Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention are clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, but the present invention may be practiced in other ways other than those described herein, and persons skilled in the art will readily appreciate that the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
The current mode of looking up whether the mail is successfully delivered cannot trace back the mail state sent to the outside, and the mode of tracing back whether the mail is read is triggered only under the condition that a user reads, so that the collection of the mail state has a limitation.
In order to overcome the problems, the invention provides a scheme for tracing and withdrawing mails, which can improve the timeliness of the life cycle of the mails.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application discloses a mail tracing and withdrawing method, which includes:
step S1: and embedding an X-Backtrack into the head of the target mail as a mail tracing site, and generating a mail unique mark after sending the target mail and storing the mail unique mark in a sending server.
In this embodiment, the target mail header is embedded with an X-Backtrack as a mail tracing site, where the mail includes a mail header and a mail body, and the mail header is composed of a sender address, a mail sending date, a receiver address, a transcriber address, and a mail subject. And taking the current mail as the target mail, recording the complete delivery state of the target mail, and generating a mail unique mark for the target mail by the server after sending the target mail, and storing the mail unique mark in the sending server.
The content of the X-Backtrack is as follows: mail.backtracks, which are written by the sender server as site addresses of mail tracing sites. The unique mail mark consists of server hardware mark, mail text abstract value, envelope addressee and mail mark.
Referring to fig. 2, step S2: the target mail passes through a plurality of MTA sites, and the arrival notification of the target mail is triggered after each MTA site recognizes the X-Backtrack.
In this embodiment, when the target mail passes through the MTA site, the MTA site identifies the X-Backtrack, and the arrival notification of the target mail is triggered by recording the mail unique flag, sending the delivery status, and the arrival time to the mail tracing site. Where the MTA is a mail transfer agent, which is a component of the server, the MTA receives the target mail from the server, reads the address and routes it to the next server in the process of going to the final destination (i.e., user mailbox). The target mail passes through a plurality of MTA sites, each MTA site exists in a server, and each MTA site arrives, the MTA site identifies X-Backtrak and sends a site notification to a mail tracing site after the identification is successful.
Specifically, in step S2, when the target mail passes through the final MTA site, after the final MTA site recognizes the X-Backtrack, the delivery state of the mail unique mark reaching the MDA is sent to the mail tracing site, so as to trigger the arrival notification of the target mail reaching the final MTA site.
The MDA is a mail delivery agent, which receives target mail from the MTA site and delivers the target mail in a server, and can deliver a local user, a mail list, a file or a program.
It should be noted that, the MTA station is only responsible for providing SMTP services; the MDA is a service for saving the mail to a user mailbox and providing IMAP/POP protocol for the user to consult the mail. Wherein, the STMP service is a simple mail transmission protocol, which is a set of rules for transmitting target mails based on source address to destination address, and controls the transfer mode of the target mails.
In the sending process of the target mail, when the unique mail mark obtained by recording arrives at the mail tracing site, the mail tracing site receives the delivery state of the target mail. When the mail tracing site receives the target mail and reaches the final MTA site, the final delivery state of the target mail is recorded according to the unique mail flag and the mdatatus of the final delivery state sent by the MTA site as the final state value. The final delivery state is a final state reflected by the target mail after traversing a plurality of MTA sites.
Step S3: and the mail tracing site receives the arrival notification of the target mail, and updates the state of arriving at the MTA site according to the unique mail mark.
In this embodiment, the mail tracing site receives the arrival notification of the target mail, and records the update record of the target mail according to the unique mail flag of the arrival notification, otherwise, the update is not performed. When the delivery state is sent, the delivery state carries a mail unique mark, and the state that the target mail arrives at the mail tracing site is updated according to the mail unique mark. If the mail tracing site does not receive the mail unique mark in the target mail, the state is not updated.
Specifically, step S3 includes:
step S31, the target mail arrives at a final MTA site, the final MTA site delivers the arrival notification to the MDA, the MDA stores the target mail to a user mailbox, and the addressee carries out marking operation on the target mail through an IMAP protocol or a POP protocol;
step S32, the marking operation triggers MDA to recognize X-Backtrack and uploads the recorded MDA status value and the unique mail mark to the final MTA site;
step S33, the mail tracing site obtains the mark state of the target mail according to the mark type operation, and updates the target mail according to the mail unique mark, wherein the content of the updated target mail comprises: have been read, marked, deleted and withdrawn.
In this embodiment, after the target mail arrives at the mailbox, the IMAP and POP are used to perform the marking operation on the target mail, and after the MDA is triggered to identify the X-Backtrack, the value of the marking record mdatatus is uploaded to the current MTA site, and the uploaded data still includes the mail unique mark. It should be noted that, the IMAP and POP are protocols for receiving the email by the client, and the difference between them is that the email in the POP is managed by the client, while in IMAP, the email is managed by the server. The POP client actively requests own e-mail to the POP server, and the POP server sends the e-mail belonging to the client after receiving the request of the client. The IMAP client actively requests the POP server for own e-mail, and the IMAP server sends the e-mail belonging to the client after receiving the request of the client.
Step S4, a removing function of the target mail in the non-authentication state is provided, and the removing function initiates a withdrawal request operation to the target mail after the sender provides the mail address and the mail unique mark of the withdrawn recipient.
In this embodiment, the MDA provides a non-authentication state removal function for the target mail carrying the X-Backtrack. The removing function makes a withdrawal request to the target mail for the sender, and the sender is required to provide the mail address of the withdrawal recipient and the unique mail mark so as to initiate a withdrawal request operation to the target mail. It should be noted that, when the MDA performs the revoked operation on the target mail carrying the X-Backtrack, verification conditions need to be implemented to match, and when the matching is successful, the revoked record is returned and the pre-deleted mail is removed.
Specifically, step S41, judging whether the target mail includes X-Backtrack, if yes, using the target mail as a pre-deleted mail for performing the withdrawal request operation;
step S42, the sender provides a mail address and a mail unique mark of the pre-deleted mail for withdrawing the receiver, and initiates a withdrawal request operation to the pre-deleted mail;
step S43, judging whether the pre-deleted mail meets the removal condition, if so, taking the withdrawal request operation as a withdrawal record.
Specifically, the determining whether the pre-deleted mail meets the removal condition includes:
the source server verifying the withdrawal request operation is matched with the source server of the sender to be used as a first matching condition;
the mail unique mark in the target mail for verifying the withdrawal request operation is matched with the mail unique mark in the pre-deleted mail or not to be used as a second matching condition;
and if the first matching condition and the second matching condition are matched successfully at the same time, returning the withdrawn record and removing the pre-deleted mail.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. by tracing the timeliness of the mail life cycle, the e-mail sent to any destination address can be traced without the participation of a user, and the mistakenly sent e-protocol can be remotely withdrawn as long as the MTA site supports the embedded protocol, so that the application program can continue to expand the function.
2. By locating the target mail using the unique mail flag, an interruption occurs when the body is tampered with and a suspicious site or delivery phase is discovered in time.
3. The method can trace back the complete life cycle from the generation to the destruction of the whole mail, has no limit of server boundaries, and can clearly trace back the state of the target mail after the mail delivery fails.
4. The withdrawn mail needs to check whether the unique mark of the mail is consistent with the unique mark of the withdrawn mail, and the withdrawn mail is withdrawn on the sender server after the sender account is successfully identified, so that the safety and the reliability of the mail in the tracing process are improved.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the above preferred embodiments, it should be understood that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and that various changes and modifications can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
