The invention aims at: aiming at the problems that the conventional prepared pseudo-ginseng with non-medicinal and edible functions cannot enter the common pre-packaged food and functional pre-packaged vegetable market due to risk of dietary intake, so that the development of the medicinal and edible pre-prepared vegetable is limited, the traditional Chinese medicinal materials with medicinal and edible functions are optimized through the traditional Chinese medicine theory and uniform experimental design, the pseudo-ginseng fibrous root black-bone chicken with qi and blood deficiency improvement and the preparation method thereof are provided, and the pseudo-ginseng fibrous root black-bone chicken with qi and blood deficiency tonifying function has the functions of tonifying qi and blood without intake risk, and can enter the common pre-packaged health food and functional pre-packaged vegetable market, so that the medicinal and edible Chinese medicinal materials with the common pre-packaged food fully play the health and nourishing functions of the liver and kidney of the black-bone chicken, tonifying qi and blood, warming middle-jiao and blood of the cooked pseudo-ginseng, tonifying qi, enhancing immunity and the like.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a pseudo-ginseng fibrous root black-bone chicken for improving deficiency of both qi and blood comprises the following substances in parts by weight: 0.2-5.0% of fibrous root of pseudo-ginseng, 40-90% of black-bone chicken, 0.5-1.0% of salt and the balance of water and other spices used for both medicine and food.
According to a preferred embodiment, the composition further comprises 0.01-0.5% of Angelica sinensis;
according to a preferred embodiment, 0.05-0.5% of angelica is also included.
According to a preferred embodiment, the following are included: notoginseng radix fibrous root, gallus Domesticus, radix Angelicae sinensis 0.01-0.5%, salt 0.5-1.0%, and water and other spice for both medicine and food;
wherein the addition amount of the pseudo-ginseng fibrous root and the black-bone chicken accords with the following equation:
Y root of pseudo-ginseng =78.825-4.115X 1 +1.325X 1 2
Wherein X is 1 The chicken is the percentage of chicken; y is Y Fibrous root The fibrous root of the pseudo-ginseng accounts for the percentage.
According to a preferred embodiment, the composition comprises the following substances in parts by weight: 0.25% of notoginseng fibrous root, 80% of black-bone chicken, 0.01-0.5% of Chinese angelica, 0.5-1.0% of salt, and the balance of water and other spices used together with medicine and food.
The Chinese herbal medicines of the fibrous roots of the pseudo-ginseng and the black-bone chicken are used as the main raw materials of the food to prepare the functional prefabricated vegetables and the prepackaged food which are suitable for common daily eating, so that the medicated diet with the drug effect and the palatability can break through the barrier of being taken as the common food market, enter the market popularization, fully exert the qi-tonifying and blood-enriching effects of the medicated diet, and ensure the qi-tonifying and blood-enriching functions of the traditional name Fang Wu chicken soup to be more reliably ensured by introducing the fibrous roots of the pseudo-ginseng.
The formula of the traditional Chinese medicine is not simply modified, especially the formula and the food formula are mutually converted, and the composition and the dosage of the main raw materials are more needed to be optimized through theory and experiment. Preferably, the notoginseng fibrous root is 0.5-5.0%, the black-bone chicken is 40-90%, the salt is 0.5-1.0%, the Chinese angelica is 0.05-0.5%, and the balance is water and spice for both medicine and food, so that the market admittance requirement of common pre-packaged food on raw materials can be met, and the conditioning effects of nutrition and function conditioning of tonifying qi and nourishing blood can be fully exerted.
The formula of the pseudo-ginseng fibrous root black-bone chicken for improving deficiency of qi and blood has the advantages that the pseudo-ginseng fibrous root is not high in proportion according to the traditional Chinese medicine theory, but has strong nature and taste and function (the pseudo-ginseng blood-replenishing effect is best in the compendium of materia medica), is a monarch drug, and the black-bone chicken has the largest proportion of nutrition and qi and blood tonifying functions and has the functions of warming middle-jiao and invigorating stomach, and is a ministerial drug. So that the Chinese angelica root, radix Angelicae sinensis, is sweet and spicy in flavor and warm in nature, and is a blood-qi-flowing herb, which can promote blood circulation, nourish blood deficiency, moisten blood dryness and smooth blood disorder, and cause qi and blood to enter each other (Ben Cao fen Jing). Other proper amount of Chinese medicinal materials with spicy flavor (such as pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, rhizoma Zingiberis recens, fructus Piperis, fructus Tsaoko, fructus Anisi Stellati, etc.) are used as adjuvant drugs for promoting qi and blood generation. The medicines are matched, the movement and the movement are proper, the middle-jiao is reinforced, the purgation is carried out, the body is not stagnated, the body is not greasy, the deficiency is reinforced, the blood is not stagnated, and the blood is activated, so that the body is not hurt. In addition, the black-bone chicken is Wen Weigan, which is a sweet food, and can strengthen the effects of warming middle energizer, tonifying deficiency, invigorating qi and nourishing blood.

The bone and meat paste prefabricated vegetable product of the embodiment 4 is used for establishing a qi deficiency double-deficiency model of a mouse by utilizing acetenyl phenylhydrazine, cyclophosphamide and running force, and the improvement effect of pseudo-ginseng fibrous root black-bone chicken on the blood deficiency of the mouse is judged by detecting peripheral blood images; examining the improvement effect of the pseudo-ginseng fibrous root black-bone chicken on the qi deficiency of the mice through thymus index and anal temperature; the improving effect of the pseudo-ginseng fibrous root black-bone chicken on the deficiency of qi and blood of the mice is evaluated by examining the food intake and water intake of the mice.
As shown in the results of figure 1, after the mice undergo the running molding of the acephate, cyclophosphamide and the exhaustion, the food intake and the water intake of the notoginseng fibrous root black-bone chicken group are obviously reduced, and the food intake and the water intake of the notoginseng fibrous root black-bone chicken group are obviously higher than those of the model group and are close to the blank control group. The product has the effects of improving the symptoms of qi and blood deficiency of mice, and has the functions of warming middle-jiao and invigorating stomach.
The acephate and cyclophosphamide can obviously increase the white blood cell number in the blood of mice and reduce the red blood cell number and the hemoglobin concentration. The results in FIG. 2 show that the Notoginseng radix WUGUJI has significantly reversed the increase in white blood cell number and decrease in red blood cell number and hemoglobin concentration caused by the molding agent. The results show that the pseudo-ginseng fibrous root black-bone chicken has the functions of enriching blood or relieving blood deficiency.
Fig. 3 shows that the thymus index of the immune organ of the qi-blood deficiency model mouse is obviously reduced, which is one of the characteristic indexes of the Chinese medicine 'qi deficiency', and the sanqi fibrous root black-bone chicken can reverse the reduction of the thymus index of the qi-blood deficiency model mouse, which indicates that the sanqi fibrous root black-bone chicken has the 'qi-supplementing' function of the Chinese medicine.
The results of the anal temperature in fig. 4 show that the anal temperature of the mice in the model with deficiency of both qi and blood is reduced, and the radix notoginseng fibrous root black-bone chicken can reverse the reduction of the anal temperature of the mice, so that the mice are reversed to approach the normal group.
