具有仅一个副轴的混合动力变速器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种混合动力变速器、一种具有这样的混合动力变速器的机动车动力传动系、一种具有这样的机动车动力传动系的机动车以及一种用于运行这样的机动车动力传动系的方法。
背景技术
车辆越来越多地配备有混合动力驱动,亦即配备有至少两个不同的驱动源。混合动力驱动可有助于减少燃油消耗和有害物质排放。具有一个内燃机和一个或多个电动机作为并联式混合动力或作为混联式混合动力的动力传动系已被广泛接受。这样的混合动力驱动具有在力流中内燃机与电驱动装置基本上并行的布置结构。在这种情况下,既可实现驱动力矩的叠加又可实现纯内燃机驱动或纯电动机驱动的驱控。因为电驱动装置与内燃机的驱动力矩可根据驱控的情况相加,所以内燃机和/或其暂时的停用可设计得相对更小。因此,可在没有显著的功率损耗或者说舒适性受损的情况下实现二氧化碳排放的显著的减少。因此,电驱动装置的可行性和优点可与内燃机的行程距离优点、功率优点以及成本优点相结合。
上述混合动力驱动的缺点在于普遍更复杂的构造,因为两个驱动源优选地仅通过一个变速器将驱动功率传递到驱动轴上。因此,这样的变速器通常是复杂的并且生产成本高。混合动力变速器构造中的复杂性的降低通常伴随着可变性的损失。
通过专用混合动力变速器或“混合动力专用变速器”(DHT)可至少部分地克服所述缺点,其中电机集成到所述变速器中,以便形成全部的功能范围。例如尤其地,可在所述变速器中简化机械的变速器部分,例如通过取消倒档,取而代之的是使用至少一个电机。
专用混合动力变速器可从已知的变速器概念中得知,也就是说从双离合器变速器、变换器-行星齿轮变速器、无级变速器(CVT)或自动换挡变速器。在此,所述电机变成所述变速器的一部分。
发明内容
在这种背景下,技术人员面临的任务是提供一种具有简单的机械构造的混合动力变速器。尤其要提供一种混合动力变速器,利用所述混合动力变速器可电动地起动。另外,优选地要实现用于前部横向或后部横向布置结构的动力传动系配置。
所述任务通过一种用于机动车的机动车动力传动系的混合动力变速器解决,该混合动力变速器具有:
用于将所述机动车的混合动力变速器与内燃机作用连接的第一变速器输入轴;
用于将所述机动车的混合动力变速器与第一驱动电机作用连接的第二变速器输入轴;
第一中间轴;
第二中间轴;
与第二变速器输入轴、第一中间轴以及第二中间轴连接的行星齿轮组;
与所述混合动力变速器的从动端驱动作用地连接的副轴;

本发明的优选的设计方案在从属权利要求中进行了描述。要理解的是,在不超出本发明的范围的情况下,上面所提及的以及下面还要阐释的特征不仅能以所述相应给出的组合使用而且能以另外的组合或单独使用。尤其地,可根据从属权利要求中对所述混合动力变速器进行描述的设计方案实施所述机动车动力传动系、所述机动车以及所述方法。
通过用于将所述混合动力变速器与内燃机作用连接的第一变速器输入轴以及用于将所述混合动力变速器与驱动电机作用连接的第二变速器输入轴,可在技术上简单地实现紧凑的混合动力变速器。作用连接既能可切换地实施又能不可切换地实施。第一中间轴和第二中间轴能使得混合动力变速器高度可变,所述混合动力变速器仅通过一个唯一的副轴在结构尺寸紧凑的情况下实现大的功能范围。尤其地,可获得通过其可设立最多三个内燃机档位级以及最多两个纯电动档位级的混合动力变速器。与第二变速器输入轴、第一中间轴以及第二中间轴连接的行星齿轮组既能实现设立至少两个纯电动档位级又能实现设立电动力学的叠加状态。由于第一中间轴能与第一变速器输入轴连接(尤其是可分离地连接),所以可利用所述混合动力变速器建立高效的纯电动的行驶运行。通过至少一个(优选是两个)正齿轮配对的活动齿轮与固定齿轮的可交换性可获得关于结构空间需求而言灵活的混合动力变速器,尤其可获得其中能有利地利用执行器实现的切换元件的混合动力变速器。
在一个有利的设计方案中,正齿轮配对中设置在第一变速器输入轴上的齿轮构造用于与第二驱动电机连接。优选地,借助于牵引机构传动装置或齿轮链将第二驱动电机与上述齿轮驱动连接。通过齿轮链可高效地实现第二驱动电机的连接。可放弃在第一变速器输入轴上的附加的齿轮用于连接第二驱动电机。要理解的是,也可利用在第一变速器输入轴上附加的连接齿轮来连接第一驱动电机,在这种情况下在连接有第二驱动电机的情况下可从更宽的范围中选择传动比。特别优选地,第二驱动电机与第一变速器输入轴轴线平行地设置。
在另一有利的设计方案中,第一正齿轮配对包括两个固定齿轮并且将第二中间轴驱动作用地与所述副轴连接。由此,可在第二中间轴与所述副轴之间建立高效的并且损失少的连接。
在另一有利的设计方案中,第一变速器输入轴、第二变速器输入轴、第一中间轴以及第二中间轴相对于彼此同轴地设置。补充地或替代地,第一变速器输入轴和第一中间轴构造为实心轴。另外补充地或替代地,第二变速器输入轴和第二中间轴构造为空心轴。补充地或替代地,第二中间轴至少局部地包围第一中间轴。最后,另外补充地或替代地,第二变速器输入轴至少局部地包围第二中间轴。通过同轴地布置并且至少部分地包围上述变速器轴中的几个变速器轴,可获得高度紧凑的混合动力变速器。
在另一有利的设计方案中,混合动力变速器包括恰好三个形成档位的正齿轮配对和一个行星齿轮组,用于形成三个内燃机档位级、两个电动档位级以及一个电动力学的叠加状态。由此,可利用少数的齿轮啮合实现紧凑的混合动力变速器,所述混合动力变速器具有大的功能范围并且在技术上易于控制。
在另一有利的设计方案中,混合动力变速器具有内燃机离合器以将第一变速器输入轴可分离地驱动作用地与内燃机连接。要理解的是,所述内燃机离合器可构造为爪式切换元件或构造为摩擦切换元件。所述内燃机可通过内燃机离合器与混合动力变速器脱耦并且这样借助于所述混合动力变速器建立高效的纯电动的行驶模式。摩擦离合器另外实现所述内燃机的所谓的飞轮启动并且可用作为用于所述内燃机的起动元件。通过内燃机离合器可提高所述混合动力变速器的可变性和效率。内燃机离合器还可出于功能安全技术上的原因应用于混合动力变速器中。
在另一有利的设计方案中,构造成没有切换元件所述幅轴。由此,可快速地并且成本上有效益地制造所述副轴。
在另一有利的设计方案中,第一中间轴与所述行星齿轮组的齿圈驱动作用地连接,第二中间轴与所述行星齿轮组的行星齿轮架驱动作用地连接并且第二变速器输入轴与所述行星齿轮组的太阳轮驱动作用地连接。替代地,第一中间轴与所述行星齿轮组的太阳轮驱动作用地连接,第二中间轴与所述行星齿轮组的行星齿轮架驱动作用地连接并且第二变速器输入轴与所述行星齿轮组的齿圈驱动作用地连接。通过在行星齿轮组上的这两个上述公开的替代的连接,可实现关于所述电动力学的叠加状态以及所述两个电动档位级的传动比而言高的灵活性。可实现能高度可变地适配于不同应用领域的变速器组件。
在另一有利的设计方案中,第一切换元件构造用于将第二中间轴驱动作用地与第一变速器输入轴连接。补充地或替代地,第二切换元件构造用于借助于第二正齿轮配对将第一变速器输入轴驱动作用地与所述副轴连接。另外补充地或替代地,第三切换元件构造用于借助于第三正齿轮配对将第一变速器输入轴驱动作用地与所述副轴连接。另外补充地或替代地,第四切换元件构造用于将第一中间轴驱动作用地与第一变速器输入轴连接。另外补充地或替代地,第五切换元件构造用于固定所述行星齿轮组的一个元件。补充地或替代地,第六切换元件构造用于锁定所述行星齿轮组。最后另外补充地或替代地,第七切换元件优选地构造用于借助于第一正齿轮配对将第二中间轴驱动作用地与所述副轴连接。通过所述切换元件的所述有利的设置,可利用所述混合动力变速器部分地在多个变体中设立最多三个内燃机档位级。另外,可设立两个电动档位级以及一个电动力学的叠加状态。优选地,每个档位级以及所述电动力学的叠加状态可通过置入一个唯一的切换元件来设立,其中,通过置入另一切换元件可设立内燃机档位级的一个变体。
在另一有利的设计方案中,所述切换元件构造为形状锁合式的切换元件。补充地或替代地,所述切换元件中的至少两个切换元件(优选是所有切换元件)构造为双切换元件并且可由双作用执行器操纵。形状锁合式的切换元件实现高效的并且成本上有利的混合动力变速器。所述混合动力变速器的技术上的构造和运行可通过双切换元件得到进一步简化。尤其地,一个双切换元件可借助于一个唯一的执行器切换。
在另一有利的设计方案中,所述机动车动力传动系包括第二驱动电机,所述第二驱动电机与第一变速器输入轴连接并且优选地轴线平行于第一变速器输入轴设置。通过第二驱动电机可拓宽所述混合动力变速器的功能范围。尤其地,能从纯电动的行驶中启动内燃机并且能实现车载电网的供电(Bordnetzversorgung)。还可通过第二驱动电机实现既向前又向后的连续的蠕行和/或行驶。特别优选地,在耦合以及切换的情况下,第二驱动电机可在转速调节中支持所述内燃机。
在另一有利的设计方案中,第一驱动电机构造为同轴机(Koaxialmaschine)。补充地,为了置入所述档位级,所述行星齿轮组和/或所述切换元件中的两个切换元件至少局部地在轴向上和/或在径向上设置在第一驱动电机之内。由此,所述动力传动系在轴向上的紧凑性得到进一步的改进。尤其地,可获得在结构空间上高效的动力传动系。同轴机使得第一驱动电机能直接连接到第二变速器输入轴上,使得可放弃另外的用于连接第一驱动电机的连接机构(例如齿轮或牵引机构传动装置)。可以获得高效的并且在重量上优化的动力传动系。
尤其地,行星齿轮组的一个元件的固定应理解为阻止所述元件绕其旋转轴旋转。在此优选地,所述元件借助于切换元件无相对转动地与静止的构件(例如框架和/或变速器壳体)连接。也可设想的是,制动所述元件直至静止状态。
行星齿轮组的锁定包括两个齿轮和/或行星齿轮架与该行星齿轮组中的一个齿轮的驱动作用的连接,使得其一起以相同的转数绕同一点(优选是所述行星齿轮组的中点)旋转。在两个齿轮和/或行星齿轮架与该行星齿轮组中的一个齿轮锁定的情况下,所述行星齿轮组优选地像轴那样作用,尤其是在该行星齿轮组中不发生传动比转换。
尤其地,“驱动作用地连接”在上下文中应理解为两个构件之间的不可切换的连接,其设置用于永久地传递转速、扭矩和/或驱动功率。在此,所述连接可直接进行或可通过固定传动比进行。所述连接例如可通过固定的轴、齿部(尤其是正齿轮齿部)和/或缠绕机构(尤其是牵引机构传动装置)进行。
尤其地,“可驱动作用地连接”、“可被驱动作用地连接”或“构造用于驱动作用地连接”在上下文中应理解为两个构件之间的可切换的连接,其在闭合状态下设置用于暂时地传递转速、扭矩和/或驱动功率。优选地,所述可切换的连接在断开的状态下暂时地基本上不传递转速、扭矩和/或驱动功率。
尤其地,静止充电或者说空档充电应理解为所述驱动电机作为发电机运行(优选是在内燃机运转的停车状态的情况下),以对能量存储器充电和/或对车载电器供电。
当前,执行器尤其是将电信号转化为机械运动的构件。优选地,与双切换元件一起使用的执行器在两个相反的方向上实施运动,以便在第一方向上切换所述双切换元件的一个切换元件并且在第二方向上切换另一切换元件。
尤其地,通过断开一个切换元件和/或离合器并且同时闭合下一个更高或更低的档位级的切换元件和/或离合器实现档位级的变换。第二切换元件和/或第二离合器逐步承担第一切换元件和/或第一离合器的扭矩,直到在所述档位变换结束时所有扭矩由第二切换元件和/或第二离合器承担。在上述同步中,档位变换可更快速地进行,在此优选地可应用形状锁合式的切换元件。
尤其地,内燃机可以是每一种可通过燃烧驱动剂(例如汽油、柴油、煤油、乙醇、液化石油气、汽车燃气等)产生旋转运动的机器。内燃机例如可以是汽油机、柴油机、汪克尔发动机或二冲程发动机。
在连续地行驶或蠕行的情况下,机动车的驱动电机以发电机的方式由该机动车的内燃机运行。这样产生的能量则被提供给该机动车的另一驱动电机以提供驱动功率。
电动的车辆车桥(或简称为电车桥)优选是机动车的非主驱动车桥,其中借助于驱动电机可将驱动功率传递到机动车的车轮上。要理解的是,所述驱动电机也可借助于变速器连接。当在所述变速器中对主驱动车桥进行档位变换时,可借助于电车桥完全或部分地保持牵引力。另外,可借助于电车桥至少部分地设立全轮驱动功能。
电动力学的起动元件(EDA)促使通过一个或多个行星齿轮组进行内燃机转速与驱动电机转速的转速叠加,使得机动车能在内燃机运转的情况下从静止状态中(优选地在没有摩擦离合器的情况下)起动。在此,驱动电机支持扭矩。优选地,所述内燃机不可再通过起动离合器或类似装置与所述变速器分离。优选地,通过应用EDA可取消起动器、发电机以及起动离合器(或者说液力变换器)。在此,EDA尤其紧凑地构造,使得所有部件位于批量生产的离合器壳体中而不需要延长所述变速器。所述电动力学的起动元件例如可通过柔性协调的扭转减振器固定地与内燃机并且尤其与内燃机的飞轮连接。因此,可选择性地同时或替代地运行所述驱动电机和所述内燃机。如果机动车停下,则可关闭驱动电机和内燃机。由于所述驱动电机的可调节性好,能实现非常高的起动质量,所述起动质量与利用变换器离合器进行驱动的起动质量相符合。
像在EDA起动的情况下那样,在所谓的电动力学切换(EDS)的情况下,通过一个或多个行星齿轮组进行内燃机转速与驱动电机转速的转速叠加。在切换开始的时候,适配所述驱动电机和所述内燃机的扭矩,使得要置出的切换元件是无负载的。在该切换元件断开之后,在保持牵引力的情况下进行转速适配,使得要置入的切换元件变得同步。在该切换元件闭合之后,任意地根据混合动力运行策略的情况在所述内燃机与所述驱动电机之间进行负载的分配。所述电动力学的切换方法具有以下优点,即通过所述驱动电机与所述内燃机的相互作用使目标档位要切换的切换元件同步,其中所述驱动电机优选是可准确调节的。EDS切换方法的另一优点是可实现高的牵引力,因为所述内燃机与所述驱动电机的扭矩在所述混合动力变速器中相加。

具体实施方式
在图1中示意性地示出具有机动车动力传动系12的机动车10。所述机动车动力传动系12具有第一驱动电机14和内燃机16,所述第一驱动电机与内燃机借助于混合动力变速器18与所述机动车10的前桥连接。所述机动车动力传动系12在所示的实施例中还包括可选的与所述机动车10的后桥连接的第二驱动电机20。要理解的是,也可进行相反的连接使得所述混合动力变速器18与所述机动车10的后桥连接。第一驱动电机14、所述内燃机16和/或所述可选的第二驱动电机20的驱动功率借助于所述机动车动力传动系12被导向所述机动车10的车轮。所述机动车10还具有能量存储器22,以便存储用于为所述第一驱动电机14和/或第二驱动电机20供电的能量。

第一变速器输入轴24、第二变速器输入轴26、第一中间轴28、第二中间轴30、所述行星齿轮组RS以及第一驱动电机14相对于彼此同轴地设置。
第二中间轴30至少局部地包围第一中间轴28,并且第二变速器输入轴26至少局部地包围第二中间轴30。
在所述副轴32上设置有从动齿轮,所述从动齿轮将驱动功率从所述混合动力变速器18中向从动端34的差速器传递。
第一切换元件A与第四切换元件D一起合并成双切换元件。

优选地,所有切换元件可构造为形状锁合式的切换元件,例如爪式切换元件。
在图3中以线路图的方式示出根据图2的所混合动力变速器18的工作原理简图。
所述驱动机14、16、20被显示为四边形。所述正齿轮配对ST1至ST3被显示为更小的四边形。所述轴或者说驱动作用的连接被显示为简单的线条。所述切换元件以电开关的方式显示并且所述行星齿轮级RS被显示为圆。
第一驱动电机14与所述行星齿轮组RS连接,通过闭合第六切换元件F可锁定所述行星齿轮组RS。另外,可通过闭合第五切换元件E固定所述行星齿轮组RS的一个元件,也就是说与固定在壳体上的构件驱动作用地连接。
所述行星齿轮组RS的另一个元件通过第一正齿轮配对ST1驱动作用地与所述副轴32连接并且可通过置入第一切换元件A驱动作用地与第一变速器输入轴24连接。
第一变速器输入轴24与所述内燃机16连接并且优选地与可选的驱动电机20连接。通过闭合第四切换元件D还可将第一变速器输入轴24驱动作用地经由第一中间轴28与所述行星齿轮组RS连接。
另外,第一变速器输入轴24可通过闭合第二切换元件B经由第二正齿轮配对ST2并且通过闭合第三切换元件C经由第三正齿轮配对ST3与所述副轴32连接。所述副轴32通过未更详细说明的被显示为空方框的从动传动部与所述混合动力变速器18的从动端34连接。
在图4中,在切换矩阵36中,在第一列中示出内燃机档位级V1至V3,两个电动档位级E1、E2以及一个电动力学的叠加状态EDA。在第二至第七列中示出所述切换元件A至F的切换状态,其中,“X”意味着闭合相应的切换元件,也就是说所配属的变速器构件驱动作用地相互连接。如果没有填写内容,则认为相应的切换元件是断开的,也就是说不传递驱动功率。

可通过闭合第六切换元件F设立第二电动档位级E2。
如果仅闭合第四切换元件D,则切换所谓的EDA模式,也就是说利用所述混合动力变速器18设立电动力学的叠加状态。在这种情况下,所述行星齿轮组RS作为叠加传动装置起作用。第一驱动电机14与所述行星齿轮组RS的太阳轮连接。所述内燃机16通过第四切换元件D与所述行星齿轮组RS的齿圈连接。所述行星齿轮组RS的行星齿轮架或行星架通过第一正齿轮配对ST1与所述从动端34连接。在这种切换状态下,在电能量存储器22空的情况下也可起动并且行驶。通过闭合第一切换元件A能从所述状态直接过渡到第一内燃机档位级的第一变体V1.1中。要理解的是,仅有当第一切换元件不与第四切换元件D合并成双切换元件时所述过渡才是可行的。另外,通过闭合第六切换元件F能从所述状态直接过渡到第一内燃机档位级的第二变体V1.2中。另外,通过闭合第二切换元件B能直接过渡到第二内燃机档位级V2中。另外,通过闭合第三切换元件C能直接过渡到第三内燃机档位级V3中。
对于内燃机驱动的行驶有所述内燃机档位级V1(两种变体)至V3可供使用。
在第一电动档位级E1或第二电动档位级E2中能实现纯电动地行驶。在这种情况下,所述内燃机16优选是脱耦的,也就是说第一切换元件A、第二切换元件B、第三切换元件C以及第四切换元件D是断开的。从这两个电动档位级E1、E2能直接过渡到所有内燃机档位级V1至V3中,其中,通过置入第一切换元件A实现到第一内燃机档位级V1中的过渡,通过置入第二切换元件B实现到第二内燃机档位级V2中的过渡,或者通过置入第三切换元件C实现到第三内燃机档位级V3中的过渡。在各个内燃机档位级V1至V3之间的切换可通过第一驱动电机14支持牵引力地实施,因为第一驱动电机14在第一电动档位级E1或第二电动档位级E2中独立于所述内燃机16与所述从动端34连接。
所述切换元件A至F(优选构造为爪式切换元件)的同步可通过第一驱动电机14的转速调节来实现,这是优选的。替代地也可进行所述内燃机16的转速调节。
如果所述机动车动力传动系12具有第二驱动电机20,那么可借助于第二驱动电机20从纯电动的行驶中启动所述内燃机16。还可利用第二驱动电机20建立对车载电网的供电并且实现连续的蠕行和/或向前和向后的行驶。另外,在耦合和/或切换的情况下,第二驱动电机20可在转速调节中支持所述内燃机16。
当为所述内燃机16置入第一内燃机档位级的第一变体V1.1、第二内燃机档位级V2或第三内燃机档位级V3时,在纯内燃机驱动的行驶运行中第一驱动电机14可脱耦。为了所述脱耦,断开第五切换元件E和第六切换元件F。由此,实现高效的纯内燃机驱动的行驶运行。
在图5中示出根据本发明的混合动力变速器18的另一变体。区别于在图2中所示的实施形式,第二正齿轮配对ST2的以及第三正齿轮配对ST3的活动齿轮布置与固定齿轮布置被交换。因此在所述副轴32上仅设置有固定齿轮。要理解的是,随着所述活动齿轮与固定齿轮的交换,包括第三切换元件C和第二切换元件B的双切换元件也设置在第一变速器输入轴24上,在第一变速器输入轴上也设置有第二正齿轮配对ST2的以及第三正齿轮配对ST3的活动齿轮。
另外,第二驱动电机20通过设置在第一变速器输入轴24上的固定齿轮与第一变速器输入轴24连接。
在图6中示出根据本发明的混合动力变速器18的另一变体。区别于在图2中示出的实施形式,包括第二切换元件B和第三切换元件C的双切换元件不再设置在第二正齿轮配对ST2与第三正齿轮配对ST3之间,而是与其相邻。优选地,包括第二切换元件B和第三切换元件C的双切换元件与包括第一切换元件A和第四切换元件D的双切换元件基本上设置在一个齿轮组平面内。为了实现包括第二切换元件B和第三切换元件C的双切换元件所述布置,第三正齿轮配对ST3的活动齿轮设置在其上设置有第二正齿轮配对ST2的活动齿轮的空心轴上。由此,可缩短所述混合动力变速器18的轴向上的结构长度,其中,包括第二切换元件B和第三切换元件C的双切换元件构造为所谓的非常规的切换元件。
在图7中示出根据本发明的混合动力变速器18的另一变体。区别于在图2中所示的实施形式,在所述行星齿轮组上的连接被交换。然而,所述行星齿轮组RS的行星齿轮架像在图2中所示的那样与第二中间轴30连接。
第二变速器输入轴26与所述行星齿轮组RS的齿圈连接。
第一中间轴28与所述行星齿轮组RS的太阳轮连接。
通过所述替代的实施形式,可根据要求的情况为第一驱动电机14适配合适的传动比。
在图8中示出根据本发明的混合动力变速器18的另一变体。区别于在图2中所示的实施形式,根据图8的混合动力变速器18具有第七切换元件G。第七切换元件G配属于第二中间轴30并且在功率流方向上设置在所述行星齿轮组RS的行星齿轮架与第一正齿轮配对ST1之间。通过闭合所述切换元件G可因此实现与在图2中所示的所述混合动力变速器18作用相同的混合动力变速器。通过断开第七切换元件G可防止在纯内燃机运行的情况下第一驱动电机14被一起拖曳。因此可建立高效的纯内燃机运行。
在图9中示出根据本发明的混合动力变速器18的另一变体。区别于在图2中所示的实施形式,根据图9的混合动力变速器具有内燃机离合器K0。所述内燃机离合器K0构造用于将第一变速器输入轴24可分离地驱动作用地与未示出的内燃机16连接。在所示的实施例中,所述内燃机离合器K0构造为形状锁合式的切换元件。只要存在第二驱动电机20,通过第二驱动电机20代替所述内燃机16来驱动第一变速器输入轴24,则可通过内燃机离合器K0建立纯电动的行驶运行。因此,在所述电动力学的叠加状态EDA下可向前并且向后纯电动地起动。另外,通过在该切换期间第二驱动电机20支持在所述行星齿轮组RS的齿圈上的力矩,在所述电动力学的叠加状态EDA下也可支持从第一电动档位级E1到第二电动档位级E2中纯电动的切换。在这种情况下是所谓的纯电动的EDS切换。
在图10中示出根据本发明的混合动力变速器18的另一变体。区别于在图9中示出的实施形式,所述内燃机离合器K0构造为摩擦切换元件。因此,在负载下所述内燃机离合器K0也可断开,例如在全制动或所述内燃机16故障的情况下。另外,所述内燃机离合器K0也可在转速不同的情况下闭合,使得借助于第二驱动电机20能实现所谓的内燃机16的飞轮启动。在这种情况下,优选地利用第二驱动电机20的惯性质量启动所述内燃机16。
根据附图和说明书对本发明进行了全面的描述和解释。所述描述和解释应理解为实施例而不是限制的。本发明不受限于所公开的实施形式。对于技术人员来说,在使用本发明以及在详细地分析附图、公开内容和随后的权利要求的情况下得出另外的实施形式或变型方案。

Claims (15)

1.用于机动车(10)的机动车动力传动系(12)的混合动力变速器(18),该混合动力变速器具有:
用于将所述机动车的混合动力变速器与内燃机(16)作用连接的第一变速器输入轴(24);
用于将所述机动车的混合动力变速器与第一驱动电机(14)作用连接的第二变速器输入轴(26);
第一中间轴(28);
第二中间轴(30);
与第二变速器输入轴、第一中间轴以及第二中间轴连接的行星齿轮组(RS);
与所述混合动力变速器的从动端(34)驱动作用地连接的副轴(32);
设置在多个齿轮组平面内的正齿轮配对(ST1,ST2,ST3),用于形成各档位级;以及
具有切换元件(A,B,C,D,E,F,G)的多个档位切换机构,用于置入所述档位级,其中
第一中间轴能与第一变速器输入轴连接;并且
在正齿轮配对(ST2,ST3)中,该正齿轮配对的活动齿轮与该正齿轮配对的固定齿轮是可交换的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力变速器(18),其中,正齿轮配对(ST2,ST3)的设置在第一变速器输入轴上的齿轮构造用于与第二驱动电机(20)连接。
3.根据前述权利要求之一所述的混合动力变速器(18),其中,第一正齿轮配对(ST1)包括两个固定齿轮并且将第二中间轴(30)驱动作用地与所述副轴(32)连接。
4.根据前述权利要求之一所述的混合动力变速器(18),其中,
第一变速器输入轴(24)、第二变速器输入轴(26)、第一中间轴(28)以及第二中间轴(30)相对于彼此同轴地设置;
第一变速器输入轴和第一中间轴构造为实心轴;
第二变速器输入轴和第二中间轴构造为空心轴;
第二中间轴至少局部地包围第一中间轴;和/或
第二变速器输入轴至少局部地包围第二中间轴。
5.根据前述权利要求之一所述的混合动力变速器(18),其中,所述混合动力变速器包括恰好三个形成档位的正齿轮配对(ST1,ST2,ST3)和一个行星齿轮组(RS),用于形成三个内燃机档位级、两个电动档位级以及一个电动力学的叠加状态。
6.根据前述权利要求之一所述的混合动力变速器(18),其中,第一变速器输入轴(24)包括用于将第一变速器输入轴可分离地驱动作用地与所述内燃机(16)连接的内燃机离合器(K0)。
7.根据前述权利要求之一所述的混合动力变速器(18),其中,所述副轴(32)构造成没有切换元件。
8.根据前述权利要求之一所述的混合动力变速器(18),其中,第一中间轴(28)与所述行星齿轮组(RS)的齿圈驱动作用地连接;第二中间轴(30)与所述行星齿轮组的行星齿轮架驱动作用地连接;第二变速器输入轴(26)与所述行星齿轮组的太阳轮驱动作用地连接;或者
第一中间轴与所述行星齿轮组的太阳轮驱动作用地连接;第二中间轴与所述行星齿轮组的行星齿轮架驱动作用地连接;并且第二变速器输入轴与所述行星齿轮组的齿圈驱动作用地连接。
9.根据前述权利要求之一所述的混合动力变速器(18),其中,
第一切换元件(A)构造用于将第二中间轴(30)驱动作用地与第一变速器输入轴(24)连接;
第二切换元件(B)构造用于将第一变速器输入轴借助于第二正齿轮配对(ST2)驱动作用地与所述副轴(32)连接;
第三切换元件(C)构造用于将第一变速器输入轴借助于第三正齿轮配对(ST3)驱动作用地与所述副轴连接;
第四切换元件(D)构造用于将第一中间轴(28)驱动作用地与第一变速器输入轴连接;和/或
第五切换元件(E)构造用于固定所述行星齿轮组(RS)的一个元件;
第六切换元件(F)构造用于锁定所述行星齿轮组;和/或
优选地,第七切换元件(G)构造用于将第二中间轴借助于第一正齿轮配对(ST1)驱动作用地与所述副轴连接。
10.根据前述权利要求之一所述的混合动力变速器(18),其中,所述切换元件(A,B,C,D,E)构造为形状锁合式的切换元件;和/或
所述切换元件中的至少两个切换元件,优选是所有切换元件构造为双切换元件并且能由双作用的执行器操纵。
11.用于机动车(10)的机动车动力传动系(12),该机动车动力传动系具有:
根据前述权利要求之一所述的混合动力变速器(18);
能与第一变速器输入轴(24)连接的内燃机(16);以及
与第二变速器输入轴(26)驱动作用地连接的第一驱动电机(14)。
12.根据权利要求11所述的机动车动力传动系(12),其中,该机动车动力传动系具有第二驱动电机(20),该第二驱动电机与第一变速器输入轴(24)连接并且优选轴线平行于第一变速器输入轴(24)设置。
13.根据权利要求11或12所述的机动车动力传动系(12),其中,第一驱动电机(14)构造为同轴机;并且为了置入所述档位级,所述行星齿轮组(RS)和/或所述切换元件(A,B,C,D,E,F,G)中的两个切换元件至少局部地在轴向上和/或在径向上设置在第一驱动电机之内。
14.用于运行根据权利要求11至13之一所述的机动车动力传动系(12)的方法。
15.机动车(10),该机动车具有:根据权利要求11至13之一所述的机动车动力传动系(12);以及能量存储器(22),用于存储能量来为第一驱动电机(14)和/或第二驱动电机(20)供电。
