According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, identity card information, a face image, a password and a payment two-dimensional code of a user are transmitted to a controller through an information acquisition device, the identity card information and the face image are received through the controller, the face image is verified based on the identity card information, a certificate image is obtained when verification is successful, password input prompt information is generated, the password input by the user is received, payment prompt information is generated, the payment two-dimensional code is obtained and received, the bank type of a user option is obtained through the controller, the bank type is transmitted to a multi-card-box card-transmitting module, an initial card corresponding to the bank type is called through the multi-card-box card-transmitting module according to the bank type transmitted by the controller, the called initial card is transmitted to a social security card reading and writing device, the user information transmitted by the controller is received through the social security card reading and writing device, writing user information into the initial card, transmitting the initial card with the user information written into to the certificate card printing module, receiving the user card information sent by the controller through the certificate card printing module, printing the user card information on the initial card to generate a finished card, and outputting the finished card based on a card-issuing opening on the terminal body, so that the problem of complex operation in the process of transacting the social security card is solved, and the efficiency of transacting the social security card of a user is improved.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, optionally, the method further includes: a finished product card receiving instruction is further acquired based on the controller, and after the face image is verified based on the identity card information, the identity card information is sent to the finished product card base module, wherein the finished product card base module stores a pre-finished cost card; and matching the corresponding finished product card based on the finished product card library module according to the identity card information, and outputting the matched finished product card based on a card issuing port on the terminal body.
Illustratively, when detecting that a user selects to transact a finished card to receive a service on a service program transaction interface, selecting a corresponding transaction service on the service program transaction interface, such as a personal card, an agent card, and the like.
And when the finished card getting service transacted by the user is detected to be the personal card getting, entering a personal card getting interface, placing the personal card of the user in an identity card reading area according to the prompt information to obtain identity card information, and when the finished card getting service transacted by the user is detected to be the proxy card getting, entering an identity card number input interface to obtain the identity card information.
The method comprises the steps of entering a card query interface based on acquired identity card information, entering a face verification interface after a card to be received is detected to exist, taking a card leader photo if the card to be received is a proxy card to enable a user to acquire the social security card through a card issuing port, comparing the taken face photo with a certificate photo in the card to be received if the card to be received is the proxy card to be received, prompting that the comparison is failed when the comparison is detected, requiring a manager to enter a manager password input interface to perform card receiving operation, and entering a card taking interface when the comparison is successful to enable the user to acquire the social security card through the card issuing port.
Optionally, the method further includes: based on the controller receives the generation-change same-number exception handling instruction under the operation authority of the administrator, the acquired identity card information and the face information are compared, and when the comparison is successful, the old card input through the card inlet is transmitted to the old card recycling module for recycling.
Illustratively, when detecting that a user selects an old card recycling and re-transacting service on a social security card service transaction interface, entering a teller number input interface to prompt input of a teller number, entering a prompt fingerprint authentication message interface after detecting that the input of the teller number is finished, entering an administrator service interface when detecting that the teller number and the fingerprint information meet a preset relationship, selecting an abnormality processing option of a same generation number in the interface, entering an old card recycling and re-transacting mode, finishing comparison of user identity card information and a face image according to interface prompt information, entering an old card recycling mode after detecting that the comparison is successful, entering an original password input interface after detecting that a card is input into a self-service terminal, entering a social security card information display interface after detecting that a password is input correctly so as to facilitate the user to check personal information, and selecting a re-transacting option on the social security card information display interface, entering a card re-registering mode, inputting a teller number and fingerprint authentication according to interface prompt information, entering a card making interface, prompting that the card is being made through the interface, and popping up a dialog box to provide whether a user activates the social security card, and completing card making according to user selection.
Optionally, the method further includes: the method comprises the steps that a financial activation instruction is received on the basis of a controller, identity card information and a face image of a user are obtained, when verification based on the identity card information and the face image is successful, insertion of a social security card and input of a password are prompted, and when the password verification is successful, financial activation is conducted on the inserted social security card.
Illustratively, when detecting that a user selects a banking transaction option on a social security card transaction interface, entering a financial transaction selection interface, selecting a financial account activation option in the detected financial transaction selection interface, finishing comparison between user identity card information and a face image according to interface prompt to ensure personal operation, entering an original password input interface after detecting that the social security card is input to a self-service terminal according to interface prompt operation, entering a new password input interface when detecting that the original password is correctly input, entering a new password re-input interface when detecting that the new password is input, and performing financial activation on an inserted social security card after detecting that input data of the new password re-input interface is completely consistent with input data of the new password input interface.

Claims (10)
1. A self-service terminal machine is characterized by comprising a terminal machine main body, at least one information acquisition device arranged on the terminal machine main body, a controller arranged in the terminal machine main body, a social security card reading and writing card device, a card printing module and a multi-card-box card sending module; wherein,
the at least one information acquisition device is respectively electrically connected with the controller, and is used for acquiring the identity card information, the face image, the password and the payment two-dimensional code of the user and sending the identity card information, the face image, the password and the payment two-dimensional code to the controller;
the controller is used for receiving the identity card information and the face image, verifying the face image based on the identity card information, acquiring a certificate image when verification is successful, generating password input prompt information, receiving a password input by a user, generating payment prompt information and acquiring and receiving the payment two-dimensional code;
the controller is electrically connected with the multi-card-box card sending module, and is also used for acquiring the bank type of the user option and sending the bank type to the multi-card-box card sending module;
the multi-card-box card sending module is connected with the social security card reading and writing device and used for storing initial cards of all banks, calling the initial cards corresponding to the bank types according to the bank types sent by the controller and transmitting the called initial cards to the social security card reading and writing device;
the social security card reading and writing device is respectively connected with the controller and the card printing module, receives user information sent by the controller, writes the user information into the initial card, and transmits the initial card with the user information written into to the card printing module;
the certificate card printing module is electrically connected with the controller, receives user card information sent by the controller, prints the user card information on the initial card to generate a finished card, and outputs the finished card based on a card sending port on the terminal body.
2. The self-service terminal of claim 1, wherein the information collection device comprises: the device comprises an identity card reading module, a digital password keyboard, a camera, a two-dimensional code scanning module and a touch screen.
3. The self-service terminal machine of claim 2, wherein the controller is specifically configured to, after the face image is successfully verified based on the identification card information, acquire a face image within a shooting range through a camera, recognize a face contour of the face image, perform face segmentation on the face image based on the face contour, set a certificate background for a face region obtained by the segmentation, and form a certificate image.
4. The self-service terminal of claim 1, further comprising a product card library module for storing pre-finished product cards;
the controller is further used for acquiring a finished product card receiving instruction through the touch screen, and after the face image is verified based on the identity card information, sending the identity card information to the finished product card library module;
and the finished product card library module is matched with the corresponding finished product card based on the identity card information, and outputs the matched finished product card based on a card issuing port on the terminal body.
5. The self-service kiosk of claim 1 further comprising a used card recovery module;
the controller is also used for receiving an updating and identity number exception handling instruction under the operation authority of an administrator, comparing the acquired identity card information with the face information, and transmitting the old card input through the card inlet to the old card recovery module for recovery when the comparison is successful.
6. A social security card self-service processing method is applied to a self-service terminal and comprises the following steps:
acquiring identity card information, a face image, a password and a payment two-dimensional code of a user based on information acquisition equipment;
verifying the face image according to the identity card information based on a controller, acquiring a certificate image when the verification is successful, generating password input prompt information, receiving a password input by a user, generating payment prompt information, and acquiring and receiving the payment two-dimensional code;
sending the bank type for acquiring the user option to a multi-card-box card sending module based on the controller;
calling an initial card corresponding to the bank type based on the multi-card-box card issuing module, and transmitting the called initial card to a social security card reading and writing device;
receiving user information sent by the controller based on the social security card reading and writing device, writing the user information into the initial card, and transmitting the initial card with the user information written in to a certificate card printing module;
and receiving the user card information sent by the controller based on the certificate card printing module, printing the user card information on the initial card to generate a finished card, and outputting the finished card based on a card sending port on the terminal body.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the capturing the document image comprises:
the method comprises the steps of acquiring a face image in a shooting range based on the controller, identifying a face contour of the face image, carrying out face segmentation on the face image based on the face contour, and setting a certificate background for a face region obtained by segmentation to form a certificate image.
8. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
a finished product card receiving instruction is further acquired based on the controller, and after the face image is verified based on the identity card information, the identity card information is sent to a finished product card base module, wherein the finished product card base module stores a pre-finished cost card;
and matching the corresponding finished product card based on the finished product card library module according to the identity card information, and outputting the matched finished product card based on a card issuing port on the terminal body.
9. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
based on the controller receives the generation-change same-number exception handling instruction under the operation authority of the administrator, the acquired identity card information and the face information are compared, and when the comparison is successful, the old card input through the card inlet is transmitted to the old card recycling module to be recycled.
10. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a financial activation instruction is received on the basis of a controller, identity card information and a face image of a user are obtained, when verification based on the identity card information and the face image is successful, insertion of a social security card and input of a password are prompted, and when the password verification is successful, financial activation is conducted on the inserted social security card.
