本发明涉及抗皱整理技术领域,具体涉及一种亲肤抗皱面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
棉织物是纺织行业最重要的天然纤维类织物,具有良好的柔软性、吸湿性、透气性、穿着舒适性和亲肤性,广泛应用于服装面料、装饰织物和产业用织物等。但纯棉织物也存在抗皱性能差的缺点,在染整加工和日常服用过程中极易产生褶皱,不能保持平整的外观,影响它的应用性能和消费者的穿着体验。
棉织物易皱的原因是棉纤维中包含结晶区与无定形区两部分,其中结晶部分约占三分之二。结晶区侧序度高、大分子链段排列紧密规整,在外力或者水分子作用下,可发生较小形变,去除外力后可自行恢复;而无定形区侧序度相对较低,氨键强度较薄弱,在外力和水分子作用下易产生氢键的断裂和大分子链段的相对滑移,在新的羟基位点上重新组成氢键,即使外力消除后,也很难恢复到原来的位置,导致折皱的产生。棉织物的抗皱整理是提高其服用性能不可或缺的功能整理。化学交联法是棉织物常用进行抗皱整理的最常用方法,其是通过交联剂与纤维中相邻分子链上的羟基发生反应形成桥联共价结合,从而实现棉织物的抗皱目的。
棉织物常用的化学交联剂可分为甲醛类整理剂和无甲醛整理剂两大类,甲醛类整理剂主要是N-轻甲基类树脂整理剂,此类整理剂反应性高,交联效果优异,但形成的醚键易水解断裂并释放游离甲醛,危害人体健康。无甲醛整理剂主要有二醛类、聚氨酯类、有机硅类、多元羧酸类等。在众多多元羧酸整理剂中,丁烷四羧酸BTCA的抗皱整理效果较好,但存在着成本高、整理温度过高织物容易发黄、对织物损伤大导致强力损失大等缺点,导致其在工业应用受阻。四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚是一种可由二元硫醇与马来酸在水溶液中加热反应得到的四元羧酸,具有如下结构式(Ⅰ):

四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚与丁烷四羧酸BTCA含有相同数量的羧基,且结合的二硫醇使得分子链更长,可增加交联后的柔韧性,有望代替丁烷四羧酸BTCA成为一种新的抗皱剂,其抗皱性能也被东华大学的研究所证明,该单位已发表相应的论文“四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚的合成及棉织物的抗皱整理”【印染(2018 No.10)】。但该研究只是对四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚的抗皱性作了初步研究验证,优化的织物整理条件为:ρ(MASESMA)100 g/L,催化剂次亚磷酸钠与整理液中羧基物质的量比为0.5,即65 g/L,二浸二轧,80 ℃烘干3 min,160 ℃焙烘90 s。一次标准水洗后处理织物的折皱回复角为251°、撕破强力保留率53.9%、白度115.38。采用二浴法,添加20g/L柔软剂可使织物折皱回复角达到275°,撕破强力保留率达69.3%。其初始和一次标准水洗后的抗皱回复角均能达到不错的效果,但撕破强力保留率还是较差于目前抗皱液处理的水平,有待进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种亲肤抗皱面料及其制备方法,本发明以四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚为抗皱剂,经过对整理液配方进行优化改进,使棉织物的拉伸断裂强力有显著的提高,对于目前抗皱整理织物的强力下降问题有明显改善,有广泛的应用前景和市场前景。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种抗皱整理液,所述抗皱整理液中各组分和其质量浓度为:50~75g/L的四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚,8~12g/L三羟甲基丙烷,30~70g/L催化剂,0.6~2g/LN,N'-双棕榈酰乙二胺二乙酸钠,0.4~0.8g/L十六烷基三甲基溴化铵,2~4g/L硫酸铈,溶剂为水。
本发明中,优选地,所述抗皱整理液中各组分和其质量浓度为:60g/L的四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚,10g/L三羟甲基丙烷,60g/L催化剂,1.2g/LN,N'-双棕榈酰乙二胺二乙酸钠,0.5g/L十六烷基三甲基溴化铵,3g/L硫酸铈,溶剂为水。
本发明中,优选地,所述催化剂为次亚磷酸钠、磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钠中的一种或多种。
本发明中,优选地,所述抗皱整理液的配制是将四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚在45~80℃的热水中充分溶解后,再加入三羟甲基丙烷、催化剂、N,N'-双棕榈酰乙二胺二乙酸钠、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和硫酸铈搅拌均匀得到。
本发明还提供一种亲肤抗皱面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将棉织物浸入抗皱整理液中进行抗皱浸轧、预烘和烘焙;所述抗皱整理液中各组分和其质量浓度为:50~75g/L的四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚,8~12g/L三羟甲基丙烷,30~70g/L催化剂,0.6~2g/LN,N'-双棕榈酰乙二胺二乙酸钠,0.4~0.8g/L十六烷基三甲基溴化铵,2~4g/L硫酸铈,溶剂为水。
本发明中,优选地,所述抗皱浸轧为二浸二轧,轧余率为80~90%。
本发明中,优选地,所述的预烘温度为80~100℃,预烘时间为3~5min;焙烘温度为155~165℃,焙烘时间为1~3min。
本发明中,优选地,所述棉织物为纯棉织物或者含棉量在80wt%以上的混纺/交织织物。

1、棉纤维的微观结构是由数十个纤维素大分子聚集形成横向尺寸约4~10nm的微原纤,再由微元纤聚集成横向尺寸为10~25nm的原纤,由原纤排列形成棉纤维。本发明以四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚为抗皱液的主要成分,通过复配的表面活性剂N,N'-双棕榈酰乙二胺二乙酸钠和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵可以增加四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚的扩散使其更好地与棉织物附着和结合,有利于其渗透至微原纤的非结晶区,增加四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚与非结晶区的有效接触和反应,能以更少量的四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚获得折皱回复角的提高;而更少量的四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚的使用减少了其与微原纤表面的反应点,从而减少酯化反应对棉织物撕破强力的损伤;添加三羟甲基丙烷能与改变羧酸四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚与棉纤维中羟基的交联空间结构状态,能改善棉织物撕破强力,且通过控制催化剂硫酸铈的用量控制三羟甲基丙烷的反应程度,保留三羟甲基丙烷的部分醇羟基,使得棉织物的亲水亲肤性不至于因为羟基的大量反应而损失过大。
2、本发明中的四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚相比同为四元羧酸的丁烷四羧酸BTCA更加廉价易得,有广泛的应用前景和市场前景。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明中,棉织物面料中含棉量在80wt%以上,余量纤维可根据需要选用涤纶、氨纶、尼龙以及其他合成或天然纤维,均可以达到本发明的技术效果。以下实施例中,为了方便进行比较,均是采用含棉100wt%的纯棉织物进行织造后形成的棉织物进行整理。
此外,四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚参照文献“四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚的合成及棉织物的抗皱整理”合成得到。
实施例1
抗皱整理液中各组分和其质量浓度为:50g/L的四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚,8g/L三羟甲基丙烷,30g/L磷酸氢二钠,0.6g/L N,N'-双棕榈酰乙二胺二乙酸钠,0.4g/L十六烷基三甲基溴化铵,2g/L硫酸铈,溶剂为水。将四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚在45℃的热水中充分溶解后,再加入三羟甲基丙烷、磷酸氢二钠、N,N'-双棕榈酰乙二胺二乙酸钠、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和硫酸铈搅拌均匀得到抗皱整理液。
将棉织物浸入抗皱整理液中进行二浸二轧,轧余率为80%,然后预烘和烘焙;预烘温度为80℃,预烘时间为5min;焙烘温度为155℃,焙烘时间为3min,并标准洗涤,烘干。
实施例2
抗皱整理液中各组分和其质量浓度为:60g/L的四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚,10g/L三羟甲基丙烷,60g/L次亚磷酸钠,1.2g/L N,N'-双棕榈酰乙二胺二乙酸钠,0.5g/L十六烷基三甲基溴化铵,3g/L硫酸铈,溶剂为水。将四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚在75℃的热水中充分溶解后,再加入三羟甲基丙烷、次亚磷酸钠、N,N'-双棕榈酰乙二胺二乙酸钠、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和硫酸铈搅拌均匀得到抗皱整理液。
将棉织物浸入抗皱整理液中进行二浸二轧,轧余率为85%,然后预烘和烘焙;预烘温度为90℃,预烘时间为4min;焙烘温度为160℃,焙烘时间为2min,并标准洗涤,烘干。
实施例3
抗皱整理液中各组分和其质量浓度为:75g/L的四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚,12g/L三羟甲基丙烷,70g/L磷酸二氢钠,2g/L N,N'-双棕榈酰乙二胺二乙酸钠,0.8g/L十六烷基三甲基溴化铵,4g/L硫酸铈,溶剂为水。将四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚在75℃的热水中充分溶解后,再加入三羟甲基丙烷、磷酸二氢钠、N,N'-双棕榈酰乙二胺二乙酸钠、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和硫酸铈搅拌均匀得到抗皱整理液。
将棉织物浸入抗皱整理液中进行二浸二轧,轧余率为90%,然后预烘和烘焙;预烘温度为100℃,预烘时间为3min;焙烘温度为165℃,焙烘时间为1min,并标准洗涤,烘干。
对比例1
抗皱整理液中各组分和其质量浓度为:60g/L的四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚,60g/L次亚磷酸钠,1.2g/LN,N'-双棕榈酰乙二胺二乙酸钠,0.5g/L十六烷基三甲基溴化铵,3g/L硫酸铈,溶剂为水。将四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚在75℃的热水中充分溶解后,再加入次亚磷酸钠、N,N'-双棕榈酰乙二胺二乙酸钠、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和硫酸铈搅拌均匀得到抗皱整理液。
将棉织物浸入抗皱整理液中进行二浸二轧,轧余率为85%,然后预烘和烘焙;所述预烘温度为90℃,预烘时间为4min;焙烘温度为160℃,焙烘时间为2min,并标准洗涤,烘干。
对比例2
抗皱整理液中各组分和其质量浓度为:60g/L的四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚,10g/L三羟甲基丙烷,60g/L次亚磷酸钠,1.2g/L硫酸钠,0.5g/L十六烷基三甲基溴化铵,3g/L硫酸铈,溶剂为水。将四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚在75℃的热水中充分溶解后,再加入三羟甲基丙烷、次亚磷酸钠、硫酸钠、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和硫酸铈搅拌均匀得到抗皱整理液。

对比例4
抗皱整理液中各组分和其质量浓度为:60g/L的四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚,10g/L三羟甲基丙烷,60g/L次亚磷酸钠,1.2g/LN,N'-双棕榈酰乙二胺二乙酸钠,0.5g/L辛烷基聚氧乙烯基癸基氯化铵,3g/L硫酸铈,溶剂为水。将四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚在75℃的热水中充分溶解后,再加入三羟甲基丙烷、次亚磷酸钠、N,N'-双棕榈酰乙二胺二乙酸钠、辛烷基聚氧乙烯基癸基氯化铵和硫酸铈搅拌均匀得到抗皱整理液。
将棉织物浸入抗皱整理液中进行二浸二轧,轧余率为85%,然后预烘和烘焙;预烘温度为90℃,预烘时间为4min;焙烘温度为160℃,焙烘时间为2min,并标准洗涤,烘干

棉织物浸入抗皱整理液中进行二浸二轧,轧余率为85%,然后预烘和烘焙;预烘温度为90℃,预烘时间为4min;焙烘温度为160℃,焙烘时间为2min,并标准洗涤,烘干。
性能测试:
将实施例1-3和对比例1-5整理后的棉织物进行裁剪,按照以下标准测试其性能:
1、折皱回复角
按照AATCC 66—2008《织物折皱回复性:回复角法》测定
2、撕破强力
按照 ASTM D1424—1996《冲击摆锤法测定织物的撕破强力》测定,然后计算撕破强力保留率。
实施例1-3和对比例1-5获得的棉织物面料的性能测试结果如下表所示。

从上表1可以看出,实施例1-3制备的亲肤抗皱面料具有优异的抗皱性能和较高的撕破强力保留率。对比例2的整理液中的N,N'-双棕榈酰乙二胺二乙酸钠用硫酸钠代替,对比例3的整理液中无十六烷基三甲基溴化铵,棉织物的折皱回复角和强力保留率明显下降,说明两种表面活性剂的复配对性能影响较大。对比例4的整理液中的十六烷基三甲基溴化铵采用辛烷基聚氧乙烯基癸基氯化铵代替,棉织物的折皱回复角和强力保留率有所下降,但仍低于实施例1-3,说明并不是所有的表面活性剂都能达到相同的效果,不同的表面活性剂获得的整理效果不同。对比例1所采用的整理液中无三羟甲基丙烷,对比例5中无硫酸铈,说明三羟甲基丙烷对棉织物的折皱回复角和强力保留率也都有一定的影响。上述试验证明,本发明对以四元羧酸四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚为主的整理液进行复配,可以显著提高棉织物的折皱回复角和强力保留率。
上述说明是针对本发明较佳可行实施例的详细说明,但实施例并非用以限定本发明的专利申请范围,凡本发明所提示的技术精神下所完成的同等变化或修饰变更,均应属于本发明所涵盖专利范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种抗皱整理液,其特征在于,所述抗皱整理液中各组分和其质量浓度为:50~75g/L四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚,8~12g/L三羟甲基丙烷,30~70g/L催化剂,0.6~2g/LN,N'-双棕榈酰乙二胺二乙酸钠,0.4~0.8g/L十六烷基三甲基溴化铵,2~4g/L硫酸铈,溶剂为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗皱整理液,其特征在于,所述抗皱整理液中各组分和其质量浓度为:60g/L的四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚,10g/L三羟甲基丙烷,60g/L催化剂,1.2g/LN,N'-双棕榈酰乙二胺二乙酸钠,0.5g/L十六烷基三甲基溴化铵,3g/L硫酸铈,溶剂为水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗皱整理液,其特征在于,所述催化剂为次亚磷酸钠、磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钠中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗皱整理液,其特征在于,所述抗皱整理液的配制是将四元羧酸乙二硫醇二琥珀酸醚在45~80℃的热水中充分溶解后,再加入三羟甲基丙烷、催化剂、N,N'-双棕榈酰乙二胺二乙酸钠、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和硫酸铈搅拌均匀得到。
5.一种亲肤抗皱面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将棉织物首先浸入权利要求1~4任一项所述的抗皱整理液中进行抗皱浸轧,随后进行预烘和烘焙处理。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述抗皱浸轧为二浸二轧,轧余率为80~90%。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的预烘温度为80~100℃,预烘时间为3~5min;焙烘温度为155~165℃,焙烘时间为1~3min。
8.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述棉织物为纯棉织物或者含棉量在80wt%以上的混纺/交织织物。
9.根据权利要求5-8中任一项所述的制备方法制备得到的亲肤抗皱面料。
