Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and relates to preparation and application of a composition for hair care.
Background
Along with the improvement of living standard, people pay more and more attention to the care of hair at present, but because the unreasonable maintenance of hair in ordinary life easily appears dry and rough, gloss decline, even easily fracture etc. condition, not only can influence external image, can also bring unnecessary vexation moreover. Therefore, the use of a highly conditioned hair care essential oil is particularly important. The hair care essential oil mainly comprises oil-soluble components such as silicone oil and vegetable oil, and when the hair care essential oil is used, an oil film is formed on the surface of hair, so that the hair quality is improved, and the hair is full of gloss. For users, the products which they wish to use not only can improve the hair flexibility, but also can play a certain role in repairing the hair quality and improve the hair quality. At present, many products have certain hair care effects, but have conditioning performance and hair care performance.
Patent JP2017137250a relates to a hair styling composition which can be combed with a finger while maintaining good combability and has excellent hair styling force and durability when heated. The composition comprises 0.005 to 0.25 mass% of a lactone derivative (A), 2 to 15 mass% of a polydimethylsiloxane (B) having a viscosity of 350 to 3300 tens of thousands of cps at 25 ℃,0.01 to 10 mass% of a vegetable oil (C), and a hair styling composition containing 45 mass% or more of a volatile oil (D). However, in this composition, the polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer is not contained in the above components, resulting in a product lacking in a soft feel and having no spreadability and smoothness characteristics.
Patent JP202040915a relates to a leave-on oily hair cosmetic which is free of cyclic silicone and is excellent in spreadability, silkiness, smoothness and spreadability, the composition comprising (a) (polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane) crosslinked polymer, (B) dimethiconol and (C) dimethicone; however, the composition does not contain cyclic siloxane, and the cyclic siloxane is used as a solvent, so that the spreading of the composition on hair can be accelerated, and the hair refreshing property can be improved.
Patent CN114224785a relates to a silicone elastomer composition, a preparation method and application thereof, the silicone elastomer composition comprises the following components: polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, octyl polydimethylsiloxane ethoxy glucoside, polyether modified polysiloxane and diluent. The organosilicon elastomer composition can effectively improve the toughness and glossiness of damaged hair, so that the hair is recovered to a healthy state, and is fresh but not sticky after being used, and the hair is kept dry for a long time. In addition, the organic silicon elastomer composition can be used as an oil phase component to be added into a hair care product, has good compatibility with an aqueous phase component, is easy to emulsify and disperse to form a stable emulsion system, has certain emulsification and thickening effects, reduces the use amount of an emulsifier and a thickening agent in the product, and reduces the product cost. However, the polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane crosslinked polymer content in the composition is high, and the polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane crosslinked polymer cost is high, thereby increasing the cost of the whole product.
Accordingly, there remains a need for improved methods of preparing highly conditioned hair care essential oils to reduce or avoid the drawbacks of the prior art. Compared with the prior art, the invention provides the high conditioning type hair care essential oil composition which consists of decamethyl cyclopentasiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane alcohol, polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, polydimethylsiloxane and other additives.
The high conditioning type hair care essential oil composition has remarkable hair care and hair washing effects, can improve hair comb property, enable hair to be smooth and smooth, promote refreshing, increase hair glossiness, and remarkably improve frizziness of damaged hair. And the production process is simple, a special production device is not needed, and the industrial production is easy.

n is an integer representing the degree of polymerization, which is 4000 to 14000, preferably 5000 to 10000, more preferably 6000 to 8000;
r1, which may be identical or different, is selected from C1-C8 alkyl groups, such as methyl, ethyl, propyl, butyl, pentyl, hexyl, preferably methyl or ethyl, more preferably methyl; and C6-C12 aryl groups such as phenyl, xylyl, tolyl; particularly preferably, all R1 are methyl.
According to a preferred embodiment, the polyorganosiloxane is a linear polydimethylsiloxane.
According to another preferred embodiment, the polyorganosiloxane is a linear polydimethylsiloxane in which all substituents are methyl groups or part of the methyl groups are substituted by long-chain alkyl groups and/or phenyl groups.
Component (D) of the present invention is decamethyl cyclopentasiloxane, which is contained in an amount of 70 to 95wt%, preferably 75 to 92wt%, still preferably 80 to 92wt%, based on the total weight of the silicone composition. The decamethyl cyclopentasiloxane has good volatility, can be rapidly covered on hair during the use process, reduces the greasy feel of the hair, and gives the hair fresh. The research shows that the decamethyl cyclopentasiloxane has better compatibility with other components in the range, the prepared composition has better hair care effect, and the content is too high, so that the flexibility of the composition is reduced; too low a content increases the viscosity of the composition, affecting the use effect.
The component (E) of the invention is other additives which can be vegetable extract oil such as alaglycerol, coconut oil, rose hip oil, jasmine oil and the like.
The high conditioning hair care essential oil composition of the present invention may further contain a component commonly used in cosmetics such as an anionic surfactant, a cationic surfactant, an anionic surfactant, and a cationic surfactant, within a range that does not impair the above-mentioned components. Amphoteric surfactants, nonionic surfactants, higher alcohols, hydrocarbon oils, vegetable oils, chelating agents, ultraviolet absorbers, perfumes, antioxidants, moisturizers, coolants, vitamins, plant extracts, pH adjusters, colorants, and the like. And may contain one or more of these.
