the information interaction module comprises an identification unit, a service confirmation unit, a mobile phone number verification unit, an electronic signature unit and a voice video unit, wherein the identification unit comprises face identification, identity card identification, code scanning identification and card swiping identification; the service confirmation unit transmits service information to be confirmed to the out-of-cabinet interaction terminal through the PC terminal to be displayed to the client, and the out-of-cabinet interaction terminal returns a result to the PC terminal after the client confirms the information;
the system setting module comprises an equipment state query unit, an audio/video local query unit, a volume setting unit and a version upgrading unit.

The out-of-cabinet interaction system of claim 5 wherein: the voice video unit controls the start and end of the audio and video through the PC end, and initiates the start and end commands of the audio and video to the external interaction terminal; after the out-cabinet interactive terminal completes the audio recording and video recording functions, storing the video file in the local; the PC end inquires the audio and video files through file names and downloads and views the audio and video files; in the recording process, the out-cabinet interactive terminal transmits the audio stream to the electric power information voice quality inspection platform in real time, performs voice analysis in real time, synchronously transmits the analysis result to the PC end, and the PC end displays the analysis result on a computer screen in real time.
