Mail recall in the related art has limitations that cannot meet the needs of users. Based on the technical problem, the embodiment provides a mail withdrawal method, which is characterized in that a database is adopted for triggering so that a receiving end server can obtain withdrawal instruction information, then the server performs query operation and obtains a full path of a withdrawn mail, and the method of withdrawing the withdrawn mail according to the full path avoids the situation that the related technology sets buffer time on a sending end server, and the mail cannot be withdrawn after the buffer time is exceeded; the present disclosure may implement email recall without time limitation, improve efficiency, and improve user experience, specifically please refer to fig. 1, where fig. 1 is a flowchart of an email recall method provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure, and specifically includes:
s101, acquiring withdrawal instruction information according to withdrawal record information after the withdrawal record information in a withdrawal information table in the database is detected.
In order to implement the function of withdrawing a mail for a sent mail, it is necessary to provide which mail withdrawing operation is performed in the operation interface of the corresponding client, so that a "withdraw" or "forcibly withdraw" or other button is clicked on the client interface to implement the operation provided by this embodiment, the button in the client interface is not limited in this embodiment, and a user may set the button according to actual needs as long as the purpose of this embodiment is met. It is worth noting that the method and the device can achieve the withdrawing of the mails which are read, unread and at any time, improve the withdrawing efficiency and improve the user experience.
The present embodiment performs mail revocation processing based on a receiving-end server of a mail. The database is not limited in this embodiment as long as the object of the present embodiment can be achieved. The withdrawal information table comprises withdrawal record information of the mails needing to be withdrawn, and the withdrawal record information can comprise a mailbox address of a receiver, an IP address of the receiver, the subject of the mails, attachment information of the mails and the time of withdrawing the received mails. A receiving end server performs real-time detection, and obtains withdrawal instruction information according to the withdrawn record information After detecting that the withdrawn record information exists in the withdrawn information table After being updated, where the withdrawal instruction information refers to data information generated by starting a trigger added in the withdrawn information table After the withdrawn record information exists in the withdrawn information table in the database, the trigger may call a local interface so as to implement step S102, the type of the trigger is not limited in this embodiment, the trigger may be an After Insert type trigger, the embodiment does not limit the calling manner, an application may be remotely called by using a UDF (User Defined server Function) to implement mail withdrawal, the embodiment does not limit the application, the mail withdrawal may be performed based on a Servlet, and of course, other manners may be selected, as long as the object of the present embodiment can be achieved.
Further, when revocation record information in a revocation information table in the database is detected, obtaining revocation instruction information according to the revocation record information, including: when detecting that the withdrawal record information is inserted into a withdrawal information table in the database, acquiring withdrawal instruction information according to the withdrawal record information; or, when the withdrawal record information is synchronously obtained from the withdrawal information table in the database, the withdrawal instruction information is obtained according to the withdrawal record information.
The embodiment can realize the mail withdrawal under the stand-alone deployment or the hierarchical deployment. For stand-alone deployment, it can be understood that a receiving end server and a sending end server of a mail are the same server, a client inserts withdrawal record information into a withdrawal information table in a database after applying for withdrawal of the mail, when it is detected that the withdrawal record information is inserted into the withdrawal information table in the database, a trigger is started, and at this time, data information generated by starting the trigger is recorded as withdrawal instruction information. Based on the hierarchical deployment, it can be understood that after the first server serves as a sending-end server and sends the mail to the second server, namely a receiving-end server, when the mail needs to be withdrawn, the client inserts withdrawal record information into a withdrawal information table in a database of the sending-end server after applying for withdrawal of the mail; and synchronizing the withdrawal record information to databases of all nodes through a synchronization tool, starting a trigger after detecting that a withdrawal information table in the database synchronously obtains the withdrawal record information, and recording data information generated by starting the trigger as withdrawal instruction information. Therefore, the embodiment can realize the mail withdrawal under the single machine deployment and can also realize the mail withdrawal under the hierarchical deployment based on the database triggering and synchronizing mechanism, thereby improving the applicability of the mail withdrawal.
And S102, inquiring the corresponding withdrawn mails according to the withdrawn instruction information, and acquiring the full paths of the withdrawn mails.
The purpose of this step is to query the withdrawal mails corresponding to the withdrawal instruction information and obtain the full paths of the withdrawal mails. The query method is not limited in this embodiment, as long as the purpose of this embodiment is satisfied. The method may include searching a database of the receiving end server according to the flag information of each received mail in the receiving end server, where each mail has unique flag information corresponding to the flag information, and further querying whether a withdrawn mail corresponding to the flag information exists in the database, and if so, acquiring a full path of the withdrawn mail. Certainly, the directory may also be established in the database according to a certain naming rule, for example, an unread mail directory and a read mail directory are established under a recipient directory, and a withdrawn mail is searched in the directory, and a mail required to be withdrawn can be found in the unread mail directory and the read mail directory through the Shell script, and through a traversal method, other methods can also be used, as long as the full path of the withdrawn mail can be obtained. In this step, according to the withdrawal instruction information, an unread mail directory and a read mail directory may be queried, and the full paths of the withdrawn mails and the withdrawn mails may be obtained. In this case, the withdrawal operation can be simplified, and the withdrawal of the mail can be realized efficiently.
And S103, withdrawing the withdrawn mails according to the full path.
And after the full path of the withdrawn mail is acquired, deleting the withdrawn mail in the receiving client according to the full path, and realizing the mail withdrawal.
Further, after the withdrawing the mail according to the full path, the method further comprises the following steps: the withdrawal completion information of the withdrawn mail is recorded in the withdrawal report table.
After the mail is withdrawn, the log and the update status are recorded, and the withdrawal completion information is recorded in the withdrawal information table and the withdrawal report table. For example, when a mail is sent to a mailbox, b mailbox, c mailbox, d mailbox and e mailbox simultaneously; when a user needs to withdraw mails of the b mailbox, the c mailbox and the d mailbox, a withdrawal record is inserted into the withdrawal record table at the moment, and three pieces of withdrawal record information are inserted into the withdrawal information table; when the withdrawal operation is completed, the withdrawal completion information is written in the withdrawal information table and the withdrawal record table. At this time, for the stand-alone deployment, the user can know the relevant information of mail withdrawal by inquiring the withdrawal record table; for multi-level deployment, the database synchronization tool is used for synchronizing the withdrawal completion information to the database of the node where the sender is located, and the sender can know the corresponding information of data withdrawal by refreshing. Of course, the revocation completion information includes revocation success information and revocation failure information.
Therefore, by recording the withdrawal completion information in the withdrawal report table, the user can know the relevant information of the withdrawal conveniently and track the withdrawal dynamics timely.
Further, after recording the withdrawal completion information of the withdrawn mail in the withdrawal report table, the method further comprises: and sending the withdrawing mail to the sender mailbox according to the withdrawing completion information.
The withdrawal completion information includes mail withdrawal success and mail withdrawal failure, and sends "mail withdrawal success" or the like to the sending end when the mail withdrawal is successful, and sends "mail withdrawal failure" or the like to the sending end when the mail withdrawal is failed, wherein the sending end is a mailbox address of the mail sending.
Based on the technical scheme, the method is characterized in that the database is adopted for triggering so that the receiving end server can obtain the withdrawal instruction information, then the server performs query operation and obtains the full path of the withdrawn mails, and the withdrawn mails are withdrawn according to the full path, so that the situation that the buffering time is set on the sending end server in the related art and the mails cannot be withdrawn after the buffering time is exceeded is avoided; the method and the device can realize the withdrawal of the mails without time limitation, improve the efficiency and improve the user experience.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, in order to avoid malicious revocation caused by a bug, the present embodiment provides a method for revoking a mail, where a method of judging whether an obtained communication request is a legal request is adopted, and only if the obtained communication request is a legal request, writing of revocation record information in a revocation information table is allowed to trigger the revocation of the mail, please refer to fig. 2, where fig. 2 is a flowchart of another method for revoking a mail provided in the present embodiment, and the method includes:
s201, judging whether the acquired communication request is a legal request.
The purpose of this step is to avoid illegally writing revocation record information in the revocation information table, and therefore, to determine whether the communication request is a legitimate request. For single machine deployment, a client and a receiving end server are required to communicate, and revocation record information can be inserted into a revocation information table only by communicating, at this time, the receiving end server acquires a communication request of the client, data interaction can be performed only when the communication request is a legal request, the method for judging is not limited in this embodiment as long as the purpose of this embodiment is met, for example, the judging method can be verification of the legal request by means of encryption and decryption or a user IP or a user ID, and the communication request can be determined to be the legal request only when corresponding decryption matching or user IP matching or user ID matching is performed. For multi-level deployment, a sending end server and a receiving end server are required to communicate, synchronous writing of revocation record information in a revocation information table can be realized only by communication, at this time, the receiving end server obtains a communication request of the sending end server, data synchronization can be performed only when the communication request is a legal request, the method for judging is not limited in the embodiment, as long as the purpose of the embodiment is met, for example, the judging method can be used for verifying the legal request by means of encryption and decryption or a user IP or a user ID, and the communication request can be determined to be the legal request only when corresponding decryption matching or user IP matching or user ID matching is performed. The communication method is not limited in this embodiment, and may be any method as long as data information interaction between the two can be realized.
And S202, stopping.
When the communication request is judged to be an illegal request, the receiving-end server stops operating in order to avoid sending dangerous situations such as falsification or illegal withdrawal of data in the receiving-end server as much as possible.
Further, after step S202, the receiving end server sends the alert mail to the preset mailbox.
The warning mail comprises information such as IP (Internet protocol) of illegal operation and the like, and the preset mail is a sender mailbox and/or a receiver mailbox. Through the operation, technicians can conveniently know the information of illegal operation in time so as to process the information in time and ensure the information safety.
S203, allowing writing of revocation record information in the revocation information table.
When the communication request is legal, the revocation record information is allowed to be written in the revocation information table. The writing mode can be set by a user according to actual conditions.
And S204, acquiring withdrawal instruction information according to the withdrawal record information after the withdrawal record information in the withdrawal information table in the database is detected.
S205, inquiring the corresponding withdrawn mails according to the withdrawn instruction information, and acquiring the full paths of the withdrawn mails.
And S206, withdrawing the withdrawn mails according to the full path.
Based on the technical scheme, the method for judging whether the acquired communication request is a legal request is adopted, and only when the request is sent, the withdrawal record information is allowed to be written in the withdrawal information table to trigger the withdrawal of the mail, so that malicious withdrawal caused by a server at a receiving end is avoided, the safety of the withdrawal of the mail is improved, and the customer experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4, fig. 3 is a flowchart of another email revocation method provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, fig. 4 is a flowchart of an email revocation method based on servlets provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, and this embodiment is an integrated implementation manner of the above embodiment, and the purpose of implementing email revocation based on servlets includes the following steps:
s301, judging whether the acquired communication request is a legal request.
And judging whether the acquired communication request is a legal request by using a preset means, wherein the preset means can be encryption and decryption or an IP (Internet protocol) of a user or an ID (identity) of the user and the like. As long as it can determine whether the communication request is a legal request.
And S302, stopping.
S303, write of revocation record information in the revocation information table is permitted.
If the communication request is a legal request, the revocation record information can be written in the revocation information table.
And S304, acquiring withdrawal instruction information according to the withdrawal record information after the withdrawal record information in the withdrawal information table in the database is detected.
When the withdrawal record information is detected in the withdrawal information table in the database, the withdrawal instruction information, that is, information capable of withdrawing the mail, can be obtained according to the withdrawal record information.

and S307, withdrawing the withdrawn mails by using the Servlet according to the full path.
The revocation instruction information is worth data information generated by enabling a trigger added in the revocation information table to be started, and the Servlet is revoked by the mail using the trigger. The Servlet queries the withdrawal mails corresponding to the withdrawal information and acquires the full paths of the obtained mails, so that the withdrawal mails are withdrawn according to the full paths; the Servlet is a program which can inquire the corresponding withdrawn mails and acquire the full paths of the withdrawn mails so as to realize the mail withdrawal in the receiving end server. Servlets may be deployed on serveragents. Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart of a method for implementing mail revocation based on Servlet according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the method includes:
acquiring an environment parameter, where the environment parameter includes an operating parameter of the Servlet, and the operating parameter is not limited in this embodiment.
And inquiring the report withdrawing table, and acquiring a recipient and a mail ID list corresponding to the mail needing to be withdrawn in the report withdrawing table in the server. The purpose of this step is to get to view the revocation record information in the revocation report table. The service, i.e. the receiving end server, can understand that the revocation information table also includes the recipient information and the mail ID list.
A determination is made whether a list in the revocation report table is empty.
If the list is empty, then it is certified that there are no mail items that need to be revoked.
And if the list is not empty, executing the operation of traversing the list and reading the next record in the list. The purpose of this step is to traverse the list in order to get valid recorded information.
It is determined whether the next record is empty.
And if the next record is empty, sleeping for a preset time, and performing the operation of querying the revocation report table again after the preset time. The preset time may be set to 60 seconds, or may be other times, and this embodiment is not limited.
If the next record is not empty, the recipient directory is searched for mail with the same ID as the withdrawn mail. The purpose of this step is to query for the corresponding withdrawal mails, but of course, other query manners may be used as long as the purpose of the present disclosure can be achieved. The directories can be established according to certain rules under the recipient directory, for example, an unread mail directory and a read mail directory are established according to the mail reading condition, and a corresponding directory is established according to the month or date according to the mail receiving time.
It is determined whether a withdrawn mail is found.
If the withdrawn mails are found, the withdrawn mails are deleted, at the moment, the withdrawing operation of the withdrawn mails is successful, the record is updated from the withdrawing information table, namely, the record in the withdrawing information table is deleted, the record in the withdrawing report table is deleted, the database of the receiving end server is updated, and further, the database of the sending end server is updated, so that a sending end user can synchronously acquire the withdrawing conditions of the mails. And when finding the withdrawn mails, obtaining the full path information of the withdrawn mails, and deleting the mails according to the full path information. At this time, the mail can be deleted no matter whether the withdrawn mail is read or unread, and the mail deleting operation can be realized as long as the receiver does not delete the mail.
And if the withdrawn mails are not found, judging whether the mail inquiry time exceeds the preset inquiry time. And if the preset query time is exceeded, updating the record in the revocation information table, further updating the database, continuously executing traversal of the list, and taking the next record in the list. And if the preset query time is not exceeded, continuously executing the operation of traversing the list and taking the next record in the list. The preset query time is not limited any more in this embodiment, and the user can set the preset query time according to the actual situation as long as the purpose of this embodiment is met.
Based on the technical scheme, the method realizes the mail withdrawal based on the Servlet, obtains the withdrawn mail by querying the Servlet, and realizes the mail withdrawal according to the whole path of the withdrawn mail.
