Abstract
本发明涉及清洗制剂技术领域,尤其是一种用于果蔬、餐具除菌去污除农残的食品级喷雾洗洁剂及其制备工艺,包括如下组分:水、柠檬酸、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、柠檬酸钠、氢氧化钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基糖苷、非离子表面活性剂、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚‑异构醇醚、α‑烯基磺酸钠、二甲苯磺酸、乙醇、金属螯合剂、氧化胺、异噻唑啉酮、壳寡糖,其不仅安全无毒,而且在去除农药残留方面效果突出,具有良好的护肤性和环保性,可同时满足餐饮具污渍、果蔬清洗及奶瓶清洗,在保证清洗效果的同时,洗涤功能更为完善。

技术领域
本发明涉及清洗制剂技术领域,尤其是一种用于果蔬、餐具、以及婴儿奶瓶等用品的除菌、去污、除农残的泡沫形态的食品级洗洁剂及其制备工艺。
背景技术
日用化学洗涤剂正在逐步地成为当今社会人们离不开的生活必需品。化学洗涤剂的洗污能力主要来自表面活性剂。因为表面活性剂有可以降低表面张力的作用,可以渗入到连水都无法渗人的纤维空隙中,把藏在纤维空隙中的污垢挤出来。由于它造价低,洗涤性能良好,所以一经发现,很快被人们所接受。
目前,日常生活中,人们经常需要对餐饮具污渍、果蔬及奶瓶进行清洗,随着生活水平的提高和对健康认识的加深,人们越来越多地认识到农产品上的农药残留对人体的危害以及食品清洗剂本身的残留危害,因此对果蔬净之类产品的安全性和去除农药残留的要求也越来越高。而婴幼儿在使用奶瓶后,容易使油脂和污渍残留在奶瓶上,易产生细菌,影响婴幼儿的健康。
CN103710174A公开了一种洗涤剂。该洗涤剂是由以下组份组成:氢氟酸、磷酸钠、乙醇、丙三醇、精制水。这一技术的应用制作过程简单,洗涤效果佳,能够满足人们更多方面的需求。上述专利可以对衣物进行洗涤、消毒和防菌,功能单一,并且主要原料为具有高毒性氢氟酸和含磷元素的磷酸钠,使用排放后,易污染水源形成公害。
CN106350266A公开了一种多功能杀菌洗洁剂,属一种日用化工洗涤剂,它主要由脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫醋钠、十二烷基二乙酰胺、十二烷基磺酸、辛己酚聚氧乙烯醚、聚乙烯吡咯酮碘和水组成。上述专利将消毒、灭菌与洗涤的功能一次完成,可杀死所有细菌、真菌,是对甲肝、乙肝病毒特别有效的消毒剂,适合于家庭、宾馆、饮食服务业的餐具、器具的消毒、去污,并可解除医生手术前用肥皂洗刷手、酒精浸泡的痛苦。但是是否适合果蔬及奶瓶清洗尚未可知。
综上所述,现在市场上的洗涤剂虽然种类繁多,但去除农药残留效果并不是很好,不能在很短的时间内将农药残留完全去除;由于农产品经过洗涤剂清洗后直接入口食用,关乎人体健康,因此对洗涤剂的安全性、时效性、功能性要求很高,而且现有的洗洁剂为增强去污性能添加的化学去污去油成分较多,长期使用对手部皮肤具有一定的损害;常见的洗涤剂功能单一,通常餐具洗洁精为可接触食品b类,果蔬洗液为A类,不能同时满足餐饮具污渍、果蔬清洗及奶瓶清洗,具有一定的使用局限性。并且冲洗时用水量较大,洗洁剂不容易清洗干净,浪费水资源。因此,如何获得洗碗,洗菜,洗水果,婴儿用具等高效去除油污、农残,除菌的聚合洗涤产品,能够实现快速、彻底、安全的对油污、农残及细菌进行清除且不伤手、节约用水量,成为了洗洁剂领域技术人员亟待解决的一个难题。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的不足,提供了一种用于果蔬、餐具除菌去污除农残的食品级喷雾洗洁剂及其制备工艺,其PH值为中性,刺激性低,不伤手,无清洗残留,使用效果佳,气味芳香怡人,不仅安全无毒,而且在去除农药残留方面效果突出,具有良好的护肤性和环保性,生物降解速度更快、更容易、更彻底,可有效快捷地帮助妈妈们清洗奶瓶内的油脂和污渍,且能够清除奶瓶内的细菌,抑制细菌滋生,延长奶瓶、奶嘴寿命,也可去除食品、餐饮具以及接触食品的工具和设备、容器和食品包装材料上的油渍、污渍,其同时满足餐饮具污渍、果蔬清洗及奶瓶清洗,在保证清洗效果的同时,洗涤功能更为完善。

(1)、二甲苯磺酸添加氢氧化钠中和为碱性,添加过量乙醇水溶液(95.0%)反应沉淀,过滤取滤液于80-85℃烘干至呈固态备用;
(2)、添加去离子水、氢氧化钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠中和至7.0-8.0;
(3)、添加月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、烷基糖苷、非离子表面活性剂、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚-异构醇醚、α-烯基磺酸钠、二甲苯磺酸制备物、氧化胺、柠檬酸钠、金属螯合剂、异噻唑啉酮、壳寡糖,混合均匀,用柠檬酸调节直测的pH值为7.0-9.0,得到用于果蔬、餐具除菌去污除农残的食品级喷雾洗洁剂。
本发明一种用于果蔬、餐具除菌去污除农残的食品级喷雾洗洁剂及其制备工艺的有益效果是,本发明中添加了壳寡糖,壳寡糖分子中的游离氨基质子化,质子化按能与细茵带正电的细胞膜作用,干扰细茵细胞膜功能,造成细茵体内细胞质流失,对真茵和微生物的生长有抑制作用,所以对餐具表面上的真茵和微生物有很好的抑制作用,从而提高了防霉、抑菌效果;又因壳寡糖可调节人体肠道微生态,改善肠道组织形态,增强人体免疫功能,对人体无毒害且有利于健康。正常壳聚糖不溶于水,通过技术开发,将壳聚糖变性后形成壳聚糖衍生物添加了溶于水并增强了原有的抑菌作用和除菌作用,还有可以保护和滋养皮肤。
烷基糖苷表面张力低、无浊点、HLB值可调、湿润力强、去污力强、泡沫丰富细腻、配伍性强、无毒、无害、对皮肤无刺激,生物降解迅速彻底,可与任何类型表面活性剂复配,协同效应明显。具有较强的广谱抗菌活性,增稠效果显著、易于稀释、无凝胶现象,使用方便,而且耐强碱、耐强酸、耐硬水、抗盐性强。
异构醇聚氧乙烯醚-异构醇醚的作用:润湿、去污、乳化,在厨房用具表面上形成抗菌膜,阻止细菌及微生物吸附厨房用具表面,同时能有效去除、分散和悬浮污垢,并能阻止污垢的再沉积,从而有效延长了防霉时间;与壳寡糖及软化水同时作用,能进一步强化了其防霉、杀菌效果。
柠檬酸钠易溶于水,可替代三聚磷酸钠作为无毒洗涤剂的助剂,使本发明更加环保。柠檬酸,作为pH调节剂,使产品更加温和、无刺激,且气味自然清香,能带给使用者清新愉悦的心情。
二甲苯磺酸、乙醇、水,配伍后可析出得到二甲苯磺酸钠,可以有效的起到稳泡、控泡效用;添加月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、α-烯基磺酸钠配伍后效用互补,可以增强抗硬水的作用;添加十二烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基糖苷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚-异构醇醚、氧化胺配伍后,可极大的增强去污能力;添加乙二胺四乙酸二钠配伍,将多余的金属离子进行螯合反应,防止料体变色;添加异噻唑啉酮,与料体相融不起反应,起防腐功效。
对餐具污渍、果蔬及奶瓶的清洗效果,残留率:
①依据GB/T 9985执行标准检测,对餐饮具污渍去污力>标准餐具洗涤剂;对奶瓶内的油渍污渍能做到有效清洁;
②依据GB/T 24691执行标准检测,对果蔬的农药残留去除对数值>3.0;
③经GB 14934-1994标准检测,使用本洗涤剂清洗后,餐饮具、果蔬、奶瓶表面的洗涤剂残留量<0.1mg/cm2。
本发明将传统的洗洁剂由液态升级为喷雾泡沫状态,洗涤剂通过大量泡泡形态附着于待清洗的瓜果、蔬菜、餐具、奶瓶的表面,与传统业态洗洁精相比由于泡泡的比表面积较大,能够与待清洗物品表面接触面更多,可在短时间内去除待清洗物品表面的油污、农残,并且泡泡持续时间更长,且无需手动擦洗即可实现高效、快速的清洁目的。通常餐具洗洁精为可接触食品b类,果蔬洗液为A类,二合一后的喷雾洗洁剂为可接触食品A类。去农残率可达到99.9%,生物除菌率(或抑菌率99.9)可达到99.9%。

(2)、添加去离子水、氢氧化钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠中和至7.0;
(3)、添加月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、烷基糖苷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚-异构醇醚、α-烯基磺酸钠、二甲苯磺酸制备物、氧化胺、柠檬酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、异噻唑啉酮、壳寡糖,混合均匀,用柠檬酸调节直测的pH值为7.0,得到用于果蔬、餐具除菌去污除农残的食品级喷雾洗洁剂。

本申请制备的用于果蔬、餐具除菌去污除农残的食品级喷雾洗洁剂,1、符合食品洗涤剂A类标准;2、有效去除农残,去除比值≥4;3、活性物≥15%,同时符合手洗餐具用洗涤剂(GB/T 9985)和果蔬清洗剂(GB/T 24691)活性物指标;4、泡沫度低,易冲洗;5、清洁力符合标准餐具洗涤剂去污力,有效去除果腊;6、碱性无残留,安全放心使用;7、多重无添加:无荧光增白剂,氧漂剂,乙二醇,三氯卡班,色素,磷,香精,重金属,漂白剂,EDTA等。
本申请已做以下检测,佐证本申请的上述优点:1、产品的无残留:检测依据T/GDAQI 026-2020洗涤用品碱性残留的测定;2、农残去除:检测依据GB/T24691-2022果蔬清洗剂附录A;3、符合食品级洗涤剂A类标准:检测依据GB14930.1-2022《食品安全国家标准洗涤剂》;4、活性物:检测依据GB/T 13173-2021表面活性剂洗涤剂试验方法第7章方法;5、清洁力(去污力):检测依据GB/T 9985-2022手洗餐具用洗涤剂附录A;6、泡沫度:检测依据GB/T13173-2021表面活性剂洗涤剂试验方法第11章方法;7、荧光增白剂:检测依据GB/T30798-2014食品用洗涤剂试验方法荧光增白剂的测定。
