, constipation and milk failure.
Li Zengchun in "analysis of chemical composition of volatile oil of Mongolian medicine and Abelmoschus esculentus fruit" (Chinese patent medicine, page 922-924 in period 6 of 2008), 24 components are separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry-computer retrieval technique, and the total peak area of volatile oil chromatography is 70.10%, wherein 6 compounds with content more than 4% are contained.
Patent AU2022201398A1 discloses an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory composition comprising an extract of okra as an active ingredient. The antioxidant effect of inhibiting the production of nitric oxide 5 by concentration dependency and the anti-inflammatory effect of inhibiting the expression of mRNA and protein of iNOS and COX-2 by concentration dependency were confirmed, and the extract of Abelmoschus manihot was effectively used as an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory pharmaceutical composition, a health functional food composition or a cosmetic composition.
The prior art has no report of treating respiratory diseases by using single component extract of the malva seed.
Therefore, intensive research on extraction of the active ingredients of the malva seeds is carried out, the functional ingredients in the malva seeds are enriched through a multistage extraction method, the value of the extract is improved, and multistage synergistic effect of the functional ingredients is effectively exerted, so that the necessity is very high.
