Description

Natural full-biodegradation polyethylene mulching film and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of polyethylene mulching films, in particular to a natural full-biodegradable polyethylene mulching film and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Mulching film is a product used in plastic cultivation in a manner similar to a mulch to inhibit weeds and save water in crop production and landscaping, and some plastic mulches may also act as a barrier, leaving methyl bromide (a powerful fumigant and ozone depleting agent) in the soil and the crop growing through gaps or holes in the thin plastic cloth.
At present, most of the common degradable agricultural mulch films on the market are mulch films prepared by modifying polyethylene, the degradation is generally achieved by disintegrating into tiny plastic fragments in soil, the plastic fragments are difficult to degrade completely in the soil, certain pollution is still caused to the soil environment, the fully biodegradable agricultural mulch films are developed at home and abroad, most of the common degradable agricultural mulch films are synthesized degradable polymer materials such as polycaprolactone and polylactic acid, and the fully biodegradable agricultural mulch films on the market mainly take polylactic acid and poly adipic acid/butylene terephthalate as raw materials, the development and utilization of natural polymer materials with rich yield are still to be improved, the natural polymer materials have rich yield and strong regeneration capability, and the plastic films have important significance for reducing the utilization of nonrenewable petrochemical materials; meanwhile, the natural polymer material can reduce the damage of petrochemical materials to soil, and has great significance for protecting and repairing soil environment.
